Well it is Tuesday, April

is the Bob Suska show

2:03

on the Sexiable Podcast Network.

2:05

Hi, my name is Bob.

2:07

Hello Bob. Hi, day 161

And those two people right

2:23

there to the Goth ninjas.

2:30

Yeah, what? Yes, they do. You

2:32

know, I thought I'd throw this

2:35

one in just for fun today.

2:37

I hate that I like it

2:39

as much as I do. I

2:41

feel exactly the same way, David.

2:44

It's one of those things where

2:46

I love it when I hear

2:48

it and then I go, man,

2:50

my ethics start tapping me on

2:53

the shoulder and going, hey, hey,

2:55

that's AI. You shouldn't be doing

2:57

that Bob. But this is not

2:59

to replace the Rocky Mountain mic

3:02

mic jingle, which is great. unethical

3:04

jingle. Okay, well, as I said

3:06

before, happy tax day. In honor

3:08

of tax day, I made Friday's

3:11

after party free for all subscribers.

3:13

So if you're subscribed at the

3:15

3:20

me and Kimberly talking on the

3:22

after party from Friday afternoon. So

3:24

go and do that. Go and

3:26

sign up. or last Friday, this

3:29

past Friday, three days ago. So

3:31

that is posted, that is up

3:33

there waiting for you once you

3:35

subscribe. And again, all you got

3:37

to do is subscribe for $1

3:40

a month and you can listen

3:42

to that after party. And if

3:44

you like the after party, my

3:46

God, go ahead and sign up

3:49

for more. Okay, digging into things

3:51

here, I thought we'd spend probably

3:53

this entire first segment talking about

3:55

what's happening with Kilmar Garcia and

3:58

whether he's even still alive. Obviously

4:00

they don't want anybody talking so

4:02

that's an obvious thing but part of

4:04

me is like he went exactly to

4:07

the type of prison where the people

4:09

that wanted him dead before are currently

4:11

residing. Yeah, that's one of his connections.

4:13

I think maybe the only real connection

4:15

that he has to MS-13 is that

4:18

he was being extorted by them when

4:20

he lived in San Salvador. He and

4:22

his family. For fuck's sake. Yeah, they

4:24

were being threatened with torture and death

4:27

if they didn't pay the gang's money.

4:29

I think it was Barrio 18. And

4:31

so that's one of the reasons why

4:34

they left El Salvador. He and his

4:36

brother. Because they were escaping persecution

4:38

by gangs in El Salvador. So what

4:40

does the land of the free and

4:42

home of the brave do? We send

4:44

them back to a prison filled with

4:47

MS-13 gang members allegedly. There was a

4:49

satellite photo of that prison supposedly. Yeah.

4:51

I saw on threads last night. I

4:53

don't know how genuine it is. But

4:56

it appeared to show like a giant

4:58

pile of bodies arranged in like a

5:00

burn pit. Oh, Jesus Christ. That

5:02

wouldn't surprise me. Yeah, yeah. I noticed

5:04

too. That's, you know, the kind of

5:06

information that we need to greet with

5:08

a, you know, a pound of salt

5:10

these days. Yeah, absolutely. I'm going to

5:13

Google it while you go, y'all talk.

5:15

Yeah, yeah. Well, the impetus for us

5:17

discussing this today is not just the

5:19

latest information in terms of where Garcia

5:21

is and whether he's even still alive,

5:24

but also the visit by that slimy

5:26

dictator from El Salvador to the White

5:28

House yesterday, bouquetle. It looks like one

5:30

of these guys. He does. Yeah, looks

5:32

like one of the night at

5:35

the Roxbury guys. A little Chris

5:37

Catan going on. Yeah, sorry, Chris

5:39

Catan. Yeah, no kidding. But he

5:41

looks like he should be dancing

5:44

to this. And that's not to

5:46

make him fun, because he's not

5:48

a fun guy. I mean, essentially,

5:50

he spent his time with the

5:52

White House kissing Donald Trump's ass

5:54

and thumbing his nose at the

5:57

US Supreme Court. And not wearing

5:59

a... a suit of course. He

6:01

wore a suit jacket, but everything

6:03

else, I mean, his entire outfit

6:05

was just that. So a site

6:07

called metro.co. UK that I don't

6:10

know how reliable they are. Okay

6:12

mystery mound spotted at El Salvador

6:14

in prison sparks conspiracy for fuck's

6:16

sake I don't believe they have

6:18

any standards there for human rights

6:20

for prisoners I mean there many

6:22

many innocent people just thrown into

6:25

this horrendous situation and it's just

6:27

so upsetting to imagine that this

6:29

poor guy who was fleeing all

6:31

of that shit That's the real

6:33

tragedy. I mean, when we talk

6:35

about migrants and Donald Trump talking

6:37

about caravans and things like that,

6:40

we're talking about people escaping persecution

6:42

at the hands of gangs and

6:44

governments. This is what I want

6:46

to ask people who are against

6:48

it. I'm like, what do you

6:50

think would make you walk out

6:52

of your house with the clothes

6:55

on your back and whatever you

6:57

could carry with your kids and

6:59

start walking to Canada? Yeah, right.

7:01

Walking. How bad does it have

7:03

to be for you to leave

7:05

everything that you own behind and

7:07

just start walking north hoping that

7:10

maybe you'll survive long enough to

7:12

get a shitty job in the

7:14

United States? Like this is, I

7:16

mean, it's like, these... They seem

7:18

to think that people are just

7:20

like, you know, oh, everything is

7:22

going like really great for me.

7:25

I think I'll just like go

7:27

to the US because it's nicer

7:29

over there. And no, these are

7:31

people who are fleeing. All kinds

7:33

of violence and persecution, domestic violence,

7:35

state sponsored terrorism. I mean, you

7:37

name it. They don't just leave

7:40

their homes behind in everyone they

7:42

know and the language they speak

7:44

forever unless it is really bad.

7:46

And everyone who's like asking themselves

7:48

if they should leave our country

7:50

right now, like it is so

7:52

far beyond what we're experiencing where

7:55

they are. Yeah. That they are

7:57

walking here. Right. Margaret Atwood had

7:59

a thing or two to say

8:01

about that in the Handmaid's Tale

8:03

because there are people in the

8:05

book and in the TV series

8:07

that literally are walking to Canada when

8:09

all hell starts to break. Yeah, yeah, that's

8:12

a great point. So I want to make

8:14

sure that we kind of do a bit

8:16

of a deep dive here into this allegation

8:18

that Garcia was a member of MS-13. Because

8:21

this is one of those things that if

8:23

left unchecked. ends up seeping its way

8:25

into the minds. It will harden into

8:27

right wing fact. Yeah, not only right

8:29

wing fact, people who know better, who

8:31

should know better, will start repeating, well,

8:33

I read that MS-13, that he was

8:36

a member, I heard on the thing,

8:38

as I was walking by the TV

8:40

one day, and we got to nip

8:42

that in the bud right away. Let's

8:44

get that out of the way. I

8:46

read a piece in lawfare media that

8:48

just laid it all out in

8:51

terms of Garcia's... or these allegations

8:53

that Garcia is a member of

8:55

MS-13, which based on this, no,

8:57

absolutely not. As I said before,

9:00

he was threatened and extorted

9:02

by Barrio 18 while living

9:04

in San Salvador. They were

9:06

threatening his mom, they were

9:08

threatening his brother, they were threatening

9:10

his family. And so what do

9:12

you do in that situation? You

9:14

pay the guys. So he ended

9:16

up paying Barrio 18 to keep

9:18

from being tortured and murdered and

9:20

having his family tortured and murdered.

9:22

In 2019, Garcia was arrested and

9:25

detained in Maryland based on two

9:27

conflicting documents provided by ICE. the

9:30

federal I-213 form claimed that Abrego

9:32

Garcia had been detained in connection

9:34

with a murder investigation, while the

9:37

G-F-I-S form said he and the

9:39

others had been arrested because they

9:41

were loitering outside a home depot.

9:44

That whole, like, loitering outside home

9:46

depot thing that they keep arresting

9:48

people on? Yeah. That is how

9:51

a lot of migrant people

9:53

get work. Right. There's a

9:55

call-up. Every morning and contractors,

9:58

you renovators. You renovators. anybody

10:00

with construction projects going that short, you

10:02

know, an employer to will go to

10:04

the home depot or the lowest parking

10:07

lot depending on which it is in

10:09

your city. Yeah. And grab some construction

10:11

workers off the side of the road

10:13

that need to work for the day.

