Hello and

0:04

welcome to

0:07

psychic teachers.

0:10

I'm your

0:14

host Samantha

0:17

Faye. And I'm

0:20

Deb Bowen.

0:22

And today we're going to be

0:25

sharing some wonderful questions and stories

0:27

that you all took the time

0:29

and descend to us. So Deb,

0:31

after a couple of shows about

0:33

quantum reality and time travel and

0:36

using your consciousness to travel and

0:38

explore different realms, I'm ready for

0:40

a relaxing Q&A show. How about

0:42

you? It is relaxing. We love

0:44

doing this show, y'all. But in

0:46

addition to that, sometimes you all

0:49

have some things that really make

0:51

us think, and this is one. So

0:53

this listener says, oh, a new listener,

0:55

thank you so much for joining us.

0:57

I have just found your wonderful podcast,

0:59

and I love it. I have been listening

1:02

to back programs and wanted

1:04

to share a story in

1:06

response to your episode entitled

1:08

Phone Calls from the Dead. A few

1:10

days after my mother's passing, I was

1:12

just waking in the morning when I

1:14

heard the phone beside my bed ring.

1:17

I reached for it, and it was

1:19

my mother's voice saying, Hello, darling.

1:21

I came wide awake and burst into tears.

1:23

I know it was her letting me

1:25

know she was still with me. My mother

1:27

was always a spiritual person, and

1:30

I remember her having seances at

1:32

our home when I was just

1:35

a child. So this communication was

1:37

not unusual. but very deeply felt.

1:39

We had many talks during

1:41

later her life in her

1:44

life about contact after her death,

1:46

and she came through. Bless her. I'm

1:48

so glad you got that gift

1:50

from your mother. What a

1:52

wonderful, wonderful gift from your

1:55

mother. You know, there are

1:57

lots of folks who, for

1:59

whatever reason... don't always contact

2:01

us after they have crossed the

2:03

veil. My sweet, sweet Granny Jean,

2:05

I've never talked to her. My

2:07

friend Dale has, she's delivered message,

2:09

but Jean has never actually been

2:11

to see me. And I've always

2:13

been so surprised about that. I've

2:15

asked her, I've got all the

2:17

stuff, and she does not speak

2:19

to me. But on the other

2:21

hand, my mother too came to

2:23

see me after she died. And

2:25

it was such a gift and

2:27

such a blessing. So I'm so

2:29

glad. that you had that relationship

2:31

and that conversation with her before

2:33

she died and she came through

2:35

for you. That's just wonderful. It

2:37

is and I think it helps

2:39

to strengthen that ability to communicate

2:41

after when you prepare beforehand and

2:43

say like, oh, this will be

2:45

my sign or this is how

2:47

I'll do it. But to have

2:49

a phone call and be able

2:51

to hear your mother's voice again,

2:53

wow. Absolutely. My mama called me

2:55

too, but she didn't say anything.

2:57

The phone was just had this.

2:59

really strange, almost dead air sound

3:01

to it. When she was alive,

3:03

I called her every night at

3:05

6 o'clock. Even if I had

3:07

been at the nursing home and

3:10

left there at quarter to six,

3:12

when I got home at 6

3:14

o'clock, I called Mama. And the

3:16

night after she died, my phone

3:18

rang at 6 o'clock, and there

3:20

was nobody there, and I knew

3:22

it was my mom. And I

3:24

just talked to the dead air

3:26

for a few minutes, you know.

3:28

That's so beautiful. I love that

3:30

story. That's true. If my mom

3:32

called it would probably be to

3:34

tell me to sit up straighter

3:36

shoulders back and put some lipstick

3:38

on. Our mothers were different Samantha

3:40

that's all one of them. Our

3:42

next one says I drove from

3:44

my home to Austin today and

3:46

back listening to Heavenly Alliance. Oh

3:48

thank you. I just finished doing

3:50

the meditation you suggested in chapter

3:52

two to meet and ask for

3:54

signs from my guides. I'm a

3:56

nature girl and live in the

3:58

country. So nature is a language

4:00

I understand. I asked for two

4:02

signs, a fox and a feather.

4:04

I walked from the bedroom where

4:06

I did the meditation. straight to

4:08

the bedroom to fill the dog's

4:10

water bowl. Beside the bowl was

4:12

a feather, not two minutes between

4:14

being asked and answered. I felt

4:16

such gratitude. I've always known that

4:18

someone was watching out for me,

4:20

but never thought to ask for

4:22

a sign until I started your

4:24

book. That touches my heart. in

4:26

so many ways. First of all,

4:28

I love to get emails about

4:30

where and how people are listening

4:32

or reading to the book. That

4:34

just, it's such an honor I

4:36

cannot express. And I do think

4:38

it's important to have those physical

4:40

validations, you know, where you specifically

4:42

ask for a feather and then

4:44

you see one in such an

4:46

unusual way. I love that. There's

4:49

nothing like that confirmation. that it's

4:51

just absolutely wonderful. You know, a

4:53

couple of weeks ago I did

4:55

an episode by myself and one

4:57

of the things I invited folks

4:59

to do was to go out

5:01

in nature and really look around

5:03

them and look for what might

5:05

feel like a sign to them.

5:07

And I cannot tell you how

5:09

many emails I got from folks

5:11

who said, my hawk was in

5:13

the sky or whatever they saw.

5:15

And I just love the idea

5:17

of your offering that meditation in

5:19

Heavenly Alliance Samantha. and that folks

5:21

are really paying attention to the

5:23

world around them and seeing such

5:25

beauty and nature and the gifts

5:27

that nature gives us. At my

5:29

house, I saw a hawk almost

5:31

every day, and very often I

5:33

would see that hawk almost like

5:35

he or she was following us

5:37

on our walks. And one of

5:39

my friends who's over at the

5:41

house all the time, you know,

5:43

is not into this stuff. at

5:45

all. And she was like, well,

5:47

he must have a nest around

5:49

here. And I'm not kidding. She

5:51

followed that flippant hawk until she

5:53

found the nest, which was indeed

5:55

right behind my home. And I

5:57

was so sad because I really

5:59

thought that was my hawk, you

6:01

know? And so my kids started

6:03

pointing out to me that I

6:05

do see hawks kind of everywhere,

6:07

you know, like we had to

6:09

go volunteer at the hospital and

6:11

there was a hawk right on

6:13

top of this high building and

6:15

we went to this shopping center

6:17

and where my daughter goes to

6:19

school two hours away we saw

6:21

a hawk and I was like

6:23

yeah okay but I really wanted

6:26

that hawk that was always at

6:28

my in my yard to be

6:30

connected to me. That hawk in

6:32

your guard was connected to you.

