Welcome back to the Print on Demand cast

0:06

In this week's episode . We're going to be talking

0:08

about consistency in your Print on

0:10

Demand business . Let's get into

0:12

it .

0:20

Radical . Welcome to this week's

0:22

episode of the Print on Demand cast

0:24

. Each

0:30

week , join the gnarly , travis and Josiah as they provide insight into the print-on-demand industry

0:32

and equip you with the totally tubular tools , advice and strategies

0:34

you need to achieve success and , hopefully

0:36

, have a few laughs along the way . Now

0:39

on to this week's totally tubular show

0:41

week's

0:53

Totally Tubular Show .

0:53

Well , hey everybody , welcome to episode 217 . We're going to be

0:55

talking about consistency today in your print-on-demand business

0:58

, but before we get to that

1:00

, as you can tell , this is another solo episode

1:02

. Josiah could not make it

1:04

. He's been very busy with

1:06

some new things that have developed in his life

1:08

and hopefully he'll be able to be

1:11

on next week and share a little bit about

1:13

that . As far as I'm going

1:15

, or I'm doing , things

1:19

are just kind of

1:21

going really fast lately . We had a conference

1:24

at our church last weekend and then

1:26

I think I might've

1:28

mentioned last week my

1:31

in-laws were in town and they were

1:33

here until let's see

1:35

Monday . So yeah

1:38

, it's been pretty crazy

1:40

. A lot of things happening

1:42

. I've got an order over there that I need

1:44

to get out a local order . I've got another

1:47

person chomping at the

1:49

bit to order some more stuff , and

1:51

then , of course , we're still ramping up for

1:53

Q4 , trying to get as many products as

1:55

we can . I did

1:58

actually sell my

2:00

first ornament of the season

2:02

recently , so that's

2:04

a good sign , hopefully , of good

2:06

things to come . It was a custom ornament , so we

2:09

changed some things for the customer and they ordered

2:11

three of them . So

2:13

I will be sharing with you a little bit more about

2:15

how I went about that and how I did that on my Etsy

2:17

account . Probably next week or

2:19

maybe the week after , I don't know , but at

2:22

some point maybe I'll do a video or something

2:24

. But it was pretty , pretty

2:26

cool and so , yeah , I think we're

2:29

, we're here , we're in Q4 , things

2:32

are moving forward , whether we like it

2:34

or not . So hopefully you're getting those

2:36

listings uploaded and updated

2:38

and , yeah , so

2:40

hopefully you liked last week's

2:43

episode . We talked to Cole from

2:45

the Printing United show

2:47

floor . I had an

2:50

interview with him and I just released

2:52

that . It was an audio only , but if you haven't listened to

2:54

it , it's a pretty good listen . Be

3:07

doing potentially in the realm of kind of your local area . And we talked a little bit

3:09

about the company he's working with , click Peel . They do DTF transfers , which makes

