know, a slippery, slimy energy that comes

0:02

to create havoc. I

0:04

like it. Cuddies are usually

0:06

on the person who gamungas the

0:08

environment. We're up.

0:11

We're on a different link. I will get you guys the

0:13

new YouTube link, but we are up. We're

0:15

up. And so what did we do? Redirect

0:17

or something? I'll handle

0:19

that. I'll go to the other link and tell everyone to come here.

0:22

Oh, OK. What

0:24

I'm going to move over

0:27

to a new link. Sorry,

0:30

friends. Sorry, Lemonheads. I

0:33

love that Lemonheads. That's the little

0:35

candy, right? Yeah, that's me,

0:38

boo. Okay. So I had to

0:40

go over to another. Do I have to go over to another

0:42

link or will it just show up? I

0:44

sent you the new YouTube

0:46

link, but the StreamYard link is good. Oh,

0:49

okay. I like to watch on

0:51

both of them. So, oh

0:54

man. It's in our text thread. I just sent

0:56

you the new link. Okay. And the

0:58

community posts. Yeah. TGIF. There it

1:00

is. Okay. So we're on

1:02

the, um, by YouTuber. So sorry.

1:04

So here's what happened. Um, just

1:06

in case you're just tuning in, we had an

1:09

issue for some reason with YouTube and we had

1:11

to go over to another link. So sorry. Now

1:13

people are like, hi, Yama. So come on over

1:15

to the new link on YouTube. Yama and I

1:17

are talking about the journey that I've had on the

1:19

LIE. Um, I got

1:21

home and one of the smoke detector batteries needs

1:23

changing. So if you hear that little beep, don't

1:25

think I'm lazy and I don't change it. I

1:27

just walked into the house and I'm trying to

1:29

get this to you. So thank you, Mr. Yanla.

1:31

Good to see you. Bless you. you

1:33

always. Blessings to you. Blessings. So when

1:35

you have a day like that, what do you do?

1:37

Do you just surrender? What are you saying? Well,

1:40

absolutely I surrender. All

1:42

things are just as they need to be. You

1:44

know, we set up the schedule. I

1:46

remember when I was overworked and

1:48

over committed and running around with

1:50

my hair on fire. I said,

1:52

oh God help me. And God said,

1:55

but you made your own schedule. That's

1:57

true. Did he

1:59

help you? Yeah, I changed

2:01

my schedule. Let

2:06

me just read this and then we'll talk

2:08

so I know on Fridays We usually have our

2:10

sour lemon special and I love them and

2:12

I know you love them But this week was

2:14

just so long so dark and so depressing

2:16

and I've been trying to get a yamla on

2:18

actually you guys have been requesting a yamla

2:20

on on YouTube you've been requesting on Instagram

2:22

on Facebook and also on tiktok

2:24

and so we have a yamla a

2:27

yamla as we head up at

2:29

first I said a yamla fix my

2:31

life, but then I said a

2:33

yamla fix When I

2:35

got on, she said, Yana, fix

2:37

my country. So

2:39

we want to uplift your

2:41

spirit, if we can. I

2:43

need some soul lifting here. And

2:46

she's the one woman that can

2:48

do it. So Yana. Yes,

2:53

say something. And I think we need a prayer or

2:55

something because. We're

2:58

not

3:01

lost, Don. with

3:03

simply being awakened. We

3:06

have lived for so long

3:08

in a level of codependent

3:10

dysfunction. Those

3:12

systems are coming down and we feel

3:14

it and it's frightening. And

3:17

then unfortunately many of

3:19

the leaders that we look

3:21

to for guidance are fear

3:23

mongers. And so

3:25

the energy of fear is

3:27

so prevalent. But we're

3:30

not lost, we are

3:32

simply being awakened to what

3:34

is no longer appropriate or

3:36

acceptable for who we are.

3:39

Who we are as individuals,

3:41

who we are collectively. You

3:44

know, I taught a class recently

3:46

and I was talking about

3:48

the construct of the human body.

3:50

The number of cells, the

3:52

number of molecules, the number

3:55

of energy. And if

3:57

you've ever heard of the

3:59

God Memorandum by Agmandino,

4:02

one of the statements in there is that

4:04

there was enough

4:06

atomic power within you to

4:08

destroy the world's greatest cities

4:10

and rebuild them. And

4:12

yet we walk around with our

4:15

hair on fire. I

4:18

know we feel it. I

4:20

know the confusion, the

4:22

grief, the unraveling of the

4:24

system, and use the

4:26

big thing, people, the expectation

4:29

of ruin. But

4:31

we take the power and we

4:33

affirm that. Oh, this is bad. Oh,

4:35

this is horrible. Oh, what's going

4:37

to happen? But what are you creating

4:39

with those thoughts and those words? And

4:42

we're still looking out and not looking

4:44

in. The noise of the

4:46

world can drown out the still

4:48

small voice. I promise you, if

4:51

you get still and go

4:53

within, you will be

4:55

guided moment by moment. When you text me

4:57

and ask me to do this show today, I said,

4:59

oh my God, I'll be on the plane. And

5:02

you said, oh, I'm so sorry. You know what

5:04

I did? I took an earlier plane. I

5:09

didn't get on the LIE with you. I was

5:11

in New York. Five

5:15

o 'clock at on the three o 'clock and

5:17

I'm home. I love you

5:19

for that Thank you

5:22

Thank you for that and you

5:24

must something must you knew I needed

5:26

this and you knew that the audience

5:28

are you know almost 700 ,000 folks

5:30

who are who are a part of them

5:32

Lemonation here needed that they have been asking

5:34

for it every time I speak to someone

5:36

every time I do a private chat when

5:39

I look at the comments Even the hateful

5:41

comments right even the the trolls but every

5:43

time I look at the comments that are

5:45

speak to people even on the street It's

5:47

like we all need some group therapy. We

5:50

all need group therapy. Everyone's

5:52

in need. Well, you

5:54

know what in 2017

5:56

I was given

5:58

a spiritual directive to awaken 1

6:00

million people And I

6:02

started the process and it fell

6:04

off. I started it again

6:06

in 2020, awakened to a million

6:09

people. And I know a

6:11

million is 10 million, but to

6:13

get a million people involved

6:15

in the conscious choice to awaken,

6:18

awaken to the power, awaken to

6:20

their light, awaken to a new

6:22

way of being, awaken to being

6:24

more, doing more, having more. And

6:26

so I'm launching Awakening One Million

6:28

today. So when you called me

6:30

and said, do this, and I

6:32

was on the plane, I said,

6:34

wait a minute. There's some

6:36

of my million people over there with Don

6:38

Lemon. Awakening, the

6:40

process of shifting your

6:42

perspective of who you are

6:44

and what's possible. I

6:47

don't know, this looks crazy. But have

6:49

you ever cleaned out your closet, Don?

6:51

Yes. What does

6:54

it look like? It

6:56

looks good. Look, I am. I cleaned

6:58

out the closet somewhat. Well, I

7:00

did. I cleaned out the closet last

7:02

week. I bought a new rolling

7:04

rack to put in there. But I

7:06

mean, right. And then I cleaned

7:08

out my closet to come here. Oh,

7:11

OK. Things like some winter things and stuff

7:13

to like sort of clean up. But then, Yamla,

7:15

you are speaking to me because I was

7:17

just on with my mother. And

7:19

my mother is dealing with, well, I mean, she's,

7:21

you know, she thinks she knows everything. But

7:24

we've been dealing with a sick family member. My

7:26

sister had a stroke. My mom wasn't at

7:28

home. She was staying with my sister. And then

7:30

so lately she has been back home because

7:32

she needed a break. And my

7:34

niece is staying with her to

7:36

just, you know, and her husband

7:38

and, you know, her kids are

7:41

just staying with my mom for

7:43

now. and

7:45

my niece said mom you know you have

7:47

to live in this house you haven't been here

7:49

in a while and you know things start

7:51

to go wrong right you know you got to

7:53

use the air conditioner right you got to

7:55

use the TV or you got to use the

7:57

fire everything you got to use it and

7:59

I said and she said Don you don't want

8:01

me to tell you my niece's I mean

8:03

as I was driving here my niece said Don

8:05

you don't want me to tell you about

8:07

her closet And

8:10

I said, mom, you should get in there. You got

8:12

to clean out that closet because as you clean out

8:14

that closet, you will allow some things to flow into

8:16

your life and some of the things will flow out.