6:34

Thank you I think so too

6:36

and that's why. Wait let me

6:38

tell you how I know. I'm

6:40

not making this up. Hawks really

6:42

need to feel safe. If they're

6:44

going to raise their young somewhere,

6:46

they do a great deal of

6:48

research and reconnaissance and consideration before

6:50

they build a nest. And that

6:52

hawk said, oh, this is a

6:54

really wonderful place. Look at all

6:56

these lovely women who live here.

6:58

This is a great place. It'll

7:00

be safe. It'll be lovely. And

7:02

while there, but I'm feeling safe

7:04

and secure to have my children

7:06

here, I'm also here protecting them

7:08

and they recognize me. Isn't this

7:10

a great relationship. Oh, I love

7:12

that. Thank you. There you go.

7:14

You're welcome. Well, I moved into

7:16

the new place and one of

7:18

my daughters was home to help

7:20

me and the movers had just

7:22

laughed and we gotten all the

7:24

major stuff set up, you know,

7:26

the beds, the couches, all of

7:28

that. and we got the boxes

7:30

settled where they needed to go.

7:32

And we finally just, we opened

7:34

up the sliding glass doors to

7:36

the patio and the screened-in porch

7:38

and we're just letting the pets

7:40

kind of acclimate and we're just

7:42

looking out the window. And a

7:44

hawk landed on the fence post

7:46

and just stared at us for

7:48

about 20 minutes. And Tori said,

7:50

look mom, your hawk is with

7:52

you again. Tori would be right.

7:54

She would be. I was so

7:56

happy. Anyway. Anyway. I just finished

7:58

listening to the latest episode where

8:00

you pulled tarot cards and crystals

8:02

regarding the remainder of February. I

8:05

casually wondered to myself how these

8:07

cards could possibly be meaningful to

8:09

me considering how many people would

8:11

also be listening. You can probably

8:13

get... yes, that both the card

8:15

and the crystal lined up perfectly

8:17

with my place in life. I

8:19

was so pleasantly surprised, and yet

8:21

not surprised at all. I love

8:23

this email. Thank you so much

8:25

for this, because you know, Tarot,

8:27

crystals, all the metaphysical modalities and

8:29

concepts with which we work, all

8:31

work together. And they all work

8:33

on some kind. of universal timeline

8:35

and universal energy wave. And I

8:37

think that often, like in this

8:39

case where we just randomly pulled

8:41

a card and pulled a crystal,

8:43

that it wasn't random at all.

8:45

That somehow the universe and... and

8:47

our guides and our own intuition

8:49

just knew that that was information

8:51

that would resonate with so many

8:53

people and was so needed at

8:55

that particular moment in time. And

8:57

I'm so glad that you found

8:59

that to be true for you.

9:01

Thank you for that. That's the

9:03

magic of Tarot. It is the

9:05

magic of Tarot. Tarot really does

9:07

work on art types and mythologies

9:09

and I mean there's so much

9:11

so much history and so much

9:13

to learn there and it really

9:15

does come through that way. Our

9:17

next one says, I want to

9:19

get your take on a strange

9:21

experience I had today. Last week,

9:23

during your Be Your Own Psychic

9:25

class, you mentioned the Gateway Project,

9:27

and I commented that it was

9:29

the second time that day I

9:31

had heard Gateway mentioned. You stated

9:33

I should definitely look into that.

9:35

Well, over the weekend, I googled

9:37

the Gateway Project and printed out

9:39

the whole CIA report and began

9:41

to read it. I also found

9:44

an interview with Bobman Rowe on

9:46

YouTube and watched it. Over the

9:48

past year or so I've been

9:50

using binaural sleep videos off of

9:52

YouTube every night to help me

9:54

sleep So when I realize that

9:56

binaural beads were the basic premise

9:58

behind the Monroe Institute and the

10:00

gateway I decided to look them

10:02

up on Google They have some

10:04

sample meditations on their website, so

10:06

I decided to try one while

10:08

I work today. I was working

10:10

in the warehouse by myself listening

10:12

to the meditation when I heard

10:14

my name shouted from a distance.

10:16

I immediately yanked one earbud out

10:18

and responded, yeah, thinking it may

10:20

have been a co-worker needing me

10:22

for something. No reply. So thinking

10:24

that maybe what I heard was

10:26

some glitch in the recording, I

10:28

rewound it two minutes and listen

10:30

to it again, nothing, even resembling

10:32

my name was on that meditation.

10:34

Do you think that was my

10:36

guides telling me to try one

10:38

of the programs at the Monroe

10:40

Institute? I'm still trying to connect

10:42

with my guides and having no

10:44

luck so far. Okay, well, I

10:46

think you are having some luck

10:48

because oftentimes our first contact with

10:50

a guide is hearing them call

10:52

our name. I mean, how many

10:54

times have you seen that? and

10:56

emails we've gotten down. Lots. Lots,

10:58

right? And so I think when

11:00

you're in this hemisink modality, your

11:02

consciousness is both in and out

11:04

of your body, making it much

11:06

easier for guides to make contact.

11:08

And so I think. Hearing your

11:10

name was probably your guides initiating

11:12

that first connection, which is wonderful.

11:14

I don't think it means you

11:16

have to go to Virginia and

11:18

take a class at the Monroe

11:21

Institute, although that would be wonderful.

11:23

I think we should all give

11:25

that a try if budget allows,

11:27

but I do think it means

11:29

you're on the right path, and

11:31

you're definitely starting to make that

11:33

connection with your guide. And you

11:35

know. That whole connecting with guides,

11:37

things, I mean the path to

11:39

yourself, of course, that I've been

11:41

teaching, that's one of the things

11:43

we've talked about, is how do

11:45

we connect with our guides? And

11:47

sometimes we forget that our guides

11:49

are always there. They don't go

11:51

anywhere. They don't come and go.

11:53

You have a guide who's with

11:55

you from the first breath to

11:57

your last, and the trick is

11:59

how you ask how you ask

12:01

to be better at connecting with.

