0:39
and welcome to Psychic Teachers. I'm
0:41
your host, Samantha Faye. And
0:43
I'm Deb Bowen. And we're so
0:45
happy to have you join us.
0:48
Today, we're talking about six ways
0:50
to jumpstart your intuition. You
0:52
know, as we head into the holiday
0:54
season and now we're at daylight savings
0:57
and the days are getting shorter, the
0:59
nights are getting longer. It's a really
1:01
good time to kind of snuggle in
1:03
and focus on you and your
1:05
goals as you wrap up this year and
1:08
really think about what can I do
1:10
for my intuition. I think we all
1:12
need a little nudge and a reminder
1:14
to kickstart our intuition again.
1:17
Don't you, Deb? Absolutely.
1:20
Okay. So the first one that we came
1:22
up with that is going to be really
1:24
great at kickstarting your intuition is called
1:27
falling in love with your solitude. This
1:29
is really important because it allows you to
1:31
get to know your emotions. This
1:34
helps you to understand when a
1:36
message is coming from your intuition
1:38
versus your ego. So it's a
1:40
good idea to check in with
1:42
yourself consistently and ask, are
1:44
these my emotions, my fears,
1:46
my worries? Is this mine
1:48
to carry? Or am I
1:50
picking up someone else's energy? Sometimes,
1:53
especially if you're a strong empath, it
1:55
can be really hard to discern what
1:58
is your stuff and what is mine.
2:01
not your stuff. But when you start
2:03
to practice solitude and silence within yourself,
2:06
you will recognize your own energy
2:08
and emotions much, much better. Setting
2:11
boundaries is a part of this. The
2:13
better you get at setting boundaries
2:16
with yourself, your time with others,
2:19
the more easily you'll be able to
2:21
develop discernment, which will help you enhance
2:23
your intuition. No is
2:25
not a dirty word. Amen,
2:28
sister. That is true. And that
2:30
takes practice though, especially
2:32
for people who are uncomfortable with that as I
2:34
was. It took me a long time to learn
2:36
boundaries, but it's so important not
2:39
only for day-to-day stuff,
2:41
but also for psychic protection.
2:43
True story. Spend time
2:45
in silence because this is when
2:47
your intuition is given the peace
2:49
it needs to communicate with us.
2:52
The more comfortable you become with
2:54
silence, the more easily you'll notice
2:57
those inner messages. This
2:59
is something I feel is like a
3:01
lost art, Deb. And I'm
3:03
not like speaking in
3:05
a teacher mode. I'm speaking to myself when
3:08
I say this. Like, do you ever think
3:10
about, well, you're good at this, so I
3:12
won't even ask you. But I think about
3:14
how throughout my day, I'm always talking
3:16
or texting or answering an email
3:18
or listening to an audio
3:20
book. There's always noise around me. And
3:22
it's so important, I think, to carve
3:25
out that time for silence. I
3:27
agree with you. It is hard to do
3:29
that. And one of the
3:31
ways that I've found to be silent
3:33
is to use something like sitting
3:36
by the ocean and just listening to
3:38
the sound of the waves until even
3:41
they fade into the background. So
3:44
spending that time being still, and I know
3:46
you're going to talk about that, but
3:48
I really do think that that's
3:50
an important piece of learning to be
3:53
in silence. I do too.
3:55
My friend drove up and down the
3:57
East Coast and challenged
3:59
me. herself to do it. She did it
4:01
alone. And she challenged
4:03
herself to do it without any
4:06
radio, any podcast, nothing,
4:08
just herself in the road, hour
4:11
after hour, day after day. And she
4:14
said it was hard and
4:17
enlightening and illuminating and amazing.
4:19
I don't know that I could do that. Oh,
4:22
I can. I can. Like eight
4:24
hours in the car without anything to distract
4:26
you from the monotony of the road? Probably.
