I remember

when I first started writing, I had

read a book called I Am That by

Sri Nisargadatta, and I'm not big on

gurus or anything, but there was something

about the way they were

interviewing this man and

saying something about his

words carried the energy

of the truth. of what he

was saying. It was like not shallow words

that were on the surface. There was something

behind them, and I thought, I

want to be able to do that. I

want to represent what

I'm feeling and knowing in the

rhythm of the words or what

I choose to say. So

I had little post-it notes up on the thing

like, each sentence should be a jewel.

It reminds me of being careful with your words.

And words have frequency. That's right.

They certainly do. I remember

a thousand years ago, the very first

psychic I ever saw, I could still

hear it in her voice when she

said to me, be careful with your

words. People will believe you. Yes.

And that is a huge responsibility,

isn't it? Yes. Yes. You

know, there's all this fake news and everything.

And who knows what to believe? You have

to feel your intuition in order to get

at what's really true. So okay, I'm

So I 100% agree. And you

can feel when someone's authentic or when they're

just spouting off. That's so, so true. Tell

us how you define frequency and

is it the same as your

vibration? Well, frequency is a

huge term. And I think

it has a lot to do with sine

waves, you know, with a repeating kind of

vibration that has a high and a

7:27

low. And it goes through

7:29

repetitions. And it can be even

and it can be uneven, it

7:33

could be syncopated, it could be

7:35

high, you know, really smooth looking,

or it can be very jagged

7:39

looking. But those

7:42

frequencies translate into

7:45

states of being, into

7:47

bodily felt experiences,

into different kinds of emotions,

low frequency emotions, you

7:54

know, depression, fear, anxiety,

worry, those kinds of

things are jaggedy, lower

frequencies. And then

it translates into thought

and the way we perceive things. So

lower frequency thoughts are retribution

and jealousy and defending

yourself constantly. Whereas

the higher frequency things are much

smoother and they take you farther

out into understanding. And

they give you insights that

are based on things like

love and generosity and gratitude

and wisdom, not

fear based to self-defensiveness and

aggression on others, not

polarization. So

we feel it every day and we

live through sequences of frequencies all

day long and even all night

long in our dreams. You

know, we may be processing out something

scary and we have a nightmare. But

it's all evolutionary, I think,

anything that we experience.

The brain wavelengths like

beta, alpha, beta, delta,

gamma, the beta waves

are very jaggedy and

close up together. And that's our

normal daily consciousness. And you

would think that the more fast they go

like that, the higher the frequency, but it's

just the opposite. So

as you get into the longer,

slower waves like theta and

delta, like when you're

in deep sleep and you're out in

the dream world, man, you're in delta

and you're accessing a lot of higher

consciousness then. It's like you are that

consciousness then. And as

you come back toward the physical world in the

morning, you slow down

and you get into this fragmented

world of body and space and

other people over there and everything

kind of buzzing and

we go back into beta. I think

we do that all day long. we

shift ourselves in and out through these

frequencies. You'll be here talking

and then you'll space out and then

you come back and you've accessed something. We do

it all the time, but we

don't notice it. So everything vibrates,

you can feel your emotions and your

thoughts vibrating at different frequencies and what

that turns into, the

frequency causes the

body to get sick or

to be healthy or to

be happy or to be troubled. Then

you can look around you and you can

see a healthy plant versus an unhealthy plant.

The frequency is different. You

can read people who are in alignment

with their own self and soul and

they feel so harmonious and easy to

be with versus ones that

are caught up in ego and they

feel challenging and you don't feel comfortable

with them. It's part of our world,

right? So let me ask

right that we have a natural vibration of

what you call a home

frequency and that's the way your

soul feels, the kind

of gorgeous bright frequency that

babies radiate. This

is covered over with emotional and

mental clutter as you go through

your life, you say. You

can uncover and let it shine anytime

you want. How do you do

that? Well, first you have

to recognize that you have a home frequency, that

just feeling upset about the world and

trying to feel happy is not normal.

If you send her back into

your home frequency, this is the

basically soul in the body, soul

in the personality. I

am a soul. I'm here.

I don't have a soul, like a possession

that's out there somewhere. I'm

it and I'm here.

this personal reality or

think about it as like a colander or

a sieve, but it's upside down over us,

and the holes are where we have

and can make our personality. The dark

spots where it's solid are the fear

places that don't

lot of our process is getting clear

of the fear spots, understanding

why they're there and saying, oh, that's silly,

I don't need that, that's not even real

to me, and then they open

up and we get more soul force. This

is part of our process on earth

right now is this clearing of ourselves,

this purification in a way of

ourselves by dissolving fears. But

I think that the home

it evolves too. When

you first notice it, it's the way

you feel most deeply comfortable, and

that doesn't mean telling lies in order to

feel safe. It means really

liking yourself, really being fully

present in the moment and

noticing and not judging things.