12:03

them, not them with you. And

12:05

that's a whole different mindset. And

12:07

I think that paying attention to

12:09

voices in a recording, for example,

12:11

is certainly one way where they're

12:13

like, oh, we're ready, where are

12:15

you? And I sometimes just talking

12:17

out into the ethers. And it

12:19

may seem silly to do that,

12:21

but just to sit and say,

12:23

OK, dear spirit guide, here's what

12:25

I'm trying to learn. And perhaps

12:27

you could send some signs to

12:29

help me with this. You just

12:31

kind of talk to a belt.

12:33

You'll get answers. You'll get answers.

12:35

Oh, that's what our next read

12:37

our next question. It's kind of

12:39

in line with exactly what you're

12:41

saying. Oh, well, all right. Let

12:43

me go on there. This person

12:45

says I have a question about

12:47

connecting with your spirit guides. Oh,

12:49

well, hello. I've tried lots of

12:51

guided meditations and I've meditated on

12:53

my own asking for advice. But

12:55

the contact I get just sounds

12:57

like my own voice, I'll come

13:00

back to that, and feels like

13:02

a part of myself. A wise

13:04

part of me, to be fair,

13:06

but still a part of me

13:08

and not anyone external. My question

13:10

is, am I doing it wrong?

13:12

Oh boy, bless your heart. I'm

13:14

still just getting what feels like

13:16

my higher self or a little

13:18

voice that you wouldn't hear unless

13:20

you were quiet, which isn't bad,

13:22

of course. That voice is important,

13:24

but I'm not sure if it's

13:26

your guide. One of the things

13:28

that Samantha and I have probably

13:30

said in every course we've ever

13:32

taught when we talked about spirit

13:34

guides is your guide always speaks

13:36

to you in your same voice

13:38

in your voice. Your guide always

13:40

speaks calmly and clearly. Guide doesn't

13:42

yell or cry or do any

13:44

of that kind of stuff. And

13:46

that's one of the reasons that

13:48

this is so hard is because

13:50

we do second guess ourselves just

13:52

as this person is suggesting. It's

13:54

like well, is that just me

13:56

talking to me talking to me?

13:58

No, it's your guide. That wise

14:00

or part of you, because your

14:02

guide is a part of you

14:04

in some ways. And so this

14:06

voice that sounds like your own

14:08

is your guide, giving you answers

14:10

and information. There's no right or

14:12

wrong to it. It's just that,

14:14

and indeed, you're right. being still,

14:16

being quiet. You've heard me say

14:18

this on this podcast too. If

14:20

we don't shut up, our guides

14:22

can't talk. So we have to

14:24

be quiet and listen and just

14:26

pay attention. And sometimes it doesn't

14:28

come as a voice. That's the

14:30

other important piece of connecting with

14:32

your guides. Your guides doesn't speak.

14:34

Your guides gives you signs. Your

14:36

guides give you feelings. It isn't

14:39

that this, would it be wonderful

14:41

if our guides person who stands

14:43

in front of us and says,

14:45

sit down, I've got some stuff

14:47

to tell you, and you can

14:49

just see and hear them. But

14:51

that's not the way it always

14:53

works. So I would invite you

14:55

to trust that voice, as long

14:57

as it's calm and clear, it's

14:59

you getting that information from that

15:01

guide and make notes, keep records

15:03

of your information that comes to

15:05

you. And you'll begin to see

15:07

a pattern in that material. You

15:09

know, I don't know that it

15:11

bothers me so much whether it's

15:13

my higher self. or my guide

15:15

as long as the information I

15:17

receive is helpful and enlightening. And

15:19

I always know it's from a

15:21

higher source because the way they

15:23

send it to me is so

15:25

concise and clear and illuminating. I

15:27

had This beautiful experience meditating a

15:29

couple of weeks ago, I'm actually

15:31

working on a newsletter about it

15:33

because I've shared it with a

15:35

lot of people and they're like,

15:37

this is so helpful. I don't

15:39

even know what I was asking

15:41

about one of my friends and

15:43

a situation she was going through

15:45

her life as a question mark,

15:47

not a period. And as a

15:49

grammar lover. That answer made so

15:51

much sense to me. That was

15:53

the only advice I got for

15:55

her. And when I told her,

15:57

it made a lot of sense

15:59

to her too. Do you ever

16:01

know... times in your life when

16:03

you go through with the energy

16:05

of a question mark rather than

16:07

the confidence of a period? I

16:09

think that's an incredibly beautiful message

16:11

you got and absolutely crystal clear

16:13

to any of us who are

16:15

grammar freaks. Right. So I think

16:18

that she's definitely this listener is

16:20

definitely making contact it might be

16:22

with her higher self but that

16:24

might be the trajectory she needs

16:26

to feel comfortable with this kind

16:28

of communication. Yeah, I would just

16:30

say as long as it's the

16:32

way she's described it, I am

16:34

I am pretty confident that she's

16:36

got a good helper working with

16:38

her. Yeah, I agree. Yeah. Okay,

16:40

let's take a very quick break

16:42

and we'll be right back to

16:44

dive into some more wonderful questions.

16:46

Okay, welcome back to our Q&A

16:48

show. Our next one was not

16:50

an email. It was a note

16:52

that somebody had added to an

16:54

order. She was ordering some bracelets

16:56

from my website. I'll only mention

16:58

that because a lot of people

17:00

put some lovely things in the

17:02

note section of their orders and

17:04

I do read them all. I

17:06

just can't always respond to every

17:08

one of them. So this is

17:10

my way of responding and sharing

17:12

to one of them. And she

17:14

writes, I bought the black tourmaline

17:16

bracelet after listening to one of

17:18

your podcast for my friend, who

17:20

is an empath and was having

17:22

pain on her left side. Last

17:24

week she told me she took

17:26

it home and spent time with

17:28

it and then put it on

17:30

and her pain went away. She

17:32

laughed at herself and didn't wear

17:34

it for a couple of days

17:36

and the pain came back. She

17:38

then went to get cupped and

17:40

the guy said he needed to

17:42

work on her left side. The

17:44

pain went away for an hour

17:46

and then came back. She said,

17:48

well, okay then, and put your

17:50

bracelet back on and the pain

17:52

went away. She wears it full

17:55

time now. I thought you might

17:57

get a kick out of that

17:59

story. Thank you as always. The

18:01

amazing power of crystal strikes again.

18:03

Absolutely, I am all in favor

18:05

of really paying attention to

18:07

what stones do for us. Black

18:09

Tourmaline is certainly an important rock

18:11

to have in your collection

18:13

and your... I don't want to use

18:16

the word Arsenal, but that's the

18:18

word that's coming to mind.