10:15

Yep. Yep. This is a daily lineup

10:18

and it's where eyes knows they can

10:20

like. find Hispanic workers that are probably

10:22

not documented because it's, so it's just,

10:24

they're not lawyering. They're looking for a

10:27

day job, you assholes. And that's what

10:29

Garcia was doing. And if it just

10:31

so happened that there were members or

10:33

associates of MS-13 who happened to also

10:35

be at the same Home Depot, doesn't

10:37

necessarily mean that Garcia was there to

10:40

meet with MS-13 members, that they just

10:42

happened to be in the same place

10:44

at the same time. Which tends to

10:46

have on looking for work. Right. So

10:48

this was all presented. These two documents,

10:51

these forms were presented before an immigration

10:53

lawyer here in Maryland. And that's how

10:55

Garcia ended up back in prison in,

10:57

I think it was Howard County here

10:59

in Maryland. But let's be clear about

11:01

these two documents. It's mostly- You know,

11:04

didn't want to go after actual gang

11:06

members who have assault weapons around the

11:08

house. Well what they're doing is you

11:10

to go after someone who's already been

11:13

arrested and is helpless in custody. or

11:15

who's in compliance with their asylum orders

11:17

or whatever, and like they are exactly

11:19

where they're supposed to be. They have

11:21

tax IDs, they have zip codes on

11:24

their tax, you know, and so, but

11:26

this is, I mean. This isn't about

11:28

law enforcement, this is about intimidation. What

11:30

they wanna do is make it seem like it

11:32

could happen to anyone at any time. And

11:35

so therefore you either need to

11:37

self-deport or turn yourself in. And that's

11:39

kind of what they're trying to

11:41

motivate people into doing. Going back

11:44

to these two documents

11:46

that were filed before

11:48

the immigration court in

11:50

Maryland, the I-213 document

11:52

relied on assertions from the

11:55

G-F-I-S document, but the

11:57

cop author of the G-F-I-S form

11:59

was was later suspended. Garcia married

12:02

his citizen wife while in

12:04

jail in 2019. He applied

12:06

for asylum there, Judge Jones

12:08

did grant his request for

12:10

withholding of removal based on

12:12

his well-founded fear of persecution

12:14

by Barrio 18. The government

12:16

didn't appeal, so Jones's ruling

12:18

is now final. The withholding

12:20

of removal means that you

12:22

can't be removed and sent

12:24

back to El Salvador. That

12:26

was the ruling. Shortly after

12:28

he won the withholding of

12:30

removal status, Garcia was released

12:32

to return home. So he's

12:34

back home living with his

12:36

wife and his child. Evidently,

12:39

no one saw him as

12:41

presenting any danger to the

12:43

community anymore. Since then, once

12:45

a year, Garcia has checked

12:47

in with immigration officials. This

12:49

is the standard procedure required

12:51

of individuals with his status

12:53

removable, but with removal withheld.

12:55

from their country of origin.

12:57

Abrego Garcia's last routine check-in

12:59

occurred on January 2nd of

13:01

this year without incident for

13:03

the past five years until

13:05

his recent abrupt removal to

13:07

the prison in El Salvador.

13:09

Jennifer, his wife, and Garcia

13:11

had been living in Prince

13:13

George's County. Together they were

13:15

now raising three children. The

13:18

third, their first biological child

13:20

together, had been born in

13:22

August 2019. That child now

13:24

five has special needs. He

13:26

was born deaf in one

13:28

a year, and as the

13:30

parents later learned, has autism

13:32

and is intellectually disabled. Also

13:34

during this period, according to

13:36

the complaint, Garcia had become

13:38

a union member. As of

13:40

March 12, yeah, as of

13:42

March 12, he was employed

13:44

full-time as a first year

13:46

sheet metal apprentice and was

13:48

pursuing his vocational license at

13:50

the University of Maryland. What

13:52

a demon! Yeah, how dare

13:55

he? Yeah, we gotta get

13:57

rid of him, just not

13:59

contributing. to society at all.

14:01

See if they can look at him

14:03

on paper and know that they're

14:05

not going to get shot, picking

14:07

this guy up. And that's what,

14:09

I mean, that's what really, so

14:11

you're trying to do the right

14:13

thing. You've escaped your, you've done

14:15

everything you were supposed to do.

14:17

Exactly. Yes, yes. You're

14:20

going to college. You know,

14:22

I mean, so much like,

14:24

he's doing exactly what millions

14:26

of Joe Rogan's worthless listeners,

14:28

couch potato like fucking. you

14:30

know, basement dwelling, bed bug

14:32

having white trash. Yeah. Like, those

14:34

guys could all be doing, you

14:36

know, would be lucky to be

14:38

doing as well as, you know,

14:40

as this. Yeah, I've heard some

14:42

people call him Kilmar, I've

14:44

heard other people refer to

14:46

him by his other name, Abrego.

14:49

But I just go with Garcia

14:51

Yeah, it's just it's utterly

14:53

tragic because he's doing everything

14:55

the right way He's integrating himself

14:57

into society. He's becoming a contributing

15:00

member to the economy He's

15:02

becoming a contributing member to

15:04

the tax base. These are all

15:06

crucial things and because he's getting

15:09

a degree Yeah Probably because

15:11

of any of the room.

15:13

He's got a degree raise your hand,

15:15

but like I mean yeah I keep thinking about

15:17

what I would feel. I keep thinking about

15:19

his wife. Yeah. Because I keep, you know,

15:22

because like my husband is from Puerto Rico

15:24

and I would not put it past some

15:26

asshole ice agent to just be like, he's

15:28

got an accent. Yeah. You know? And six

15:30

hours away from me, I would be, you

15:33

know, I would already be like starting to

15:35

combust. Right. with rage and fear about where

15:37

it's my husband but like it's been

15:39

days and days and days and days

15:41

for his family. Oh right yeah and

15:43

they don't know there's no one telling

15:45

him there's no one saying where he

15:47

is in fact or even if he's

15:49

still a lot yeah I just I'm

15:52

like with your Democrats folks we need

15:54

you to intervene as hard and loud

15:56

and angrily and he fucking can. Van

15:58

Hollen's trying he's doing his best. We're

16:00

going to talk about Chris Van

16:02

Hollen here in a second for

16:04

sure. This is insane that this

16:06

is happening. I mean, I don't

16:08

know. I guess if it was

16:10

me, I would probably be in

16:12

San Salvador now. Yeah. Trying to

16:14

hire mercenaries to help me get

16:16

my husband out of that fucking

16:18

prison because I just, I can't

16:20

even, I mean, it's just. I

16:23

understand what you're saying, but at

16:25

the same time I feel like

16:27

if they caught word that something

16:29

like that was going on, then

16:31

they're definitely going to kill him.

16:33

Oh yeah. You know what I

16:35

mean? If he's not dead already.

16:37

And that's the other thing that's

16:39

got to be destroying his family

16:41

right now. It's just not knowing.

16:43

And then we see this display

16:45

in the Oval Office yesterday with

16:47

Bukhale. And Donald Trump, where at

16:50

one point, and we're going to

16:52

get to the whole thing about

16:54

home groans here in a second,

16:56

which is Donald Trump's new nickname

16:58

for American citizens, who he wants

17:00

to deport to a torture chamber.

17:02

But he's a felon shouldn't he

17:04

be deported right at one point

17:06

Caitlin Collins asked the two of

17:08

them can president Buchale way in

17:10

on this? Do you plan to

17:12

return Garcia and then Buchale said

17:15

How can I smuggle a terrorist

17:17

into the United States? Of course

17:19

I'm not going to do it.

17:21

The question is preposterous. And then

17:23

Trump added something, oh, these people

17:25

would love that. And they would

17:27

love if you released a terrorist

17:29

in the United States. These are

17:31

sick people, Donald Trump said. But

17:33

you have not established it. Yeah.

17:35

Bokelle's response sounds like something that

17:37

Stephen Miller would say. It's pure

17:39

spin. And by the way isn't

17:42

Donald Trump the art of the

17:44

deal guy? He should be able

17:46

to just say I mean Buchay

17:48

said it right there get Garcia

17:50

out of that find out what

17:52

Buchay wants and You know and

17:54

remand him to our custody right

17:56

because got the Tate brothers home

17:58

and that's the other thing Buchayle

18:00

reminds me of the Tate brothers.

18:02

Yeah, it just looks like you've

18:04

been hanging out with the Tate

18:06

brothers. But regardless, it's very simple.

18:09

And here's me, I'm just a

18:11

podcaster who plays fart noises on

18:13

his show. But it seems relatively

18:15

easy. If we're flying people to

18:17

El Salvador to have them imprisoned

18:19

and tortured there, we should be

18:21

able to fly people away from

18:23

that prison as well. It's not

18:25

that hard. No, it's not. Just

18:27

do a U-turn once you get

18:29

there. Pick up Garcia. We went

18:31

and found Osama bin Laden, folks.

18:33

Yes. You know, one of the

18:36

most well-hidden people on the planet.

18:38

You know, the American government, I

18:40

mean, it has, I mean, one

18:42

thing we do still have is

18:44

massive power. Yeah. And if we

18:46

really wanted to bring him back

18:48

from there, it would be a...

18:50

They would be, I mean, they

18:52

would be so afraid if we

18:54

were serious about it, that they'd

18:56

be like, oh, we'll have him

18:58

right there. Oh, all Donald has

19:01

to do is say, hey, how

19:03

about 100 grand for the guy?

