In this episode, we recap how we lost power at 12am when the weather dipped into the lower teens! The one week that we needed to have everything working properly!

We did all the due diligence. We filled our water holding tanks. We filled our propane tanks. Then the wind and cold hit. The power went out, and the RV battery didn't kick in!

All our half sleeping troubleshooting did nothing... we thought "dead battery"

We were faced with a difficult decision; go to the hotel across the road (that had generator power) or stay and dress warm. We opted for Odin to hit the hotel room. So we drained all the water we had filled earlier (didn't need a frozen pipe!) and after nearly freezing headed to the hotel.

After heading into town to test our battery, we learned the battery was "fully charged"?! Well now what?

The funny part of this story will have you laughing pretty hard... But, the best part of this lifestyle is that every day is a learning situation.