3:11

it really really easy for you to

3:14

do small runs for

3:16

your local PTA or whoever . So I

3:18

won't talk any more about that . I think

3:20

we're going to go ahead and push on . We don't have a point

3:22

of interest this week , but of course I would

3:24

be remiss if we did not get

3:27

to the weekly dad joke Time

3:29

for the weekly dad joke

3:32

All

3:34

right . So this week our weekly dad

3:36

joke . I tried

3:39

mixing

3:41

some Mexican alcohol with

3:44

20th century American

3:46

literature last night

3:49

. I know that sounds crazy , but

3:51

I ended up with tequila

3:53

mockingbird . That's

4:02

your weekly dad joke , brought

4:05

to you by your friends at the print on demand cast . Hopefully you liked

4:07

it , thought it was funny . Share

4:10

that with whoever you'd like to Like

4:12

. I mentioned we don't have a point of interest this

4:14

week , so we're just going to

4:17

jump right in to the main

4:19

event , talking about some benefits

4:22

of consistency in

4:24

your print-on-demand business

4:26

. Main

4:33

event who's calling ? All

4:42

right , so main event is the

4:45

benefits of consistency and print on demand and

4:47

I think some of this is kind

4:49

of goes without saying

4:51

and you probably already know it , but I

4:53

think there's a few things in here that , if you

4:55

stay to the end , I am going to

4:58

provide a link that you can go

5:00

download a resource that I created and

5:10

that's a free resource . You can have it and

5:13

basically just a free little tool

5:15

that might help you stay a little organized

5:18

and stay a little consistent . So we

5:20

all know print on demand

5:22

can be a grind . You know

5:24

there's designs that

5:26

have to be made . You know you got to decide

5:28

what niche you're in . So we all know print on demand can be a grind . There's

5:31

designs that have to be made . You got to decide what niche

5:33

you're in and if you want to go into this other niche , then you need

5:35

to do research on that niche and

5:37

you got to figure out what's selling and what's not selling , what people

5:39

are doing that is good , and then you've got

5:41

to figure out what keywords you can use to get

5:43

in front of the people that are your customers

5:46

, and what words are you going to use , what

5:48

kind of SEO , what , what your title is going

5:50

to be . You know there's . Then

5:52

you got to upload the products and you got to create mockups

5:55

, you know . And so there's just a lot

5:57

to it and it can become overwhelming

5:59

. And I say this because you

6:01

know I've experienced this , and I say this

6:04

because you know I've experienced this . I've

6:11

experienced kind of the overwhelm and just like , oh my gosh , I got to do this again and it can be

