alabama's bank of columbia the

use plastic firearms in order to escape with

over eighteen thousand dollars in cash

this way they were all caught and arrested five days

later in ohio they all three went to

prison john and clearance ended up

going to prison in kansas where clearance attempt

to escape by smuggling himself out

into enormous boxes that

also tried to run from chain gangs

and in nineteen sixties eventually all

these things collided to make prison

officials essentially say okay we're going to send

these two brothers in particular over to alcatraz

so that's where we get the three that's

contacted and they accessed nationwide

records on the missing prisoners and there

previous escape attempts all three

of them had previous escape attempts as we

the f b i interviewed the various families of

the missing inmates to compiled their identification

records boat operators in the bay

were asked to be on a lookout for debris

or signs of their escape here's what
