I just finished moving from the west side of LA to Hollywood, which for context, is only about a 20 minute drive away, but the culture is pretty different. One of the biggest changes for me, is the people I used to see on a weekly basis, I’m not going to be seeing some of them as often anymore.

That got me thinking about how to make time for certain people, and even what new people I now have more quick access to that I didn’t before. I’m a big believer in being deliberate about the people you spend time with if you want to have better relationships and more success as an entrepreneur.

And it’s one of the most simple concepts, though not always easy to control. So for this episode, I’m going to deliver a slightly modified version of a chapter from my book, It’s Time to Start. The chapter is called “Surround Yourself with the Right People”
