Having grown up without a father in his life, Ryan was slated to become another statistic of a fatherless home had it not been for the influence of other positive male role models in his life.  As Ryan tells us, he hit rock bottom roughly 11 years ago where he had to come to a decision to start taking responsibility for his life and set out on a journey to become the best version of himself that he could possibly be.

Almost 5 years ago, Ryan Created TheOrderOfMan.com as a means to be able to have conversations and learn from great men doing great things. Little did he know the impact that the OoM would have on Men everywhere who were also on a similar path of self improvement.
