Hey everyone, thank-you for passing by.. As mentioned in my last post I hope to use this talk show as a way to showcase, inspire and inform the Ghanaian community in the Greater Toronto Area and beyond.
Today I will be interviewing Salomey Nsiah, a Culinary Cuisine Expert, in other words a Trained and experienced Chef. In this episode we will touch on how she briefly disappointed her parents to pursue her purpose. And how opening one’s own restaurant isn’t the only highlight or goal of a chef’s career. I hope you learn how to bounce back from disappointment and learn to do, what is best for yourself, while growing and enjoying in the process. Salomey is a long time friend so you will see us laugh more than expected, sorry for my ugly laugh, I was very excited and nervous. But I hope you can enjoy the laughter as we touch on how to get through uncertainty. I know the pictures are also random, but I thought I’d give you guys a visual. P.S This is my very first recorded interview, and editing was nottt how I thought it would be, so please bear with me to the end, it is a work in progress, but there are a lot of gems dropped here. There will be better work in the future.
I hope you enjoyed learning about Salomey’s experience cheffing it up follow me on IG @Pursuing_purpose_gh to get connected to her for any catering needs, cooking advice, and more.