4:29
Yeah, I did. I actually I just took a
4:31
trip to my favorite little island. And
4:34
I spent part of that
4:36
time just in the car with with nothing.
4:38
No, no radio, no music playing. And then
4:40
while I was on the ferry, I
4:43
spent a lot of time looking out at that water
4:45
and some time riding. Yeah, I
4:47
can do some time in silence. I just
4:49
mean, if I'm alone in a car for
4:51
eight hours, I'm going
4:53
to need some music. But
4:57
I think it's great to set those goals
4:59
for yourself because when we are able
5:02
to be silent with ourselves,
5:04
it allows those those repressed
5:06
thoughts, those hidden
5:09
fears, anxieties, all the bubble up to
5:11
the surface so that we can face
5:13
them, address them, heal them, shed them.
5:15
And when all of that is cleared
5:17
away, then so many
5:20
blocks to your intuition disappear as well. True.
5:24
Journal your thoughts. This is a great
5:26
way to get to know yourself. Not
5:28
only does journaling release anxiety, it
5:31
helps us express our true feelings
5:33
and learn to be a good
5:35
steward of our own thoughts and
5:37
intuition. Now here's another tip that I think
5:40
is really important. And this one I do do. Do
5:43
mindless activities to allow your
5:45
thoughts space to wander. Doing
5:48
mindless activities that are repetitive,
5:51
like coloring, knitting, walking, even
5:53
cleaning the house, allows
5:55
our thoughts to wander and eventually settle,
5:57
which gives our intuition the space to
6:00
it needs to rise to the
6:02
surface and be heard, seen, and
6:04
recognized. And of course,
6:06
trust your gut. When something or someone
6:08
feels off, listen to your
6:11
intuition and follow that instinct. When
6:14
faced with decisions, pay attention
6:16
to how you feel in your body. Notice
6:19
any physical sensations that accompany certain
6:21
choices. A strong positive
6:24
feeling might indicate alignment with your
6:26
intuition, while discomfort can be
6:28
a signal to reconsider. And
6:32
take a break from information overload.
6:35
We are inundated with information that
6:37
can drown out our intuition. Reduce
6:40
the noise by limiting your consumption of
6:43
news and social media. Set
6:45
boundaries around your digital habits to
6:47
create more mental space for your
6:49
intuitive thoughts. Embrace
6:51
silence and solitude, allowing your
6:54
mind to breathe. So
6:57
that's our first tip for jump-starting your
6:59
intuition, is to fall in love with
7:01
yourself and your own solitude. And
7:04
then our second tip is to work
7:06
on raising your vibration. Every
7:10
muscle, cell, tissue, and
7:12
bone in your body
7:14
is always in a state of
7:16
vibration. You can listen
7:19
to certain audio frequencies to get your
7:21
vibration into a positive state. For
7:24
example, binaural beats,
7:26
listening to sounds of nature
7:28
or healing music by composers
7:30
like Stephen Halperin, oh he's
7:32
wonderful, are also recommended. But
7:35
even just listening to positive upbeat
7:37
music itself is helpful. I
7:40
remember Samantha back in the
7:42
80s when this old genre of music
7:44
that was called New Age music evolved.
7:47
And it was just this wonderful music
7:49
that I think now has sort of
7:51
morphed into what we call spa music.
7:54
But back in those days, it was
7:56
Stephen Halperin and David Arkanstone. David
8:00
Lance and Paul Spear and Yanni
8:02
and on and on and
8:04
on. Yanni, oh my gosh, I'm going to so
8:07
date myself. But do you remember when Linda Evans
8:09
started to date him and everyone was like, what
8:11
is she doing? No, I
8:13
remember being so jealous because he was so
8:15
gorgeous. Well, he was very, very
8:17
handsome. But that music and that genre
8:19
was so fringe back
8:21
then. It was, and oh
8:23
my golly, Granny Jane the
8:26
palm reader and I and Joel
8:28
just absorbed it. But in
8:30
any case, moving on, 440 Hertz dampens the
8:35
creative mind, keeping the
8:38
masses calm and under control.