19:05

Yeah, exactly right. But that shouldn't

19:07

even happen. All you should have

19:09

to do is- No, none of

19:11

this should have ever happened. Yeah.

19:13

Well, I mean, Donald Trump is

19:15

comporting himself in a way to

19:17

see him as though he's friends

19:19

with Buchale. Horrindice prison six million

19:21

dollars or something for the yeah,

19:23

right and more to come because

19:25

Donald wants more prisons to send

19:28

American citizens. We're going to get

19:30

to that in a second. But

19:32

according to the Associated Press, U.S.

19:34

immigration and customs enforcement officials admitted

19:36

in a court filing on Monday

19:38

to an administrative error on deporting

19:40

Garcia. The government's acknowledgment sparked immediate

19:42

uproar from immigration advocates while prompting

19:44

vice presidentate events and other. Yeah.

19:46

Like we made a mistake, but

19:48

oh well. Yeah. But then the

19:50

Supreme Court ruled, obviously, that the

19:52

United States needs to facilitate his

19:55

return immediately. And now the Trump

19:57

administration is defying the Supreme Court,

19:59

which is a whole other question.

20:01

of constitutional crisis and how does

20:03

the Supreme Court enforce all of

20:05

that. We've talked about this before.

20:07

The Supreme Court can very easily

20:09

enforce this if they want to. I

20:11

feel like this is the thing. This is

20:14

where we all need to coalesce. I mean

20:16

signal gate has already been buried. But like

20:18

this is a man's life. Yeah. And I

20:20

just I think that that you know

20:23

this should be our George Floyd moment

20:25

where we're just like this if this

20:27

if this can happen to anyone in

20:29

our country it is intolerable well the

20:31

latest let alone I mean whether their

20:33

citizen or migrant or in you know

20:36

transition of their like immigration status it

20:38

does not matter yeah no one in

20:40

our country should be subject to being

20:42

snatched off the street and just disappeared

20:44

into a prison with a one-way door.

20:47

I was glad to see that finally

20:49

Quinnipiac has Donald Trump underwater on mass

20:51

deportations as far as polling goes. And I

20:53

think that has to do with Garcia. I

20:55

think this is a situation where if they

20:58

can do it to this guy, who by

21:00

the way is technically an American citizen? I

21:02

mean he married, isn't that the case if

21:04

he marries an American citizen? Yeah. And he

21:07

had a green card, so it's a double

21:09

whammy. Exactly. The White House,

21:11

despite the Supreme Court, despite

21:13

the lower court ruling, despite

21:15

US immigration customs enforcement saying

21:17

that it was an administrative

21:19

error, that's why he was

21:21

sent to El Salvador, the

21:23

White House continues to claim

21:25

that he's a member of MS-13.

21:27

Stephen Miller not only said this,

21:30

not only repeated that, but said

21:32

on Fox News that the administration

21:34

won the Supreme Court case. Up is

21:36

down, down is up, black is white.

21:38

Everything is upside fucking down.

21:41

Ignorant to strength. I'm gonna play

21:43

this tape of Stephen Miller. I know,

21:45

brace yourself. This is Stephen Miller

21:47

on Fox News with Bill Hammer.

21:49

And he even managed to piss off

21:51

Bill Hammer. Your argument is that you

21:53

don't have to bring him back home, but

21:56

will you? So I want to correct, I

21:58

hate to do it, Bill. But I

22:00

got to correct you on every

22:02

single thing that you said, because

22:04

it was all wrong. First, we

22:06

won the Supreme Court case. No,

22:09

you didn't. Clearly, 9-0. No. A

22:11

district court judge said, unconscionably, that

22:13

the president and his administration have

22:15

to go into El Salvador and

22:17

extradite one of their citizens and

22:19

El Salvadorian citizens. That would be

22:21

kidnapping. That we have to kidnap

22:23

and El Salvadorian citizens. Oh, that's

22:26

such bullshit! We have to create

22:28

now, the citizen right now, like

22:30

how much my hands itch. I

22:32

mean, like literally, it like hurts

22:34

in my hands right now, because

22:36

they just want to... David? David?

22:38

David? David? And just gently correct.

22:40

David? And give him a little

22:43

neck massage. David Louise Ferguson. Thank

22:45

you, Joe. Until... The district court

22:47

said that he needs to be

22:49

returned. Not even Clarence Thomas, not

22:51

even Sam Alito. The Supreme Court

22:53

said, I mean, the government needs

22:55

to facilitate Garcia's return to the

22:57

United States. Period. No gray area

22:59

in any of this. But Stephen

23:02

Miller, my God, someone at some

23:04

point, maybe it was a Latino

23:06

person in the high school gym

23:08

laughed at Stephen Miller's tiny penis.

23:10

And that's just made him furious

23:12

at everyone who's not white. We

23:14

did find out that he lived

23:16

either north or south of Montana

23:19

in Santa Monica, which is very

23:21

very bad apparently. Okay, so the

23:23

Montana is an area of Santa

23:25

Monica? It's a it's a street

23:27

in Santa Monica. Oh, okay. Gotcha.

23:29

And you live on one side

23:31

or the other. This is California's

23:33

geography, which never fails to confound

23:36

me. And so there's a part

23:38

of that. You take a little

23:40

Santa Monica to the 405 and

23:42

then you're in Montana. Right, no,

23:44

it's a very nice street, by

23:46

the way, in Santa Monica, and

23:48

the wealthy, I think, are to

23:50

the north and the not so

23:53

wealth. to the south, and it's

23:55

all still, by the way, a

23:57

very wealthy neighborhood. It's like, when

23:59

you live in Beverly Hills, you

24:01

want to live above Sunset Boulevard,

24:03

not below. And when you live

24:05

where I live, you want to

24:07

live south of the Boulevard, not

24:09

north, where I live. So it's

24:12

a whole thing. What are you

24:14

doing here? Oh, and by the

24:16

way, native Angelinas that are at

24:18

least 50. We didn't start calling

24:20

the freeways with their numbers up

24:22

until about 25 years ago. It

24:24

was always San Diego freeway, the

24:26

Ventura freeway, the Hollywood freeway. PCH.

24:29

Well, the PCH is still called

24:31

that. Nobody really calls it the

24:33

one. But you take the San

24:35

Diego freeway to the Golden State

24:37

freeway if you're going to go

24:39

down to San Diego. And then

24:41

you take the Ventura freeway into

24:43

the valley, but you can also

24:46

take the Hollywood freeway into the

24:48

valley. And the Ventura freeway turns

24:50

into the Hollywood freeway when you're

24:52

heading south. The California. Yes. Let's

24:54

get back to the Stephen Miller

24:56

thing. Let's get this over with.

24:58

Which would be. an unimaginable act

25:00

and an invasion of El Salvador

25:02

sovereignty. Oh, Jesus Christ. No, no,

25:05

no. You just tell Bouquetlet, put

25:07

Garcia on a plane back to

25:09

the United States. Done. We'll even

25:11

send the plane. Yeah. This is

25:13

not complicated. They're dragging their feet.

25:15

They're like a little kid who

25:17

wants to stay in the toy

25:19

store. They collapse to the ground

25:22

and you got to kind of

25:24

pull them by their shoe out

25:26

of the toy store. As they

25:28

just like, ah, as they go

25:30

totally limp, the Supreme Court, and

25:32

it said clearly, no district court

25:34

can compel the president to exercise

25:36

his Article II foreign powers in

25:39

any way whatsoever. DOJ called me

25:41

after that Supreme Court ruling, and

25:43

they said, it's amazing. We won

25:45

this case 9-0. We are an

25:47

excellent standing here. So this has

25:49

been portrayed wrong for 72 hours

25:51

in the media. They said the

25:53

most a court could ever compel

25:56

you to do. would be to

25:58

facilitate return, which would basically mean

26:00

if El Salvador voluntarily sends him

26:02

back, we wouldn't block him at

26:04

the airport. We would put him

26:06

back into ICE detention. and then

26:08

he would be deported. So they

26:10

found a loophole. Can I have

26:12

the Skyler White shut up? Yeah.

26:15

I just need to hear it

26:17

right now. I feel

26:19

like it will help

26:21

cleanse the, like,

26:24

eww. Shut up.

26:26

Shut the hell up.

26:28

I do. I kind of do. Yeah.

26:30

Well, there's more. Either back to El

26:32

Salvador or somewhere else. The Supreme Court

26:34

said that is the most the government

26:37

can be expected to do. So we

26:39

won the case handily. The misreporting on

26:41

this has been true. I appreciate. Oh,

26:43

yeah. And this is like it jock

26:46

itch had a voice. You know, you

26:48

know that Fox News is in trouble

26:50

when Bill Hammer is trying to interrupt.

26:52

Stephen Miller to try to

26:55

get him to stop from lying.

