0:05

, a podcast dedicated to helping

0:07

0:09

more money and successfully navigate

0:11

through the chaos of life , all

0:13

while working , spending and stressing

0:16

less . And now your host . He's

0:18

a husband , a father of two , an

0:21

international business and life coach , and

0:23

a trusted motivational speaker for some

0:25

of the most respected companies in the world

0:27

, such as Invisalign and many others

0:29

.

0:30

Brian Wright , hey

0:33

everybody , welcome inside the broadcast booth . If you're watching

0:35

over on our YouTube station , hey there . Thanks for

0:37

your support . And at any minute you'll

0:40

probably be seeing my podcast studio and

0:42

office doors fly open to my good

0:44

buddy , my golden doodle , winston

0:46

, who has figured out how to open up my

0:48

doors , and he has a daddy's boy

0:50

, to say the least . So if you see this furry

0:52

animal in the background all of a sudden , then

0:55

you'll know that you've already been introduced

0:57

. But welcome everybody , like

0:59

I said inside the broadcast booth , to the first episode

1:02

and first season of the Brian Wright show

1:04

. So excited to sit behind

1:06

the mic and get to know all of you . There

1:08

is many of you out there that have asked

1:10

me to start a podcast like this

1:12

. You stopped me in an airport or

1:14

just after seeing me on stage , whatever

1:16

it may be , and you've really inspired

1:19

me to do it . And now we're here . I've

1:22

had a podcast for those of many of you already

1:24

know this , but if you're a new listener , you're just coming

1:26

across the show . I've had a podcast for many

1:28

years over in the orthodontic space

1:30

. We help business owners that are

1:32

also doctors , help

1:34

them grow their business , improve their life , improve

1:37

their marriage , improve their leadership

1:39

skills , all the intangibles that inevitably

1:41

go into being the great entrepreneur

1:43

, great business owner even those

1:45

are two very different things that we'll have a podcast

1:48

about . On paper , a business owner and entrepreneur are

1:50

the same , but in reality they're very different . But

1:52

so excited to be here as I

1:54

do this podcast today . We just wrapped up season

1:57

six of the New Patient Group podcast over

1:59

on all the major channels , so

2:01

if you want to check that out , just I recommend

2:04

listening to the most recent season . First work yourself

2:06

backwards , but it's great to be here

2:08

. We are just getting back from a

2:10

great event in Montreal , the NISO event

2:12

Audience members . You were absolutely

2:15

fantastic . There was a great audience . Your

2:17

participation was wonderful . I put you

2:19

through some Navy SEALs exercises

2:22

in the audience and some other life

2:24

exercises . You did great , you participated

2:27

great . Thanks for the wonderful feedback

2:29

. Montreal , speaking

2:31

of Montreal , is a really

2:33

unique place . I used to travel to

2:35

Vancouver and Toronto . A lot did , a lot of events

2:38

there . We had a lot of customers in that area

2:41

, but Montreal has been a long time since

2:43

I've got to go there . Montreal very much

2:45

has a feeling of in France

2:47

If you look at websites and

2:50

you're trying to search for a restaurant , or if you're

2:52

at a restaurant and you're

2:54

looking at the menu and you're

2:56

at a hotel and you're trying to find yourself or your

2:58

way around . Almost

3:01

everything is in French and it's

3:03

kind of cool because it kind of

3:05

forces you to at least learn the basics

3:08

to be able to get around

3:10

, or Google translate some of

3:12

the words , and I

3:14

always have a fun time going there . It's been a long time

3:16

since I got to go there . Some

3:18

podcast listeners you

3:20

actually , after the event , invited

3:22

me to go to the Montreal Canadians game . I

3:25

really appreciate the invite , and

3:27

one of the things that

3:29

this podcast does

3:32

and one of the things I coach , is

3:34

a constant self-reflection . We

3:37

live in a society where looking

3:40

in the mirror is not easy to do

3:42

, and that's one of the reasons why advertising

3:45

is so easy is that you just keep

3:47

dumping money and advertising . All it does is

3:49

hide the real wounds that exist in your

3:52

business underneath the Band-Aid

3:54

. And looking in the mirror

3:56

and saying how can I be a better leader ? Better

3:58

culture ? How can I lead my employees better

4:00

? How can I train them in a unique way that very

4:03

