1 1/2 large frozen bananas1 c. raw milk or oat milk Big scoop for Peanut butter2 scoops chocolate totally egg protein powderSpinachHandful of icePlace all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth and enjoy!
Berry Smoothie
1 cup frozen berries 1 frozen banana 2 scoops of Designer Wellness Totally Egg vanilla protein powder Spinach or kale 1 cup raw milk (or oat milk, almond milk)
Favorite Asian Dressing
1/4 cup soy sauce/tamari sauce 1/4 olive oil 1/4 honey or maple syrup 1 lime, squeezed