18:20

Well, with Black Tourmaline, Arsenal's

18:22

good because it's so fiercely

18:24

protective. I like this one

18:26

line from her note. She told

18:28

me she took it home and spent

18:30

time with it and then put it

18:32

on Yep, you've got to connect

18:34

with your crystals whether their jewelry

18:37

or part of your meditation practice

18:39

or just for Energy in your

18:41

home It is important to make

18:44

that time to connect with it

18:46

before you work with it and ask

18:48

ask if the stone will work with you.

18:51

Yeah, that's really important.

18:53

You know, it's so so important to

18:55

say will you help me Our next

18:57

one says, here's another story about

18:59

black termylene, how about that?

19:01

This listener writes, I have a

19:03

question about a bracelet breaking. I

19:06

wear a black termylene bracelet

19:08

every day on my left wrist

19:10

for protection from negative energies. I

19:12

clear it with polisanto almost

19:15

every day and I cleanse it on

19:17

most full moons. I have heard other

19:19

stories about crystals breaking and that

19:21

means that the crystal has done

19:23

its job and no longer serves you.

19:26

Recently I needed to call my neighbor

19:28

for a favor. He is a kind

19:30

man. However, he also used to be

19:32

my boss. During the time he was

19:34

my boss, I experienced a lot of

19:36

stress and anxiety, which led up to

19:39

a three-year chronic illness journey, from which

19:41

I now recovered. During that year, I

19:43

realized how much he reminded me of

19:45

my dad. He was very impatient and

19:47

had anger issues. I realized I needed

19:49

to work through a lot of emotion

19:51

about that. Now we are friends and

19:53

always well. I never want him to be my

19:55

boss again, but I feel he did help me

19:57

face a lot that I needed to work through. So

20:00

the other day, when we were on

20:02

the phone, my black termaline bracelet just

20:04

randomly broke and fell off. I did

20:07

not snag or bump it on anything.

20:09

I decided to restring it. I thought

20:11

that if it breaks again, then maybe

20:13

that's my side is stunned. As

20:15

I got it fully strong and

20:18

tied, it burst and the beads

20:20

flew everywhere. So I guess I

20:22

shouldn't wear it anymore. But I

20:24

like black terbaline. What if I

20:26

bought another one? I love having

20:29

the protective bracelet to wear, but

20:31

I don't really know what to

20:33

do now. It seems silly to

20:35

buy another black termylene bracelet. Any

20:37

thoughts on this? Yes, I have thoughts.

20:40

I sure do. Yes, rocks get tired.

20:42

Sometimes they come to us for

20:44

a specific period of time

20:46

to do a specific job,

20:48

and when they're done, sometimes

20:51

it's time for us to give

20:53

them away. That's one of

20:55

the things that I've done over the

20:57

years. Another way they let us

20:59

know that they're done is

21:01

exactly what's happened to you.

21:03

They break. I wore the

21:06

same little tiny quartz point

21:08

for I don't know how many

21:10

years and for first the chain

21:12

it was on broke and I

21:14

had it repaired and then the

21:16

chain broke again and then the

21:19

little while later the crystal

21:21

snapped in half. I thought, oh

21:23

well, I didn't listen the first

21:25

two times it was determined to

21:27

tell me we were done. There

21:29

was nothing wrong with my relationship

21:31

with that stone, nor wrong with

21:33

the jobs that it had agreed

21:36

to do for me. The point was

21:38

it was just tired and time to

21:40

move on. Do I now wear other

21:42

crystals and other stones? Of course I

21:44

do. Did I buy or were given

21:47

other clear courts points because that's

21:49

what this was? Absolutely.

21:51

So it doesn't mean that you're

21:53

done with black termylene particularly.

21:56

It means that that particular set of

21:58

stones on that bracelet. has done all

22:00

that needed to do for you. And you

22:02

might want to, I don't know if you

22:05

still have them, I hope you didn't throw

22:07

them in the trash, but if you still

22:09

have them, maybe take them and plant

22:11

them out in the backyard, far away

22:13

from the house, and just offer a

22:16

little thank you of gratitude and

22:18

let them go. But there's no reason

22:20

that you can't buy another black

22:22

termylene bracelet, if that's what you

22:24

feel like you need to use

22:26

for protection. Another option is that

22:28

there may. you might need or

22:30

it may even be that

22:32

you don't always need protection

22:35

from the world and that you

22:37

might take a break from that

22:39

for a bit. Samantha you want to

22:41

weigh in on that? Yeah and I

22:43

would like to piggyback on what you

22:45

just said because she went

22:48

through this big physical and

22:50

spiritual and emotional stress

22:52

crisis it sounds like when she

22:54

was working with this boss who's

22:56

now her neighbor. Look at all

22:59

the healing she did from that

23:01

physically emotionally and spiritually now that

23:03

boss who triggered issues She had

23:05

with her dad is her neighbor

23:07

and her friend That is so

23:09

symbolic of the amazing beautiful amount

23:11

of work. She's done to work

23:13

on healing and releasing this and

23:15

she calls him and then the

23:17

bracelet breaks I feel like it's

23:19

her guides or the crystal guide

23:22

of this black tormaline bracelet's way

23:24

of telling her you've done

23:26

the work you don't need

23:28

me anymore. You have healed this

23:30

issue. So of course you can

23:33

still work with Black Tourmaline, but

23:35

I think the work you've done

23:37

with that bracelet is done.

23:40

Black Tourmaline, hematite, shungite, new

23:42

might often send out a

23:45

message that's akin to thou

23:47

shalt not enter. Right? Which

23:49

is fine, because sometimes we need

23:51

that message. I call it turtling.

23:53

There's times in our life where

23:55

we need to tuck in and

23:57

turtle and heal and protect ourselves.

24:00

Black Tourmaline is a great stone

24:02

to help you do that and

24:04

to block out any negative chaos,

24:06

stress, all of that stuff. But

24:09

I think she's entering war a

24:11

time that would call for Botswana,

24:13

Agate, or Labradorite. Labradorite

24:15

is great for protecting you

24:18

from negative incursions, but also

24:20

reminding you to stay open

24:22

to positive ones. So I just

24:24

think it's a lovely sign that she's

24:27

done the work. I do too. Another

24:29

stone that's coming to mind as you're

24:31

talking about alternatives is kyanite. Oh yeah, that's

24:33

a great one. All right, our next

24:35

one says over the past year I've

24:38

taken Deb's advice to heart and have

24:40

been meditating, meditating, meditating. It feels like

24:42

my intuition has really strengthened and

24:44

I've been experiencing some interesting moments

24:46

lately that make me wonder if

24:48

I might be Claire Cognizant. A

24:50

couple of months ago while I

24:52

was in New York for work,

24:54

I was giving a tour to

24:56

high school students and their parents.

