Welcome to the

0:07

Subconscious Mind mastery

0:10

podcast, to Miller, Mind with Michelle

0:12

Thomas Miller is with Michelle so if

0:14

This is part two, so

0:16

if you're dropping in off of

0:18

the lineup of videos on

0:20

YouTube or podcasts on whatever you

0:23

listen to them on, you you

0:25

to want to definitely listen to

0:27

the episode prior to this so

0:29

that you get the context

0:31

of part one. of But we're

0:34

going to jump back to Michelle

0:36

Blood's story of of she transformed

0:38

not only from from, as

0:40

you said 15 years old

0:42

leaving home in Australia to joining a

0:44

Joining a rock band, lead

0:46

singer, you've got the vibrance of

0:49

a lead singer for sure. for

0:51

sure, you've staged I could just only

0:53

imagine is phenomenal. is And then,

0:55

And boom, boom, a telephone pole

0:57

that changed your life. your life. From

0:59

that, you met Bob Bob

1:01

and his gang. his And from

1:04

that, you met you met a guru

1:06

taught you enlightenment. So So and I

1:08

and I came up in

1:10

not two and similar backgrounds

1:12

or or religiously, we should

1:15

say. You were raised Catholic. I

1:17

was raised Southern Baptist. They They

1:19

don't think that there are any

1:21

similarities, but oh my, they're a

1:23

lot closer than they both than

1:25

they both And we never grew

1:27

up with anything about about It was

1:30

more like salvation. more You had to

1:32

be saved or you were going

1:34

to go to hell. or you were going

1:36

to go not versed in the

1:38

West in these the traditions.

1:41

Eastern How do you how you

1:43

have been on the side of the

1:45

fence that you're on? the How

1:47

do you explain this

1:49

concept of this concept of of

1:52

of have something you

1:54

don't have? have? Because to me,

1:56

one thing that I think we do agree

1:58

on and and you mentioned it. we closed up

2:00

part one is that we all have all

2:02

have access to this. We

2:05

all have access to God.

2:07

does this how does this enlightenment

2:09

concept fit in to a

2:11

spiritual path? purpose of life,

2:13

purpose of always, Great question,

2:15

always, is, Thomas. The is

2:18

to be awakened. You know, to

2:20

be awakened, I you know, there's

2:22

been everything you have studied. and I've

2:24

done you can imagine. of I've done every

2:26

sort of course when I was searching

2:28

God myself. As a a kid. brought up in the

2:31

was brought up in the country how similar to

2:33

how I live now in the mountains, was

2:35

but it was the Blue Mountains of Australia. Australia

2:37

and Oberon, beautiful town, and

2:39

they had a had a beautiful Irish nuns

2:41

that taught us. And I was in

2:43

love I was in love with these

2:45

nuns I've their, I've always loved the

2:47

Irish accents, one of my of in

2:49

the world in the they had me

2:51

singing at their school of sedverts. And these

2:54

nuns would have me sing at

2:56

their school as and if anybody

2:58

knows about knows about back in the day,

3:00

churches back I was a kid in

3:02

the I was a kid in the 60s, the were

3:04

very much in their school of their

3:06

the as schools. against the so.

3:09

schools. was so in love with

3:11

these nuns, I would actually I would

3:13

with Jesus Christ. with Jesus I

3:15

didn't know I didn't know as

3:17

a young girl, I was

3:19

extremely religious. religious. and I I

3:21

was just a baby, really, just a baby.