8:40
Many say it was the set
8:42
as the official scale for modern music,
8:45
which I don't think I believe. But anyway,
8:47
396 Hertz helps alleviate guilt, 417
8:53
Hertz helps release trauma, 528 Hertz
8:55
is the natural frequency of earth and
8:59
is said to help transform DNA. 852
9:02
Hertz awakens the intuition. You
9:06
know, it's nice, you can just go on YouTube and
9:09
search 852 Hertz music and
9:12
a bunch of selections will come up. We
9:14
will and I don't know if people who've taken certain
9:18
courses with me over time have.
9:20
We've talked about how you
9:22
can work with toning music,
9:25
toning water with a
9:28
tuning fork to certain Hertz, to
9:31
certain vibration and then drinking some
9:33
of that water and that helps to raise
9:36
your vibration. And also it's a way of
9:38
working with Perkimer Diamonds that is helpful for
9:40
that. So there are lots of ways of
9:43
tuning your vibrations
9:46
to match the vibratory energies
9:50
that you want to accomplish in the
9:52
world around you. And some people may
9:54
remember wonderful Dr. Imoto who's no longer
9:57
with us who wrote the book entitled
9:59
Hidden Messy. in water, he
10:01
exposed water to various ones
10:03
of these frequencies, then froze
10:06
the water and took photos
10:08
with high powered lenses of
10:10
those water droplets. What
10:12
he found was that water
10:14
exposed to high frequencies exhibited
10:16
these beautiful patterns. And then
10:18
water exposed to low frequencies like heavy
10:21
metal music looked polluted and sad.
10:23
In fact, some of them were
10:25
either kind of brown different colors.
10:27
If our body is over 70% water,
10:30
which it is, then what are
10:32
the frequencies we listen to? What
10:34
are they doing to our bodies? So
10:36
be aware of your vibratory
10:38
rates. Sit in the sun. Not
10:40
only do you need vitamin C and vitamin D,
10:43
but you need 15 to 20
10:45
minutes of natural sunlight to produce
10:48
serotonin, which helps activate
10:50
the pineal gland, which
10:52
needs natural light during the day
10:55
and total darkness at night in order
10:57
to properly regulate itself. Serotonin, of
10:59
course, has been shown to help
11:01
regulate our mood, behavior and appetites.
11:04
Getting enough serotonin helps reduce the
11:06
sadness that often comes with the darker,
11:08
wintry days. I know people
11:10
who use particular kinds of sun
11:12
lamps in the winter to alleviate
11:15
that sadness syndrome. And this,
11:17
of course, is important. Do exercise, whatever
11:19
feels good to you. Walking, yoga,
11:21
tai chi, just stretching, helps
11:24
align your vibrations and release endorphins.
11:27
Go hug somebody. Studies
11:30
have shown that when we hug for at
11:32
least 30 seconds, all sorts
11:34
of wonderful endorphins go off in our bodies.
11:37
And then spend time in the day doing
11:41
something just for you and build
11:43
that into your schedule. This
11:45
gives you something to look forward to, sends
11:48
a powerful reminder to yourself that
11:51
you matter, and it
11:53
helps you increase self-love. So whatever
11:55
it is, whatever you do that
11:57
is just for you, it
11:59
doesn't have to... Be very long, but whatever
12:01
it is, just do it.
12:04
Obviously, pay attention to your diet. Notice
12:06
foods that upset your stomach and make
12:08
you feel weighted down, and
12:11
avoid processed foods as much as possible.