24:58

As we waited on the subway,

25:00

I was sharing tips on subway

25:02

etiquette and safety, encouraging the tours

25:04

to be aware of which specific

25:06

carriage they are boarding. I casually

25:08

mentioned, for example, if your carriage

25:10

number is 1247 and you leave your

25:13

phone on the train, you tell the

25:15

worker outside of the station that exact

25:17

number so they can reunite you with

25:19

your belongings. Shortly after I said

25:22

that, the subway arrived and guess

25:24

what? The carriage was 1247. This was

25:26

the third time I'd predicted something

25:28

like this during the tour, and

25:30

one girl even exclaimed, okay, this

25:33

is getting too crazy, you must

25:35

be psychic. I laughed it off,

25:37

but the accurate prediction definitely took

25:39

me aback. Since then, I've had

25:41

several similar moments, such as guessing

25:43

when someone's at my door before

25:45

they even knock, knowing when the

25:47

elevator will arrive, even if there

25:49

is no lit up indicator, or

25:51

knowing if someone's going to call

25:53

me that hours before they actually

25:55

do. Most notably in the main reason

25:58

for me writing this email, I've

26:00

managed to quote diagnose

26:02

two individuals medical issues

26:04

without any background in

26:06

medicine. This particular genre of psychic

26:08

ability is slightly concerning to me

26:11

because I am not even close

26:13

to being a doctor, nor do

26:15

I really know anything about human

26:18

anatomy. Needless to say, I

26:20

have major imposter syndrome right now.

26:22

But in both of these cases, I felt

26:24

divinely inclined to share my knowledge with

26:26

the people. It was as if I

26:28

didn't have a choice. I just had to

26:30

share this information with them. It kind

26:33

of fell out of my mouth before

26:35

I could even think about it. One

26:37

was my uncle, who called me out of the

26:39

blue to catch up. While chatting, he happened

26:41

to mention that he had been feeling

26:44

under the weather and his foot hurt

26:46

pretty bad. I felt compelled to suggest

26:48

he checked for a staff infection.

26:50

He hadn't been checked for that

26:52

despite multiple ER visits. Thankfully, he

26:54

took my advice and went back

26:57

to the ER the next day.

26:59

It turned out he was nearly

27:01

septic from a staff infection they

27:03

had missed. My aunt said, I

27:05

may have saved his life, which

27:07

honestly shocked me. Then, a few

27:09

weeks later, a dear friend texted

27:12

saying he was feeling unwell. I

27:14

pushed him to take his temperature,

27:16

which was 105. After some convincing,

27:18

I accompanied him to the hospital,

27:20

where I insisted the nurse order

27:22

in endoscopy. It turned out his esophagus

27:24

was perforated and he needed emergency

27:27

surgery. The doctor said he wouldn't

27:29

have made it much longer without

27:31

treatment. There was certainly no reason for

27:33

me to ever suggest that my

27:35

friend's esophagus was the cause of

27:38

his ailment. Even the nurse was

27:40

skeptical that his source of discomfort

27:42

was his esophagus. But lo and

27:44

behold, that's exactly what it was.

27:46

I'm both intrigued and freaked out

27:48

by all these accurate predictions. Is

27:50

it possible to develop psychic abilities

27:52

later in life? Or am I

27:54

just getting lucky? Maybe I've absorbed

27:57

too much from WebMD in the

27:59

years past. The number of accurate

28:01

guesses I've made since starting my

28:03

meditation routine is hard to ignore.

28:05

I'd love to hear your thoughts

28:07

on this, or if any of

28:09

your listeners have experienced similar shifts

28:11

in their intuition as their spiritual

28:14

journeys have deepened. Or maybe I

28:16

should just buy a lottery ticket.

28:18

Well, I think those are indeed

28:20

amazing situations that you've encountered. It

28:22

does sound like clear cognizance. Yes,

28:24

we can develop our psychic ability

28:26

at any time in our life,

28:28

and it is often precipitated by

28:30

a meditation practice. So I would

28:33

recommend that you get in touch

28:35

with a group that you can

28:37

practice with safely. Definitely, I would

28:39

recommend that you read Carolyn Mace's

28:41

work. Her last name is called

28:43

MY. but it's pronounced mace. She

28:45

started off very similar to you.

28:47

She was a technical writer, right

28:49

Deb? And then figured out she

28:52

had this medical intuition in her

28:54

40s. Yeah, I think that's right.

28:56

Her work is absolutely riveting. I'd

28:58

also suggest you check out the

29:00

work of Dr. Mona Lisa Schultz,

29:02

who is an MD, but is

29:04

also a medical intuitive. And if

29:06

I'm right, she still is teaching

29:08

classes training other medical intuitives. So

29:11

I just think you're at the

29:13

juncture right now where you need

29:15

to connect with like-minded people so

29:17

that you can fully explore this

29:19

because it sounds like there's a

29:21

lot of good you can do

29:23

in the world. Absolutely. Carolyn also

29:25

teaches classes and has videos on

29:27

her website. Her website is massive.

29:30

I cannot agree with Samantha Moore.

29:32

Having a safe team of folks

29:34

to work with and practice with

29:36

is really helpful. Don't go this

29:38

route you're heading alone. I don't

29:40

recommend that. I think having support

29:42

from folks who have been there

29:44

and can be a mentors to

29:46

you is really important and really

29:49

helpful. Yeah, it is because you're

29:51

When you're starting to understand your

29:53

intuition, it's like a friend. seed

29:55

and you have to really know

29:57

how to nurture it and water

29:59

it so that it can bloom

30:01

and flourish. And if you don't

30:03

get that community, that connection, that

30:05

seed can just remain a seed.

30:08

It might not blossom or flourish.

30:10

You know, we in my yoga

30:12

class last week, she always invites

30:14

us to go through the class

30:16

thinking about something that she's read

30:18

to us in the beginning. And

30:20

she read this thing about how

30:22

when we're trying to bring something

30:24

into our lives, yes, we have

30:27

to plant the seed and we

30:29

have to water it. But she

30:31

said what you really have to

30:33

do is focus on the soil

30:35

that you've planted that seed in.

30:37

Is your soil nourished and ready?