3:24

And I was allowed because they had masks

3:26

every morning, the nuns with the local

3:28

priest. with I was allowed at that age,

3:30

was just across the road. Mum, just let

3:32

me go there. just morning to go

3:34

to road, mom 6 let .m. with the

3:37

nuns, every morning. to go I was

3:39

allowed to do that. Amazing. with the nuns,

3:41

every morning, I was allowed to

3:43

do that, amazing. And so, I

3:45

didn't really talk. talk. The Irish nuns

3:47

and the Irish priests they they didn't

3:49

really, even though it's in

3:51

Australia, they didn't really talk about,

3:53

really to be saved. got to be saved,

3:55

but we did eat words like you

3:58

otherwise, you on on Sunday. you'll

4:00

go to hell. help. To a little little kid. the

4:02

So the Catholics did bring us up to think,

4:04

to you know, if you don't do this and

4:06

you don't do that, and you know, do was just, know,

4:08

that was always weird to me. And when I

4:11

used to go to And when I week, to go to

4:13

have to lie because I couldn't think

4:15

of anything I'd done I couldn't think of

4:17

anything I'd done bad. And it's not

4:19

but I'd say oh I didn't just

4:21

make my bed perfectly this morning and

4:23

then the priest would laugh at me laugh

4:26

at Well, that's it was

4:28

bloody. Anyway, so I wasn't brought

4:30

up with hearing about salvation per se,

4:32

but studying all the wasn't brought up

4:34

with hearing about salvation searching for, I but studying

4:36

all the different religions when I was

4:38

searching for, I didn't know what it

4:40

was, my heart glow whatever it was because

4:42

my heart glow was there and I

4:44

wanted to find out what it was.

4:47

And I was doing this while I

4:49

was on a search for an enlightened

4:51

teacher, Thomas. Thomas. I I heard about a lot of different

4:53

things and I did go to a and I for a couple

4:55

of years. church for a went back

4:57

to the Catholicism for a while to

4:59

the I was just, you know, and I

5:01

was just, you know, to know what it

5:03

was all about. it was all about. One of

5:06

the things I noticed when I went

5:08

back to Catholicism and the and wanted me

5:10

to put on charity events with my band

5:12

to make money for the church. with

5:14

my band to make all about

5:16

the money. the church. It's all about the

5:18

money. about the beast, the it's about

5:20

the money. the money. Anyway, And when the

5:22

Catholic Church said all of a sudden, sudden,

5:25

oh, you you don't have to go to

5:27

Mass on Sunday morning anymore, you can go

5:29

Saturday night now. go Saturday night

5:31

now. I realized. It was was man-made that

5:33

it's a sin if you that it's a sin on

5:35

you don't go to Mass on Sunday

5:37

sudden they all of a sudden they realized

5:39

they're losing their flock. so that's when I And

5:41

so that's when I started. to look at other to

5:44

look at other avenues okay to go on

5:46

but now it's okay to go on

5:48

just stopped Catholicism. Then I went to a Baptist church now we're talking

5:50

about went to a got to and now

5:52

we're talking about you've got to

5:54

be saved otherwise you go to hell

5:56

you've got this negative stuff and all

5:58

I ever wanted to do mess. people happy.

6:00

And then I heard a minister

6:03

say, you know, this woman could

6:05

not be remarried, but her husband

6:07

who divorced her, he could because

6:09

he was a bloke. And I

6:12

was like, well, this is not

6:14

for me. Then I went to

6:16

the science of mind, earnest home

6:19

study. And I sort of liked

6:21

that because it was more scientific

6:23

and it was interesting. But I

6:25

was always about the heart. And

6:28

so hearing about all these different...

6:30

concepts of salvation and you've got

6:32

to be saved comparing it now

6:35

to what I know with it's

6:37

just it's like primary it's like

6:39

kindergarten it's like an evolution of

6:41

different people of different walks of

6:44

life and some people just do

6:46

their church because just in case

6:48

some of them through superstition just

6:51

in case and some of them

6:53

because they really do love delight

6:55

they love God whatever their form

6:57

of God is But reading autobiography

7:00

of a yoga, you'll notice that

7:02

Yogan Nanda desperately wanted to meet

7:04

other enlightened beings. He really wanted

7:07

to. He started traveling the world,

7:09

hearing about, oh, this woman, Stigmata.

7:11

Let's go and check her out.