8:18

And she said, oh, really? And I said, you think

8:20

you know everything, don't you? And she said, you do

8:22

too. And I said, no, I don't. I know that

8:24

I don't know everything. That's what I do. So

8:27

I'm sure she's watching. So

8:29

what do you say? Talk to us about cleaning out your closet

8:31

because you do allow things to come in. You

8:33

know, it's not just to

8:35

clean out the closet. It's the

8:37

chaos that happens. in the

8:39

process. All change

8:41

is preceded by chaos. Chaos,

8:43

that change doesn't happen. It's

8:46

a process. And when you're

8:48

cleaning that closet, our stuff is on

8:50

the floor, stuff you think you're gonna

8:52

keep, stuff you want to give away,

8:54

it's in the bed, you stepping over

8:56

it to find the phone. It's an

8:58

absolute hot mess. We're in

9:00

a hot mess because we're cleaning

9:02

out, not just out of the

9:04

society, because Don, we you know

9:06

we had just about hit rock

9:08

bottom with our behavior and the

9:10

things that we're doing when I

9:12

think about I think of everything

9:14

in the world what disturbs me

9:17

more than anything is children killing

9:19

children that we can send somebody

9:21

to space but we can't take

9:23

a gun out of kids hand

9:25

this is a problem it says

9:27

that we are totally twisted we

9:29

are you know stuff is really

9:31

twisted and we can do that

9:33

and that there are people who

9:36

are so concerned about their

9:38

little individual rights that

9:40

they put people at risk.

9:42

The fact that people

9:44

are walking around suffering in

9:46

silence, that their minds

9:48

are just not aligned and

9:50

integrated, and we'll lock them

9:52

up in prison before we give them

9:54

some help. This is a problem. A problem

9:56

in the richest country in the world, 64

9:59

% of children have food

10:01

insecurity, that schools don't

10:04

have books. that

10:06

we can, we'll lock somebody up

10:08

for stealing our money, but it's okay

10:10

for a man to be his

10:12

wife. You

10:14

know, we're so incongruent with who

10:16

we say we are. Things

10:18

have to change and we have

10:20

to awaken. to a new

10:22

way of being because we've been

10:24

entrenched in this dysfunction for

10:26

so long. So I am really

10:28

excited that the closet is

10:31

being cleaned out. I'm not excited

10:33

that people are afraid because

10:35

they've lost their jobs. I'm not

10:37

excited about how this is

10:39

happening. However, here Don, hear me.

10:41

I'm listening. This person was

10:44

elected by the people of this country.

10:46

He is not in this alone. He's showing

10:48

us who we are. But we're

10:50

so busy looking at him. We're not looking

10:52

at ourselves. When people

10:55

start complaining about this one and that one,

10:57

I say, well, how do you do that?

10:59

How do you bully? How do you lie? How

11:01

do you force people into your way?

11:03

How do you do it? Because until

11:05

you clean that up in here, you

11:07

give someone like that permission to be

11:09

your leader. So

11:13

I know that

11:15

it's hard, but I'm

11:17

asking everyone to

11:19

consider where Is there

11:21

a truth in me that I'm not willing

11:23

to tell? Where is

11:25

there a power that I'm not willing

11:27

to activate? Where is there

11:29

an attachment that I'm not willing to let

11:32

go of? The only way

11:34

we're going to clean it up, Don,

11:36

is we have to start individually

11:38

with ourselves. Because when we, something like

11:40

that, what's going on out there

11:42

now in the government, wouldn't be acceptable

11:44

to 76 % of this country. It

11:47

was acceptable. What

11:49

do you do with something like this? Let

11:52

me put this up. This is a this

11:54

is a White House edited today They edited

11:56

a New York Times article and this is

11:58

some you know My someone sent it to

12:00

to meet my social team and they said

12:02

would you like to respond to this and

12:04

I just I did not senators meet meet

12:06

with wrongly deported Marilyn Mann and El Salvador

12:08

and Then this is from the White House's

12:11

official account. They said fix it for you

12:13

New York Times and oh by the way

12:15

Chris Van Hollen who is the senator who

12:17

went to meet with him you're

12:19

never coming back." And so

12:21

they said, Senator meets with

12:23

deported, then they put MS

12:25

-13, a legal alien, who's

12:28

never coming back. That is

12:30

so, to me, that was so

12:32

hateful that I did not even care

12:34

to elevate it by responding to

12:36

it. Well, I'm glad we see it

12:38

because people are walking around with

12:40

that in their hearts. You meet

12:42

them in the supermarket. These are the people

12:44

that cut you off on the freeway. These

12:46

are the people that are still walking around

12:48

calling the n -word or the c -word. These

12:50

are the people that are beating up transgenders.

12:52

These are the people that still think gay

12:54

people are going to hell. It's

12:56

in the world. So what do we do? We

12:58

don't want to see it. We don't want

13:00

to know it. For me, I'm going to bless

13:02

that person. I'm going to say, God, shine

13:04

your light. Awaken them. Awaken whoever

13:06

that is. Because see, I

13:09

grew up. And I was trained

13:11

and ordained that at all

13:13

times in all situations, there's nobody

13:15

but you and God in

13:17

the room. It's either

13:19

a reflection of who

13:21

you are or a manifestation

13:23

of God. So this

13:25

is how somebody feels either about themselves

13:27

or about God. It don't have nothing

13:29

to do with me. I don't have

13:31

anything to do with that. So what do

13:33

I do as a being of

13:35

light, as a teacher of light? As

13:37

a spiritual technician, I'm going to

13:39

say, God, I call the

13:41

presence and the power of your

13:43

light, your truth, your

13:46

love into the mind, heart,

13:48

and soul of somebody's

13:50

child who is misaligned

13:52

enough to say that about

13:54

somebody else's child. Help

13:57

us. Help us. Divine

13:59

light, divine intelligence. That's all

14:01

we can do now. Why?

14:03

Our humanness has failed. It's

14:06

failed. Are you not

14:08

aware that our human is high poachy?

14:10

Yeah, he's just wrong. Okay. So

14:12

just so you know, this is my

14:14

senior. I don't know if I

14:16

gotta this is my senior and he's 16

14:18

and he had pneumonia over the holidays. So

14:20

he kind of he hasn't been the same.

14:23

But he's just walking around roaming is in

14:25

a little diaper. I'm

14:29

just holding him because I don't want him

14:31

walking around and just kind of aimlessly roaming. He

14:33

looks like my cat. Tap,

14:35

tap, tap on the floor. You know what I

14:37

mean? And he's just. I

14:39

could put him on the couch and he'd probably lay

14:41

there. But anyways. Yeah,

14:44

look, I want to. And I

14:46

feel so bad. You know,

14:48

I listened a little bit to the news radio

14:50

as I was coming. Then I finally to turn

14:52

on John Coltrane. And I was like, you know,

14:54

this is I believe that might be a little

14:56

bit better. But the people who

14:58

are demonizing this man for, you

15:01

know, I don't know if he's

15:03

a member of MS -13. I

15:05

don't know anything, except I haven't

15:07

seen any evidence or proof. And

15:09

so if the evidence shows that, okay,

15:11

then, you know, the actions that, not the

15:13

actions that were taken, he should be

15:15

deported and he should be dealt with. But

15:18

in this country, we have to have

15:20

due process or we're no longer American. We're

15:22

no longer American. We don't have due

15:24

process. And so I believe What

15:26

if this man is totally innocent?