26:57

The misreporting on this has been

26:59

atrocious. I appreciate the clarification. He

27:02

was not mistakenly sent to El

27:04

Salvador. He's an illegal alien from

27:06

El Salvador. Hold on. This is

27:09

important. In 2019. He was ordered

27:11

deported. He is a final removal

27:13

order from the United States. These

27:16

are things that no one disputes.

27:18

Where is he from? El Salvador.

27:20

Where is he a resident and

27:23

citizen of? El Salvador. Is he

27:25

here illegally? Yes. No. No, he is

27:27

not. But you know, I bet Stephen Miller

27:29

yells at his little underling dork friends like

27:32

that, like in his D&D group, he's like,

27:34

that is a 60th level paladin. And what

27:36

did he roll? A 24. He cannot roll.

27:38

You know, like, that was not a point

27:41

of injury or just whatever. Okay, so what

27:43

about all the other people that they deported

27:45

that are not from El Salvador? I

27:47

guess anyone who is sent there, even

27:49

if it's an American citizen who was

27:52

born here or whatever, would be stuck

27:54

in that fucking torture torture chamber. So

27:57

I'm not going to play the rest of this, but Stephen Miller

27:59

goes... on to say that there was

28:02

only one DOJ lawyer who said

28:04

that it was an administrative error

28:06

that caused Garcia to be deported

28:08

to El Salvador. He said that

28:11

only one person at DOJ did

28:13

that, said that, and that person

28:15

was a saboteur inside the Department

28:17

of Justice, a Democrat who has

28:20

now been fired. But the truth

28:22

is, in a filing to the

28:24

Supreme Court, Donald Trump's former personal

28:26

attorney said the same thing that

28:29

Garcia was erroneously removed to El

28:31

Salvador. Ice official Robert Cerna said

28:33

it in a sworn declaration. And

28:36

then this DOJ lawyer said this

28:38

in court filings and out of

28:40

hearing. So twice. The larger lesson

28:42

here in all of this is

28:45

that all of these hoops that

28:47

they're jumping through to make it

28:49

seem like this guy committed all

28:51

kinds of heinous crimes. and his

28:54

associative... He's never been convicted. Yeah,

28:56

but the thing is, they can

28:58

easily trump up this bullshit about

29:00

American citizens too. Why? Because there's

29:03

no fucking due process. Right. There

29:05

was no due process for Garcia.

29:07

They just picked him up, they

29:09

decided he's vulnerable, they're gonna send

29:12

him away. It is not just

29:14

for citizens folks. We offered due

29:16

process to war criminals. We offered

29:18

due process to the men who

29:21

bombed the World Trade Center their

29:23

first time. Yeah. They had trials.

29:25

I mean, it just... Yeah. My

29:27

brain is just like a stuck

29:30

roomba right now. Yeah. It's just

29:32

like running into the wall and

29:34

backing up and running into the

29:36

wall and backing up. Well, the

29:39

Rachel Maddo show award for headline

29:41

excellence. Doesn't go to me this

29:43

time goes to Rolling Stone. Yes.

29:46

Here's a headline from yesterday Trump

29:48

and Bukalay bond over human rights

29:50

abuses in Oval Office meeting well

29:52

done That's the kind of headline.

29:55

It's not funny, but that's the

29:57

kind of headline we should be

29:59

seeing all over the fucking place.

30:01

Because this country is now ruled

30:04

by a fascist dictator. And I

30:06

don't say that lightly. We have

30:08

now entered into new and dangerous

30:10

territory, where Donald Trump is threatening

30:13

to send American citizens to El

30:15

Salvador, to this prison camp, home

30:17

groans, as he says. Home growns.

30:19

So now it's this human rights

30:22

atrocity that's going to take place.

30:24

Anyone who didn't hear that and

30:26

get a feel a chill across

30:28

the back of their neck. Yeah,

30:31

is a terrible person. He's a

30:33

home grown felon. Yeah, that's also

30:35

true. Yeah, but he was singling

30:37

out people who hit old ladies

30:40

over the back of the head

30:42

with a baseball bat. Is that

30:44

happening a lot? Evidently in Donald

30:47

Trump's withered brain. We're going to

30:49

talk about Bill. I tried to

30:51

live my myself said, but watch

30:53

out always. Be careful David. You're

30:56

really looking to get picked up,

30:58

aren't you? You really are. You

31:00

might want to stop saying that

31:02

stuff. This human, this ongoing human

31:05

rights atrocity that Donald Trump is

31:07

responsible for. You have to put

31:09

this up against and side by

31:11

side with every fucking thing that

31:14

Bill Maher said in his show

31:16

Friday night. And you have to

31:18

wonder what fucking intimidation tactic was

31:20

used against Bill Marr, or is

31:23

he just a fucking sucker? He's

31:25

a sucker. And a suck up.

31:27

He didn't want, you know, and

31:29

Donald knows how to be charming

31:32

if he wants to be. Yeah.

31:34

Oh, yeah. So it's, you don't

31:36

have a successful TV show unless

31:38

there's something there. Exactly. And he

31:41

knows how to suck up and

31:43

he knows how to be that

31:45

guy to. KONU. He's a con

31:47

man. Exactly. He's an obvious con.

31:50

Yeah. And they were scratching each

31:52

other's backs for them. You know,

31:54

like, I mean, it's the way

31:57

it goes. And I just, you

31:59

know, literally from what I know

32:01

of Bill Maher's like personal and

32:03

romantic life, he is the guy

32:06

that thinks the stripper likes him

32:08

literally. No, he's a dick. He's an asshole. He's

32:10

a he's a asshole. Okay, we're gonna take

32:12

a short break. When we come back, we'll

32:14

talk about Bill Maher, we'll talk about Chris

32:16

Van Hollen, and a lot more on today's

32:19

podcast back after these words. There is exciting

34:29

it. Okay, where did we leave

34:32

off here? Oh, you know what?

34:34

Let's do a quick heroes of

34:36

democracy segment, huh? Defending our nation

34:39

from the clutches of fascist idiocracy.

34:41

We proudly present heroes of democracy.

34:44

Yes. Thank

34:46

you, Rob Shade. Yes, the

34:48

letter is out. Chris Van

34:50

Hollen is requesting a meeting

34:52

with Salvador and President Naib

34:54

Bukhale to discuss Maryland father

34:56

Kilmar, Abrego Garcia's return. Quote,

34:58

if Kilmar is not home

35:00

by midweek, I plan to

35:02

travel to El Salvador this

35:04

week to check on his

35:06

condition and discuss his release.

35:08

And Bradley Moss added here

35:10

that the entire Maryland congressional

35:12

delegation should go and live

35:14

stream the whole damn thing.

35:16

Yeah, because like Chris said

35:18

this morning, it sounds a

35:20

lot like Jonestown and putting

35:22

yourselves in danger. Yes, exactly

35:24

right. That's the terrible thing.

35:26

Does Chris Van Hollen return

35:28

from El Salvador? Right. Either

35:30

he gets arrested or something

35:32

worse. I mean, we're in

35:34

a place now. where we

35:36

have to question whether a

35:38

sitting United States Senator will

35:41

be kidnapped and detained. Yeah,

35:43

a fucking Senator, yeah. I

35:45

mean, being a Senator at

35:47

this point, I mean, like,

35:49

there's a reason people like

35:51

Mitch McConnell will hang on

35:53

until they absolutely can't even

35:55

like carry their cafeteria trade

35:57

to the table. Yeah, yeah.

35:59

Because it's like being a

36:01

13. century nobleman. You like

36:03

you have power, things sweep

36:05

around you, people rush to

36:07

accommodate you. Yeah. So let's

36:09

get to this now without

36:11

any more suspense. Let's talk

36:13

about Bill Maher from Friday

36:15

night because what Bill Maher

36:17

is now doing is what I

36:20

consider to be orchestrated

36:22

spin to normalize Donald

36:24

Trump. Yep. And God damn

36:27

it. How nauseating. was that entire

36:29

segment from Bill Maher's show. You

36:31

can find it on YouTube if

36:33

you haven't seen it. He just, the

36:35

bottom line here. Take your word

36:37

for that. I don't like looking

36:39

at it anyway. And I don't

36:41

want to hear his like smarmy

36:43

boot-licking voice as he talks about

36:45

how delightful and charming Adolf Hitler

36:47

was. Nice dogs too. He was

36:49

in serious Bill Maher mode Friday

36:52

night. He even had a

36:54

stool. You know, someone's serious

36:56

when they have a stool

36:58

set up on stage to talk. So

37:00

this was all arranged by Kid

37:02

Rock. Because and the first once

37:04

Bill Mar if my fucking balls

37:06

could not shrink into my body

37:09

any further Yeah, well I'm gonna

37:11

one up it. I'm gonna one

37:13

up hang on to your balls

37:15

because this whole conversation is giving

37:17

me crabs One of one of

37:19

the first things out of his

37:21

mouth Bill Mar when he was

37:23

being very very serious Bill Mar

37:25

on his bar stool was Which

37:27

by the way if you need

37:29

some crabs go to itchy dicks

37:31

bar and green One of the

37:33

first things out of his mouth

37:36

was, my friend Kid Rock.