7:13

Maybe she's enlightened. But he realized

7:16

she wasn't. She was just some

7:18

sort of a psychic phenomena, but

7:20

not enlightenment. And he would go

7:22

around looking at all these different

7:25

people who... said they had special

7:27

powers or they were enlightened, you

7:29

know, one guy in India that

7:32

he visited that would... jewels would

7:34

come, jewels and diamonds and food,

7:36

whatever you wanted, and he said

7:38

it's a sitter power. Now a

7:41

sitter power, before full enlightenment, as

7:43

you go into early enlightenment, you

7:45

start gaining different powers. Everyone's... has

7:48

a different power that they're given,

7:50

lots of different powers. They keep

7:52

coming into you. However, if you

7:54

focus on power and not on

7:57

enlightenment, you get drawn like a

7:59

rabbit hole into the ego of,

8:01

look at me. I can manifest

8:04

food. It comes from somewhere else,

8:06

Yoganada said. Anybody can learn that.

8:08

He said, but imagine all the

8:10

years to learn how to do

8:13

that instead of focusing on enlightenment.

8:15

And so being saved in salvation

8:17

isn't, you don't need to be

8:20

saved from anything. You are already

8:22

perfect. You are already beautiful. You

8:24

already have a beautiful diamond that

8:26

is just coated with negative experiences

8:29

that you've had before. That doesn't

8:31

make you bad or that you're

8:33

not saved. It just means that

8:35

it's just there and you have

8:38

to release it through affirmations, through

8:40

being kind, through being compassionate, wanting

8:42

to uplift others, thinking of others

8:45

first, and being a person who

8:47

you get happier and happier, the

8:49

more you're around happy people, and

8:51

to understand that happiness. and feeling

8:54

joy and love for other people

8:56

is your salvation. It doesn't, not

8:58

everybody on the planet is going

9:01

to be enlightened in one lifetime.

9:03

It just doesn't work that way.

9:05

There isn't like a big all,

9:07

we'll all be saved in one

9:10

day. And it doesn't matter to

9:12

me, I don't debate with people

9:14

even when they've asked me to

9:17

about enlightenment or certain things in

9:19

the Bible because to me... a

9:21

perfect life is a person who

9:23

wants to do things that are

9:26

going to uplift others and salvation

9:28

is to me clearing that diamond

9:30

so that you can become more,

9:33

expand your consciousness and every day

9:35

think of what you can do

9:37

to uplift others, whether it's the

9:39

trees that you forgot to water,

9:42

water them. Everything is got, everything

9:44

is enlightenment. It's just that we've

9:46

got this like the Buddhist save

9:48

this veil. We can't, sometimes we

9:51

can feel it, but we can't

9:53

see that light yet. We can't

9:55

see who people are. And so,

9:58

laugh is a boxer. Chocolates, Thomas.

10:00

Well, it's a, you know, and

10:02

I mean, early on, when I

10:04

started this podcast, I thought, well,

10:07

you've got to close it with

10:09

some kind of little hook, right?

10:11

And I just chose, enjoy the

10:14

journey, because for me, at that

10:16

point, especially dropping in, starting this

10:18

thing in 2013, it was a

10:20

journey. And I've just always said

10:23

on here, look, you're following, you're

10:25

not following, you know, some... ascended

10:27

master kind of thing don't know

10:30

no no no I'm dealing with

10:32

daily struggles just like you and

10:34

that's the way I've always approached

10:36

it with this so it is

10:39

a journey it's a process and

10:41

it sounds like what happened there

10:43

between the accident and when you

10:46

found and studied with Kundalini and

10:48

then found this and this enlightenment

10:50

experience that The journey was very

10:52

deep for you as what I'm

10:55

hearing is that you were craving

10:57

something that most people don't crave

10:59

Would that be true? Yeah, and

11:01

it wasn't chocolates anymore Yeah, no,

11:04

this was like it sounded like

11:06

you had a yearning there that

11:08

you were Oh, I call it

11:11

needing to pursue I call it

11:13

soul sickness and it's not that

11:15

you're sick. It's your yearning good

11:17

way of putting it for something.