15:28

Okay, fine. But if he is

15:30

guilty, they could have taken a

15:32

beat to make sure and to

15:34

also give us, you know, some

15:36

assurances at, you know, the American

15:38

people, some assurances that you are

15:40

following the law. And I feel

15:42

my heart goes out whether you're,

15:44

you know, documented or undocumented because

15:46

everybody has feelings. And I want

15:48

you to listen a little bit

15:50

to this man's wife. Good

15:52

morning, America. And then I want to get your

15:54

response to it. He started Maryland

15:56

Senator Chris Van Hollen. He flew to see

15:59

your husband Wednesday. He released a photo of

16:01

the two of them last night. What was

16:03

it like for you to see that photo? It

16:10

was very overwhelming. The

16:13

most important thing for me, my

16:15

children, his mom, his brother,

16:17

his sibling, was to see

16:19

him alive and we saw him

16:21

alive. It

16:24

was very overwhelming. I think for all

16:26

of us, we were all happy to see

16:28

him alive. What were you told your

16:30

husband said in that meeting? Can

16:36

you repeat your question? I'm sorry. What were

16:38

you told your husband said in that meeting?

16:46

It was just a message of love. So

16:49

tell me a little bit about your husband.

16:51

How long have you two been together and

16:53

what was he, what was, what has your

16:55

life been like with him? We've

17:01

been together over seven years.

17:04

It's been amazing. He's

17:06

very loving husband, amazing

17:08

father. And

17:11

we were just young

17:13

parents trying to live

17:15

the American dream. And

17:18

we know you were living that

17:20

dream until March 12th. That's when your

17:22

husband was detained and sent back.

17:24

Thank you, Andy, for that. Look,

17:26

we're all human beings. That's all I'll

17:28

have to say. And everybody goes through trials

17:31

and tribulations. And, you know,

17:33

you were in an abusive relationship, right?

17:35

Oh, yeah, absolutely. And so

17:37

there was this abusive relationship. I

17:39

was a welfare mom. I

17:41

lived it. projects. I was a teenage

17:43

mom. Daniel Moynihan called me because

17:45

I was walking, living and raising my

17:47

kids when he said that black

17:49

women on welfare were a menace to

17:51

society. This me. Yeah.

17:55

So what interests me is that

17:58

we call him a MS, MS

18:00

13 or 15 or whoever the hell

18:02

it is. Before we say he's a

18:04

father and a child. But

18:06

it's also very interesting to me

18:09

that the majority of people being uh

18:11

called called uh dangerous uh

18:13

black and brown people that

18:15

doesn't escape me either you

18:17

know but who wants to

18:19

talk about that who wants

18:21

to say that you know

18:23

that we've been silenced for

18:25

so long we're talking about

18:27

due process yes he deserves

18:29

due process we all do

18:31

and some of the people

18:33

who spent 20 and 30

18:35

years on death row got

18:37

due process hmm our system

18:39

is corrupt And

18:41

it's falling apart. And

18:44

we're weeping over it, as

18:46

opposed to taking a breath

18:48

and saying, OK, what

18:50

do we need to do

18:52

to have this done humanely

18:54

with compassion? This

18:56

is not about supporting gangs

18:59

and illegal aliens. That's not what

19:01

this is about. There are

19:03

some illegal aliens running our government.

19:05

But we won't have that

19:07

conversation. There's

19:10

there's some criminals running our government.

19:12

Okay. So I'm saying certain things

19:14

that that are just misaligned, unkind,

19:16

unloving. We say, oh, that's the

19:19

way it's always been. And then

19:21

other things we say, no, that's

19:23

wrong. That's bad. Either it's all

19:25

misaligned and incongruing and we're willing

19:27

to tell the truth about it

19:29

or not. And so what's happening,

19:32

my beloved Don, and I know

19:34

it's hard. That's why you got

19:36

to go in. you got to

19:38

get your strength from within. I

19:41

don't work for the government, but

19:43

many of the people that attend

19:45

my classes and support me, many

19:47

of my staff work for the

19:49

government, so it's impacting me too.

19:51

But the government is not my

19:53

source and my supply. I

19:55

don't look to the government to take care

19:58

of me. There's something greater and grander than I'm

20:00

a lean on. So we've

20:02

got to understand what we're

20:04

seeing out there. is a

20:06

manifestation of what's in here.

20:08

Maybe not you, maybe not

20:10

me, maybe not any of

20:12

your listeners. But again, our

20:14

country is being led by

20:16

individuals that were elected by

20:18

76 % of this country. What

20:21

we're seeing done is a reflection

20:23

of who we are on the

20:25

inside. And I say we because

20:27

there's only one mind, one life.

20:29

It's either a reflection of me

20:31

or a reflection of God. And

20:34

everything that I see in the world I

20:36

can own a part of it. I was

20:38

a bully. I was a liar. I

20:40

was an unkind, unloving, unforgiving

20:42

person. There are people probably listening

20:44

right here who ain't spoke

20:46

to their mother in three years

20:48

because they don't like something

20:50

or their sister or their brother.

20:52

You don't think that matters

20:55

in the overall scheme of things?

20:57

So we're awakening to just

20:59

how powerful we are. There

21:04

are people like this in the

21:06

world. And I to say, I think

21:08

that there are lawmakers who are

21:10

really trying to do the right thing,

21:12

Ms. Yama. And I think Christopher

21:14

Van Hollen is one of them. Senator

21:16

Van Hollen, I should say, is

21:18

one of them. And he talked about

21:21

how this gentleman, this man, has

21:23

not been allowed to talk to anyone.

21:25

And so here it is. Listen to this. No

21:28

ability to communicate

21:30

with anybody in

21:32

the outside. world.

21:35

His conversation with me

21:37

was the first communication he'd

21:40

had with anybody outside

21:42

of prison since he

21:44

was abducted. He

21:46

said he felt very sad

21:48

about being in a prison

21:50

because he had not committed

21:52

any crimes. When

21:55

I asked him what was the

21:57

one thing he would ask for

21:59

in addition to his freedom, He

22:02

said he wanted to talk to

22:04

his wife, Jennifer. I

22:08

told him I would work

22:10

very hard to make that

22:12

happen. I told

22:14

him that in addition to his

22:17

family, that all of you

22:19

who are here today were fighting

22:21

to bring him home. So

22:25

here's my question. What are we going to

22:27

do? What are

22:29

we going to do? Just sit and

22:31

complain and talk about how horrible

22:33

it is, because we're still all over

22:35

TikTok and twerking. We're still all

22:37

over Facebook, talking about each other. We're

22:40

still running up and down. You

22:42

know, you got to hit where the

22:44

money is. If we

22:46

understood how really powerful we are, I

22:48

know they're talking about the blackout against

22:50

Target, but then people, I got to go

22:52

to Target. Do you really? What are

22:54

we willing to do? to

22:56

create the change. How

22:58

long will we sustain it?

23:01

We'll do it for three days or

23:03

two weeks or on our day

23:05

off. And then we go right back

23:08

to accommodating the dysfunction. What

23:10

are we willing to do? It's just I

23:12

put up a post many, many months ago. I

23:14

said, America is an abused woman. She's

23:17

an abused woman. I

23:19

understand that. I live for nine

23:21

years in an abusive marriage. And

23:23

I know what it looks like and

23:25

what it feels like, and how you jockey. You

23:28

never know when the next punch is

23:30

coming. You just never know, Don. You

23:34

don't know what's going to knock when you're

23:36

going to get knocked out of the bed. You

23:38

don't know. And you learn

23:40

to accommodate the dysfunction as opposed

23:42

to having a strong know, as

23:45

opposed to being willing to sleep on

23:47

a park bench rather than sleeping in bed

23:49

with somebody that's whipping you behind. I

23:52

know what that looks like. Been

23:54

there done that. So the question

23:56

becomes, we can't just sit around

23:58

saying how hard, what are we

24:00

willing to do collectively? What

24:03

are we willing to do? There

24:05

should no elected official should be able to

24:07

walk in their office without a thousand people

24:09

being there. But oh, I got to go

24:11

to work. Got to pay the rent. Well,

24:16

look. You

24:19

say again, I cut you off.