12:14
And of course, working with crystals helps to
12:16
raise your vibration. And we'll talk about all
12:18
of that in a little while. I
12:21
was talking to my daughter the other day when
12:23
I was driving home from her trip, and she
12:25
said we were talking about
12:27
her aura and vibrations, and
12:30
she said she was having some
12:32
really weird dreams. And she was like, I think I
12:34
need to raise my aura. And I
12:36
was like, no, no, you need to raise your
12:38
vibrations. And she was saying
12:40
she didn't understand the difference between her
12:42
aura and her vibrations. And
12:45
I thought that was really interesting because she's
12:48
my child, and I talk about this stuff all the
12:50
time. But then I thought, I
12:52
wonder if a lot of people have that
12:55
question. Your aura is the
12:57
energy that you exude, and it
12:59
extends about four to six
13:01
feet around you, below you, and
13:03
above your head. And so
13:05
it's the energy, it's your vibratory rate,
13:08
the energy, your moods, emotions, all of that
13:10
is contained in the aura. But
13:13
your vibration is how all your
13:15
cells, your
13:18
emotions, your tissues, all of that,
13:20
how the energy is spinning. And
13:23
so that can be lifted when we're
13:25
feeling happy, when we have good sleep,
13:27
when we look forward to going to
13:29
work, when things are harmonious in our
13:31
relationships, when we're connected to our passion,
13:33
when we're tuned into our intuition. But
13:35
those vibratory rates can get lowered when
13:38
we're worried or overtired or stressed
13:40
or hung up on something that's
13:42
making us feel stuck. And
13:45
so all of that will be projected into
13:47
the aura, but your aura and
13:49
your vibratory rate are different. Your aura is
13:51
like an energy field around you. It is
13:53
you. And in a perfect world and in
13:56
a perfect day, you look
13:58
like a rainbow, but most of us. don't because
14:00
we have all sorts of other stuff going
14:02
on. So we kind of have one color
14:04
predominant or another over time. Do you
14:06
remember, you remember our dear friend, Annie?
14:09
Of course. She had
14:11
this photo album where she
14:13
would take the curling photograph of her
14:15
aura in
14:17
the morning, and then she would do
14:20
an entire day of Reiki. So she
14:22
had people come in and she would
14:24
do Reiki on them. She also did
14:26
Reiki facials, which was absolutely heavenly. And
14:28
at the end of the day of
14:30
just sitting in that beautiful vibratory Reiki
14:32
energy, she would have her aura photo
14:34
taken again, and it would be a
14:36
rainbow. Right. And
14:38
she had these all documented in that photo
14:40
album. I just thought that was such a
14:42
cool experiment. You know, when she
14:44
was doing the aura photography,
14:47
she had her store every year for my
14:49
birthday, that's what I gave myself for my
14:51
birthday was an annual aura photo. And
14:54
it was fascinating to see, depending
14:57
on where I was in my life and
14:59
my process, what
15:01
my aura looked like. It was almost always
15:04
some shades of green, blues and purples. But
15:07
I never got the whole rainbow thing, which
15:10
I was hoping for, but I never did. But
15:12
Annie's was often read. Yeah, because she was
15:14
such an energetic person and, and
15:17
just exuded all of this creativity.
15:19
It was fascinating. Yeah. And so passionate
15:21
about sharing it. So I hope I
15:23
explained that well. So your vibratory rate
15:26
is different than your aura. Your vibratory
15:28
rate is reflected in your body, your
15:30
mind, your soul, your aura, your
15:33
body vibrates, your aura vibrates. And
15:35
the, one of the best ways
15:37
to really kickstart your intuition is
15:39
to keep that vibratory energy up.
15:42
All right, let's take a quick break.
15:44
And when we come back, we'll finish
15:46
talking about ways to jumpstart your intuition.