11:20

You want to, you have to

11:22

find out what it is. And

11:24

the Buddhist will call it a

11:27

Bakhti. You're a natural Bakhti. I

11:29

think Hindus call it a Bakhti

11:31

as well. I'm not sure. And

11:33

a Bakhti is a person who

11:36

is a natural lover of life,

11:38

of God. So that's why from

11:40

a very young age I fell

11:43

in love with Jesus because that

11:45

was my first interpretation of what

11:47

enlightenment or God was. You know,

11:49

and Jesus said it. All the

11:52

time, it is not I who

11:54

does it, it is the father

11:56

through me. He was always extremely...

11:59

clear about that and as we

12:01

become clearer and clearer we realize

12:03

that people that are wanting you

12:05

you know it's it depends on

12:08

the culture if it's an Indian

12:10

culture or Bhutanese yes you do

12:12

bow to the master the guru

12:14

I mean my teacher wouldn't call

12:17

herself a guru in a million

12:19

years but anyway guru just means

12:21

teacher in England yeah so people

12:24

that from the west though that

12:26

expect you to I did a

12:28

podcast once and this lady's like

12:30

talking to me beforehand just normally

12:33

normal voice blah blah blah and

12:35

then when we stuck the interview

12:37

oh hello Michelle I am Jasmine

12:40

blah blah blah blah that wasn't

12:42

her name I'm not going to

12:44

mention it's many years ago and

12:46

I was like see this is

12:49

what I don't like somebody's acting

12:51

all saintly and it's like you're

12:53

just a normal human you have

12:56

awakened just like the Buddha said

12:58

I'm awake You're still a normal

13:00

human. It's like before enlightenment. Chop

13:02

would carry water after enlightenment. Chop

13:05

would carry water. But without fear

13:07

of the acts anymore. You don't

13:09

have fear anymore is what is

13:12

going on. You still go through

13:14

having to make money, mortgage, roof

13:16

over your head, whatever you've got

13:18

to do. But you don't have

13:21

fear anymore. And your faith is

13:23

not just a belief, I believe

13:25

that could happen. It's not, oh.

13:27

I'm hoping it's absolute 100% I

13:30

know that I know because it's

13:32

God through you that infinite omnipotent

13:34

power there is no other power

13:37

this world is just a dream

13:39

and you know you heard me

13:41

talking about it in Santa Monica

13:43

when we met up it was

13:46

like even the scientists have proven

13:48

that we are holograms this is

13:50

not real we think we're solid

13:53

and when you can see the

13:55

liquid that this is just like

13:57

when dreams may come with a...

14:00

Oh God, absolutely love that movie.

14:02

movie. And it is just a,

14:04

it's a just is not It's

14:06

a dream. it is an even

14:08

a dream. while It is an illusion.

14:12

And while we're here, what most important

14:14

thing is exactly what you said,

14:16

Thomas. but not the

14:18

journey, but not

14:20

selfishly. were brave the journey,

14:22

you were brave enough to start

14:24

something called subconscious mind mastery. When

14:26

I first started teaching teaching. People

14:30

would just think I was off

14:32

the edge because it was like it

14:34

early the early And they were like,

14:36

they what in the hell is

14:38

she talking about? she talking about? So so at least

14:40

people are more So at least people are more

14:42

educated. studies if scientific studies,

14:45

if you're someone who doesn't

14:47

believe that all all things are possible

14:49

for you. for you but it means

14:51

you still have to take action. take action

14:53

your salvation is... is being

14:55

a person who who can Do do things

14:57

when it does scare you, because every

15:00

time you do something you do I love

15:02

the way like I love that way do it,

15:04

but do it Do it then that fee will

15:06

be released from you. that fear will

15:08

be that particular thing you

15:10

forever from that The terror

15:12

barrier. Yeah, the terror barrier, right?

15:14

Yeah, exactly that yearning

15:17

for God. for God I

15:19

I remember my first

15:21

experience was about age age three

15:23

But there's a program,

15:25

you you know, familiar with

15:27

Krishna Doss, Jeffrey Kagle, he was used

15:29

to be with Blue Oyster Cult,

15:32

he hooked up with Ram Doss

15:34

in the late the late

15:36

early and early 70s, and up going

15:38

over to India. to India, yeah,

15:40

and named Karole and that was

15:42

his his teacher, his teacher,

15:45

his guru. And in in a program

15:47

that he outlined that whole story of

15:49

going to India and his transformation,

15:51

it's called Pilgrim of the Heart.