24:21

I said we are being awakened

24:23

to really how we accommodate the

24:25

dysfunction and how we're more comfortable

24:28

complaining than we are putting our

24:30

foot on down. I wanted to

24:32

say on somebody's neck, but I

24:34

don't want to say that between

24:36

putting our foot down and saying,

24:39

this is unacceptable. On

24:43

this show that I can't tell

24:45

people what to do. But

24:47

I know that you, and I

24:49

don't know what anyone's particular personal

24:51

situations are or what someone's personal

24:53

situation is. You

24:56

have to be willing to sacrifice

24:58

something. When we, you

25:00

know, our good brother, John

25:03

Lewis said, you got to

25:05

get into trouble. Do

25:08

we need good trouble? Is that going to help? Will

25:10

that make a difference? Absolutely. And

25:13

what you gotta understand, why

25:15

these people got lost, why people

25:17

are losing their jobs and

25:19

why the, what are those things,

25:21

taxes, tariffs, whatever, it's all

25:23

about money. It's all

25:25

about money. When they say make

25:27

America good again, they're really saying

25:29

make America rich again, but to

25:31

whose benefit when children aren't eating

25:33

and people are sleeping in the

25:35

street, to whose benefit? And it's

25:37

all a part of the system.

25:39

So we need to really look

25:41

at this system and how we

25:43

participate in allowing it to dishonor

25:46

us, to dishonor us,

25:48

to abuse us. We're

25:50

scared they're going to cut social

25:52

security. That shouldn't even be a

25:54

question. That shouldn't even be

25:56

a question. If somebody looked like they're

25:58

thinking about cutting social security, they should no

26:00

longer be able to get into their

26:02

congressional office. You said 1

26:04

,000 people should be at their office protesting by

26:06

the time they get there in the morning.

26:09

laid out on the ground, got to walk over

26:11

my body. Amen. Amen. I'm

26:13

just with my sign waving outside.

26:16

We're not willing to go to jail

26:18

for it the way Martin and John

26:20

Lewis and people who fall for civil

26:22

rights, the way women were willing to

26:24

fight. We're not willing to do that.

26:26

We're too comfortable. comfortable. Oh

26:28

my gosh. We're too comfortable now. We're not

26:30

willing. And we have to remember the

26:32

things that you're fighting for because Senator

26:35

Van Hollen says this is bigger

26:37

than one man. Watch. Yeah.

26:39

But as I said at the

26:41

beginning, this case is

26:43

not only about one man

26:45

as important as that is. It

26:48

is about protecting fundamental

26:50

freedoms and the fundamental principle

26:52

in the Constitution or

26:54

due process that protects everybody

26:56

who resides in America. This

26:59

should not be an issue

27:01

for Republicans or Democrats. This

27:04

is an issue for every American

27:06

who cares about our Constitution, who

27:08

cares about personal liberty, who cares

27:10

about Duke Process, and who

27:13

cares about what makes America

27:15

so different, which is adherence

27:17

to all of those

27:19

things. This is an American

27:21

issue. Here's

27:24

a challenge, Don. And

27:27

this is not an indictment. I

27:29

mean, I just. as a spiritual technician,

27:31

I see it and receive it

27:33

differently. That average

27:35

human being has been so

27:37

convinced that they're powerless, so

27:40

convinced. So we

27:42

really don't know the power that

27:44

we have, the

27:47

power to create change, the

27:49

power to make conscious choice. I

27:51

mean, we do it in our individual

27:53

lives. I did it, stayed in a place

27:55

that was unhealthy and harmful, subjected

27:58

my children to that. because

28:00

I didn't believe I could

28:02

do any different. It wasn't

28:04

until I became willing to

28:06

lose everything that I gained

28:08

everything. As long

28:11

as I was attached, I

28:13

couldn't gain anything. I

28:15

had been so raptured by what you're

28:17

saying. I forgot that I got to

28:19

pay the bills, Ms. Benzen. I'm

28:23

going to put you in the, we're going to,

28:25

we'll get back to you in two seconds.

28:27

So we're, this is, I'm so happy that we

28:29

have the sponsors that we have this week. I'm

28:31

telling you, there are no coincidences

28:34

that I think the universe is

28:36

speaking. Yala Vanzan had

28:38

a different flight time plan and changed

28:40

it because she, you

28:42

know, I got in touch with her

28:44

because I know you guys needed to

28:46

hear from her. And usually we do

28:48

like a funny special, you know, the,

28:50

the sour lemon of the week, but

28:53

I think we need some healing of

28:55

the week. So with that said, we

28:57

are proud that the Dallaman show is

28:59

sponsored by better help. Okay. So you

29:01

guys know how I feel about therapy.

29:03

I think this is therapy right now.

29:05

It's about group therapy. Yalla Van Zant

29:07

is involved in therapy and she's on

29:09

this show. It is just as important

29:11

as your physical health. And so traditional

29:13

in -person therapy can cost you hundreds

29:15

of dollars an hour. And that adds

29:17

up. You're going to be 100 % to

29:19

250 % or more for a therapist.

29:21

With betterhelp.com online, you can

29:23

what? You can save

29:25

up to an average of

29:27

50 % per session. Therapy

29:31

should be accessible. It should not be a

29:33

luxury. With online therapy, you get quality care at

29:35

a price that makes sense. And

29:37

you can help from anything from anxiety to everyday

29:39

stress. So your mental health is worth it. And

29:41

now it's within reach. So

29:43

whether you have If

29:46

you have issues now or you think that

29:48

you're going through some things and you're going

29:50

to be okay, I

29:52

think still reach out and check. Just

29:55

check. More than

29:57

29:59

world's largest online therapy platform

30:01

30:12

I want you to do if you are

30:14

not feeling Okay, or even

30:16

if you are just check it out. So

30:18

your wellbeing is worth it. Make sure you

30:20

visit betterhelp.com slash Don Lemon to get 10 %

30:22

off of your first month, okay? That's

30:25

betterhelphtlp.com slash Don

30:27

Lemon. So go

30:29

check that out. I want you to

30:31

be mentally healthy. There's nothing wrong with

30:33

therapy. There's nothing wrong with therapy. As

30:35

a matter of fact, there's everything right

30:37

with it. Okay, the Don Lemon

30:39

Show is also proudly sponsored today, brought to

30:42

you by the Freedom from Religion Foundation. And

30:44

you guys know that I am a believer, that

30:47

I am a Christian, that I

30:49

just wrote a book that released

30:51

in September about this very issue, about

30:53

people trying to turn our government

30:55

and our country into a theocracy. As

30:57

much as I'm a believer, I

30:59

do believe in the separation of church

31:01

and state. And so that's

31:03

where the Freedom From Religion Foundation

31:05

comes in. Do not try to push

31:07

your religious beliefs onto me. Those

31:10

are for you. So they fight

31:12

to keep church and state separate just

31:14

like our founding fathers intended. So

31:17

I want you to go and try to

31:19

keep the faith out of our government. Keep

31:21

the faith in your heart. FFRF

31:51

coincidence that we have these these

31:53

two sponsors happen to be

31:56

this But this week I love

31:58

it. That's the therapy is

32:00

okay. Can you tell people that

32:02

please? First I send people

32:04

there very often because people, mental

32:06

health is health. Your

32:08

mind is a muscle. If you

32:10

have a Charlie horse or pull

32:13

hamstring, you go take your naked butt

32:15

to the physical doctor. Well, if

32:17

you have a Charlie horse in your

32:19

mind or pulled a sense of

32:21

reasoning, you need help. And

32:23

so many people are alone today. You

32:25

need an objective third party to

32:27

help you move through stuff. I love

32:29

that out. I think they're good.

32:31

The freedom for religion, I just find

32:34

them very interesting. And I

32:36

just applaud their courage in standing up.

32:38

The man in the commercial says, I'm

32:40

an atheist and proud of it. I

32:42

said, OK, good for you. Uh -huh.

