Owl Goingback is a horror fiction and science fiction writer, whose work often includes Native American characters and themes. His work has appeared in many anthologies. His first novel, "Crota," was published in 1996.Before becoming a full-time writer, Goingback (then known as James R. Heidbrink) was an engine mechanic with the U.S. Air Force, and a restaurant owner.