16:01
I am so excited that my new
16:03
book, Heavenly Alliance, is out and getting
16:05
really good buzz from you guys. And
16:08
thanks to you and all your comments
16:10
and emails, my editors listened and I
16:12
was able to record my book in
16:14
my voice, which as you know, I
16:16
wasn't able to do with the Awake
16:18
Dreamer. I can't wait to share it
16:20
with you. The audio version comes out
16:22

18:44
Welcome back. We're talking about
18:46
kickstarting your intuition. Our
18:48
third tip is to create a
18:50
daily ritual. How you begin
18:52
your morning sets the tone for the whole
18:55
day. So try committing
18:57
to a daily ritual that helps awaken
18:59
your intuition. You could pull
19:01
a card each day, choose a
19:03
crystal to carry with you, go
19:05
for a morning walk, or
19:07
you could try free writing. Some people
19:10
call these morning pages from the artist
19:12
way. And that's just where you let
19:14
your thoughts flow without restriction. This
19:17
practice can uncover patterns and insights that
19:19
will help guide your intuition. Of
19:22
course, Deb and I recommend meditating for
19:24
five, 10, 20 minutes in the
19:26
morning. You
19:28
could say a prayer for your loved
19:31
ones and yourself that everyone feels surrounded
19:33
by love today and always. You
19:35
could do a light worker prayer for peace
19:37
and harmony in the world. I
19:40
know Deb, that's part of your daily ritual. It
19:43
is. And you know, the first thing I
19:45
do as I wake up
19:47
enough to think, okay, I really do have to get out
19:49
of this bed. I get through with my
19:51
five more minutes in the bed thing. And,
19:53
but when, as my feet are hitting the floor, I
19:57
say two words. I
19:59
say, thank. you. And
20:02
I by that I mean, thank
20:04
you for keeping
20:06
me alive during the night. Thank you
20:08
for the day that's coming, whatever it
20:10
may bring, just this huge
20:12
amount of gratitude. That's the first thing
20:14
I say. And then I do
20:18
exactly what you're suggesting. I do
20:20
what's called a Lightworkers Prayer. And
20:22
it literally is where I bring
20:25
my fingers together, my
20:27
tips of my fingers together. And
20:30
I imagine that I am holding
20:32
the planet in light. And
20:35
other folks around the planet are doing
20:37
the same thing. If you create a
20:40
triangle, basically, put your thumbs
20:42
together, and your two, four fingers together.
20:44
So you create this triangle. And
20:46
you envision that the triangle of your
20:49
light energy is connecting with
20:51
other people all around the planet, holding
20:53
the planet in light every day. And
20:56
the last thing I do before I go to
20:58
sleep at night is I say thank
21:00
you again. I love that. And
21:02
having any type of ritual like that really
21:05
does connect you with yourself. It creates
21:07
a touchstone with who you are, our
21:10
inner compass, and reminds us that we're
21:13
more than little worker bees just checking
21:15
off to-do list. But it also lets
21:17
your team of helpers know that there's
21:19
space in your day for them to
21:21
communicate with you. I mean,
21:23
think about if your guides are trying to connect
21:26
with you and help you enhance and strengthen your
21:28
intuition, but you're just busy all the day, or
21:30
you've got your AirPods in your ears all the
21:32
time, or you're on the phone or checking social
21:35
media or watching the news, how
21:37
are they going to get that message to you? But
21:39
when you have a daily ritual that
21:42
calms centers and grounds you and connects
21:44
you within, it's going to let
21:46
them know, oh, hey, when she's doing her prayers in the
21:48
morning, that's a good time to get a message in there.
21:51
Sure. Absolutely. So you knew we were going
21:53
to be talking about crystals, right? I mean,
21:55
you know that if you're going to talk
21:57
about intuition and being still and really focusing.