6:13

debilitating , you know . And so one

6:15

of the things that , as we talk

6:17

about consistency , that I didn't

6:20

really necessarily put on our notes

6:22

, but as I was thinking about consistency

6:25

, one of the one of the things that I think

6:27

we could start with , before

6:29

we get to like the business

6:32

practices , is really kind of

6:34

having a consistency

6:36

in your mindset or being consistent

6:39

with your mindset , because I think that this is

6:41

the key thing that can

6:43

reduce your overwhelm . And so a

6:45

couple of things about using

6:48

consistency in your mindset . The

6:51

first thing is going to be you

6:54

know well , I guess I'd

6:56

be kind of remiss if I didn't say go listen

6:58

to episode 215 . I talk a lot about it there

7:00

. It's a very good episode . Is it 215

7:02

? Let me just double check real quick . I

7:04

think it is , but actually no

7:06

, I don't think it is . Um three

7:10

, two , one two

7:12

oh five . Yeah , so it was 10 off . Um

7:15

, yeah , episode two oh

7:17

five . I talk about self-sabotage and how it affects your

7:19

business and I do jump in a little bit to mindset

7:21

. But when we're talking about mindset to

7:30

positive reinforcement , to , you need

7:32

to have a consistency of being

7:35

putting yourself in positions

7:37

that you can be

7:39

self-motivated . You know constantly cultivating

7:42

this positive mindset . You know this

7:44

you're doing good , you're doing

7:46

a good job , you know , and not giving

7:48

into those mental

7:51

, those self-sabotaging

7:54

thoughts that jump in the way or

7:56

jump into your thought process

7:58

. You know that you're not doing enough . You're not doing

8:01

good enough , your designs aren't good enough

8:03

. You know , no one's going to like your stuff I'm

8:05

never , no one's ever going to see it , and

8:09

that type of thing . You need

8:11

to be able to identify those types

8:13

of uh , those types of thoughts and

8:15

then immediately release them and say , hmm

8:18

, that might be true , but I'm not going to listen

8:20

to that . And what I like to do

8:22

is when I , a lot of times , I'll just I'll

8:24

get frustrated and I'll I might say

8:26

something I just like ah , this is stupid

8:28

, you know . And what I'll

8:30

do in that moment , if

8:34

, if I remember to realize it , I will just take a second

8:37

and I'll go , I'll just exhale deeply , I'll

8:39

just okay . And

8:42

for me that's a reset , that's

8:44

something that will allow me to just

8:46

be like . None of that other stuff

8:48

matters . I'm in the here and

8:50

now . I'm in the present , and this

8:53

is the consistency I'm talking about . When you

8:55

can have a consistency of awareness of

8:57

how you're feeling and how your

9:00

emotions can get in the way of

9:03

being a successful print on demand . Business

9:05

owner , and so that's one of the

9:07

things that I use . I

9:10

also try to do some some

9:12

daily affirmations . I'm not as good at

9:14

this as as I , um , as

9:17

I , as I would like to be , but

9:19

I'm better than I was before

9:22

, and so I'm going to take that win

9:24

and I'm going to continue to try to be better

9:26

and try to do those things , because

9:28

I know that when I focus my mind

9:30

on positive things , positive things

9:32

happen . You know , and , um , these

9:36

types of things can be considered oh , let's

9:38

just , uh , you know that's , that's

9:40

silly , that's goofy , that doesn't

9:43

really work , it's , it's , it's voodoo

9:45

, magic , um , but the

9:47

bottom line is is that what

9:50

has your attention ? Has

9:52

you ? And if negative

9:54

thoughts have your attention , then

9:57

that's what has you and you can't

9:59

go beyond that . And so when

10:02

you can become aware and

10:04

choose to make a different choice

10:06

when it comes to your emotions because you

10:08

get to control your emotions , no one else does and

10:11

when you can make a positive decision to control

10:13

those emotions , you can become

10:16

more consistent with the things that

10:18

are actually going to help you

10:20

in your print on demand business . Okay

10:22

, so that was completely off script . I

10:25

don't have any notes on that , but I just wanted to say

10:27

a couple of things about that because I I think that

10:30

that is as important as anything else

10:32

I'm going to say on this podcast today , because I

10:34

think that that is as important as anything else I'm going to say on this podcast today . So back