few people will commit to doing

4:05

? So they're better when they're in front of my customer ? How

4:08

can we produce more content in our digital market

4:10

? All that stuff requires a

4:12

look within focus and it's

4:15

very difficult . And I bring that up because I ended

4:17

up not going to the Montreal Canadians game with some of the

4:19

audience members because

4:21

not because I didn't want to , but it

4:23

was more a . You know , I walked

4:25

the streets of downtown . I ended

4:27

up at a restaurant , steak and

4:29

sushi place called Vargas . For

4:32

many of you , it was the first time you're listening to this podcast

4:34

. I'm a big foodie . I've been to some professional

4:37

schools , I love to cook . We're

4:39

always doing some cool cooking stuff at the house and

4:42

I love talking about cooking . So you

4:44

know I'll go off on random cooking tips on

4:46

here . So I apologize , it's not a

4:48

cooking show , but I

4:50

, you know , I do have restaurants as customers

4:52

and I have a passion around

4:55

food and things like that , so I do enjoy . So

4:57

, if you're in Montreal , vargas was

4:59

spot on . I just sat at the bar , talked

5:02

to the bartender that night and

5:04

just kind of look back on . You know , what

5:07

did I appreciate about the event

5:09

? What did I think I did well ? What could I have done better

5:11

? How could I have , you know , reorganized

5:14

the keynote or new ideas to make sure the audience

5:16

got even more out of it as they went back to

5:19

their business , back wherever they lived

5:22

. And I enjoy self-reflection

5:24

. It's not the easiest thing . I'm one of the most

5:26

self-critical people that you will ever meet . I hide

5:28

it sometimes but I am very self-critical

5:31

. So you know , went through my notes , kind of enjoyed

5:33

a night to myself the night

5:35

before that . So a couple employees came in

5:37

and we ate at a place called Fioria

5:40

Cafe . It's a Portuguese seafood restaurant

5:42

, and both

5:44

of them were spot on the Fioria Cafe

5:46

and then Vargas . Both nights were

5:48

fantastic . So if you're in Montreal , suggest

5:51

making reservations at both , or at least one

5:53

, if you can . You

5:56

know I like the . You know , when you go and

5:58

travel there's always interesting things , especially

6:00

when you're outside the country . And Montreal

6:02

, if you haven't been , it's a cool one , because it does . You know

6:04

, the first night I was there I walked

6:06

the streets of downtown too , and just

6:08

you know . So 90% of the

6:10

people were smoking and , like I said , everything's

6:13

in a different language and their downtown

6:15

is really neat . It's a great . Great shopping

6:17

experience is great , great restaurants for

6:20

foodies out there , also just getting back from

6:22

Tampa . So those of you who are

6:24

new to the podcast , new to me you're just now starting

6:26

to listen . I am a speaker for

6:28

Align Technology , which is the publicly traded

6:30

entity . They are the makers of Invisalign

6:33

the clear braces , and they send

6:35

me all over the country and

6:37

eventually probably all over the world to

6:40

do what we're gonna do on this podcast , what I do on stage

6:42

for companies all over the world just motivation

6:44

, business life coaching , how to make yourself

6:46

and your business unique , how

6:49

to offer an exceptional experience to both your

6:51

employees and your customers

6:53

, not only leading up to purchase , but

6:55

what happens after Be quite a bit

6:57

of information on this podcast . I am obsessed

6:59

with customer experience . It's inevitably

7:02

everything I teach you can relate back to

7:04

experience grow

7:07

sales right Sales through experience and

7:10

wowing people by going beyond

7:12

. And it's such a unique opportunity for people because

7:14

people just they don't do it . We're

7:16

taught and it's inevitable lie

7:19

we're taught as business owners to always be focused

7:21

on the sale , when , inevitably , if

7:23

you focus on the people that already bought from you

7:25

, you kick everyone's ass . A perfect

7:27

example of that and we're not gonna get in the weeds

7:29

on this today because these are obviously future podcasts

7:32

A perfect example of that

7:34

is , and you can ask yourself as a business

7:36

who you are . But if I call your

7:38

customer service line , does somebody answer

7:40

right away or do I wait on hold ? As

7:42

opposed to when I call your sales line , do

7:45

I get an answer right away and

7:47