30:39

Are you, you as the soil,

30:41

ready to take on this new

30:43

goal, this new thing that you're

30:45

trying to bring into fruition? And

30:48

I thought that was such a

30:50

wonderful shift in thinking. Instead of

30:52

just, you know, plant your seeds,

30:54

bloom when you're planted, think about

30:56

the soil that you're giving to

30:58

this beautiful ability that's rising out

31:00

of you. And I think the

31:02

best way to tend to that

31:04

soil is to connect with people

31:07

who are similarly gifted and have

31:09

this ability that you're... growing into

31:11

right now. All right, let's take

31:13

our last quick break and we'll

31:15

be right back. Okay, welcome back

31:17

everybody. Our next question says, my

31:19

grandmother, we call her Mimi, passed

31:21

away in 2018 of early onset

31:23

Alzheimer's. To this day, she is

31:26

the sweetest lady I've ever known.

31:28

She was a Catholic preschool teacher

31:30

and students would get her gifts

31:32

at the end of the school

31:34

year. You know those wooden willow

31:36

tree angels? She was given a

31:38

few of them by a couple

31:40

of students. One teacher figure. one

31:42

little girl with a book in

31:45

her hand, one little boy, and

31:47

three little girls with their hands

31:49

behind their backs. I recently took

31:51

these figures from my grandparents' house

31:53

and put them on the bookshelf

31:55

in my dining room. The before

31:57

picture that I've attached here is

31:59

how I placed them on the

32:01

shelf. The teacher figure off to

32:04

the side with the students group

32:06

together all facing the camera. Every

32:08

time I walked by the shelf

32:10

to go upstairs I felt like

32:12

she was happy that I had

32:14

put her figures somewhere they'd be

32:16

appreciated. One day about two weeks

32:18

after I placed them there I

32:20

was shutting off the lights to

32:23

go upstairs and had my flashlight

32:25

on my phone lighting my way.

32:27

I glimpsed at the figures like

32:29

I always did, and I took

32:31

a step up the stairs when

32:33

something caught my attention. I looked

32:35

back at the figures, and they

32:37

had moved. The after picture I

32:39

attach shows the new configuration. The

32:42

teacher is turned to face the

32:44

students, and the little girl with

32:46

the book is now by the

32:48

teacher's side. At the front of

32:50

the class. I was confused at

32:52

first. Then it hit me with

32:54

a wave of deep knowing that

32:56

my Mimi had altered their positions

32:58

to let me know she was

33:01

there. I have never

33:03

believed in my mediumship abilities and

33:05

have always coined them to be

33:07

some kind of coincidence. But after

33:09

hearing the stories you both share

33:11

and finding a teacher that has

33:13

been helping me develop my abilities,

33:15

I have strengthened my connection and

33:17

my confidence. Thank you guys for

33:19

all the knowledge you share. Your

33:21

efforts do not go unappreciated. Oh,

33:23

how wonderful! I love this story

33:25

and I love Mimi! What a

33:27

great gift she is to you.

33:29

And how wonderful. And I know

33:31

those little figure wings. I think

33:33

I see them as that willow

33:35

seriously. Is that what I'm seeing

33:38

right? I love, they moved, that

33:40

your grandmother moved them because I

33:42

agree with you, I believe she

33:44

did too. And how wonderful that

33:46

you felt a deep connection to

33:48

them as a way of connecting

33:50

to her. And how wonderful that

33:52

you are working with a teacher

33:54

to strengthen your abilities and to

33:56

recognize. synchronicities when they come along

33:58

in your medium ship abilities. Please

34:00

be sure that you keep records

34:02

and write situations down like this

34:04

when it's happened with your grandmother's

34:06

willow figurines. It's a great, great

34:08

thing to be sure you have

34:10

remembered and dated. Well, you know,

34:12

my Johnny... John Holland always says

34:14

spirit never waste a thought. And

34:16

this is such a good example

34:19

of how spirit works because as

34:21

she's walking up the stairs she

34:23

always has this feeling that her

34:25

mimi likes that she put them

34:27

there. Now How many, I've had

34:29

thoughts like that, I'm sure you

34:31

have too, like, oh, I cross-stitched

34:33

the serenity prayer for my dad

34:35

when he was in A.A. And

34:37

after he passed, I now have

34:39

that serenity prayer hung up in

34:41

my office. And I always think,

34:43

oh, I bet dad likes that

34:45

I held on to that, and

34:47

I think of him, and blah,

34:49

blah, blah. But you just think,

34:51

oh, yeah, of course he would.

34:53

But to have confirmation. But to

34:55

have confirmation. that she just had

34:58

with the figurines moving that way

35:00

is so amazing. It's so wonderful.

35:02

Me saying that wasn't your thought.

35:04

That was my thought that you

35:06

sensed. I love it. I love

35:08

it. Thank you for sharing that

35:10

story with us. Our next one

35:12

says, I wanted to ask for

35:14

some specific guidance on some recommendations

35:16

for heart shocker meditations or cleansing

35:18

tools like singing bowls, for example,

35:20

because there are so many out

35:22

there. I know this type of

35:24

thing will vary per person. I've

35:26

been convinced that my heart shocker

35:28

has been open to spirit, but

35:30

lately I've really been struggling with

35:32

healing a specific problem that's plagued

35:34

me from childhood. I've asked spirit

35:37

for help, but I felt like

35:39

they've been watching me from the

35:41

sidelines, until I started receiving reminders

35:43

over the last week through synchronicities

35:45

to open my heart. So now

35:47

I'm on a side quest to

35:49

do what they ask of me

35:51

and hope for the best. I

35:53

would just like your advice. Okay,

35:55

so I think working on opening

35:57

the heart chakra, I think that's

35:59

a lifelong journey. I really do.

36:01

The heart chakra is a big

36:03

deal. It is the bridge chakra.

36:05

because it bridges your lower physical

36:07

chakras, the root, the sacral, and

36:09

the solar plexus. to your spiritual

36:11

chakras, the throat, the third eye,

36:13

and the crown chakra. So the

36:15

heart chakra is important for many

36:18

reasons, not only because it governs

36:20

love and self-love, but also anger

36:22

and forgiveness and how we view

36:24

ourselves and our place in the

36:26

world in terms of connection and

36:28

feeling that sense of harmony among

36:30

everyone. But it also, if that

36:32

chakra is blocked, nothing's getting through.

