2:00
year. It was not great. I think
2:02
my response was homeschooling, trying to write a book.
2:07
Can't do this right now. I so
2:09
badly wanted to have you, but we're here now, Celia. Thank
2:11
you so much for being here. I've admired your
2:14
gorgeous co-ord. I love a co-ord. So
2:16
I will be asking you for
2:18
the link to that afterwards. Okay, you
2:20
can have it. Perfect. You can even
2:22
borrow this. Okay, shall we start
2:24
at the beginning, Celia? Let's do it. Okay, Celia
2:26
Hearn, your first memory of
2:29
laughter. Okay, so
2:31
it is not just one specific
2:34
memory, but it is
2:36
a series of moments with a group of
2:38
people. Okay. And that is my
2:40
mom's family, which are the Kelly family. She's
2:43
one of 11 kids. Right.
2:45
So I have seven uncles and four,
2:47
well, three aunts and a mother. Right.
2:50
And they are just, they're
2:53
so funny. It's mayhem. They
2:56
grew up in Jones's Road, which is just
2:58
beside Crow Park. Yes. And all
3:01
of my memories and my earliest memories of
3:03
laughter are with them. And it was just
3:05
absolute mayhem. They're all
3:08
just crazy uncles. Yeah. Crazy uncles,
3:10
funny aunts. I remember them
3:12
using me as a ball and they
3:15
would stand in a circle and they would
3:17
throw me from brother, uncle to uncle. And
3:19
when my mom could never watch what they
3:21
did with me and I would just laugh
3:23
and laugh. They did aggressive tickles and lots
3:25
of disgusting fluff coming out of belly buttons.
3:27
And like they were just, they
3:30
were just, and they all had beards and
3:32
mustaches and they were just so much fun.
3:34
And they're all, and they're still the same.
3:36
Like whenever we get together, it's just, I
3:39
just laugh. And there's so much going on. You know,
3:41
you have to be really fast to keep up. And
3:43
they're all so funny. They're also educated and they, you
3:45
know, they're all really smart as
3:47
well. So there's a lot of like intellectual humor.
3:51
But that is my, I just remember those days of
3:53
it, particularly if there was a match on, you know,
3:55
crowds going down Jones Jones road. And if it was
3:57
a sunny day, we'd all be in the garden.