15:53

of the Heart, and true, put it out

15:55

some years ago. he told a He

15:57

told a story of of a poem

15:59

from - me about love dogs and

16:01

basically the way it goes was

16:04

was that he was story was

16:06

that somebody was praying to God

16:09

and then all of a sudden

16:11

just scrapped it through it aside

16:13

and the great spirit came to

16:16

him and said why did you

16:18

stop praying? And he said no

16:21

answers. And the great spirit said,

16:23

you need to pant after God.

16:25

You need to howl after God.

16:28

The way that a dog howls

16:30

for its master after its master

16:33

leaves the house. And that dog

16:35

is there yelping and howling until

16:37

its master comes back home. He

16:40

said, be a love dog. And

16:42

I just thought, man, that is

16:45

a beautiful. capturing of what a

16:47

heart yearning for God truly is.

16:49

Oh, you got me, Thomas. Because

16:52

that is what it is. It

16:54

is so intense and nothing else

16:57

matters. I never in at that

16:59

time ever, ever did what I

17:01

did following my teacher because I

17:04

thought I could become enlightened. That

17:06

wasn't in my consciousness, it was

17:09

like that could never happen. I

17:11

didn't even think that that could

17:13

happen. But when I'd go into

17:16

meditation, I would start feeling that

17:18

connection so deeply, and the more

17:21

and more I could stop my

17:23

thought, I could feel this oneness,

17:25

and there's no other bliss like

17:28

it. And I just wanted to

17:30

do anything I could for anybody

17:32

else, when I saw even students

17:35

of hers being unhappy or... You

17:37

know, it's interesting, a lot of

17:40

spiritual people on the spiritual path

17:42

may want the power. of an

17:44

enlightened teacher, what that transmission gives

17:47

to them, but they're not a

17:49

barkty, they're not doing it because

17:52

they have such love and respect

17:54

for the teacher, because the teacher

17:56

is not God, God is God,

17:59

but is a conduit of the

18:01

light for you. And if you

18:04

have a teacher that says, I

18:06

am God, you know, run away.

18:08

You know, you're getting into that

18:11

territory now of why I chose

18:13

authenticity for my word for 2025.

18:16

And this is what I'd like

18:18

to unpack with you here for

18:20

the rest of this episode. And

18:23

then we have a lot more

18:25

that we'll talk about in the

18:28

future. You just brought up a

18:30

great point. You said run. A

18:32

realization came to me a summer

18:35

ago, about a year and a

18:37

half ago, from when this is

18:40

being recorded, that... A lot of

18:42

spiritual practices, I mean it became

18:44

so vivid in this one situation,

18:47

that a lot of spiritual practices

18:49

are nothing but a facade or

18:52

a cover-up for whatever is underneath

18:54

it, and not to be judgmental,

18:56

but there are things underneath it

18:59

that are not being dealt with,

19:01

and it's really easy to grab

19:04

God out of the sky and

19:06

throw it onto a situation, because

19:08

you can't argue with God. When

19:11

you put the God label on

19:13

it, all of a sudden, oh,

19:16

it's, you know, this untouchable, or

19:18

it's this, oh, it's that category

19:20

now, and instead of somebody that

19:23

needs psychological counseling, they can duck

19:25

out of it by just throwing

19:28

the spiritual wrap on it. I

19:30

know you've seen this. You probably

19:32

saw it in the early day

19:35

churches, you probably saw it in

19:37

the seminars that you were doing

19:39

with Bob and his. I mean,

19:42

spiritual people, different brand of spirituality.

19:44

you know that people are trying

19:47

to be spiritual that really underneath

19:49

it they are totally not and

19:51

they're covering it up and

19:54

they're blind to

19:56

the fact that

19:59

they're covering it

20:01

up. that they're So

20:03

one of the pursuits that I'd like

20:05

to work through with you like to work through

20:07

with you is authenticity.