26:00
shut down their intuitive abilities and now
26:02
wish to reawaken them. And I think
26:04
we got an email not long ago
26:06
from somebody, maybe it was on our Facebook
26:08
page, where somebody said they had shut their
26:11
abilities down and didn't know
26:14
now how to reawaken them. And labrodita is a
26:16
stone that will certainly help you with that. Yeah,
26:19
it's a powerful one. And it's a great
26:21
one to wear as well, because it does
26:23
help. It's got that reflective quality. So I
26:25
always say it works like a filter. So
26:27
it allows the good energy in but it
26:30
does help filter and block out the bad
26:32
stuff. It's beautiful when the light hits it
26:34
because it looks like this kind of boring
26:36
gray rock. The light hits it
26:38
and it's like, whoa, there
26:40
you are. There's the magic. Let's
26:44
talk about amethyst, which is another stone
26:46
that sometimes gets shoved
26:48
in the background and shouldn't be. It
26:51
is called the stone of spirituality. Amethyst
26:54
calms the mind while allowing
26:57
the soul to awaken. Amethyst
27:00
reminds us that we are one and
27:02
that as we open to
27:04
our abilities, we are helping others
27:06
to do the same. Amethyst
27:09
lifts us to the next level
27:11
in our spiritual development. Sleeping
27:14
with amethyst can encourage astral
27:16
travel and help you to
27:18
remember your dreams. Maybe a piece under your
27:20
pillow or on your bedside table. If
27:23
you have a psychic child in your home,
27:25
place a piece of amethyst by their bed.
27:27
It will protect them from negative dreams and
27:30
help them to understand their abilities
27:32
with patience and wisdom. Amethyst
27:35
works best when it's near your body. So
27:37
where it is jewelry, carry a
27:39
piece with you or as I said,
27:41
keep it by your bedside. Moon stone,
27:44
it is a highly mystical stone. It
27:47
helps develop latent psychic abilities
27:49
that have been shut down due to fear or
27:52
misunderstanding. It is believed
27:54
that this amazing stone absorbs
27:57
the power of the moon. So
27:59
make sure to Recently,
32:17
a a new client called me and
32:19
started by saying mr. Morgan, I I
32:21
need your help, but I'm just a a those
32:24
words. me. And I immediately called
32:26
him back, and we're now him and
32:29

32:31

Visit forthepeople.com an office near
33:13
you. This
48:01
little voice in my head says, oh, fine,
48:03
she has sat down and shut up. Let's
48:05
talk while we got a minute. And
48:08
off they go. I do
48:10
know. Yeah, I know I do all of these
48:13
things pretty consistently and pretty
48:15
well. I
48:18
do make time to meditate. And of
48:20
course, I work with crystals and all
48:22
of that good stuff. But throughout my
48:24
day, creating moments of silence, that's what
48:27
I'm working on increasing. I
48:30
guess what you're saying, sitting down and shutting up. Right.
48:33
Exactly. Having a little bit of
48:35
silence with my own good self.
48:37
So I think that is really,
48:40
really important because we're just
48:42
too distracted. I have a lot of silence
48:44
in my day. I don't
48:46
listen to music when I'm writing or working or doing.
48:48
I don't. I have silence in
48:50
my day. What I don't have is silence
48:52
in my head. Yeah.
48:56
And that's what I mean by sitting
48:59
down and shutting up. I mean cutting
49:01
off the chatter in my head so
49:03
that other information can come through. So
49:06
the only way I can do that
49:09
effectively is to do a mindless activity.
49:11
Like one of the things I'm always telling students
49:14
is take a walk with your guide. And
49:17
I know that might sound like what? But
49:20
yeah, you're invisible helper. So I'll go for
49:22
a walk around my neighborhood or in my
49:24
local park and I'll just have
49:26
a conversation in my head with my guide as
49:29
I'm doing the first round of the loop. And
49:31
then on the way back, I try to just be
49:34
silent. And I don't know, I
49:36
just feel like when your body is moving, it's
49:39
easier to have stillness in
49:41
your thoughts. Well, I can see
49:43
how that would be for you. For
49:46
me, music
49:48
without words, toning, singing
49:51
bowls, some of that old new age
49:53
music, that is really, really
49:55
helpful to me. Carlos
49:59
Nakai's music, his
50:01
Canyon trilogy, is
50:03
absolutely one of my favorite pieces
50:06
of stillness meditation music.
