You might know her as Your Behaviour Gal on the gram. Nicole Shallow is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst specializing in sleep. Her passion for sleep comes from her work with neurodivergent children and their families, as well as her own personal struggle with falling asleep and staying asleep. Through supporting her own sleep, and learning about the behaviors we can engage in during the day severely impacts sleep at night she knew she had to get the word out. 

Let’s be honest, we are all guilty AF of falling asleep with air pods in playing Grey’s Anatomy on repeat. After a lot of research, completing her graduate project on sleep, gaining mentorship in this area, and making a difference for her clients, SHE KNEW that she had to drop everything and specialize in sleep. She has personal experience with many people in her life (including her husband) who are managing the shift work life. 

Today we are getting into re-prioritizing sleep as the foundation in which you build your daily routines/actions, night shift hacks, support the nursing and shift work community, becoming more conscious of your behaviors, and how to find a rhythm that works for the life you want.