from an infinite mindset , which will be plenty

7:50

of podcasts around the infinite mindset . The

7:52

reality situation is is your customer service

7:55

line should be and

7:57

have more employees than your sales line

7:59

. And that comment right there , as well

8:01

as almost everything you're gonna learn , is I'm gonna flip

8:03

your whole business world , your entrepreneur journey

8:05

, completely upside down

8:08

. There is a reason

8:10

, and I'll dive into it a little bit today

8:12

. Today's gonna be just hey , why do we exist

8:14

? We exist for entrepreneurs . I believe

8:16

all the rules in this country

8:19

the laws , the tax laws , the employment

8:21

laws are so against

8:23

the entrepreneur . Now , I mean , there's some

8:25

states like California where

8:27

an employee could walk in and

8:29

shoot five people in your office

8:31

and you fired them . You'd still gonna get , they're

8:33

still gonna somehow win an unemployment claim . I

8:36

mean , just , the laws are just absolutely

8:38

insane against the business owner , when

8:41

technically , really in reality , the laws

8:43

should all be set up for entrepreneurs to

8:45

win , but we just unfortunately live in a country now where

8:48

that's just not the case . So

8:50

because of that , I love getting back here

8:52

and teaching you very unique things

8:54

on how to stand out without

8:57

having to advertise or by

8:59

lessening your advertising and still growing

9:01

. A lot of you out there . You do grow and

9:04

you're happy with it . But you may be chaotic

9:06

, you may be stressed . Growth

9:09

comes with problems Usually good

9:11

problems , but inevitably problems and

9:14

we're gonna talk about the whole world on this podcast

9:16

. Everything to do with business , growth

9:19

and efficiency and profit

9:21

which I have a different description of profit than

9:23

you've probably heard before . That we'll dive into

9:25

but revenue All the things

9:28

that we can see but also , more importantly , what this

9:30

podcast is going to dive into is

9:32

all the things that we can't see . There's a thousand

9:34

metrics for numbers that

9:36

you can see on paper . There's really no metrics

9:39

for culture and leadership and self-improvement

9:41

and compassion and

9:45

empathy and being a good team member employees

9:47

we have a lot of employees that

9:49

listen to the New Patient Group podcast and

9:52

I've said this for years as a business and

9:54

life coach A lot of times

9:56

you have billionaires , have coaches and

9:58

business and life coaches or rich people

10:00

or just a long sort of people that can afford

10:02

it , but the people that are on the ground

10:04

floor that are inevitably taking care of your customer

10:06

. Often business

10:09

and life coaches especially good ones are

10:11

way out of their price range . Well , something that I'm very

10:13

passionate about when we work with customers and

10:15

we come in and consult and we

10:17

coach and we

10:19

hope you get better at whatever your problems

10:22

happen to be A big part of what I

10:24

love is interacting with the employees

10:26

and finding out their struggles and

10:28

helping them both in their personal

10:30

life and their journey through life , as

10:33

well as their journey through their career . If you're somebody

10:35

else , if you're somebody out there that just wants

10:37

to improve themselves , you may not

10:39

be a business owner . Even though this podcast

10:42

is dedicated to entrepreneurs and their families

10:44

, we have , like I said , over the

10:46

New Patient Group side , tons

10:48

of reps that work for Invisalign

10:51

and dental monitoring and orthophy and a lot

10:53

of the big names in the orthodontic space

10:55

. We have employees . We

10:57

have a lot of people that listen to that podcast that just

10:59

want to improve . Maybe they just want to make more

11:01

money in their career or be better at

11:04

their job in order to serve their customer

11:06

better . Whatever it may be . I

11:09

so much look forward to coming back

11:12

from these

11:14

events like the one in Tampa . I just spoke for Invisalign

11:16

there and there was , I think , 10

11:18

doctors plus team members in the room and

11:20

we didn't have a top golf and it was a great experience . It

11:22

was a wonderful , wonderful event . You

11:27

know , I just I thank every single time , I

11:29

never take it for granted , every time I go on stage

11:31

. I never take

11:33

it for granted because you never know when the last

11:35

time you go up there is . And if you haven't