Everybody has a different way to sense it. Sometimes

it's a textural thing or

a certain emotion, like cheerfulness was the

way I started. I

always felt good about myself when I felt cheerful.

Then I started to feel

like, oh, what about melting butter feels

good or pink and gourish sweater? I

could be able to tune

back into it by creating

these little light switches

to turn on. I've

asked other people and when a dancer

I knew, she said she'd felt like a

figure eight flow, that she was just going left

to right, moving and fluid.

And that was her feeling that got

her back into her centered state of

her, and I call us your preferred state.

When you can recognize how you like

to feel, sometimes I think of

playing with puppies, or something,

a baby smiling at you. It

puts you into this natural return

to self. And

that has to be practiced. You

have to be in a bad mood and then come back to this

and say, wait, this is the one I prefer. Run

with it for a while. So

what does that practice look like? It first requires

that we notice what we're noticing. That's

a mindfulness practice, but to me it's

a perceptual practice. There's

a part of us inside that causes us

to notice certain things and not others. And

there's messages in those noticings. So

when you go off track and you

get into a snit, or you're upset

about something, stop right there

and notice, look what my energy is

doing right now. I contracted. I'm

contracted and I don't feel free. I

don't have freedom practicing not

liking things and being negative.

where you feel that you do like yourself,

like you're enjoying life, back

to home frequency again

and again and again until it

becomes quite easy to just recenter

again. Because what you

pay attention to is what actually

starts materializing in your personal reality

because attention causes energy to slow

come into form. When

you get bored and take attention out

of something, it causes the form to

kind of go off and dissolve. So

that's the art that we're learning to

do, is to place attention on what

we prefer. which

is closer to who we really are, rediscovering

and remembering, who are we really?

We're spiritual beings having

an experiment on earth. I

have a question about that. So I have

friend in our friend group and she's lovely

and kind and wonderful to all of us,

but we call her our little ring cloud

because she's kind of a little

bit negative, right? Like we went to a party

at a friend's house, she lives in a beautiful

house on the water and she was like, and

16:31

we were all like oohing and awwing, like, isn't

this gorgeous? And her response was,

I wouldn't want to clean it and what if

16:38

a hurricane comes, you know, that type of thing

16:40

always just says something like that. And

16:43

I meditated when we started becoming friends

years ago and I asked my guides,

you know, about it. And he said,

that's how she feels safe in the world. And

16:53

so I wonder, is that her

16:56

home frequency or is

16:58

that one of the layers she's put over

her home? Yeah, that's one of the layers.

She hasn't gotten to her home frequency yet.

It's one of the layers that she's

thinking that she's unsafe in the

17:10

world. So she might as well

side with the negativity and,

you know, do it before it can

happen, you know, like

anticipated ahead of time, right?

And then she'll feel prepared

already if anything happens. But

she's continuing to create other

negative things by paying attention

that way. But

when you allow yourself to feel the way

you really love to feel, like, what

an incredibly lucky person

I am that I have this ability

to be connected with the ocean or

with the sky or, you

17:47

know, whatever it is and

receive energies from this and give

gratitude back. Okay, well,

there she's in her home frequency. What

happens to our home frequencies

when we're around someone like

that. Does

our frequency go up and down when we're

around? Yeah, it depends on

how far along you are because

in the early stages, we

tend to frequency match with

what's around us. And I

think it's a survival mechanism, partly

agreement means we won't get beat

up or hurt. So

we kind of equate sometimes love

with agreement. And it may be

codependent a little bit or something.

And this is an unconscious thing.