20:10

authenticity in our in our

20:12

spirituality, even with ourself to where we

20:14

can go in and look in

20:16

the mirror look that bathroom in we're brushing

20:18

our teeth. we're brushing we can look

20:20

right at our own eyes. right at our own

20:22

eyes and or just acknowledge or

20:24

just be in that space

20:26

of. space of. Is

20:29

Is this real? Is this really this

20:31

really real? doing? Like what

20:33

you're doing. get on here, when I get

20:35

on here, I've, I've thought about this a

20:37

lot over the past year. And that's what

20:39

kind of brought me to this place of

20:41

just wanting to of just

20:43

wanting to bring forth. real

20:46

practical real practical

20:49

spirituality. that's the path

20:51

that And I think that's the path

20:53

that you've been on too. created created a

20:55

lot of resources to help people

20:57

find this. find this.

21:00

You've got me again. me

21:02

ha, ha, ha, ha,

21:04

ha, ha. about being a

21:07

female rock

21:09

I from The

21:12

thing about being

21:14

a female rock singer

21:16

from Australia of menacing crap

21:18

that of menacing crap that

21:20

happens underneath the surface. You

21:23

know, know, not the band, every

21:25

musician I've ever worked with. worked with

21:28

were amazing. Road crews are

21:30

great, such hardworking people.

21:32

And I found those guys as

21:34

such gentlemen and they

21:36

treated me guys so such gentlemen and

21:38

they treated me with so much respect and

21:40

love and we'd have so much laughter and

21:42

we'd work really hard and write our songs

21:44

and rehearse and our songs then when it comes

21:46

to when it comes to managers,

21:49

execs, agents. It's

21:52

it's similar to guru

21:54

in a way. We are a way. You

21:56

We are get a good to get

21:58

a good record You come... and sleep with

22:00

me. And it's like, because I was

22:03

a pretty cute little kid back then,

22:05

you know, and I'd be just like,

22:07

no way, you know, kick your ass.

22:10

I have another option. Yeah, I have

22:12

another idea. So, you know, so in

22:14

the end, whenever I, because the guy,

22:17

all the guys in my bam were

22:19

over six foot, crazy, yeah, I'm five

22:21

foot. So then after a while I

22:24

realized, you know, like the manager of

22:26

the venue, you're waiting to get your

22:28

money at the end of the end

22:31

of the end of the end of

22:33

the end of the night. and he's

22:35

like wanting to put you in a

22:38

little room and count it out like

22:40

one dollar two dollars and you like

22:42

so I'd always bring one of the

22:45

biggest road crew with me and I

22:47

would just say look I think you

22:49

better do something because he doesn't look

22:52

too happy he's tired we've had a

22:54

late night give us our money I

22:56

don't know if I've got it all

22:59

I said we had four thousand people

23:01

here tonight you know and it's sort

23:03

of like they want to be gods

23:06

they want to people that want to

23:08

manipulate to manipulate other people when people

23:10

that are vulnerable and they're actually really

23:13

sincerely looking for a path. They're looking

23:15

for a spiritual path. And these people

23:17

from these different cults, I've seen it.

23:20

They absolutely can tell because they're in

23:22

a sort of a, I call them

23:24

like an occult specialist. They've got

23:26

a type of consciousness where the ego

23:29

is so weird. and there's something psychologically

23:31

very wrong with them, but they can

23:33

still, their predators, they can tell when

23:36

someone is weak enough or maybe they're

23:38

not too weak yet, but they know

23:40

how to manipulate and mold them. And

23:43

I've seen this all over the world

23:45

and it's terrifying to see what they're

23:47

doing to these beautiful souls that are

23:50

sincerely wanting to do good. And they're

23:52

believing that the so-called... master or the

23:54

guru is telling them what to do

23:57

for their highest good. I mean, particularly

23:59

if somebody says to you, no

24:01

longer see your old friends, don't see

24:03

your family, sometimes that's good advice, but

24:06

you give it. to yourself, not like

24:08

someone else tell you to do it.