36:34

The physical chakras can't connect with

36:36

the spiritual chakras and vice versa

36:38

and vice versa. There are some

36:40

physical things you can do, such

36:42

as Reiki or doing crystal layouts

36:44

on your heart chakra. Both Judy

36:46

Hall and Melody have wonderful books

36:48

on doing heart chakra crystal grids,

36:50

either separately, like on a work

36:52

desk or actually on your heart

36:54

chakra. I think Melodies is called

36:57

Laying On of Hands, is that

36:59

right, Deb? Laying out of stones.

37:01

Laying out of stones. And that's

37:03

something you could consider looking into.

37:05

I also think doing some childhood

37:08

exercises is really a great idea.

37:10

Some inner childhood work. John Bradshaw

37:12

probably has the best book out

37:15

there on doing inner childhood work.

37:17

One of the things I did

37:19

was I took a photo of

37:21

myself from the timeline I was

37:24

trying to heal from, and I

37:26

surrounded that photo with images and

37:28

words that I wanted that little

37:31

girl and me to hear. And I

37:33

hung it up someplace private, but that

37:35

I would see it all the time.

37:37

And every time I would look at

37:40

it, I would just send love to

37:42

that inner child's in me. And I

37:44

know that helped tremendously to heal and

37:46

continue to help open my heart chakra.

37:49

There are singing bulls you can get

37:51

that are tuned, especially to the heart

37:53

chocolates. tone and so that would be

37:56

a wonderful idea. They are the crystal

37:58

singing bowls. You can find them

38:00

in metaphysical stores and on eBay,

38:02

Amazon, they are everywhere nowadays, which

38:05

is wonderful. There are other things

38:07

you can do to work on

38:09

the heart shocker like that, but

38:12

I think that best thing you

38:14

can do to work on your

38:16

heart chakra is to monitor your

38:19

own interior world your own inner

38:21

voice and really and truly make

38:23

sure that you are saying kind

38:26

and loving thoughts to yourself about

38:28

yourself and that you go gently

38:30

with yourself throughout the day and

38:33

take moments to really pat yourself

38:35

on the back even if it's

38:37

for something really little or especially

38:40

if it's for something really big

38:42

but to write down your accomplishments

38:44

to celebrate yourself to take time

38:47

each day to do something that

38:49

just honors you. I think that

38:51

is going to go a lot

38:54

further than a crystal a singing

38:56

bowl or a book can. Do

38:58

you want to add to that?

39:01

I sure do. I want everybody

39:03

who is listening to this podcast

39:05

episode to stop and rewind right

39:08

now and listen to what Samantha

39:10

has just said to this listener

39:13

as if it were for you.

39:15

Smith, I think this is one

39:17

of the most powerful things I've

39:20

ever heard you say in all

39:22

the years we work together. Wow,

39:24

Deb, I have chills, thank you.

39:27

Well, I mean it. I think

39:29

that that is so incredibly important

39:31

to to find a space in

39:34

your life that allows you to

39:36

think about and feel about and

39:38

intuitive about. and concentrate on that

39:41

heart center of ourselves. And what

39:43

you have just suggested that this

39:45

listener do in terms of that

39:48

heart work and that nurturing of

39:50

self-work, whether it's who you are

39:52

today or who you've been, is

39:55

absolutely crucial to this work. So

39:57

I invite everybody to listen to

39:59

that again and take notes y'all.

40:02

Okay, that's all I've got. everyone

40:04

to rewind 30 seconds because Deb

40:06

and I just 100% agreed on

40:09

something. There have been other times.

40:11

I know. Oh go. Okay, let

40:13

me do the next one. I

40:16

recently started subscribing to your podcast and just found

40:18

enlightened impasse, which is Samantha's other podcast, which is

40:21

also fantastic. Indeed it is. I have always wondered

40:23

about an experience I had when I was a

40:25

child, probably around nine or ten years old. I

40:27

was in bed asleep, but I suddenly felt a

40:29

warm light surround my body. It was warm, but

40:31

not hot. I also felt a strong sense of

40:33

unconditional love. The only way I can describe it.

40:36

is as pure love, warm, safe, accepting. I recall

40:38

feeling and seeing a feminine presence, but I didn't

40:40

recognize her face. Then I suddenly woke and I

40:42

missed the warmth and love. I haven't thought about

40:44

this experience in years, but listening to your podcast

40:46

jogged my memory. Oh, how lovely. There's several thoughts

40:49

crossed my mind as I read this. My first

40:51

thought was, oh, it may have been someone in

40:53

your family who has crossed the veil. like a

40:55

grandmother figure or someone like that, who has come

40:57

and just spread you in this warmth of love

40:59

and comfort and safety. It also may have been

41:02

your spirit guide, it may have been an angelic

41:04

presence, it also may have been yourself, because we

41:06

also have the ability to connect deeply with ourselves,

41:08

particularly through the unconscious mind when we're sleeping. Whatever,

41:10

whoever, it was. That is a lovely gift and

41:12

one that you can recreate now that you thought

41:14

about it again anytime you need it. It's there.

41:17

It's within you. It's kind of a part of

41:19

your cellular memory. I think that was a great

41:21

gift when it happened to you as a child

41:23

and now that you've remembered it as you're working

41:25

your way through learning about us. new

41:27

aspects of yourself through listening

41:30

to podcasts and so

41:32

forth. Samantha, you're the middle

41:34

of the night expert,

41:36

so what do you weigh

41:38

in on that? Well,

41:40

I had a similar experience

41:42

when I was around

41:45

nine years old, too, and

41:47

I've had it at

41:49

least two more times in

41:51

my life. And I

41:53

feel that I know strongly

41:55

who it was. For

41:58

me, it was Mother Mary.

42:00

Now when I say

42:02

Mother Mary, I don't necessarily

42:04

mean the Virgin Mother

42:06

who gave birth to Jesus

42:08

Christ. To me, Mother

42:10

Mary is the archetypal mother

42:13

to us all. And

42:15

so in different religions, you

42:17

can call her different

42:19

names. I don't think she

42:21

minds. I just do

42:23

believe that there is a

42:26

motherly presence that watches

42:28

over all of us. And

42:30

I would like to

42:32

think that's what she was

42:34

feeling. I mean, you

42:36

could be right. It could

42:38

be a grandmother or

42:41

a great grandmother in spirit

42:43

or a very motherly

42:45

spirit guide. But those few

42:47

encounters I've had with

42:49

Mother Mary, it is indescribable.