10:36

to the notes . The power of consistency

10:38

is huge and I

10:41

think that you would realize

10:43

that I'm going to talk about the

10:46

power of consistency and uploading . This

10:52

has so many benefits If you can be consistent

10:54

in uploading . Let's

10:56

just take a few . So the visibility

10:59

visibility

11:03

in the algorithms or in , you know , on a platform

11:05

, the algorithms love that , they love

11:07

that activity , they love

11:09

you continually , consistently

11:11

uploading , having new products

11:14

Platforms like Etsy

11:16

really love it , redbubble really loves it , and

11:18

they prioritize active shops

11:20

. Consistent uploads

11:23

will increase the

11:25

algorithmic visibility

11:28

, if you will . It might not do it much

11:31

, I mean , it might only be just a small kind

11:33

of boost and you might not even notice

11:36

it . But over time , all

11:39

of these things that I'm going to be talking about combined can

11:41

boost your overall visibility

11:43

. But it starts with just being consistent and uploading

11:45

. You know , and there's a couple of

11:47

things that happen when you not just the

11:49

algorithm and the

11:52

effect that your consistency has

11:54

on the algorithm , but some other things can

11:56

happen too , because more designs

11:58

equal more opportunities . I

12:00

mean , that's kind of a no brainer , right . It's simple

12:02

math . The more products you have

12:04

on a platform mean the more chances you

12:06

have to be discovered for a product , and

12:09

the one design that could be the

12:11

next bestseller is

12:13

only going to become the bestseller if

12:16

it's actually uploaded , if it's actually

12:18

on the platform . Then

12:20

it also creates momentum

12:22

, because when you establish a

12:25

routine , something that you're doing all the

12:27

time , over time it becomes

12:29

easier to maintain and so you're creating

12:32

kind of a momentum , even a culture

12:34

, if you will , of uploading , of

12:36

consistently uploading , and

12:39

momentum is totally the

12:41

key to long-term success . The more momentum

12:43

you have , the more

12:45

you'll benefit in the long run , because

12:47

it keeps you in the game . This

12:50

one's really cool . This next one is

12:52

One of the benefits

12:55

of being consistent in your uploading is basically

12:59

your practice makes perfect . The

13:02

more you upload , the

13:05

better you're going to get at it and not just

13:07

uploading , but you're going to get better

13:10

at your skills in design , because you've

13:12

got to have designs to be able to upload right . You're

13:14

going to get better at your SEO because

13:17

you're going to have more opportunity

13:20

to practice this and you're going to have a

13:22

better understanding of your audience . Consistency

13:25

leads to faster and better outcomes

13:27

over time . Okay , you're

13:29

going to get better at it . Practice makes perfect . You

13:31

know I mean we talk about . You

13:33

know , no one's

13:36

going to be really really good at this when they first start out . You know , I mean you're's

13:38

going to be really really good at this when they first start out . You know , I mean , you're not

13:40

going to be good at anything when you first start out . Lebron James

13:42

wasn't good at basketball until he practiced

13:44

, you know , and then he practiced more than pretty much anybody on the

13:46

planet and became one of the best ballplayers

13:49

of anybody on the planet . Now , yeah

13:51

, he had some skill and , to

13:53

be fair , skill does come into

13:55

play in this . You

14:00

might not be a great designer , and someone who is a great designer probably has a leg

14:02

up on you if you're both consistent

14:04

, but over time

14:06

, consistency will win out over talent

14:08

. Okay , if

14:11

the one with talent is consistent , they'll win out

14:13

, obviously . But if they just

14:15

have talent and they rely on the talent , but they're not consistent

14:17

, obviously . But if they're , if they just have talent and they

14:19

rely on the talent but they're not consistent , I mean there

14:22

are so many , you know , just continuing , continuing

14:27

with the NBA example , there's so many incredibly talented basketball players that could never be

14:29

in the NBA because they weren't consistent enough , they didn't

14:32

practice hard enough , they didn't continually

14:34

put in the reps , and and that's

14:36

actually kind of a . It should be an

14:38

encouragement , because you can

14:40

become good , or

14:42

at least better , at what

14:44

you're doing through consistency

14:47

. And

14:49

then the other thing that consistency

14:51

does is that it gives better exposure to

14:53

all of your products . A single

14:56

new upload could boost

14:58

your entire store's visibility , because

15:01

one upload just happened to

15:03

do really good and all of a sudden you're getting

15:05

traffic to your site because

15:07

people are like I wonder what else they've done , and all of

15:09

a sudden your store visibility is off the off

15:11

, you know , off the charts . And

15:14

then the algorithm sees that and

15:16

it's like okay , we need to put more of this person's

15:18

stuff in front of people , and

15:21

so you get just one single upload

15:23

and you never know when that's going to necessarily be

15:25

, you know . So , yeah

15:27

, new uploads can bring renewed attention

15:30

even to your older stuff , the

15:32

stuff that you did a long time ago , long

15:38

time ago . Maybe it just never caught on in the algorithm . But you upload this new

15:41

thing and it does , and now someone sees . This other thing and the older

15:43

thing is what they really like or what

15:45

you know . Maybe that's what rises

15:47

to the top . You just never know what's

15:49

going to be the factor . Okay

15:52

, I've got several other

15:54

benefits of consistency here . I'm just

15:56

going to kind of rattle them off . The

15:59

first one is that it builds trust with your audience

16:01

. You know , regular

16:03

update signal . You

16:09

know and this isn't just on Etsy , this is on Shopify , this is on wherever regular update signal that

16:11

your store is active and it's reliable . People can come and they can

16:13

return and they know there's something going to be new

16:16

. They like that and

16:18

they like that reliability and

16:20

they can return and they know there's something going to be new . They like that and they