32:44

There are believers, though. There are believers

32:46

who, like me, who believe in the

32:48

separation of church and state. My faith

32:51

is my faith. My God is my

32:53

God. And when I, you know, if

32:55

I'm talking about a law, that's different

32:57

than talking about a religion. You do

32:59

what is right for you and your

33:01

heart, especially when, for me, when it

33:03

comes to a woman's right to have

33:05

autonomy over a body. Who am I

33:08

to say that's a decision for her,

33:10

not for me? Yeah. Yeah. You

33:12

know, I really,

33:14

I was just watching some

33:16

of the comments in

33:18

your chat and, you know,

33:20

again, I say at

33:22

all times in all situations,

33:24

there's nobody but you

33:26

and God in the room.

33:29

So people that are putting such wicked

33:31

things there, you know, that's a reflection

33:33

of how they see themselves or how

33:35

they see God or how they see

33:37

life. I'm not talking about God in

33:40

a religious perspective. I'm talking about how

33:42

they see life. how they see love.

33:44

And those people are in pain. They

33:46

got a pain. It is. Because

33:48

as human beings, we are not

33:51

built or structured to be oppositional.

33:53

We're not built or structured to

33:55

be separated. That's why we stay

33:57

in relationships that don't honor us.

33:59

Because as human beings, we want

34:01

to be connected. We want to

34:03

be close. We want to be

34:05

loved. So, um,

34:08

when you see people saying those

34:10

things, like you said earlier, what do

34:12

they call them? Trolls and dismiss

34:14

them. I tell them, get out of

34:16

my space. But then I also

34:18

say, God, that person needs light. It's

34:21

an illness. It's a sickness. And

34:23

we have accommodated. I'm

34:25

so sorry. I have to,

34:27

and again, not you,

34:29

not me, maybe not anybody,

34:31

but we have accommodated

34:33

such ugliness, such. dysfunction

34:36

in our society.

34:39

And we're seeing what it

34:41

is now. And until we

34:43

become willing and ready to

34:45

literally take a stand for,

34:47

and dare I say, fight

34:49

for our freedom, it's gonna

34:51

keep spiraling down. I

34:53

personally find it exciting. It's

34:56

probably being cleaned out,

34:58

because all change is

35:00

preceded by, by... Yeah,

35:03

turmoil, tumult. You know, let's

35:05

go back to 1976, I

35:07

believe it was. Teddy Penegrin

35:10

said, wake up, everybody. Wake

35:12

up, everybody, no more sleeping

35:14

in bed. No more backward

35:16

thinking. No more backward thinking. Time

35:18

for thinking ahead.

35:22

They're all the same thing so much. The

35:25

world has changed so very

35:27

much. So very much. From

35:29

the way it used to

35:31

be. There was so much

35:33

hatred. war and poverty. Wake

35:36

up everybody trying to time

35:38

to live a new way. Okay.

35:40

Is that not the time

35:42

we're in? Yes. And

35:44

when we're talking about how horrible

35:46

this is and how it

35:48

used to be and that's not

35:50

thinking ahead. That's

35:53

participating in the dysfunction that

35:55

got us to where we are.

35:59

I'm awakened in one million people, but

36:01

there's people who are willing to

36:03

do the work on themselves so that

36:05

they can shine their light onto

36:07

the planet. Can we be

36:09

a part of your awakening of one million

36:11

people? I would love to be a part

36:13

that. Absolutely. You tell me,

36:15

I'm gonna send, I'm launching

36:18

tomorrow on Facebook and YouTube

36:20

at noon. because Venus is

36:22

exalted. And Venus

36:24

is the planet of love. So I'm launching

36:26

tomorrow. I'm going to talk all about

36:28

the program. You come in at

36:30

whatever level you are. Level

36:32

one means you're just starting on your

36:35

self -discovery journey. Level two means

36:37

that you're on the journey,

36:39

but you haven't been consistent. Level

36:41

three means you're on the

36:43

journey your spiritual journey your personal

36:45

development. You're on the journey.

36:47

You've been consistent It's time to

36:49

rise up level four are

36:51

people who are teaching and training

36:53

other people But now I'm

36:55

gonna teach you some spiritual technologies

36:57

that you can share One

36:59

more one more thing I wanted

37:01

before I'm just gonna play

37:03

one more okay, Senator Van Hollen

37:05

because when you you talked

37:07

about the You said the country

37:09

elected this person. So

37:11

then what is the correct response to

37:13

this person? Him first, and then

37:15

you can answer. Here it is. The

37:18

federal district court judge in

37:20

the district of Maryland, where

37:23

the case first

37:25

appeared. This is a

37:27

quote from her opinion. Defendants,

37:29

and in this case, this

37:31

is the Trump administration she's referring

37:33

to, have offered no evidence have

37:37

offered no evidence linking

37:39

Abrego Garcia to MS

37:41

-13 or any terrorist

37:44

activity, and vague allegations

37:46

of gang association alone

37:48

do not supersede the

37:50

express protections offered under

37:52

the INA unquote. She

37:55

emphasized this point, and

37:57

I'm quoting, no evidence

37:59

before the court connects

38:02

Abrego Garcia to MS -13

38:04

or any other criminal organization

38:06

Unquote. In

38:08

other words, put up in court or

38:10

shut up. So

38:16

I hate to keep bringing you know bringing

38:18

it back to Trump or whatever he's the

38:20

leader of the country and I understand you

38:22

said America elected this man so I want

38:24

people to understand How do you respond to

38:26

that? Because we are going to continue. He's

38:28

going to be in the news every single

38:30

day, obviously. And that is what

38:32

people's concerns are about. That's why they

38:35

come here. That's what they talk about. Please

38:37

make it stop. Don, what do we

38:39

do to make this stop? And

38:41

what do we do? Right?

38:45

Well, you know, I was

38:47

in a relationship for 40

38:49

years. One man

38:51

for 40 years. And

38:53

I probably knew around year seven that it

38:55

wasn't going to work. But

38:58

when he cheated for the fifth time, I

39:00

knew wasn't to work. But I stayed. I

39:02

was going to make it work. It's

39:04

going to work. I've got

39:07

to have it. I'm good. 40

39:09

years and my 72 years done. You

39:12

are not 72, by

39:14

the way, but go on.

39:16

Oh, absolutely. Tomorrow I

39:18

will be. No, I'm just

39:20

kidding. No, I am

39:22

72. 40

39:25

years, I insisted that it

39:27

was going to be the

39:29

way I thought it was

39:31

going to be. And I

39:33

put up with all manner of

39:35

conflomeration and shenanigans and everything.

39:38

And we see that happening right

39:40

now. This thing, this person

39:42

is really, well, he's purposeful. He's

39:44

tearing the system down. That's

39:46

his purpose. Okay, people, it

39:49

ain't personal. He's

39:51

tearing the system down. But it's showing

39:53

us all the vulnerabilities of the system

39:55

anyway, so When we insist, and what

39:57

we see happening is people know that

39:59

it's harsh or it's cruel, what they're

40:01

doing to Mr. Diego and the gangs,

40:03

I thought they were taking out the

40:05

criminals. This man is there raising these

40:07

kids and working. What about the man

40:09

who's been here for 30 years with

40:11

a green card, a driver's license, and

40:13

a visa, and he got put out?

40:15

What about the mother who's been here

40:17

for 22 years and they picked her

40:19

up out of her daughter's car? I

40:21

want to know how they know where

40:23

these people are. That's the number one.

40:27

Don't tell me that looking in them records. As a

40:29

matter of fact, I better shut up because like

40:31

see I got something for them. It's

40:35

not a Yala's birthday, right? You were

40:37

joking, right? Yeah, no, it's not my birthday.

40:39

Yeah, she was joking. She said a

40:41

72. I'll be 72 tomorrow. No,

40:44

today I'm 71 and a half. I'm

40:52

sorry. We we We have

40:54

to understand how we are, while

40:56

we don't like it, how

40:58

we are participating in keeping this

41:00

stuff going and keeping it

41:02

in place. And I honor

41:05

Mr. Van Hollen. But what about

41:07

the people we're not hearing about? What

41:09

about the Haitian nurse that came here

41:11

during the earthquake and working in

41:13

the hospital who got a letter in

41:15

the mail and say, self -deport by this

41:17

date? I mean, it's going on.

