Today, I get to share with you a wonderful conversation that I had a couple of months ago with two people that I have come to admire, in almost a benevolent stalker kind of way, for their thought leadership, but more importantly for their generous friendship.

Nancy Duarte is the CEO of Duarte, Inc., a communication design firm that is noted as the largest female owned agency in Silicon Valley. 

Patti Sanchez is the Chief Strategy Officer of Duarte and together they wrote a book called "Illuminate" that has transformed my perspective about the power of story to help lead change.

We talked about how they started working together, how they compliment each other, and their journey of writing this book together.