11:38

already noticed , today my voice is

11:40

shot Coming off the Tampa event

11:42

. The microphone was having a lot of

11:44

issues the speaker system , so I just yanked

11:46

it off and I've kind of talked at

11:49

the top of my lungs to make sure everybody

11:51

could hear me , but it is . It has caused in mind

11:53

to be lost for sure

11:55

. So if you hear some squeakiness , just know

11:57

that's not my normal , my normal voice . It'll

11:59

be coming back on future podcasts and

12:02

every time I'm out there I just I pour

12:04

my heart and soul into it , just like I do with

12:06

this podcast , and our message

12:09

is not a . The masses

12:11

are not attracted to what

12:13

I talk about on here there are things that we have

12:15

and I'll get back

12:17

to what I was talking about with the audience here in just a second but there

12:21

are things we are told as business owners that

12:24

are just total bullshit . The advertising

12:26

companies out

12:29

there , the pay-per-click companies

12:31

out there , just make a killing

12:33

off of business owners and 80 , 90%

12:35

of businesses still go

12:37

out of business . And Mark Cuban

12:39

left Shark Tank recently and

12:42

the total amount he invested when

12:44

he was there was around 20 million

12:46

and he lost money . And these

12:48

are people that have the funding

12:51

, they have the notoriety , they've got the backing , they've got

12:53

the publicity , they've

12:55

, on the surface at least , have the products

12:57

or the service , and they still go under

12:59

. And when you're watching the Shark Tank , they like

13:01

to show the successes , but the success is

13:04

a few and far between . Most of those companies go

13:06

under and you say to yourself why

13:08

? Well , those companies still don't have the

13:10

intangibles of what it takes to

13:12

kick everyone's ass Exceptional

13:15

culture through extraordinary leadership

13:17

, looking at numbers

13:19

differently , not like an MBA , but like a

13:21

real entrepreneur , training

13:24

their team how to interact with the customer

13:26

before purchase and after , to make sure

13:28

every interaction you have with

13:31

a customer boosts your brand forward

13:33

. There's a lie about brand awareness . If

13:35

you're in Visalign , as an example

13:38

, you've all seen their commercials and for a company

13:40

like in Visalign , their brand is marketing

13:42

to the consumer . That's how you're going to know them and

13:45

then that's how you're going to go . Do a Google search or

13:47

a YouTube search or whatever it may be

13:49

, but inevitably for the small business

13:51

like the practice that you're going to buy in Visalign

13:54

from , their brand does not come

13:56

from the marketing outside their doors . Their brand

13:59

comes from inside their doors . The same

14:01

way , if you're a restaurant owner watching this

14:04

, how you win is making

14:06

sure the food is exceptional

14:08

, the experience that

14:10

the waiters are trained to provide and the managers

14:12

on the floor and the people how they

14:14

greet , et cetera that

14:16

we'll be talking so much on here is

14:18

exceptional . And then

14:20

inevitably , the ambience

14:23

of your place is exceptional . And

14:25

then you do cool stuff online , like live

14:27

camera feed from the kitchen and videos

14:29

from the head chef and how you interact on the YouTube

14:32

station with people . Those are the

14:34

reasons , inevitably , how

14:37

you kick everyone's butt . It's not the

14:39

advertising you do and so many of you

14:41

look at that backwards . You know you're , you're

14:43

, you're on to the next sale after you close

14:45

somebody , rather than focusing on having a

14:47

culture On how to offer

14:49

these unexpected Hospital

14:52

experiences that we teach . I'm actually working

14:54

on a book right now and it's called unexpected hospitality

14:56

. We're still quite a ways away from

14:58

launch , but I can't wait for that book to

15:01

come out because inevitably that's everything we

15:03

teach . You know , whatever your customer

15:05

or whatever your employee from a leadership

15:07

standpoint Would expect at this

15:10

given moment , are you ? Are you meeting

15:12

Expectations ? Are you going beyond ? And what

15:14

we teach in this can , in this industry

15:16

, in this new new economy , excuse me is

15:19

that if you're meeting expectations , you're dead

15:21

, especially if you function in a commoditized

15:23

world , which inevitably my name and

15:26