It's a tribal thing, if you

think about it. If everybody's picking

up on negativity in the group,

like we better be careful, something's

18:43

coming, a storm or an

18:46

invasion or something, then

18:48

we all get that and we all

18:50

move into action together. So

we tend to unconsciously match

18:56

negativity or negative people, even

18:59

though we don't want to, but we

19:01

tend to drop our frequency to where they

19:03

are. Now,

19:05

teachers often will drop

19:08

frequency in order to reach people

19:11

who aren't quite ready

19:14

yet, who need to feel safer before they

19:16

can open up. That's, I

19:18

think, an early stage of teaching

because as you go along, you

19:23

start letting the field of your own energy,

you encompass other people and you let them

19:27

be in it and live in it for

19:29

a little while and let them have the

19:31

choice of noticing it and

19:34

feeling it and maybe wanting it and

19:36

activating it in themselves. You're

not trying to get them to do

19:40

anything. So you give people

19:45

free will more and more, I think, as

19:47

you evolve as a teacher. And

we can be healers just by walking

around in this home frequency field of

19:55

joyful, happy, respectful,

energy and including

other people in our field. I

have both positive and difficult emotional

aspects. How can

we maintain a positive frequency through these

phases? And are there

ways we can recognize what phase we're in? I know

that's a big question, but if you could just

touch up on that. I think

that if I can kind of recall

the phases as I can in summary,

what's happening on the planet right now

23:40

is that a lot of energy is

23:42

coming into the planet from who knows

23:44

where. And it's raising

23:46

the frequency of the planet itself. So

therefore it's raising the frequency of our bodies,

23:51

which are made of earth and

23:53

then of everything in us because

23:56

more spiritual force is coming into

23:58

the world. and we're

24:00

starting to recognize that their

24:03

spirit is actually inside matter.

Heaven is not out there somewhere. It's

24:09

right here with us in the same

24:11

present moment with

everything else. In our present

moment are millions of frequencies, and

what we place our attention on is what

our reality becomes. So

that's kind of dawning on us, but

as we realize that everything

is becoming very rapid, what

happens is that in

the body there's really no

low frequency level left where we could

store our subconscious fears. We used to like,

oh, I don't want to think about

that now. Let's push it down and

24:44

suppress it. And it goes

into sometimes even the lower part of the

24:48

body or down into wherever

24:51

your subconscious memories are stored.

But that level has increased in frequency.

So the old fears can't stay there,

and it's kind of like popcorn popping

up. And all these old wounds

and fears are coming up into the

25:06

conscious mind right now. So

into daily life, repeating situations,

repeating that you thought you had gotten

25:14

rid of. No, they're coming up again

because you need to face them and

25:19

understand them. And then they clear when

you realize who you really are. So

you view them from your home frequency, and

25:26

then they can clear. And then you

25:28

have more light coming through your sieve. So

that's happening, but when it starts to happen for

25:35

a lot of people, they don't want to feel

25:37

that stuff. So they try to resuppress it, push

25:40

it back down again. And there are a lot

25:42

of reactionary behaviors that come in with that. And

there's a kind of a fortification,

almost like the ego does not

25:49

want to let go of the

25:51

way it's created your reality. It

25:54

doesn't want to have to change. And

25:56

so there are a lot of defensive behaviors. Or

even things like addictions or things

26:02

where you avoid thinking about things.

You leave your body, you go unconscious, or

you get very highly defensive about

26:09

what you do and don't

26:12

criticize me. Things like

26:14

that come up. We see that a

26:16

lot. Then there's a period

26:18

where eventually you start

26:20

seeing that when you retrench and

26:23

clench yourself, energy can't flow,

and you start to feel

26:28

pretty bad. You can

26:30

get sick. You can have accidents.

The energy backs up and implodes

26:35

or explodes or does

26:37

things to try to free

26:39

itself. We start to see that a

26:42

lot of those structures, those old

26:44

structures that we've lived with, are

26:46

not working like old forms of

26:48

government, old forms of business, like

26:51

hierarchies. They don't work anymore. Flat

26:54

structures work where people are equal.

26:56

Things are shifting into a higher

26:58

frequency way of functioning. But

first, things have to break down.

It's a step in evolution. When

27:06

that happens, it

27:08

really brings up a lot of fear to

27:11

learn to live without a lot of

27:13

structure and definition by

27:15

working with intuition, with

27:18

the right brain and not the left brain. As

you practice that, and this is

27:25

really the whole intuition development process.

You see that when you let go and

let energy flow and you trust the flow,

that things improve. As

you get clear, things are easier.

Life works better. No struggle. Things

that used to be troublesome

are easier now. They just

27:44

don't stop you. That includes

things like karma that we

27:48

bring in. Now, as

the energy is very, very high on the

27:53

planet, I'm finding a lot of people feeling

that they don't have their karma anymore. They

27:57

noticed it. They

don't need to be reminded about

28:02

it. They've already cleared that from

28:04

themselves and it's dropped. And then

28:06

what happens is that you really

28:08

do relax and trust

28:11

and open up. And now

comes a lot of soul

presence through your personality, through

28:17

your mind, through your feelings,

28:19

and emotions almost disappear. And

they become, for sensitivity, empathy,

almost like ultra sensitivity,

where we're being able to

just read energy, energy information.