37:38

I'm sorry. My friend Kid

37:40

Rock. I'm getting the mad

37:42

scientist laugh at that. And

37:45

he was also referring

37:47

to Kid Rock as Bob.

37:49

As his real first name.

37:51

He referred to Kid Rock

37:53

as Bob. Bob. This is

37:55

Bill Mom. If he's using

37:57

your name, he's only Billy.

37:59

it backwards, I promise. He's not worthy.

38:01

He is not worthy. Yeah, yeah. I always

38:04

look like if you dipped him in hot

38:06

water he'd be like a shade lighter. He

38:08

just always looks grimy to me. Not Bill

38:10

Maher. Kid rock. Yeah. He's saying his name

38:13

just maybe kind of throw up in my

38:15

mouth a little. He just looks like walking,

38:17

talking, climidia. Exactly. Yeah. He just looks scuzzy.

38:19

He's just a scuzzy guy. So he, let's,

38:22

I'm gonna cut to the chase here. Bill

38:24

Maher said that Donald Trump was gracious, measured,

38:26

and self-aware. Oh, please, he's not, he's self-aware

38:28

human on the fucking planet. Oh my God.

38:31

Yes, the bottom line here is that Bill

38:33

Maher got played by a well-known and obvious

38:35

con man. Yeah. Just utterly suckered. He said,

38:37

Bill Maher said, a crazy person doesn't live

38:40

in the White House. So Bill Mar assumes

38:42

that you may have. Malania is in New

38:44

York right now, but there's another one. There

38:46

are two crazy people, maybe more. So what

38:49

happened was Donald Trump turned on the charm,

38:51

did a whole dog and pony show for

38:53

Bill Mar. Because you know, ultimately, they kept

38:55

flattering each other. Yes, that's it. But ultimately,

38:58

Donald Trump is a coward. Donald Trump in

39:00

a one-on-one situation will crumble in front of

39:02

anybody Because he's afraid to confront what did

39:05

we hear the first time around during his

39:07

first time? Remember Rachel Maddo used to sit

39:09

there in front of that big screen with

39:11

all the names and faces on it? Yeah

39:14

Donald Trump didn't fire a single fucking person

39:16

in his first administration He had someone else

39:18

do it because he's a fucking coward one-on-one

39:20

did it by tweet Jim Comey so that's

39:23

what happened in the White House And Bill

39:25

Mars presenting it, I'm just reporting you decide,

39:27

he said, which is very Fox News of

39:29

you, Bill. Bill Mars said he corrected Donald

39:32

a bunch of times and Donald Trump didn't

39:34

get mad at him. Not in front of

39:36

them. Yeah, not in front. front

39:38

of them. But maybe

39:41

Donald Trump went around

39:43

the corner after Bill

39:45

Maher left the building

39:47

and said, Yeah, that

39:50

motherfucker, let's audit him

39:52

now. Yeah, let's come

39:54

up with some phony

39:56

baloney charges. You know,

39:59

that's the way Donald

40:01

Trump operates. And the

40:03

fact that Bill Maher

40:05

was so thoroughly snowed

40:08

says everything you need

40:10

to know about Bill

40:12

Maher. He Bill Maher

40:14

wanted to be charmed

40:17

by Donald Trump. Yeah.

40:19

It's just fucking infuriating.

40:21

He referred to Donald

40:23

Trump as Glinda the

40:26

Goodwitch. Oh, good. What?

40:28

Fucking God. Maybe

40:30

the amount of like makeup

40:32

and special effects. That's

40:35

the only way I can see that analogy

40:37

working. I know. Bill

40:40

Maher insisted that he's not MAGA,

40:42

even though he was praising Donald

40:44

Trump and praising his quote unquote

40:46

friend kid rock. I mean, this

40:48

is just, I mean, you guys

40:50

are acting like, I mean, not

40:53

you guys obviously, but Bill Maher

40:55

is acting like Donald Trump is

40:57

just like an average guy. And

40:59

he's not just like, he didn't

41:01

put children in cages in his

41:03

last term and is currently destroying

41:05

families and tearing people apart. Not

41:07

to mention COVID. Right. He's right.

41:09

Fucking Nazi. Yes, it doesn't matter

41:11

what he's like in private. That

41:13

is completely fucking irrelevant. He is

41:15

disappearing. Probably was a hoot to

41:18

play poker with with Hitler. I

41:20

don't know. I wouldn't have sat

41:22

down with the motherfucker. What does

41:24

everyone say that Ted Bundy was

41:26

super duper charming in person until

41:28

he chopped you up and ate

41:30

your body parts. You know, another

41:32

evil Gemini. I hate to admit

41:34

it. Ted Bundy's one of ours,

41:36

too. But

41:39

yeah, so I said,

41:41

Bill Maher said that that

41:44

he's not MAGA. But

41:46

Bill Maher also said this

41:48

moving Israel's embassy to

41:50

Jerusalem loved it. The border

41:52

did need to be

41:54

controlled. I'm glad the cops

41:56

are getting their morale

41:58

back. DEI had gone too

42:00

far. Biological men shouldn't

42:02

be playing women sports. Europe should

42:05

pay for their defense. And of course, it makes

42:07

sense that Arab countries should take in Arab refugees,

42:09

like the million Syrians who wound up in Germany,

42:11

when Saudi Arabia took none. He said to me,

42:13

you're right, they took none. But he's not

42:15

magga. He's not racist. Yeah, he

42:17

just named a bunch of the

42:20

top shelf agenda items from Donald

42:22

Trump's second term. And his first term

42:24

for that matter. But he's not magga.

42:26

Just trust him. Bill Maher's

42:28

not magga. But Donald Trump

42:30

is gracious, measured, and self-aware.

42:33

And Glinda the good witch,

42:35

according to Marr. The whole motivation,

42:37

Bill Marr, claimed, was that talking

42:39

to our political enemies is important.

42:42

But you know what? Okay, talking

42:44

to our political enemies is one

42:46

thing. But going on TV and

42:48

saying that Donald Trump is

42:51

something that he's obviously not.

42:53

That's not the same as talking

42:55

to our political enemies. I wonder

42:57

what promises he got made. You

42:59

know, like what do they what do

43:01

they offer him? Well, I mean, the

43:03

obvious thing here. Yeah, I mean, this

43:06

is what the subtext is to all

43:08

of this. Obviously, Marr is afraid

43:10

of Donald Trump. Yeah. He's afraid

43:12

of being sued. He's being

43:14

afraid. He's afraid of being

43:16

sanctioned in some way, arrested,

43:18

arrested, harassed, swatted. All

43:20

the other things. He doesn't want

43:22

Donald's fans to come after

43:25

him. So at the very least

43:27

admit. Bill, that you're afraid. That

43:29

you're afraid of Donald Trump. And

43:32

that's why. He's a little whiny little

43:34

bee. Yes, he is. Like, innocent

43:36

people are being roused out of

43:38

their homes and sent to their

43:40

deaths in another country, folks. This

43:43

ain't okay. This isn't, and it

43:45

will eventually be you. Once

43:47

they've gotten me, once they've

43:49

gotten all the women. We've

43:51

heard, we've read the poem, it's not

43:53

that long. Yeah. I don't know. At one point he

43:55

kind of was our prick. I mean at least he

43:57

could be counted to point the guns in the right

43:59

direction. Yeah. But now he's just

44:01

like, I don't know, I

44:04

feel too infringed upon in

44:06

my position or privilege. So

44:08

now I've got to push

44:11

down on everybody else's heads.

44:13

I'm really surprised he didn't

44:15

work in any like anti-trans

44:18

or anti-gay shit into that

44:20

like list of things. Oh, no,

44:22

he did. He did. He did.

44:25

He did with the biological men.

44:27

Yeah. He doesn't like women, he

44:29

never has, no. No, gosh now.

44:31

Bill Maher is a world-class sucker.

44:33

This is the great truism, I've

44:36

discovered, is that all conmen are

44:38

suckers. Yeah. It's just, I don't

44:40

know, it's something, I don't... some of

44:42

you know that I go to ABA

44:44

meetings and you know you meet a

44:47

lot of amazing people there. You also

44:49

meet some people there who quit drinking

44:51

and didn't change at all. No. And

44:53

they're still very bad people and you

44:56

know and every single like compulsive liar,

44:58

con man, goon I've ever met has

45:00

also just been completely credulous. Could not

45:02

ever, he thinks they are the only

45:04

person that invented the lie. Yeah, I

45:07

mean if Bill Maher were as smart

45:09

and skeptical about politicians as

45:11

he claims to be, he would

45:13

say, and he would have said on

45:16

his show Friday night from his super

45:18

serious barstool, that The

45:20

Donald Trump that he saw in

45:22

the White House was an act

45:25

was a dog and pony show

45:27

was a performance Was a projection

45:29

of whatever you want to see

45:32

and what sales people do. Yes,

45:34

and the only Donald Trump that

45:36

matters to anyone is the

45:38

public Donald Trump,

45:41

Donald Trump still says

45:43

horrendous fucking things He was just

45:45

captured on an open mic telling

45:47

Buchale that he wants to have

45:50

El Salvador build five more prisons

45:52

where we can send American citizens.