42:51

The way she writes

42:54

unconditional love, warm, safe, and

42:56

accepting, it's just beyond

42:58

words. When you encounter that

43:00

mother figure, it really

43:02

is wordless. And it's total

43:04

love and acceptance. It's

43:06

almost too much to take

43:09

in. I think that

43:11

we all have that at

43:13

our fingertips if we

43:15

just ask for that mothering

43:17

feeling to come into

43:19

us. It's beautiful and I'm

43:22

so happy that you

43:24

had that experience. Okay, our

43:26

last question says, I

43:28

have a question about crystal

43:30

cleansing, which I hope

43:32

you can answer for me.

43:35

My mother and I

43:37

had a truly blessed relationship

43:39

and we were always

43:41

very close. Even though she

43:43

passed away age 99

43:45

more than 10 years ago

43:47

now, I still feel

43:50

very close to her. In

43:52

the last few years

43:54

of her life, she came

43:56

to live with me.

43:58

And although not very mobile

44:00

by then, she was

44:03

still bright as a button

44:05

ways and I really value being able to give

44:07

back to her so much for what she had

44:09

done for me. Now my mother was a capricorn

44:11

and very typically down to earth and grounded and

44:13

practically minded. However she was also very open to

44:15

less earthly things and both she and my maternal

44:18

grandmother would tell the cards as she put it

44:20

only occasionally and only when she

44:22

felt drawn to do so. Sometime

44:24

before she passed I bought two pieces

44:26

of beautiful uncut amethyst one for each

44:29

of us. She would often hold and handle

44:31

it and I would often find it

44:33

under her pillows when I made her bed

44:35

in the morning. I now have both

44:37

pieces of amethyst and keep them close

44:40

to me always. My question is regarding

44:42

cleansing of these crystals as I have

44:44

always hung back from doing so. It

44:46

may sound fanciful, but it feels

44:48

like her amethyst has become infused

44:50

almost with some of her spirit

44:53

energy and goodness. She was one

44:55

of the most genuinely good people

44:57

I have ever known. And woo-woe

44:59

it may be, but I feel

45:01

a particularly strong connection to her

45:03

when I hold this amethyst. Can

45:05

you tell me your thoughts on

45:08

this? I cleanse my other crystals,

45:10

but feel very reluctant to

45:12

do so with this one. Okay,

45:14

I get that. I understand that.

45:16

I do still feel that crystals

45:19

need to be cleansed, but I

45:21

wonder if you couldn't cleanse this

45:23

just with your intent, with thought,

45:26

with breathing love onto the crystal,

45:28

or you could maybe even spritz

45:31

like a crystal cleansing spray made

45:33

with some type of crystal cleansing

45:35

herbs like seer or sage or

45:38

lavender, and just run it through that

45:40

spray or the smoke of those cleansing herbs.

45:42

but I don't think you have to actually

45:44

run it underwater or put soap on it

45:47

or anything like that because I understand what

45:49

you mean. This is this is something your

45:51

mother really touched and held on to in

45:53

the last years of her life and I'm

45:56

sure that it's a very comforting touch point

45:58

for you now in these last... years

46:00

where you're really missing her. Do you

46:02

agree, Deb, that it needs to be

46:04

cleansed, but maybe not physically? Well, I

46:07

do, and I certainly agree she can

46:09

do that just by holding it in

46:11

her intention, but I also, you know,

46:14

crystals are things and they get dusty.

46:16

And as you're talking, Samantha, I'm seeing

46:18

one of those lambsful dusters, you know,

46:20

that you can just kind of dust

46:23

the dust off of it at least.

46:25

Cry crystals hold energy. And certainly the

46:27

energy that was your mother that was

46:30

your mother and your love for her

46:32

and all of her and all of

46:34

that connection. is still there, no matter

46:37

what you do to that rock. That

46:39

rock is still holding on to that

46:41

stuff. If you feel like it at

46:43

least needs to be dusted off a

46:46

little bit or spritz to a little

46:48

bit, or maybe just put in the

46:50

moonlight on the next full moon, all

46:53

of those things are fine. Your mother's

46:55

energy is still going to be connected

46:57

to that rock. I agree. Well, Deb,

46:59

I have to tell a funny story

47:02

real quick. When I was moving. I

47:04

told you when we were texting back

47:06

and forth that the hardest part of

47:09

my move was packing up my books

47:11

and crystals. Right. So I packed everything

47:13

up and the movers are coming and

47:16

one mover, he goes, where does this

47:18

box go? And I was like upstairs

47:20

with all the other books. And he

47:22

goes, lady, do you own a bookstore?

47:25

No. And the other mover goes, no,

47:27

I think she owns a rock shop.

47:29

I had the same thing when I

47:32

was moving. I didn't think about the

47:34

weight of the crystals. I just thought,

47:36

oh, they'll all be wrapped and fit

47:39

in this nice box very nicely. And

47:41

the mover looked at me when he

47:43

started to lift the box and he

47:45

said, what is in this box? And

47:48

I said, rocks. And he had to

47:50

go out and get like, you know,

47:52

one of those dolly lift things to

47:55

lift the box. Oh my gosh. Well,

47:57

we had a bunch of listeners when

47:59

I was going through all of our

48:01

emails to compile these questions. I had

48:04

missed a couple that were in 10.

48:06

for Joel when he was on our

48:08

show. So I'm hoping you or I

48:11

can convince him to come back on

48:13

because some people sent in some really

48:15

good questions for Joel about crystals that

48:18

I would love to dive into and

48:20

that's why I didn't include them in

48:22

this month's Q&A in case anyone's. That's

48:24

a good idea. I bet you I

48:27

bet you would because you know he

48:29

and I have of course talked and

48:31

I don't know whether or not you

48:34

have since that episode and he talked

48:36

about how much fun it was. Yeah,

48:38

yeah. Oh good. I love that Joel

48:40

thinks that. So I can't imagine that

48:43

he would say no to us if

48:45

we gave him a little bit of

48:47

time and a little bit of notice.

48:50

Okay, good. I hope so. Well, thank

48:52

you guys everyone so much for taking

48:54

time to send in your questions and

48:57

stories and your beautiful comments. We appreciate

48:59

you so much. We went through Facebook

49:01

and our emails and read all the

49:03

other beautiful comments you sent us about

49:06

our anniversary show. And we're just eternally

49:08

grateful for you guys. And we hope

49:10

you have a beautiful, splendid, magical week

49:13

filled with your own signs and crystal

49:15

friends and all sorts of self-love and

49:17

goodness. Be the light for yourself and
