Time and time again when people say the value that the attorney adds. That's invaluable what you did for them, because the business owner doesn't usually appreciate it, certainly at the outset what's actually occurring, but as you say, simply by separating the ownership of the name and then licensing it, you maintain control. I've had a handful of clients similarly be ecstatic with some advice I'd given them earlier on. As attorneys, we see situations like it's, it's not the first time for us to see a lot of these things.