24:10

Yeah, yeah. But you know, it's, it's,

24:13

it's, there's a world out there where

24:15

people say, oh, everything's like right now,

24:17

we've got a high evolution, and I

24:20

say, I don't know why people keep

24:22

saying that, it's not true. We have

24:24

got 8 billion people on the planet

24:27

right now, and because of the fact

24:29

that you may be in an oscillation,

24:31

a vibration, a frequency, where you... are

24:34

attracting into your life things that

24:36

you are attracted to like beautiful Thomas

24:38

and the beautiful his wonderful podcast and

24:40

different books that have changed your life

24:43

and you know and so you begin

24:45

to think because you are attracting you

24:47

making your own world like the Buddha

24:50

said we are what we think everything

24:52

we think arises from our thoughts with

24:54

our thoughts we make our world. So

24:57

therefore your world becomes a world where

24:59

you're attracting spiritually minded people, authentic people,

25:01

people that are generous and kind. So

25:04

you begin to think that the world

25:06

is awakening, but it's not. There is

25:08

still such low evolution in so many

25:11

parts of the world. And this particular

25:13

world plane, which is all about enlightenment,

25:15

we all go through having to burn

25:18

off different karmic. energies from our past

25:20

life depending on where we're born again.

25:22

I mean I could go on about

25:25

calmer and past lives forever because it

25:27

is really real and this world is

25:29

very very complicated but even though it

25:32

is complicated my advice is do what

25:34

Thomas said and really look within and

25:36

say is this is how you can

25:39

tell it's pretty easy. You go to

25:41

an event you think you're getting

25:43

pumped up you know or you see

25:45

some guru or How do you feel

25:48

three days later? Do you feel like

25:50

down where you were again or you

25:52

still feel uplifted and joyful? It's starting

25:55

to feel like, wow, that was, that

25:57

was, I was seen, that was real.

26:00

Or you're hanging out with people

26:03

and you don't know, because all

26:05

of a sudden they've said, oh,

26:07

come to our church, it's really

26:09

cool, you'll learn about this and

26:11

that, and you leave an hour

26:14

later feeling drained and feeling weird.

26:16

Whatever you feel like that, run,

26:18

because that means there's manipulation going

26:20

on. Everyone is psychic, everyone can

26:22

feel. what's real and what's not

26:25

real. And the more you can

26:27

still your mind through meditation practice,

26:29

the more you can see what's

26:31

real and what's not real. So,

26:33

and what we mean by real

26:36

is what Thomas was saying, what's

26:38

authentic, what is for your highest

26:40

divine good. And there you go.

26:42

Man, I love that. I love

26:44

that. In fact, let's wrap this

26:47

episode up with a little... Dual

26:49

meditation. Let's both contribute to this,

26:51

just for a couple of minutes

26:53

of authenticity. How about if I

26:55

go first, I'll just kind of

26:58

get us started, and then why

27:00

don't you contribute just a couple

27:02

of minutes? We'll do this each.

27:04

And let's, for those who want

27:06

to kind of do what you

27:09

just said, still their minds and

27:11

their thoughts, and go into an

27:13

examination inside of... true authenticity. Let's

27:15

just see if we can make

27:17

that happen for a second. How

27:20

about it? You game? Oh yeah,

27:22

yes. All right. So obviously if

27:24

you want to participate in this

27:26

with us and you are at

27:28

a place where you can close

27:31

your eyes and just take a

27:33

good deep breath and boy I

27:35

wish I could go play that

27:37

gong over my shoulder back there

27:39

to get this started but we'll

27:42

just do it with our voices.

27:44

Yeah we'll do some of that

27:46

later. Good. You have it right

27:48

there. All the minor out of

27:50

arms reach. But just take a

27:53

good exhale and get comfortable and

27:55

just sit in for a second

27:57

here. This won't be wrong. Big

27:59

exhale. And

28:03

And as you close your eyes

28:05

and center along your chakra line,

28:07

your focus goes somewhere along that

28:09

line to where the energy is

28:11

falling for you. the might

28:13

be your solar plexus, maybe it's your root be

28:15

your could be your heart. your

28:17

throat your root Maybe you

28:19

went straight to your third eye. throat.

