Hello! This is a podcast co-hosted by best friends and twins Kate and Ava, sometimes featuring guest co-hosts. I (Ava) am a high school student hoping to study psychology in college, but I wanted to make sure that I actually enjoyed the material before filling my college class openings with it. With the goal of teaching myself psychology, I started this podcast, where I research a particular topic and then try to teach Kate about it. Of course, this comes with the general disclaimer that I am not a psychological expert in any sense of the word. I hope you guys enjoy our podcast!