41:19

Are we just upset because we see

41:21

that? It's going on and it's not

41:23

about him. It's about the fact that

41:25

the court system isn't working. That's

41:28

what it's about or that we

41:30

have elected a person who defies

41:32

the laws in the court. Mr.

41:34

Van Hollen is in the Senate

41:36

and the Senate is powerless. They

41:39

have ED. They

41:45

are impotent. That's

41:47

impotent, meaning

41:49

that you have

41:52

no option. What

41:54

are we going to

41:56

do? That becomes the question.

41:59

Complaining, and what are we going to do? And

42:02

for me, rather than pick

42:04

up, before I pick up a

42:06

picket sign, or before I, you know,

42:08

go marching anywhere, I'm going

42:10

to sit, I'm going to get still,

42:12

and I'm to say, God, what is

42:14

my best approach? Hire self, source, creator,

42:16

Buddha, Allah, Orisha, whoever. Where do

42:18

I need to go pick it? I don't want

42:21

to just be picking. Where do I need to withdraw

42:23

my money? See, I was told where to withdraw

42:25

my money from. And I did

42:27

it. I did it.

42:29

And, you know, I don't want

42:31

to denounce anybody, but I'm following the

42:33

guidance because what we need to

42:35

do, Don, is not going to be

42:37

on the news. Somebody put in

42:39

the thing earlier that the revolution will

42:41

not be televised. No, it

42:43

won't be. But are

42:45

we gathering in prayer

42:47

groups? Are we collecting

42:49

money for that woman whose husband is

42:51

away? What have we sent her? How she

42:53

feeding her kids? What

42:55

have we done to support the

42:57

federal workers who were cast out?

43:00

What have we done? What

43:02

have we done to support them?

43:04

What are we doing for the children

43:06

in Mississippi where ICE went into

43:08

the schools, took the

43:10

kids, waiting for the parents

43:12

to come get them to check their

43:14

papers? We ain't talk about that. We're

43:17

not talking about that and

43:19

we are applauding Luigi Wonderful, I

43:21

can't think of his like

43:24

man. Yeah, who shot and killed

43:26

somebody in the head That's

43:28

okay because we didn't like the

43:30

man he killed but he

43:32

what my point is how we

43:34

participate in the dysfunction Either

43:36

wouldn't going to stand all the

43:39

way up for truth and

43:41

light and integrity and character and

43:43

person of all went on But

43:47

it's coming down the system is

43:49

coming down. No matter you protect yourself

43:51

Missy on like even Even with

43:53

all of this with everything I always

43:55

say you can be informed without

43:57

being inundated and you know No one

43:59

wants to have their head in

44:01

the sand right and live in a

44:03

protective bubble But can you protect

44:05

yourself from all of this? Yes, I'll

44:07

tell you a simple thing that

44:09

you can do right now because we

44:11

are so powerful as individuals we

44:13

are so powerful that all around us

44:15

there is power. You can put

44:17

yourself in a bubble. Bring your hands

44:19

to your heart because that is

44:21

your power source. I don't care who

44:23

you are. You can have as

44:25

many degrees as you want to, but

44:27

break your heart and you're on

44:29

the floor like a sniveling ball of

44:31

flesh. Here's

44:33

your power. Breathe in. Raise

44:37

your hands above your head. Turn

44:40

your palms out. Breathe

44:42

out and bring

44:44

your power down

44:47

around you. Bring

44:49

your light down

44:51

around you from

44:53

your heart Is

44:56

it my internet

44:58

or is it

45:00

miss? I think

45:02

it's hers. Oh

45:05

Man right when she was

45:07

helping us the devil is

45:09

a liar The devil is

45:12

a liar There you

45:14

are, there you are, there you are. All

45:16

right, so you were with the second part,

45:18

you said, bring your arms around you, and

45:20

then you were saying. Bring your arms around

45:22

you, and what you're doing is you are

45:24

encasing yourself in your own luminous light field. And

45:27

you go all the way down and

45:29

bring it out. And that energy where

45:31

you're encasing, you're creating an energetic boundary,

45:33

it'll stay in place for two to

45:35

three hours, or until you pee. Once

45:38

you pee, you gotta put it back in place. Is

45:44

that simple? Could you do that two

45:46

or three times a day? So

45:52

that even as the

45:54

stuff is coming, you're

45:57

in your own energetic bubble

45:59

and you to choose what

46:01

comes in, what stays in.

46:05

You do, but we

46:07

won't do that. That's against Jesus.

46:09

Yeah, oh my gosh, you're saying

46:12

and that's what people say about

46:14

therapy You don't need that, you

46:16

know, you know, especially our folks.

46:18

They're like you just go talk

46:20

to the therapist. Yes. His name

46:22

was the Holy Spirit. Yes And

46:24

he went away frequently if you

46:27

read the scriptures every few days

46:29

Jesus was going off with his

46:31

therapist Talking asking for guidance asking

46:33

for guidance, right? Right on

46:35

you see young look You

46:37

know. Okay, let me

46:39

ask you this. Do you

46:42

believe that we're connected

46:44

to the spiritual world? Do

46:46

you think that folks

46:48

who have gone on or

46:51

that somehow people or

46:53

things happen that are unexplainable

46:55

or inexplicable, as they

46:57

say? I do believe that

47:00

we are all connected. I

47:02

believe that these envelopes call bodies. That

47:04

when they when we shed our body But

47:06

I mean like in signs like someone's

47:08

sending a sign of that kind of thing

47:10

you're like wait a minute that could

47:12

only come from The somewhere else the reason

47:14

I'm asking me to be why I'm

47:16

asking Because let me tell you why I'm

47:18

asking you can answer because my mom

47:20

Said she was on her patio the other

47:22

night and my the misu was staying

47:24

with they went to Florida for a trip

47:26

to just to hang out for a

47:28

bit so she said she was alone and

47:30

she went on her patio and she

47:32

was not dreaming or anything and she said

47:34

she pressed the table like went to

47:36

sit down and hit the table and then

47:38

it showed up and said someone is

47:40

watching you and then she said she did

47:43

it again and she said someone is

47:45

watching you and she said what the hell

47:47

and she said she went back into

47:49

the house and closed all the doors and

47:51

locked it And she said the next

47:53

night she went out, didn't happen. I was like, mom, you

47:55

were dreaming. She goes, no, I was not dreaming, Don. Yeah.

47:59

I believe that if we can

48:01

put somebody on the moon, we

48:03

can get signs of signals from

48:05

higher ground. I

48:07

believe that I do. We

48:10

are living in the spiritual

48:12

universe. We are living in the

48:14

spiritual universe. i

48:16

don't question anything i know for

48:18

the past couple of weeks my

48:20

property has been inundated with crows

48:22

hers you said hers hers is

48:24

inundated with doves and birds and

48:26

she said every time she goes

48:28

by they she's like what is

48:30

going on at this house the

48:32

queen door closed by itself one

48:34

day and all kinds of stuff

48:36

sorry well y 'all like she's

48:38

in new orleans right she didn't

48:40

know her she's in bad rude

48:42

so yeah she's down there same

48:44

thing right very hot high spiritual

48:46

frequency. People call it voodoo and

48:48

bad, but it's a very high

48:50

spiritual frequency in places like NOLA

48:52

because they bury above ground. They

48:56

don't bury under the ground. They bury... So you

48:58

were saying you got crows? What is

49:00

it? Crows. And I

49:02

mean, they were like screaming there. I'm

49:04

like, what is wrong with you people?

49:07

all day and all night. They were sitting on my

49:09

fence. When I got in the car, they would

49:11

follow me down the road. I said, wait a minute,

49:14

hold up. I had to go look up what

49:16

crows meant. Power

49:18

animals as nature beings,

49:20

what do crows represent?

49:22

And they represent protection

49:24

and change. Really? Yeah.

49:27

And so I keep saying, drop me a feather,

49:29

drop me a feather, but they won't drop me a

49:31

feather. So one day I went out on the

49:33

deck and I said, what do you want? What

49:38

do you want? I said, just

49:40

tell me what it is that

49:42

you want. Tell me what it is

49:45

that you want. So the next

49:47

day I was going somewhere and I

49:49

felt this little funniness in my

49:51

car. And I said, right

49:54

over to the, I said, this thing is,

49:56

you know, because I take my car for service.