In the highest state, they

become actually states of being,

like sweetness, or

28:39

generosity, or gratitude. These kinds of

things are not emotions. They're

states of being that are actually composed of

other kinds of states of being. And then

it feels good when you let go and

you start validating that habit. And

now you start to re-emerge back

into the world, almost like the

28:57

Phoenix from the fire,

where you realize gifts

that you've had, that you're good at

certain things that you didn't realize you

were good at, that you have latent

talents, and you feel

like contributing and helping others. And

this is almost where your sense

of life purpose really starts to

register and that you know,

yes, this is the way I am. This is the

way I've always been. I love this. And

I can do it. I get to do it now

in this life. And it's wonderful. We've

know I was connected to this world of

intuition. It's exciting to see.

Yeah, it is. And it's so

almost like relieving. It's

like a relief to remember who we

really are and that all this fear-based

behaviors that we've had in the physical

world, because we've thought of it

as a place of pain and suffering, rather

than a place where we can practice our

creativity. to create realities

from our attention and our

thoughts and frequencies. You

know, this is, we're all mini-creators, you

know, happening now. Being able

to shift things with

our thoughts and with our focus,

without willpower, but

through the power of cooperation with

all beings. And this is where

our consciousness is headed. And so

I think I say here at

the end that relationship, family, and

group experiences become revolutionized. We

have a sort of a convening of,

like it's an experience I've been feeling lately

where when you're in your home frequency and

other people are in theirs, we're

all kind of focused on soul,

soul-based identity

and self-expression. And

we show up in each other's fields because

we match frequencies. And

they are people who understand

you and it's

your soul group almost, you know,

it's people who have

pieces of a puzzle that want

to go together into often a

larger sort of project or work

of all, it's a real strong

commitment to live in your home

frequency is actually a state of being. How

do I want my life to feel? I want

to be this way in my life. And

this is a choice. It's not an idea

that you flutter around with and say, well,

maybe it'll happen. No, I'm

choosing my reality

to be based on this

feeling state that

I know and I experience. And

anytime I get out of it, I'm going to drop

that. I'm going to come back to it because I

am focusing my full

attention on this state. And

this is my reality. And

it is my future. Because

the future is now in the present moment.

Time is changing. The past

is in the present moment. All

either what happens is the people who are in

include the people who are instilling fear

in your field, and let them have

the chance to feel what it feels

and then they will choose it too. But

we have to fear is fear itself, it's

choose to have it not really be a reality

we're draining the air out of the puffed up

is negative and bad and fearful.

so pretty soon things transfer over

and your reality changes, then

you get together with other people who

are doing that. And their realities also

shifting into this other place. And now

you get group mind group consciousness, which

then becomes more powerful to attract other

people into it, or allow

them to feel it, so they can

choose for themselves. So

it's very tempting.

might live in a fascist society, it's like

I had my own solar flares. Like, oh,

and then I said, No, wait, I'm just

this is flaring out of me so I

can see it. So I don't have to

put energy into it. I don't know if

these layers that are holding us back

think there's great benefit to

able to just be the being. Because

that power of the being is

I got into it by accident the other day

and I felt like I was out in a

black void with no stars and no love and

then I suddenly realized, wait a

minute, this is very powerful, quiet

state, almost like a velvety, dark,

purpley, black state that was so

beautiful. And it was

dissolving away from me stuff

I didn't need so gently. Like

it just works on you and shows you

very kindly who you really are.

to understand that everything that happens

to us is evolutionary. And

it is partly created by the

soul. And if you're involved with

other people, like a partner losing

their job, it's co created. And

not out of ignorance necessarily,

but the souls will come together

to create certain things

that wake us up even more, that

allow us maybe to exit a

bad job that where your creativity is

being squelched, or, you know,

you have negative people around you that don't

let you expand your

consciousness or your skill sets. You

know, everything is forward moving. Like

last year, I had

a sudden heart problem that

I didn't know I had, I had

no pain, nothing, and ended

up going to the ER.

And they put me in cardiac ICU, I

was having acute heart failure.

And I was like, what? You know, like,

that can't be I'm fine, you know, no, mitral

valve blew open, and you're having cardiogenic

shock and this is like, you know,

your life is in danger. I'm like,

but I feel lucky. I don't

get to get this. It seemed like

a dream. And I went through open

heart surgery. And I feel like it

was kind of a shortcut to higher

consciousness. It was, I

always felt lucky through the whole thing.

I had a great I loved the

surgeon, everything felt right. I

didn't for a minute think anything

negative. And I

came through it. And, you know, it takes a long

time to recover. And

yet I kept having these insights.

Because I think I accessed a

lot of information during the surgery.

And any kind of shift like that

is like a crack in your,

you know, your armor

or whatever, and you open up a wedge and

a lot of stuff comes through. And

so I had my life review like you would

have when you die while I was sitting on

the sofa watching TV. And I

saw a little film strip going off to my left.