45:54

That wasn't supposed to be in

45:57

public. That was to another world

45:59

leader off. microphone and a

46:01

result of Bill Mar saying this

46:03

of presenting his findings from this

46:05

White House meeting with Donald Trump

46:08

is That now the people who

46:10

love Bill Mar and watch his

46:12

show are gonna think I guess

46:14

Donald Trump's a nice guy. What

46:16

is everyone so freaking out about?

46:18

I don't understand. Why why are

46:20

we so mad at Donald Trump

46:23

now? I mean, it seems like

46:25

a good one. Honestly, Bill Mars

46:27

fans, how many divorced dads who

46:29

can't get visitation rights do we

46:31

really need? I'm sorry. Jesus Christ.

46:33

I mean, who's really, who wakes

46:36

up in the morning and thinks

46:38

of themselves as a Bill Mar

46:40

fan, really? Yeah, I know. It's

46:42

probably part of why he's so

46:44

damn mad is that like everybody

46:46

stopped watching his show ages ago.

46:48

Well he still has the show,

46:51

I mean he's still on HBO

46:53

and HBO is not... He's through

46:55

2026 at least. Oh yeah, yeah,

46:57

I mean that's a really tough

46:59

nut to crack, the HBO thing,

47:01

getting a show on HBO. I

47:04

don't know, I feel like this

47:06

is one of those C-sweet things

47:08

where like he actually goes golfing

47:10

with the guys that sign the

47:12

checks. and he's their bud, and

47:14

they feel like he's their voice.

47:16

I mean, it was an audience

47:19

of one that he was talking

47:21

to on Friday night, but also

47:23

it's those guys who renew his

47:25

contract every year. And HBO doesn't

47:27

really track their, I mean, they

47:29

must have some way of tracking

47:32

their streaming numbers and shit, but

47:34

it just seems to me that

47:36

like, they would have taken him

47:38

out the air ages ago, except

47:40

for the same thing with like

47:42

Joe Scarborough, like Joe Scarborough, he's

47:44

a friend of the people who

47:47

makes that makes that decision, so

47:49

they're never gonna fire him. God,

47:51

it's so much. Well, he shows

47:53

him based on ratings. It's based

47:55

on subscription. So, you know, his

47:57

bar, the bar for him to

48:00

stay on the air is a

48:02

lot lower. Oh, yeah, absolutely. I

48:04

thought this whole thing was over.

48:06

This whole business of people going

48:08

to Donald Trump and Genu Flecting

48:10

and kissing his ass and buying

48:12

into his bullshit. I thought we

48:15

were done with that. I guess

48:17

I spoke too soon. One part

48:19

of you thinks that his person.

48:21

would be satisfied with not doing

48:23

that anymore. Well, I'm just saying,

48:25

it's not about, not necessarily about

48:28

Donald Trump, it's about people voluntarily

48:30

doing it, like the Meeka, the

48:32

Joe and Meeka thing. Oh, there's

48:34

always going to be cowards. Yeah.

48:36

The one again, and climbers and

48:38

boom liquors is, you'll never run

48:40

short of them. I mean. Yeah,

48:43

it makes me feel like I'm

48:45

losing my fucking mind when I

48:47

see shit like this go down.

48:49

It doesn't fucking matter what Donald

48:51

Trump is like behind the scenes

48:53

or a dinner or whatever the

48:55

fuck Giving a White House tour

48:58

or what matters. Yeah That's all

49:00

that fucking matters You know what

49:02

if I were invited to the

49:04

White House to have dinner with

49:06

Donald Trump I would go But

49:08

I tell you I wouldn't return

49:11

here to the show the next

49:13

day and say yeah, he was

49:15

gracious and measured and awesome. I

49:17

just I don't know what everyone's

49:19

complaining about He's not crazy he

49:21

handed you a kitten I don't

49:23

care. I do not fucking care.

49:26

You think you could really stay

49:28

out against a kitten? Yeah. I

49:30

would say what I wanted to

49:32

say to Donald Trump within reason.

49:34

I'm sure the Secret Service would

49:36

have me out before the salad.

49:39

I know that. That shit would

49:41

be over. You'd never make it

49:43

into the building. But talking to

49:45

someone who is your political enemy

49:47

is one thing. kissing their ass,

49:49

and then getting on television the

49:51

next day and saying, oh my

49:54

God, what a sweet man. I

49:56

just, I can't believe that people

49:58

think he's insane. He's not crazy.

50:00

I met the real Donald Trump,

50:02

and he seemed totally fine and

50:04

measured and fine. No, that's fucking

50:07

insane. We spooned and watched football

50:09

after the dinner. We built a

50:11

pillow for like cuddily. We had

50:13

smores. Yeah. I mean it's weird

50:15

and creepily anti-gay and anti-woman as

50:17

he is we really need to

50:19

like really really rub it in

50:22

with Bill Maher like you know

50:24

how is that taint taste here

50:26

anyway yeah exactly you know and

50:28

this is not I mean, you've

50:30

just been completely tea-bagged by the

50:32

biggest con man on the planet,

50:35

buddy. I mean, I really do.

50:37

I hate to spend a half

50:39

an hour talking about Bill Maher

50:41

on the show, but this is

50:43

bigger than Bill Maher. This is

50:45

straight up disinformation. This is, for

50:47

lack of a term, a TV

50:50

influencer on one of the world's

50:52

mightiest television platforms, HBO, telling his

50:54

audience that Donald Trump, the guy

50:56

who is disappearing citizens citizens. who

50:58

is emotionally torturing trans people, who

51:00

is endangering the global economy, who

51:03

is destabilizing the world, who is

51:05

tearing down the federal government, making

51:07

it impossible for people to get

51:09

their social security benefits. We do

51:11

this list all fucking day. It

51:13

doesn't matter if he presented himself

51:15

artificially as gracious measured and self-aware.

51:18

It doesn't fucking matter. That is

51:20

entirely god damn irrelevant. It's such

51:22

obvious propaganda. Billmar got suckered into

51:24

being Donald Trump's propagandist on HBO.

51:26

That's the effect of that. That's

51:28

exactly what Donald Trump wanted. Because

51:31

Donald Trump... But the Russians call

51:33

a useful idiot. Yeah, he wants

51:35

his big beautiful chocolate cake and

51:37

he wants to eat it too.

51:39

He wants to do all the

51:41

awful things, but he also wants

51:43

people to love him. So this

51:46

is a two-pronged attack. We're going

51:48

to use Bill Maher as our

51:50

fucking conduit to try to recover

51:52

Donald Trump's approval numbers. And better

51:54

not work. Better not work. If

51:56

you're still watching that show on

51:59

HBO, just be aware that whatever

52:01

Bill Maher says from here on

52:03

out, gigantic sucker, completely disingenuous. And

52:05

listening to what he said, it

52:07

sounds like there was no audience.

52:09

Yeah, right. I mean, seriously, because

52:11

there was no cheering, there was

52:14

no... There was no sound except

52:16

for his stupid fucking voice. So

52:18

he's terrified of his own audience

52:20

coming in to Studio 33 at

52:22

CBS Television City. Yeah. And them

52:24

booing him. Oh yeah, yeah. And

52:27

he did mention a couple of

52:29

times where he challenged Donald Trump

52:31

on some things. He said at

52:33

one point that, you know, he

52:35

said, you're scaring people. Why are

52:37

you doing that? And Bill Maher's

52:39

reaction to that. at least in

52:42

the context of sitting on his

52:44

stool and recounting the whole thing,

52:46

Bill Maher said, I don't remember

52:48

what Donald Trump said and replied,

52:50

Jesus Christ, I don't remember, but

52:52

he also said that he didn't

52:55

say, okay, I'll stop, but it

52:57

doesn't, it doesn't fucking matter, challenge

52:59

him all you want, but when

53:01

you come on television the next

53:03

day and say that this fucking

53:05

maniac is all of these wonderful

53:07

things. It completely negates any challenging

53:10

you did in the face of

53:12

Donald Trump in private. Because who

53:14

knows? Mark could have made all

53:16

that shit up. And it's making

53:18

us all feel gaslit. It's making

53:20

us all feel like we've lost

53:23

our fucking minds. Because we see

53:25

what's going on. And yet there

53:27

are people who on some level

53:29

at some point in time had

53:31

our respect who are now going,

53:33

you know, what's the problem? He's

53:35

okay. No, he's not okay. He

53:38

is destabilizing the world. There is

53:40

no adjective. Is the black hole

53:42

around which civilization appears to be

53:44

collapsed? Yes. Thank you. That to

53:46

me is the final assessment. Is

53:48

that he is like a cosmic

53:51

force of destruction. Yes. I don't

53:53

understand how people are missing that.