16:22

like that reliability and they can continue to shop with you

16:24

. So it benefits the

16:27

trust that you have with your audience

16:30

. It

16:32

also allows you to stay ahead

16:34

of trends , because

16:37

consistent uploading allows you to quickly

16:39

upload or quickly capitalize on trends

16:41

, cause you were already going to make that product . You

16:44

know you were already going to make so many products

16:46

that day or that so many listings that day

16:48

, so you might as well just take that trend

16:51

and insert it into your workflow

16:53

and , and so you're . You're going to get

16:55

something up there quicker than somebody

16:57

who only just does it one day a week or

17:00

one day a month and they just upload a whole bunch or

17:02

they're inconsistent in their uploading . You

17:05

have the benefit of

17:07

having a set time every single

17:10

day or every single week or however long

17:12

, and you know you're going to do it . And then something happens

17:14

, a trend or something . You see

17:16

something happening and you can just jump on

17:18

it . A social trend , gosh

17:21

, there's so many things that happen and you've

17:24

seen sales of products

17:26

in the past from things that have happened

17:29

in our culture

17:31

, you know , and something that's

17:33

happened in the news . And bam , there's

17:35

a hundred shirts you know up . Well , you could be

17:37

one of those hundred shirts and you can capitalize on

17:39

that trend because you're being consistent

17:41

. It'll improve your workflow

17:44

. Regular uploads will help you refine and optimize

17:47

your process . I kind of talked about this . You're

17:49

going to see what works

17:51

and what could be improved . So I talked about

17:54

it in the idea that you're

17:56

going to just get better at it . You know you're going to be

17:58

a better designer , a better SEO person

18:01

, you know you're going to understand keywords better , all

18:04

of those things , but you're also going to be able to

18:06

learn what works and what doesn't

18:08

work in your workflow , like what

18:11

you know . Does it make sense to use

18:13

this tool or does it make sense to use this

18:15

tool ? Well

18:24

, man , I'm spending so much time using , you know , a tool like Placeit to manually do all , every single mock-up

18:26

. Let me look into this , this bulk mock-up that Travis always talks about , and maybe I could

18:28

learn that and it would become I could become more efficient

18:30

. So , as you're doing the same

18:32

things over and over , even though you're doing the same

18:34

things over and over you , you also

18:36

can learn new

18:39

ways of doing them . Maybe if you saved

18:43

them in a different folder , folder

18:45

structure or something , it could make it easier

18:48

for you to get them uploaded . Maybe

18:50

you , after a while , you realize

18:52

you know what . Every time I do this

18:54

particular product , I like to have these

18:57

specific slides or these specific

18:59

mock-ups . Maybe I'm going to create a Canva

19:02

template and I'll always have those

19:04

, and then all I have to do is change the

19:06

you know the , the design on this

19:08

Canva template and I can download

19:10

the whole thing as a zip folder . I have one file

19:12

and boom , I have all my mock-ups for that particular

19:15

product every time I

19:17

do it , and maybe I do that for my next product

19:19

and my other product . So there's different

19:21

things like that that you can get

19:24

better at and recognize because

19:26

you're being consistent . So increased efficiency

19:28

is what we're looking for here , and that's always going to free

19:30

up your time for other tasks . So

19:34

I'll say one other thing about improving

19:36

your workflow . So I'll say one other

19:38

thing about improving your workflow . Once

19:51

you have this workflow in place and you're being consistent , you have the

19:54

ability to potentially record yourself doing that and then outsourcing that

19:56

to a virtual assistant . We talk about hiring virtual assistants all the time , but

19:58

because you're doing it all the time , it's so second nature to you you literally