where I speak at events and where I'm asked to get

15:28

in and provide motivation and inspiration

15:31

to people is in Commoditized

15:33

Businesses . You know you type in plumber

15:36

, lawyer , restaurant

15:38

in visible line . You know as examples

15:40

why we're so popular over in orthodontics . We're the only

15:42

company that teaches what we teach . We

15:44

come from outside of their their healthcare

15:47

bubble and completely flip

15:49

everything upside down . It's why it works and that's exactly

15:51

what we're gonna do For all of you

15:53

on here is , I'm gonna flip you upside down

15:55

to whatever people inside your

15:58

specific industry or teaching and

16:00

I'm gonna gut it out and we're gonna start all

16:02

over and , like I was getting at earlier

16:04

, from a niche standpoint , this message

16:06

is not for the masses , nor is it intended

16:09

to be . You know , you have to have a very specific

16:11

mindset to realize you do not

16:13

need advertising to win and

16:15

it was an example

16:18

. So , as I do this podcast today

16:20

, we're 11

16:22

years in with new patient group over

16:24

in the orthodontic space and we have other . We

16:27

have plastic surgeons and dentists and pedos

16:30

and you know other types of doctors but the the

16:32

main majority of our our customer base

16:34

or orthodontics , and 11

16:36

years ago when I started new patient group , I

16:38

wasn't in orthodontics . And

16:41

11 years later , one of

16:43

the lead speakers for a three billion dollar

16:45

publicly traded company with Invisalign . I'm

16:48

a speaker for several other big names in orthodontics

16:50

that don't market to the consumer , so you won't know their

16:52

names , like ortho-phi and dental monitoring

16:54

and others . We have

16:56

a 98 percent client retention

16:59

rate with new patient group mother company right chat

17:01

that answers incoming

17:03

new patient calls for practices and remotes

17:06

into their schedule and schedules them , has

17:08

a hundred percent client success

17:10

rate or , excuse me , client retention rate , and

17:13

We've never advertised . So

17:15

you say to yourself how the hell could somebody

17:17

that wasn't even an orthodontics a decade ago

17:19

have the biggest

17:22

names as customers in orthodontics , speak

17:24

on stage all over the world for

17:27

Invisalign and other company names , without

17:29

advertising ? And the answer to that

17:31

is is that recipe is going

17:34

to be provided to you on this podcast

17:36

over the course of time . Telling

17:38

my journey is just for those of you who

17:40

know me out there , you know the . You know , when I meet

17:42

people I was getting this at this earlier you

17:45

know I'm at these events . You

17:47

know people come up and introduce themselves . Or , like you

17:49

know , I've listened to your podcast for years . Or I saw

17:51

you speak on stage and thanks so much

17:53

, and or I saw you speak on stage

17:55

a year ago and the last year has been

17:58

transformative in my life , in my business . Whatever

18:00

it may be . I , for those of you know me , you know I'm kind

18:02

of a . While I love

18:04

the words of affirmation , of course it

18:07

kind of makes me feel I blush

18:09

. Long , long story short

18:11

, but it's great to hear , but it's

18:14

a very specific niche of people . Like

18:16

if you go to my audiences , like in Tampa , you

18:18

know there's not going to be a thousand people there . You

18:21

know there's going to be . I think we had , you know , probably 40

18:23

, 50 , 60 in that room . The audience

18:25

in Montreal there was probably a few hundred

18:28

, and sure , there's some events that have thousands

18:30

in the audience . But the point is

18:32

and that's why it's so unique the message that you're

18:34

going to hear from me and that , whether it's to improve

18:36

your marriage or to improve your life , or to advance

18:39

your skill sets and advance your career , or

18:41

to better your business and

18:43

it's not all about growth you

18:45

know we get into this , this

18:47

world , as business owners of grow

18:50

, grow , grow , grow , grow , more customers , more patients

18:52

, more , this , more that , more , more , more , more , more , more , more

18:54

. And you go to these events and you hear people talking about

18:56

advertising and more and more this and dump

18:58

more on this . What you're

19:00

gonna hear from me on here is how to slow

19:02

down and and how

19:04

to set your business up in a way that allows

19:07

you to achieve your life goals and

