Demi was nervous about reading in front of her new classmates on her first day of school. When the teacher called on her to read, she froze and stammered. One of the boys yelled that she was cussing, which made her face turn red. The teacher silenced the boy and Njambi, Demi's deskmate, prompted her to read. Demi finally finished reading and the bell rang.