49:58

So if it sneezes or farts or belches,

50:00

they're going to tell me what's wrong with it.

50:02

So I took my car and he said,

50:04

oh my God, Ms. Vanjrant, do you know your

50:06

brake line is cut? He

50:09

said you must have rolled

50:11

over something. It's a wonder that

50:13

you didn't kill yourself And

50:15

the crows ain't been on my

50:17

property since I Told her

50:19

somebody's trying to tell her something

50:21

something is trying to tell

50:23

her something because I do Look,

50:25

I believe I'm a Pisces.

50:27

So, you know, oh, yeah And

50:29

from down south in you

50:31

know, voodoo land and all that.

50:33

I'm not saying that I

50:35

believe in any of that stuff,

50:37

but I'm just saying, but

50:39

I'm not afraid of it. So

50:41

do you think she should

50:43

go out there and say, what

50:45

do you want? I

50:47

would tell her in her prayer process,

50:49

whatever that is for her to ask, what

50:51

is it that she needs to know?

50:54

What is she missing? I would

50:56

ask everybody in this thread to get

50:58

you a piece of paper and a

51:00

pencil and write to yourself, what is

51:02

it that I need to know? about

51:05

my truth, about my gifts,

51:07

about my talents, about my

51:09

fears and how it's showing

51:11

up or not showing up

51:13

in my life today. That's

51:15

a seven minute journaling process because

51:17

until we get clear about who we

51:20

are, we're always gonna see something

51:22

wrong with what's going on outside of

51:24

us. I guarantee you, if you

51:26

dig deep enough, you'll see.

51:28

There are millions of

51:30

us done, millions

51:32

of souls who are willing

51:34

to take a stand

51:36

against fear and separation and

51:38

inhumanity. Millions of us who

51:40

want to walk in love and light and

51:42

truth and peace. Millions of us who want

51:44

the system to be more equitable. Millions

51:47

of us who want our children to be

51:49

safe in schools. Millions of us

51:51

who want people to have a fair

51:53

shot whether they're from this country or they're

51:55

millions of us. My call is let's

51:57

wake up and let's get the guidance and

51:59

support. Let's support each other. You know,

52:01

I will always support you, Don. I don't

52:03

care where you go. If you were

52:05

doing this podcast on a can on the

52:07

corner, I'd be out there. Let

52:10

me just thank you. And I

52:13

know it's true. And the same

52:15

for you. The same thing for

52:17

you. And I feel

52:19

you. I believe that we are connected. You

52:21

know who else I'm connected to? And

52:24

it varies. Sheryl Lee

52:26

Ralph. Well, yeah, that's my god

52:28

daughter's mother. She says

52:30

something very spiritual about her. And

52:32

I am connected to her. I

52:34

don't know why. And there

52:36

are other folks who I am connected

52:38

to. And I can I can communicate with

52:40

them once a year or once every

52:42

day. And they always we always

52:44

meet whoopies like that. I always meet her. We

52:46

always meet each other right where we are

52:49

and right where kind of where we left off.

52:51

And it's weird when I see her. She

52:53

sees me immediately. Yeah, and you

52:55

said to me Whether I was doing

52:57

this show on a can on

52:59

the corner Sometimes and I think that

53:02

I shouldn't have this feeling I

53:04

am surprised or I can't believe when

53:06

people say oh my god, and

53:08

I love what you do I watch

53:10

you every single day. I can't

53:12

believe what you built and I'm like

53:14

really really? Should I just

53:17

accept it? Is that something is

53:19

that me? Not

53:21

believing in myself Because I

53:24

started this from nothing. And

53:26

now we have almost 700 ,000 subscribers.

53:28

That's just on this platform. And

53:30

then we have the TikTok platform and

53:32

the other platforms that we're on

53:34

and the Spotify's of the world and

53:36

all of that. And we're getting

53:38

sponsors now. And I'm like, wow, because

53:40

people told me you couldn't do

53:43

it without a big network. Well, why

53:45

did you listen to them? I

53:47

don't know. People told me I was

53:49

ugly until I changed my mind. But

53:53

let's look at it from

53:55

another possibility. You were raised

53:57

up and really got your

53:59

value and not value in

54:01

yourself, but your value and

54:04

prominence in the world through

54:06

the system. And then

54:08

the system spit you out. Instead

54:10

of crumbling under that,

54:12

that same thing awoken

54:14

you. Awoken you.

54:16

It was always there, but it didn't

54:19

have to be active as long as

54:21

you had that cushion. This

54:23

is not happening right now. There's

54:26

many of those people who lost

54:28

their good government job. They need

54:30

to go write that book, open

54:32

that business, start that whatever, do

54:35

whatever they want. Get off the titty. Get

54:37

off the titty. You've been on the

54:39

titty. Get off. So

54:41

what happened on was your

54:43

light, your power, your strength, your

54:46

value and worth. I

54:48

won't say, wait a minute, I can do

54:51

this. I can do this. Yeah?

54:53

And you're no longer dependent

54:56

on something outside of you to

54:58

give you your value and

55:00

your worth. I haven't worked

55:02

for anybody and, you know,

55:04

I can't even... I left law

55:06

32 years ago. You

55:09

know? So that's what

55:11

we're being called to

55:13

do. And everybody

55:15

won't have a podcast or won't

55:17

have a radio. Everybody won't write

55:19

a book or whatever. But there's

55:22

so many places where we're needed

55:24

in the world. So many people

55:26

have gifts that they're sitting on.

55:28

They're waiting for somebody to give

55:30

them the okay to be okay. The

55:32

system's coming down. Wake

55:35

up, everybody. No

55:37

more sleeping in bed. You

55:40

know where I first discovered you

55:42

right and where you know where most

55:44

people first discovered well a lot

55:46

of people I should say and that

55:48

was you were I just remember

55:50

this one episode and You were you

55:52

had I think you brought in

55:55

a house Yeah, yeah in the meantime

55:57

in the meantime You know you

55:59

changed my life and you said your

56:01

show is called yonla changed my

56:03

life because let me just be honest,

56:05

okay You know I think Oprah

56:07

operates from a place of light I

56:09

think that Oprah, when she, you

56:11

were, I think Oprah's first person that

56:13

she brought on that I fell

56:15

in love with and that I related

56:17

to and who changed my life.

56:19

And so other people would come on

56:21

at Marion Williamson. That was good.

56:23

All the doctors, that was good. But

56:25

you were the one that made

56:27

me think that I can, that there

56:29

was something beyond just where I

56:31

was and that I should. expand

56:34

what I thought, expand my horizons

56:36

and there was nothing that I could

56:38

not accomplish if I had my

56:40

head and my heart and my spirit

56:42

on straight. You know what I'm

56:45

saying? Because we had that, as Eckhart

56:47

Tolle says, that emotional pain body

56:49

that's been with us for centuries, right?

56:52

Especially as people of color who

56:54

come from slavery. And so

56:56

I felt like I need

56:58

to break those shackles and

57:00

breathe. Thank

57:02

you for saying that, Donna. I

57:04

really appreciate that because I'm like

57:07

you. Sometimes I don't understand. I

57:09

don't recognize. And I'm so

57:11

afraid of falling into my ego until I

57:13

don't want to get into, you know,

57:15

how great and wonderful. Yeah.

57:19

Save yourself. Bring your future

57:21

and your past into the

57:23

present moment and make a

57:25

choice. Yeah. That's what this

57:27

means. Save yourself. Yeah. You know,

57:29

I have some iconic things out there

57:31

in the world. But I'm so happy

57:34

for you. You, Roland Martin, same thing

57:36

happened. Roland Martin had to get off

57:38

the titty and grow up. I had

57:40

to get off the titty. Get

57:42

off the titty. You

57:45

got a wick. You got a skill.