53:55

and how they're just looking at

53:57

everything that's going on and being

53:59

like, well, that can never happen

54:01

to me. I'm sounding like a

54:03

mental patient about this, but it's

54:06

making me crazy. Every time I

54:08

see an example like this, I'm

54:10

like... Am I seeing the wrong

54:12

thing? Am I not, am I

54:14

completely out of touch with what's

54:16

going on in the world right

54:19

now because of Donald Trump? I

54:21

think that there, it's just like

54:23

a dividing line somewhere where there's,

54:25

I mean, there are white men

54:27

out there that really honestly think

54:29

that they're at the top of

54:31

the heat because they are the

54:34

best. Yeah. And that the rest

54:36

of us getting too close to

54:38

them has made them uncomfortable. It's

54:40

a bunch of threatened white men

54:42

who are afraid of their power

54:44

being taken away. Even though their

54:47

power is not being taken away.

54:49

It's just, you know what? It's

54:51

about sharing, you fucking a-holes. It's

54:53

about sharing power. Well, you know,

54:55

Jesus hated sharing. He was notoriously

54:57

bad at that. Yeah, the book

54:59

of Luke, you know, he was

55:02

like, let those bitches starve. We

55:04

got our lives in fishes, you

55:06

know, like. Okay, we're gonna take

55:08

a short break come back and

55:10

talk about oh some you were

55:12

warned things right after these messages

55:15

Hi, it's Randy Rhodes, and here's

55:17

what you miss. Congress really has

55:19

not been muscular on any of

55:21

these issues, even though they had

55:23

the power to be. Yes, but

55:25

they're Republicans, and they're afraid of

55:27

their own shadow. They're Republicans, and

55:30

they're Republicans, and they're Republicans, and

55:32

they're Republicans, and they're Pansies. They're

55:34

Republicans. They can figure out to

55:36

stand up to bullies. in the

55:38

House and in the Senate where

55:40

they could actually stop these tariffs

55:43

but don't. They're letting everybody go

55:45

under, everybody, they're betraying their own

55:47

country. I don't know what words

55:49

to say that actually illustrate the

55:51

amount of betrayal that is happening

55:53

in front of everybody's face. Don't

55:55

have time to listen to a

55:58

live show. Want to hear more

56:00

on your schedule? Go to Randy

56:02

roads.com and buy a stick and

56:04

pie. That cast. That's

56:50

a brand new signal signal single.

56:52

I just did that again. I

56:54

did that last week. Got to

56:56

stop doing that. It's a brand

56:59

new single from At the Star

57:01

lights. It's a track called Rose.

57:03

Love it, Love it, Love it,

57:05

Love it. Link in the description

57:07

of course. Also Bob seska.com/music to

57:09

submit your work to the show.

57:11

Also. If you're a band we've

57:13

already played before and you've got

57:15

a new single coming out make

57:17

sure to let us know and

57:19

you can do that through the

57:21

same submission form at bobseska.com/music and

57:23

just to repeat the policy here

57:25

as far as independent recording artists

57:27

go I only take submissions I

57:29

do not recruit so if you

57:31

have a favorite band that you

57:33

think I should listen to and

57:35

have on the show Just tell

57:37

your favorite band that they should

57:39

submit their work to the show.

57:41

So this way I have written

57:43

permission, email permission, documentation, that I

57:45

can play this stuff on my

57:47

podcast. Thank you for doing that.

57:50

Okay, you were warned. We tried

57:52

to tell you. You were warned.

57:54

You were warned. Now to you

57:56

with it. Okay, so leading off

57:58

our you were warned. today is

58:00

John Stewart. And you know what?

58:02

I just spent half an hour

58:04

ranting about a comedian, so I'm

58:06

not gonna spend a whole lot

58:08

of time ranting about John Stewart.

58:10

But here's what- He hasn't been

58:12

right since he retired. No, no.

58:14

He got complacent or something. He

58:16

got out of the flow of

58:18

the urgency of it all, and

58:20

suddenly he's a both-sizer. Yeah, I

58:23

started to wonder the second he

58:25

appeared on Stephen Colbert show, right

58:27

around COVID. and was spewing all

58:29

the conspiracy theories to the point

58:31

where Stephen Colbert was like,

58:33

are you serious? What? What are

58:35

you talking about? The Wuhan lab?

58:37

Are you talking what? But he was

58:39

John Stewart on, I believe, I

58:41

don't think this was last night's

58:43

show, his Monday show, because he's

58:45

only on once a week. I

58:48

did not think he would get

58:50

this authoritarian this fast. I really

58:52

didn't. I'm sorry. Who could have

58:54

known? Who could have known? But

58:57

no one did. Except

58:59

every day. You know. All

59:01

caps. All caps. Okay, that's

59:04

what he said. So

59:06

literally, you were warned.

59:08

Yeah. I mean, I had

59:10

no idea he

59:12

would get this

59:14

authoritarian this quickly. Where

59:16

are the heads? I have

59:19

a friend saying that Project

59:21

2025 is bullshit. I'm like,

59:23

dude, they're implementing everything. And

59:25

I love how he frames

59:28

Blue Sky as being some

59:30

partisan group of hacks and

59:32

screechers who are constantly just, yeah,

59:34

we're all on Blue Sky, we're

59:37

all about yelling at John Stewart.

59:39

That's what we do on Blue Sky.

59:41

That's what it's all about. Codary? Yeah.

59:43

I don't know what I'm trying to

59:45

say there. But if you were like,

59:47

you know, yeah, everybody screams at you

59:49

on Blue Sky John because you're talking

59:51

shit at your ass. But once again,

59:53

like what Bill Maher was doing with

59:55

Donald Trump, trying to rehab Donald Trump's

59:57

reputation or normalize him or whatever the...

1:00:00

case may be, here's John Stewart

1:00:02

taking one of the last bastions

1:00:04

of free speech on social media

1:00:07

and reasonable discourse and trying

1:00:09

to turn it into some

1:00:11

sort of shriek fest. Pity

1:00:13

party for John Stewart. Nobody.

1:00:15

I mean, nobody likes to

1:00:17

be called to account. And

1:00:19

whatever force is typically calling

1:00:21

you to account. Even if you're

1:00:24

pretty enlightened and smart, it's generally

1:00:26

suspect in your own mind. Well,

1:00:28

maybe people are yelling at John

1:00:30

Stewart on on Blue Sky because

1:00:32

he's saying things like, I did

1:00:34

not think he would get this

1:00:36

authoritarian this fast. I really didn't.

1:00:38

I'm sorry. Who could have known?

1:00:40

Yeah, who could have known? of us.

1:00:42

So that's what he follows up

1:00:44

with. He says everybody all the

1:00:46

time in our account. I mean,

1:00:48

he at least is admitting that

1:00:51

like he was late to the

1:00:53

party on this one. He wasn't

1:00:55

paying attention. He wasn't listening. He

1:00:58

was in his own little bubble

1:01:00

because he's well off. He does

1:01:02

rescue puppies and farm animals. That

1:01:05

is very nice. Yeah. But he

1:01:07

just chose not to believe it.

1:01:09

Again, it's making me. feel like

1:01:11

I'm losing my mind. Right. Oh,

1:01:14

I feel you on this.

1:01:16

But do you remember that

1:01:18

first that first time Trump

1:01:20

was elected when that Russian

1:01:22

journalist was like, remember, you're

1:01:24

going to feel like you're

1:01:26

losing your mind. You're cast

1:01:28

lighting you. Oh, yeah. Keep

1:01:30

a journal. Remember the truth.

1:01:32

Remember what's real. Do not

1:01:35

let them blur your perception

1:01:37

because they're going to do

1:01:39

everything they're going to do. policies,

1:01:41

they're gonna do it with social

1:01:43

media, they're gonna do everything they

1:01:45

can to make you think you're

1:01:47

going insane when actually like they're

1:01:50

the crazy ones. Mm-hmm, right. Well,

1:01:52

next up in our your warrant

1:01:54

segment for today, the headline from

1:01:56

Bloomberg, Cuban Exiles are losing their

1:01:58

privileged migration status under. Donald Trump.

1:02:00

Oh, is Michael Rubio going back? Dare

1:02:03

to dream, Jody. Hundreds of

1:02:05

thousands of Cubans risk deportation

1:02:07

as Trump moves to end

1:02:09

protections afforded them by previous

1:02:11

administrations. One part of that

1:02:13

push has been temporarily stalled

1:02:15

in court, but the rapidly

1:02:17

changing landscape has rattled recent

1:02:19

arrivals who are being told

1:02:21

their path to legal immigration

1:02:23

is no longer valid. The reason

1:02:25

why this is in the

1:02:28

your warrant segment is because

1:02:30

historically. Cuban exiles, the Cuban

1:02:33

population in Florida, has skewed

1:02:35

Republican, has skewed heavily Republican.

