Margi is a director of public engagement and outreach for School science and engineering at the University of Dundee as well as a lecturer on structural engineering.

Margi shares her career journey and reflects on how women can get into in the engineering sector today.

She also discussed the importance of diversity in civil engineering and amazing projects they have been doing at the University in order to drive inclusion and inspire a new generation to the industry.