57:47

You got a talent. And stop complaining about

57:49

what's going on. And I'm to say

57:51

it again. What you're going to do? What

57:54

you're going to do? And

57:56

it doesn't have to be out loud

57:58

in the world. Go ahead and guidance

58:00

that you need. You weren't picking in

58:02

when you got this idea, let me

58:04

do this. You weren't calling somebody

58:06

else bad or wrong when you got the

58:09

idea. And you know, I used to send

58:11

you your little text, you okay over there?

58:13

You might have cried. I'm

58:15

praying for you. And I

58:17

prayed for Chris too. Because I

58:19

thought you're all beautiful together.

58:21

And I prayed for you too.

58:23

It was once in a

58:25

lifetime, I believe. Well, maybe that's

58:28

sort of chemistry. You can't

58:30

fake. You know what I mean?

58:32

Yeah. And it was for

58:34

that time and everybody out there,

58:36

everybody listening, I want to

58:38

say to you again, begin within

58:40

what is the truth about

58:42

you, about life, about what you

58:44

know that you have not

58:47

been willing to stand in or

58:49

stand for or stand out. That's

58:51

where it's going to begin because

58:53

this system, as we know it, It's

58:55

coming down. And

58:58

before you fall, when it comes down,

59:00

it's going to determine on how much

59:02

you believe in yourself, how much

59:04

you're willing to do it differently, how

59:06

much you're willing to let go

59:09

of. So get in the closet and

59:11

start. Let me just

59:13

say this one thing. My

59:15

son, I had him when

59:17

I was 16, and he

59:19

is my best friend. We just,

59:21

we rolled together. One

59:23

day he said to me,

59:25

mom, you know, what is the

59:27

most powerful animal on the

59:30

planet? I said, I

59:32

don't know what he said

59:34

the lion The lion and he

59:36

told me about the jaw

59:38

span and the teeth and the

59:40

claws and the pounds and

59:42

the way he said mom What

59:44

is it that would make

59:47

the most powerful majestic animal on

59:49

the planet? Mm -hmm

59:51

surrender to

59:53

a human being with a whip

59:55

in the chair. What

59:57

is it, Ma? I

1:00:00

know this is a deep philosophical question.

1:00:02

I said, well, son, tell me what

1:00:04

it is. He said, Ma, he

1:00:06

lost the knowledge of himself. How

1:00:10

many of us have lost the

1:00:12

knowledge of ourselves that we've been

1:00:14

so caught up in the system

1:00:16

of having and getting and competing

1:00:18

that we forgot how to be?

1:00:21

It's time to wake up to who we

1:00:23

be, Don. The same way you did. To

1:00:26

get these 7 ,000 followers

1:00:28

and your subscribers. 700 ,000. 700

1:00:30

,000. We're at 681 or

1:00:32

682. We're close. Good.

1:00:34

We're close. To wake up to

1:00:37

who you be so that you

1:00:39

can be more, do more,

1:00:41

and have more. Because the

1:00:43

system of doing more in order

1:00:45

to have more so that

1:00:47

you'll be more, done. It's done.

1:00:49

And the longer you hold

1:00:51

on, the more you're to hurt.

1:00:54

The longer you hold on to the titty. The

1:00:57

titty or the what? Whatever it is.

1:00:59

Whatever it is. The titty, the job,

1:01:01

the image, the, you know, when I

1:01:03

came on you said, we just have

1:01:05

you down as a young lady. Is

1:01:07

that enough? Yeah, that's enough. Because you

1:01:09

know what? When I had to bury

1:01:11

my first daughter, my degrees didn't help

1:01:13

me. When I had to bury my

1:01:15

second daughter, my degrees didn't help me.

1:01:17

When I had to end a 40

1:01:19

-year marriage, my degrees didn't help me.

1:01:21

In those moments, I was a Yama. And

1:01:24

what helped me was my capacity,

1:01:27

willingness, and ability to go inside. When

1:01:29

I put a pistol to my

1:01:31

head to blow my brains out, the

1:01:33

degrees and trainings, that didn't

1:01:35

help me. The law degree didn't help me. The

1:01:37

PhD didn't help me. It didn't help me.

1:01:39

When I was a grieving mother, grieving

1:01:42

over the loss of my baby, none

1:01:44

of that helped me. Yeah, I'm a

1:01:47

Yama. I'm Iyama. That's

1:01:49

all I need to say. I love

1:01:51

you, Iyama. I love you. Let me

1:01:53

just tell you something. My

1:01:55

dog is going to chew my

1:01:57

leg off because it's food time.

1:02:00

But let me just tell you how much I love

1:02:02

you. I appreciate you. I love that we are

1:02:04

connected in such a way. And

1:02:06

I just, I don't know how to, I can't

1:02:08

thank you enough for doing this. Tell

1:02:12

me something you know now that you

1:02:14

didn't know when we started. Tell me

1:02:16

one thing you know now. Um,

1:02:19

I know now why, um,

1:02:21

what is happening in my life

1:02:23

is happening because I need

1:02:25

to clean out my closet. Okay.

1:02:28

See now, my job and my family and

1:02:30

my family who's listening, they need to

1:02:33

clean out their closet too. My mom needs

1:02:35

to, my mom, you hear my dog,

1:02:37

right? And that means the dog is agreeing

1:02:39

that the spirit is coming through the

1:02:41

dog. So I will

1:02:43

say to everyone who has been asking me what

1:02:45

to do, and I'm honest. Sometimes I say, you got

1:02:47

to be willing to sacrifice something. You should get

1:02:49

on protests or whatever. And sometimes I just say, you

1:02:51

know what? I don't know. Someone asked me at

1:02:53

a town hall the other night, what do we do?

1:02:55

And I said, I got to be honest with

1:02:57

you. I don't know. And that was

1:03:00

the best answer in the moment. What

1:03:03

I was told to do was awaken

1:03:05

one million people. So now I may

1:03:07

not go protest. I'll bring you some

1:03:09

water. but I'm coming out there to

1:03:12

march, okay? I'm gonna be home getting

1:03:14

the guidance to what do I have

1:03:16

to teach? What do I have to

1:03:18

say? What do I have to do

1:03:20

to awaken one million minds so that

1:03:22

a million of us, each of whom

1:03:24

will touch 10, that's 10 million, will

1:03:26

know what to do. And if you

1:03:29

can walk away from here, everybody, knowing,

1:03:31

feeling, understanding one thing that you

1:03:33

didn't know, feel, or understand when we

1:03:35

started, then my job is done.

1:03:38

Thank you, God. Thank you, God. And

1:03:40

so, young, I'm going to leave

1:03:42

you up on the screen. I'm just

1:03:44

don't don't go anywhere. So look,

1:03:46

welcome to all the new members. Welcome

1:03:48

to the people who gifted memberships.

1:03:50

I appreciate it more than, you know,

1:03:53

all the folks who subscribe. Make sure

1:03:55

you subscribe because we're out here in

1:03:57

these digital streets without the big, you

1:03:59

know, supports of the corporations or whatever.

1:04:01

And so we appreciate your support. We

1:04:04

really do. And I am never

1:04:06

going to put anything up here that

1:04:08

I don't believe in, especially the

1:04:10

sponsors. And there is a

1:04:12

reason that this week, our first

1:04:14

sponsors were those two organizations. There

1:04:16

are no coincidences. So let

1:04:18

me just say this. You guys know what I say every

1:04:20

time when I'm about to log off of here. You know

1:04:22

what I'm going to say. But Andy, give it a beat

1:04:24

before you knock me off the air. OK? So

1:04:26

this is what I will say. Turn

1:04:29

the TV off and go clean out

1:04:31

your closet. Oh, and join me tomorrow on

1:04:33

YouTube at noon for Awakening One Million.

1:04:35

I love you, Don Lemon. That's it. I

1:04:37

love you a Yanla because that's all

1:04:39

you need is a Yanla. That's all I

1:04:41

need to call you. I love you

1:04:43

as well. And I love everyone who's out

1:04:45

there. So thank you. Even the haters. Yeah,

1:04:48

I love you too. Happy Easter.

1:04:50

Happy Passover. Whatever you are celebrating,

1:04:52

whatever you are, happy that now.