28:22

Maybe you your crown. straight

28:24

to your third eye, to your

28:26

crown. into that energy.

28:28

energy. and

28:31

just ask. Ask that

28:34

energetic line to speak

28:36

to to speak to you. anything I

28:39

need to change? I Is

28:41

there anything I need to change? my best

28:43

path, highest path. I

28:45

I may not be on my yet.

28:47

path, highest path. I may not

28:49

be there yet. Like Michelle said,

28:51

it's many lifetimes. Don't worry about

28:53

it. We're on a journey. How

28:55

are you doing on your journey?

28:57

Ask yourself. How

29:01

am I? Am I on course?

29:03

Am I my off course. Do

29:05

I need a little Do

29:08

I need a little course correction? Or

29:10

do I need to do I need

29:12

to stay the course? Am I

29:14

being Am I You know if

29:16

you're early on in

29:19

your journey, know, if

29:21

you're early on in your journey,

29:23

maybe in this area. think, God, You

29:25

might think, God, I've got so far

29:27

to go. go. All

29:31

All you want to do is take that next

29:34

step. take that next and

29:36

then the next one after that. next one

29:38

Just make sure the step you're

29:41

taking sure the step purely

29:43

authentic from that love

29:45

dog perspective. from that

29:47

love-dog that as

29:49

you. that as moving forward you are

29:51

howling. you are for

29:54

the for the source for for

29:56

that one you love. love. And

30:01

you won't rest until you find it,

30:04

until you if

30:07

you're there, And if

30:09

you're there, well well,

30:12

tell that that you're

30:14

searching in the right

30:16

place. the right place. And I'll

30:18

hand it off to And

30:21

I'll hand it off

30:23

to you, Michelle. Take

30:25

another deep breath deep breath

30:27

in through the

30:29

nose, if you can

30:31

make sure both

30:33

nostrils are clear. nostrils are

30:36

clear. Open your eyes it. a

30:38

little bit and just gaze my eyes

30:40

softening your eyes just a little bit

30:42

and just gaze my your

30:44

eyes just a little

30:46

bit just just gaze

30:48

my eyes, softening

30:50

your eyes, just gaze

30:52

your eyes. We're just going to be in

30:54

silence for a minute, and then I'm going to

30:56

do a special prayer for for you. I

31:23

am now speaking to

31:25

your your to your

31:27

enlightenment, to your higher self. Right

31:29

now, every now, every

31:31

cell of your

31:34

being in between

31:36

the cells is

31:38

overflowing with beautiful Shakti,

31:40

the vibrating oscillation

31:43

frequency of light

31:45

that is animating

31:47

your is animating your very

31:49

life recalibrating your

31:52

being. your being. So I give

31:54

I give thanks

31:56

that from this

31:58

moment onwards. Things

32:02

begin to change

32:04

in your life

32:07

to the positive.

32:09

You begin to

32:12

feel, love, oneness

32:14

and joy. You

32:17

are one with

32:19

omnipotent power. There

32:22

is no other

32:25

power. Omnipresence light.

32:28

omniscient wisdom. So I

32:31

give thanks that whatever

32:33

your circumstances are right

32:36

now, whatever you're doing,

32:38

things are being uplifted.

32:40

What you are seeking

32:43

is seeking you on

32:45

the positive realm. You

32:48

are beautiful. You are

32:50

enlightenment. It may be

32:53

veiled right now, but

32:55

you have all of

32:57

that. You are omnipresent.

33:00

Light. You have all

33:02

the power within you,

33:05

from this moment onwards,

33:07

to have a changed

33:10

life. Know that you

33:12

are never, ever, alone.

33:14

So take another deep

33:17

breath in, breathing all

33:19

the goodness there is

33:22

in the world. I'm

33:26

breathing out everything that

33:28

you do not want

33:30

anymore. Bow to your

33:32

own inner enlightenment and

33:35

just say thank you

33:37

divine for my beautiful

33:39

life. And after this

33:41

podcast is over, write

33:44

33:46

33:50

area of your life

33:55

do you live? and spiritual, it's

34:04

34:07
