Entrepreneur, minister, and devoted advocate for REST, Ms. Regina turned unimaginable grief into a mission to restore others. After the loss of her eldest son, she faced the weight of being her family’s matriarch, finding little space to grieve authentically. Through faith and prioritizing Rest, she healed and discovered how stress silently harms millions of Black women. Now, she curates Transformational Respite Retreats where professional Black women pause, reconnect, and celebrate themselves. Rooted in personal experiences and her lifelong saturation in the event industry, Ms. Regina creates spaces that honor restoration, joy, and the beauty of showing up for oneself unapologetically.