I saw myself when I was three with my mother.

And you know, and I saw all

these events. And then that

I could go back into each event. And

it was still happening. And I was there. And

I and then I could leave it and it was it's

like down in the film strip. It

was so engineered

43:21

so incredibly that

it made me understand that

me the soul and all the other

souls that co created with me over

all these experiences, it was all

out of love and evolution. It was all

co created. And perfect

one experience unfolded into the next

and allowed the next so

that I was able to get to where I

needed to be easily. And

that's true for everybody. And

there are hardships that further you and there

are easy places that further you but

it is magical. And

I totally began to trust the flow after

that I was Like, I

don't have to control this and make things

happen anymore. It really opened me

up. But what I'm saying is that

difficult experiences can make

you temporarily contract and

think and worries like, oh, my books will

be banned. No. And

then what's really happening in the

inner worlds is very fortunate. I

don't know if that helps answer that. It

does. It's a beautiful perspective. And it makes

me wonder with your

home frequency being so filled with

joy and gratitude, I

wonder if you attracted the best heart surgeon

for you and the best team. Do you

know what I mean? If it works, does

it work that way? I think it does.

Yeah, I do too. Yeah, I think that

their attitude in many ways matched my attitude.

Deep down, they were the kind of people

who were on the same wavelength as part

of the convening I was talking about, how

you start meeting people who are

on your wavelength. I absolutely

love that. I'm so glad you're OK and

healed. I have a way

minor, minor story compared to that. But

it just happened this month. My

exterminator found that a little animal had taken

up a home in my crawl space and

had torn down all the stuff. So I

had to have all that redone. And

it was very expensive and time consuming. And I

was like, oh, great. And while

they were there, they found a leak

in the subfloor of my bathroom.

And he said, if you hadn't had

your crawl space redone, you never would

have found this leak. You would have

been standing in the shower and just

fallen through. Oh my gosh. And

I thought, wow. It

was just such a metaphor of how negative

experiences, and that's a minor one,

I know, but it's the one

freshest on my mind, often lead

to this realization that everything really

is working in your favor. Yes,

it is. Even though

it seems frustrating. And then

if you stay in it, it

reveals. Go ahead. And

of course, the process there

is that sometimes until we have

time and space and distance, and

can reflect, we don't see

what a gift each of those steps along

the process work. And it sounds like you

were able to do that pretty much while

you were going through the heart situation. Well,

but also, you know, after that in recovery,

where you're not allowed to drive and you

46:23

know, you can't do much, but sit on

46:26

the sofa and watch Below Deck Down Under,

you know, like get

46:30

addicted to these stupid shows. Then

46:32

they, it's surface, these things surface, they bubble

46:35

out, you know, when you're ready, you

46:37

need the spaciousness in order for

46:40

those things to surface. I

46:42

call that liminal space, you know, this space

46:44

of the threshold between the

46:47

ending of one and the beginning of a new. It's

46:50

a very caterpillar like, you know,

46:52

butterfly space, where we're

46:54

re-patterning ourselves. And I think

we have to go back to basics to do

that. Back to basics. What do

you mean by that? What I mean by that

is to just sit down. Our

they know what's getting ready to sit down

and shut up. Right.

We can't process and hear and

learn if we're still

and conscious of that.

Well, one thing to remember about what you

just said and how wise that is, is

that the left brain is language oriented. So

if you're talking to yourself in your head

or you're talking, talking out there and commenting

and you're in your left

brain, right? If you

can get quiet and shut up,

you immediately shift to the right

brain and intuition. And

if you can just stay there for a little while,

even if you dip a

bit back and you re-center yourself, now

the intuition has a chance. The

souls have a chance to bring

you the next piece of real

deep. knowledge that you need or

the insight you need. And then

if you notice what you notice,

you get it. Exactly. And you

have an awareness of that vibration.

take a little energetic snapshot of

going for the worst possible scenario,

and titillating ourselves with the fear,

vision of the

life that I like that I know is

possible, and I'm going to stay in it.

And it's not naive, because it has power.

That's an important distinction, because a lot of

people will say that, especially

if I say, you know, I'm not going

to jump into the the muck and mire

of that, I'm just gonna step out of

it. And, and they'll say, Oh, that's so

naive of you. So I'm glad that

that you said that it's important, right? I think for a

lot of people to hear. It's

as you get used to understanding the

power of the actual being state, where

there's no action, no agenda, no

heroism necessarily. You

can go into that state and that

the field itself will change

things. The collective

consciousness of all beings is the