20:00

can just turn on the screen recorder

20:02

and there's no surprises

20:04

. It's not going to be hard to talk somebody through how

20:06

to do it because you've done it so many times . You're

20:09

practicing your script , so

20:12

to speak . You're practicing the video that

20:14

you're going to use to train the person to take

20:16

that part over , and you might not even

20:18

have them take it over . Maybe they just increase

20:21

your number . That

20:23

you're doing every single week . So that's

20:25

another thing that it will definitely improve your workflow

20:27

because you're just doing it and you're seeing the holes

20:29

, you're seeing how you can be more efficient , etc

20:31

. Etc . It'll also allow you to give

20:34

to to make data

20:36

driven decisions , because the more uploads

20:38

you have , the more data you

20:40

have to actually analyze , you know

20:42

. So it's going to help you identify patterns and

20:44

make informed decisions about , well

20:47

, this , when I say these

20:49

words or in my

20:51

description , it does better than when I say these

20:53

words when I use these types of mock-ups . It does

20:55

better than when I do these types of mock-ups , et

20:57

cetera , et cetera . You're just going to have more data because you

20:59

have so many listings . It'll foster

21:02

creativity . Consistency

21:04

can actually boost your creativity

21:07

, because regular design work is

21:09

going to not only make you better at it , but

21:11

it's going to lead you to new ideas and

21:13

new innovations . When you're focused

21:15

on something continually , you tend

21:18

to get better at it and you tend to it

21:20

really does kind of get the creative juices

21:22

flowing . You're going to . It's

21:24

going to you're going to build a strong portfolio

21:26

over time . Of course , diversifying your store

21:28

with regular uploads attracts a broader

21:31

audience . So if you have all kinds of , I mean you're

21:33

going to have so many different types of things . So

21:35

, and it reduces the risk of not relying on a single

21:37

niche or a single design style . So , on

21:40

Etsy , that could be a really good thing

21:42

. You know , um , maybe , if you're doing for

21:44

a brand or Shopify , it's not exactly

21:46

um , it's , it's it . It would

21:48

be different , but definitely , like on Etsy or

21:50

on Amazon , you know you're going to have a whole

21:52

lot more products out

21:55

there to to

21:57

grow with and

22:00

then , yeah , regular upload

22:03

gives you content to share with

22:05

your audience . If you're going to use , you know , advertising

22:08

, or if you have , you know you're going to post in groups

22:10

or you're going to create a group or you're going to have some type of

22:12

social media outreach , you just have more content

22:15

because you have so many more products

22:17

and you

22:19

know you just have things to talk about with

22:21

your community because you're constantly researching

22:25

new designs , you're coming across new things

22:27

, new ideas , new topics that you could

22:29

, you know , potentially create

22:32

community with your group

22:34

that you've built in

22:36

Facebook or wherever on Instagram . When you're , you know , showing

22:38

your things , you'll just have Facebook or wherever on Instagram when you're showing your things , you'll just have more content

