Lauren Schiller Lauren Schiller is a radio producer and the creator and host of "Inflection Point" on NPR, and a VP of a Berkely advertising firm.Prior to creating "Inflection Point," Schiller was an audio producer for Salon, and in 2008 she created one of the first female-led podcasts. For Women's History Month 2015, she partnered with KALW to produce "Inflection Point" to share stories and insights we can apply to our own lives.Schiller received a B.A. in Political Science from Vassar College, while interning at a news radio station in Poughkeepsie reporting on local arts. Amy Westervelt Amy Westervelt is an award-winning journalist with eighteen years' experience writing about health, psychology, technology, business, and environmental issues. Her work has recently appeared in Popular Science, Elle, Smithsonian, and Aeon. As a cofounder of Climate Confidential--an award-winning collaboration between six female journalists who syndicated environmental reporting to various national outlets--she helped get longform investigative environmental journalism into a host of national publications, including The Atlantic, Quartz, Smithsonian, Modern Farmer, and many more.