19:09

vice versa . You know , set your , your

19:11

life up in a way that's going to allow you to

19:13

achieve your , your business goals . You know we are

19:16

somewhat blind

19:18

as business owners sometimes to

19:20

to forget that what goes on

19:22

in your house Very

19:24

much , is what's going to go on inside

19:26

your business , the father you are to your kids

19:29

as an example . If

19:31

you're a good one in what makes a great father

19:33

, it's the same thing that makes a great leader Inside

19:36

a business . You know your job is to make people

19:38

better and communicate

19:40

your vision . Hold people

19:42

accountable to the rules , making

19:45

sure they're better today than they were yesterday

19:48

. These are the things that are , that are

19:50

infinite . They're unmeasurable . We don't have metrics

19:52

that inevitably measure

19:55

the things that actually move the needle , like

19:57

we all know our Revenue

19:59

, our production , our collections , our

20:01

new customers , our conversion rate . Most

20:04

businesses know all that stuff , but

20:07

inevitably the stuff that actually makes

20:09

those things go up Rarely

20:11

are those their metrics culture , leadership

20:14

, self-improvement , compassion , empathy

20:16

, etc

20:18

. Etc . Etc , etc , etc on down the line . We

20:22

don't see these things yet those

20:24

are the things that Make

20:26

or break everything that we want to achieve

20:28

. Regardless of what we want to achieve and I'm

20:30

very much a believer that nobody Can

20:33

define your success you

20:35

get to define your success now . The only thing

20:37

that that you then can't do

20:39

is stand in the way of somebody else's success

20:41

. We have a big problem with that in

20:44

this country right now , where you know you

20:46

may be a person that that wants

20:48

ten cars and five boats and twenty

20:50

homes . Well , you know what ? If that's what you want , go

20:52

out and get it , baby . We live in

20:54

a country that if you do things differently

20:56

than other people , you work hard , you save

20:59

, you sacrifice , you hold yourself accountable

21:01

You'll be able to achieve things that

21:03

people that don't do those things won't

21:05

, and there is nothing to

21:07

be ashamed of that whatsoever . You may be a person

21:09

that that wants to donate it all the charity , and

21:11

good for you . If that's the case , let's set the Business

21:14

up in a way to make sure you have as much

21:16

money as you can to donate to the charities you

21:18

want . The reality is Is that

21:20

your blood , sweat and tears you

21:22

earn the money you get to do with what you

21:24

want with it and and

21:26

that's where there's no one hey , this

21:28

is the way to do it . Right on here

21:30

, there's gonna be countless ideas that you're

21:32

gonna be able to take and , based on what you want

21:35

to achieve , you're gonna be able

21:37

to achieve things that you will not believe , while

21:39

and this should be the goal for all of you out there

21:41

Reducing and or eliminating

21:44

all the advertising , all the crap

21:46

that that all of you , or a lot

21:48

of you , do out there . It's just not

21:50

needed . And and how you do

21:52

that is there's not again , there's not a

21:54

a playbook to it , but

21:56

there certainly is a lot of ingredients to the recipe

21:59

that I'm gonna be talking out here , talking about

22:01

on here and and I

22:03

can't wait to to dive

22:05

into Do all the things

22:07

that you know from an entrepreneur standpoint , you know I've

22:09

had companies that have failed and and

22:12

looking back on it , I don't consider them fail . You

22:14

know , of course , at the time you do , but but looking

22:16

back on it , I don't consider them failures at all

22:18

now because I learned

22:20

so much from From

22:22

what not to do that that's why

22:24

the companies I start now are so successful

22:26

. It's why the things that we install into people's

22:28

lives and their businesses are so successful

22:31

. But because all of this

22:33

is a niche . This is why , you

22:35

know , you look at a Ritz Carlton , you

22:37

look at a Walt Disney , you

22:40

look at some of these famous institutions and

22:42

it's not about being famous , but a lot of them have

22:44

kind of the same ingredients to the overall

22:46

recipe . They train their team in

22:49

a very unique way To where

22:51

, when they interact with the consumer . The consumer

22:53

always feels good . They

22:56

do their digital marketing organically