1:02:38

So their guy, who I'm

1:02:40

sure many of them voted

1:02:42

for in 2024, is now going

1:02:44

to be deporting them. And

1:02:46

the question is, will they be

1:02:48

deported to El Salvador

1:02:50

or back to Cuba? What else

1:02:53

is in Cuba, by the

1:02:55

way? Guantanamo Bay. So maybe some of

1:02:57

these Cuban exiles will end up in

1:02:59

Guantanamo Bay. I'm not wishing that on

1:03:01

them. I am absolutely not. I'm not

1:03:04

saying that they deserve to be deported

1:03:06

or lose their immigration status or any of

1:03:08

that. But it would be ironic as

1:03:10

fuck. Yeah, but again, this is one

1:03:12

of those things that they were warned

1:03:14

about. Donald Trump's not just going

1:03:16

for the gang members. He wants everyone

1:03:19

who is brown and who is from

1:03:21

someplace else. to be afraid and to

1:03:23

self-de-poor and as at the end of

1:03:26

their name. Yeah, exactly. This is all

1:03:28

driven by that dickface that we

1:03:30

were listening to earlier, Stephen Miller,

1:03:33

who I think is behind all of

1:03:35

it. I think Stephen Miller is

1:03:37

the impetus behind Donald Trump's

1:03:39

entire immigration policy. And

1:03:42

Stephen Miller is maybe the

1:03:44

cruelest person in Donald Trump's

1:03:46

orbit. He's in pettiest. Yeah, absolutely.

1:03:48

They are so petty like the

1:03:50

whole thing about taking down the

1:03:53

Harriet Tubman federal page Taking you

1:03:55

know did diss on it like

1:03:57

taking away the Tuskegee or like

1:03:59

retract taking back the Tuskegee Airmen's

1:04:01

medals of honor, I mean, that's

1:04:04

just, you need to come right

1:04:06

out and say, we're racist as

1:04:08

fuck, that we can't allow even

1:04:10

the glories of history's African-American heroes

1:04:12

to be sung in our

1:04:14

presence. Yeah, yeah. Like, it's

1:04:16

just that is, I mean, come on

1:04:18

out and say it y'all, put your white

1:04:20

hoods on because that's who you are. Yep.

1:04:23

But you know, Donald Trump is

1:04:25

measured and gracious and gracious.

1:04:27

self-aware. God damn it. Next

1:04:29

up, it's got a really good sense

1:04:32

of humor too. Wrapping up our

1:04:34

you were worn segment for

1:04:36

today, you know, the difference

1:04:38

in the election in 2024

1:04:40

was about three percentage points

1:04:43

in North Carolina. Donald Trump

1:04:45

won North Carolina by more

1:04:47

than a million, I'm sorry,

1:04:49

more than a hundred thousand

1:04:51

votes. It was 50.86 percent

1:04:53

to 47. 65 percent. However,

1:04:55

we just learned this week that

1:04:57

FEMA will stop matching 100% of Helene

1:05:00

recovery money in North Carolina.

1:05:02

Governor Stein said, I'm extremely

1:05:05

disappointed and urge the president

1:05:07

to reconsider FEMA's bad decision

1:05:10

even for 90 days. So acting

1:05:12

FEMA administrator Cameron Hamilton wrote

1:05:14

that the agency had determined

1:05:16

the full cost share was,

1:05:19

quote, not warranted. Remember during

1:05:21

the aftermath of Helene and

1:05:23

Donald Trump and the MAG

1:05:25

of Republicans were freaking out

1:05:27

about Joe Biden not immediately

1:05:30

visiting the hurricane ravage portions

1:05:32

of North Carolina? Fresh water

1:05:34

tanks just fall straight from

1:05:36

the sky. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.

1:05:38

Well now they're just denying

1:05:41

North Carolina matching FEMA funds.

1:05:43

That's what Donald Trump has decided

1:05:45

to do. To a state that voted

1:05:47

for him. that propelled him back to

1:05:49

the White House. Sometimes somebody's gonna pay

1:05:51

for those military planes taking people to

1:05:53

El Salvador and they are expensive. Yeah.

1:05:56

After Helene struck in late September, the

1:05:58

Biden administration gave the green. for

1:06:00

FEMA to reimburse North Carolina on

1:06:02

100% of disaster relief assistance, particularly

1:06:05

with debris removal and emergency protective

1:06:07

services. The cost share allowed state

1:06:09

officials to plow ahead on time

1:06:12

sensitive needs more quickly. In

1:06:14

December FEMA also set the federal

1:06:16

cost share for all other categories

1:06:19

of assistance at 90% local and

1:06:21

state officials have requested repeatedly that

1:06:23

it be extended, preferably another six

1:06:26

months, but the Trump administration's no,

1:06:28

we're not going to do that. Sorry. And it's

1:06:30

probably because there's a Democratic

1:06:33

governor in North Carolina.

1:06:35

And I assume you're a Republican

1:06:37

candidate. Do you guys not remember

1:06:39

that? I mean, Jesus Christ. I

1:06:42

know. The black Nazi guy. Yeah.

1:06:44

Yeah. Yeah. My assumption is at

1:06:46

some point in the last six

1:06:48

months or whatever, Josh Stein said

1:06:50

something mean about Donald Trump. And

1:06:52

that's why this is happening. But

1:06:54

naturally, it's affecting North Carolinaans. Once

1:06:57

again, you know what? You

1:06:59

were absolutely warned. You were warned

1:07:01

we tried to tell you. You

1:07:03

were warned to dummy twins. You

1:07:05

were warned we tried to tell

1:07:07

you. You were warned now to

1:07:09

deal with it. Okay. On that

1:07:11

note, we're going to wrap up here

1:07:13

and segue over to the shadow docket

1:07:15

portion of the show on our patron

1:07:18

page. All you got to do is

1:07:20

sign up for $5 a month and

1:07:22

you can keep listening. There's a shadow

1:07:24

docket episode after the Tuesday show and

1:07:26

after the Thursday show, so that's two.

1:07:28

If I'm doing the math correct, that's

1:07:30

two shadow docket to a week. I

1:07:33

believe that is correct. That is very

1:07:35

difficult math, but I believe you are

1:07:37

correct. And by the way, if you

1:07:39

don't want to sign up, if you

1:07:46

a piece. It's deliberate, the prices

1:07:48

1:07:50

1:07:52

subscribe. Okay, so coming up on

1:07:54

the shadow docket. Love you folks.

1:07:56

Have a good weekend. Hang in

1:07:58

there. You're not going crazy. Yeah,

1:08:00

but I am. I think I

1:08:02

am. Going? Yeah. I'm halfway there,

1:08:04

at least. Exceptions or no exceptions

1:08:06

on tariffs? It was a short

1:08:08

drive. You know, I mean, it

1:08:10

wasn't like you've been living like

1:08:12

the other side of the continent

1:08:14

from crazy. Right. Well, there are

1:08:16

exceptions on Donald's tariffs, but maybe

1:08:18

not exceptions. I have no idea.

1:08:20

We're going to talk about that

1:08:22

coming up. Oh, some great news

1:08:24

about 4chan. And some great news.

1:08:26

Great news about target also. Okay.

1:08:28

Oh yeah. Target's fucked. Oh yeah.

1:08:30

Let's see what else. IRS, some

1:08:32

bad news for IRS employees. Layoffs

1:08:34

begin any time now. Just in

1:08:36

time for tax season. Why would

1:08:38

you see that? Yeah, anyway. Have

1:08:40

a nice weekend everybody. We love

1:08:43

you. We'll maybe still be here.

1:08:45

Thursday. Yeah, you're waving goodbye, but

1:08:47

we still got a minute of

1:08:49

his music left David. So we're

1:08:51

just gonna keep plowing ahead. Some

1:08:53

bad news. When I was in

1:08:55

third grade, I had this fucking

1:08:57

teacher who hated me. And she,

1:08:59

I think, is the, anyway. Yeah.

1:09:01

All right, some bad news about

1:09:03

the possibility of a recession. We're

1:09:05

talking about that too. Lots of

1:09:07

fun things. That's the bad news.

1:09:09

We're going to talk about on

1:09:11

the Shadow Dog. We're not going

1:09:13

to make it entirely bad news.

1:09:15

There'll be some fun news. We

1:09:17

don't exactly call the Sunshine docket

1:09:19

anyway. That's also true, yes. And

1:09:21

by the way, if you sign

1:09:23

up right now on the Patreon

1:09:25

page, you can listen to last

1:09:27

Friday's after party. Yeah, you can

1:09:29

hear what it sounds like at

1:09:31

the very least. And if you

1:09:33

like what you hear me and

1:09:36

Kimberly talking, it's like what we

1:09:38

usually do every night on the

1:09:40

couch while we're watching TV. It's

1:09:42

kind of like that kind of

1:09:44

conversation. All right, Peter. Well, I

1:09:46

love listening to you guys make

1:09:48

each other laugh. patriot.com/Bob Suska show.