50:08
When I play that kind of music, I
50:11
don't hear the music so much consciously anymore.
50:13
It kind of fades into the
50:15
background. And that's when there's
50:18
room for that silence in my head
50:21
and other information to come through. But
50:23
do you ever just sit in
50:26
silence and stillness? Yes.
50:29
Like where you're not writing? Yes,
50:32
I do. You're just sitting. And
50:34
holding a rock in my hand. I sure do. No,
50:37
I don't even mean meditating. I mean, like, do
50:39
you ever just sit and stare out the window?
50:43
Yes. OK, see, that's
50:45
what I do, too. I'm always moving, doing, thinking. And that's
50:47
what I want to cultivate more time to do. Oh, I
50:49
would love to cultivate more. I'm going to put that on
50:52
my to-do list. Do nothing for 30 minutes. Do
50:57
you remember you may
50:59
not even you may not be old
51:01
enough. Years ago, there was a television show
51:03
called Northern Exposure. I remember that.
51:06
And there was a woman on the on the
51:09
show who was a
51:11
native woman from, I
51:13
guess, Alaska is where they were. And
51:15
sometimes she would just be sitting
51:18
someplace. And I remember a particular
51:20
scene where one of the people
51:22
in the cast passed her and
51:24
said her name was Marilyn. I can remember the character's
51:26
name and said, Marilyn, what
51:29
are you doing? And she said sitting.
51:32
And I remember thinking, what
51:34
a powerful, simple,
51:37
clear answer. Sitting.
51:40
Yeah. How often do we do that?
51:43
Well, not as much as I would like
51:45
to. And every once in a while, and
51:47
particularly now, for example, as we've done this
51:49
episode, I think, OK, I'm
51:51
going to write a schedule and
51:54
I'm going to put it together and I'm going
51:56
to behave and I'm going to do do do
51:58
or not do do do. some of the things that we're
52:00
talking about doing or not doing. I'll
52:03
let you know how that goes. I'll
52:06
hold my breath. Okay, you go
52:08
ahead with that. But you don't
52:11
seriously, it really
52:13
would be, I think, helpful
52:15
to me and maybe to other people to
52:17
to say, okay, between two
52:19
and 230 in the afternoon
52:22
every day, the world can just go away
52:24
for a while. And I'm just going to
52:26
sit or I'm going to do any
52:28
one of these exercises that we have suggested
52:31
to people and see how that works. You
52:34
know, yeah, I do. I
52:36
promise you nothing, but I think it
52:38
it's helpful. I think you have
52:40
to like write it down, make it happen, right? So
52:42
if you if you commit to that and put it
52:44
in the schedule, it's going to happen. Exactly.
52:47
So as we wrap up, it's
52:49
important to remember that when we
52:51
are born, our pineal glands are much
52:53
larger, but it begins
52:55
to shrink when we enter puberty. This
52:58
is why children are so tuned in
53:00
and connected to their psychic abilities. But
53:03
if you were to apply some of these
53:05
techniques we've mentioned today, it will help your
53:07
pineal gland to reawaken and help
53:10
you truly jumpstart your intuition. Make
53:13
sure to get enough sleep each
53:15
night, practice meditation, drink plenty of
53:17
water, enjoy a healthy diet, work
53:20
with crystals, and don't forget to eat
53:22
your dark chocolate. You guys
53:24
might remember I took that class with Lloyd
53:27
Auerbach, who's considered the what
53:29
is he? He's I think he's the only
53:31
American who has his PhD in parapsychology. And
53:34
he did a whole lesson one
53:36
night on studies that have shown
53:38
dark chocolate helps awaken your intuition.
53:41
So if you Oh, I should be really awake. What?
53:44
I should be really awake. It
53:50
has to be like really dark chocolate, though. I think it has
53:52
to be more than 72%. I
53:54
could do that. Okay. Visualize
53:57
your pineal gland moving from a
53:59
shriveled