22:41

to be able to produce because you're producing

22:43

more listings , which equals more content

22:45

. Okay , so that's . There's

22:48

a lot of reasons . I think

22:50

there's a ton of reasons

22:52

to be more consistent with your listings

22:54

and just in your business

22:56

in general . Um , I'd

22:59

like to propose a simple

23:01

challenge of

23:03

five uploads a day . I

23:05

think if you did this for one week , you

23:07

get 25 uploads . You know just the

23:09

weekdays . Maybe , if you want to add a

23:11

weekend day , we'll do

23:13

. You know it could be 30 or something like that . But

23:15

you know , even if you don't want to do five , start small

23:18

. You know three uploads a day , it

23:21

over time it'll make a significant difference

23:23

. You know , especially right now , when we're at Q4

23:25

, this is super , super important . Um

23:27

, it's , it's big right now

23:29

. Um , the more listings

23:32

you have , there's just , it's just

23:34

crazy how many people are actually going to be buying over

23:36

the next couple of months for Christmas and the holidays

23:38

and all of that . So you want to have as many

23:40

listings as possible . So right now is the time

23:42

to challenge yourself . Just

23:45

imagine the impact . You know better

23:47

habits , more practice , increased sales

23:49

, et cetera , et cetera , more data

23:52

to analyze . You

23:54

know , commit to a schedule

23:56

. And so here's I talked

23:58

earlier about . You

24:01

know , I have a . I

24:04

have a tool that I made and it's

24:06

basically a spreadsheet that I put some

24:08

formulas in . It's not really super , it's

24:10

not rocket science , but maybe it'll help

24:12

. It's going to track your consistency

24:15

. It's basically a weekly listing

24:17

creation tracker , so

24:20

it gives you the ability to make

24:24

a target for the week . You know , say , hey , I

24:26

want to do 30 listings this week , and

24:28

then it spreads it out over the week . You

24:30

know so that if it was five days

24:32

and then we'll just use one day for

24:34

the weekend , so it's over six days

24:37

of the week You're going to do

24:39

five a day , so one day you might do

24:41

four , one day you might do six , one day

24:44

you might do zero , one day you might do six , one day you might do zero

24:46

, one day you might do 10 . I mean , it just depends kind of how your week goes

24:48

. But then it tracks all of that

24:50

and , week by week by

24:52

week by week , you can see the number

24:54

at the top total uploads

24:56

keeps going up and it's hopefully

24:58

motivating and you can see what your actual

25:01

listings are and what your

25:03

targets are . Yeah , like's

25:05

it's . It's like I said , it's a simple tool but

25:08

it's really easy to use . You just , you

25:10

know , can update it every day

25:12

when you do your listings , but start

25:15

and try to do a week of daily

25:17

uploads I don't care if it's five , three

25:20

, 10 , just

25:22

try to start with that and see

25:24

how it feels , uh , and then use this

25:26

listing tracker to to track

25:28

that and then next week , maybe , you

25:31

know , maybe you want to do less , that's fine , you know

25:33

it's . It's whatever you want to do . Just keep

25:35

tracking it . But , uh , you can get that

25:37

. It's just a Google Google sheet . So if you have

25:39

a Google account , you'll need to copy the sheet

25:41

into your account and then you can rename

25:43

it whatever you want and then you'll be able to edit it . Just

25:47

go to print on demandcastcom

25:49

slash listing dash

25:52

tracker . That's print on

25:54

demandcastcom slash listing dash

25:56

tracker . It's not like an

25:58

email capture thing . It's literally you'll just get

26:01

a , it'll just open up a Google

26:03

sheet and you'll have it and

26:05

you can copy it . It's just something I wanted to give to you guys

26:07

It'll also that link will also be in

26:09

the show notes and just

26:12

wanted to encourage you to

26:14

track your listings , your

26:16

listing creation . Hopefully that will become

26:20

more of a reality , that you

26:22

are just more consistent in

26:24

creating these listings . So I

26:27

think we can all agree that it's super important and

26:29

I just really want to encourage

26:32

you to make that a goal

26:34

in your business , that you're consistent

26:36

with that . If it's not you , somebody else in your business

26:38

is consistently uploading

26:41

, for all the reasons that we talked about today

26:43

. So that is it for

26:45

me . It's a little bit

26:47

shorter . We're just coming up on what

26:49

. The 27-minute mark . That's

26:51

pretty quick , but , yeah

26:53

, without Josiah here to bounce stuff off of

26:56

it does go a little bit quicker . But

26:58

I just wanted to tell you

27:00

all I appreciate you and I really

27:03

am thankful that you would spend

27:06

a half hour to an hour with us every week , and

27:10

if I can ever do anything for you or

27:12

help you in any way , please don't

27:14

hesitate to reach out . You

27:17

can jump on a discovery call with me if

27:19

you'd like . There's a link in the show notes

27:21

as well as on the weekly newsletter

27:24

. We can see if it makes sense for us to work

27:26

together . I do have some other things

27:28

that are going on in the background that I'm

27:30

going to be announcing over the next months , and

27:33

I'm pretty excited about it . So with

27:35

that for Josiah

27:37

, I'm Travis and I will see

27:39

you next time right here on the Print On Demandcast