22:58

not paid Organically

23:00

in a way that just makes you feel

23:02

good when you're looking around and you're on their website

23:05

and you go to their YouTube station and you're

23:07

on their social media channels . They

23:10

also spend so much time on

23:12

the culture of their organization and and

23:15

training their leaders , and leadership is

23:17

a trained skill set , just like anything else

23:19

. That will have plenty of podcasts about . All

23:22

this stuff is what I go around the world teaching on stage

23:24

and I can't wait To

23:26

just bring it all to you and

23:28

tell stories . This is very much going to be a

23:31

contemporary radio show . I will have

23:33

guests on occasionally , but

23:35

the one thing you will find with with podcasts

23:37

, a lot of and a lot of hosts that are

23:39

very popular . They have guests

23:42

for a couple reasons . One when you

23:44

bring in a guest , it draws the . The

23:46

following of that guest now

23:48

gets drawn to your podcast to boost your numbers

23:50

to . They can't come

23:52

up with enough ideas to consistently put

23:54

out a new show Week

23:56

after week , month after month , etc . On

23:59

their own . What you will find with this podcast

24:01

is its endless meaning that there

24:04

is thousands upon thousands

24:06

of podcasts that already have listed out . The

24:09

ideas are are endless . That's

24:12

going to come to you from this broadcast booth . I

24:14

don't care about numbers , I care about

24:16

you . I care about the experience

24:19

you get . Listening , I care about your life

24:21

. One of my , my missions

24:23

in life is to help as many people achieve

24:25

prosperity as Possible

24:28

before I'm no longer on this planet . And simply

24:30

what I mean by that is what I said earlier is

24:32

I believe all of you can achieve Prosperity

24:34

, but I believe each one of you have a different

24:36

definition for that . And that's beautiful

24:38

. Like I said , some people achieving

24:40

prosperity is making five million a year

24:42

and having a few homes in a private jet

24:45

. If that's what you view it , it's beautiful

24:47

. Now , other people out there

24:49

, you can't stand in the way of that . That's

24:51

a problem now . You may not agree

24:53

with it , but you can't stand in the way of it . Now

24:56

for somebody else out there achieving prosperity , like

24:58

I said , maybe Dodaining as

25:00

much to a cause , maybe

25:02

it to cancer , to maybe cancer research

25:05

, whatever it may be . You get the point . Everyone

25:07

has their own definition of achieving

25:09

prosperity and I believe all of you can achieve

25:11

whatever your definition of that is , and

25:14

I'm here to help that we

25:17

recently moved from Houston , as

25:19

I do this podcast , to Colorado Springs , so

25:21

we used to have this in Houston , but Colorado Springs

25:23

is now where I'm going to host a lot of our workshops and

25:26

we're going to do cool hikes together and

25:28

there's a lodge in our community and Flying Horse

25:30

that I'm going to have select customers

25:33

in to do a two day workshop

25:35

. We're going to have great times and I'll announce more

25:37

details about that and

25:39

how you can join and right now

25:41

is not the time for that , but it's just . I'm so

25:43

excited you know listeners out

25:46

there , my followers

25:48

and fans out there that really inspired

25:50

me to do this podcast . I

25:52

want to say thank you again . I

25:55

love you all . You mean the world

25:57

to me and we're going to rock it . Baby

25:59

, this podcast is going to become just like New

26:02

Patient Group . We've never advertised

26:04

that podcast ever and we have

26:06

thousands of listens and episodes . We're going

26:08

to do the same thing Ground floor , ground

26:10

floor , following , creating fans

26:13

with a very knit voice

26:15

, if you will . That's not going to appeal to everybody

26:18

, but boy , oh boy , baby , when you implement

26:20

the things we're going to talk about into

26:23

your life and your business and your career on

26:25

here , you're going to crush it and

26:27

I look forward to to many

26:29

, many more podcasts coming Again

26:31

. If you're watching on the YouTube station , this

26:33

is really our first video here , so

26:36

I appreciate your support and

26:38

, until until the next episode , everybody take

26:41

great care of yourself , your families and

26:43

your customers and team members , and

26:45

we'll talk to everybody soon . Bye , bye

26:48

.
