Welcome to the Lively

0:03

Show. Let's explore the

0:05

beauty of being alive.

0:17

Hello my friends and welcome to today's

0:19

show. I'm excited to be bringing you

0:21

a solo episode flow diary style, which

0:23

is something that was highly requested over

0:26

80% of you who supplied a little

0:28

answer on my call out on Instagram

0:30

asked for a flow diaries episode this

0:32

week. So that's what I'm bringing you.

0:34

Although there were a few other suggestions

0:36

that actually are very apropo right now.

0:38

Someone asked Kelsey asked something related to

0:40

the families in the holiday, especially family

0:43

who don't use their inner voice like

0:45

to pump up those of us who's.

0:47

Minds are anxious around family. Born Knowing

0:49

Love said list episode, the top five

0:51

principles you live by, what experiences inspire

0:54

them. I think that's a really cool

0:56

topic. The top five principles I live

0:58

by and what experiences expired them. That

1:00

could be a future episode. So thank

1:03

you for that. Someone asked for my

1:05

favorites lately. I'm gonna do that in

1:07

a YouTube video coming soon. So stay

1:09

tuned for that. That was the suggestion

1:12

by. Life is the special occasion. And

1:14

then Mount and Monica asked family interactions.

1:16

during the holidays, saying yes or no

1:18

to get together, stress and guilt. And

1:21

Madison said your spiritual growth phases and

1:23

what helped in each. Also great idea.

1:25

Madison, thank you. And as far as

1:27

the family suggestions that I just read

1:29

out, I actually was already pinged to

1:31

do this, but. Devin, our manager for

1:34

team lively. She asked me as soon

1:36

as we launched flowing from anxious to

1:38

aligned, just so you know, in case

1:40

you missed that time in the summer,

1:42

we launched a audio class. It's just

1:44

very simple. I think it's under three

1:46

hours long audio only, and then with

1:49

a giant list of PDF resources

1:51

and questions to help you to

1:53

sort out potential situations if you

1:56

find yourself on the anxious avoidance

1:58

spectrum in attachment style. romantic

2:00

relationships. If you skew anxious on

2:02

the anxious avoidance. romantic styles, that's

2:04

the class for you. As we

2:06

were bringing this out, she's like,

2:08

please do one of these kind

2:11

of classes, but do it for

2:13

the holidays and people that have

2:15

to go see their families or

2:17

extended families. Oftentimes those can be

2:19

difficult transitions and seeing them, you

2:21

know, obviously it depends. Some people

2:23

might have daily struggles with family

2:25

members, other might have them around

2:27

the holidays at the end of

2:29

the year particularly. So either way,

2:32

she asked me to create a

2:34

class around that. are asking for

2:36

the same. So we have a

2:39

new class for you based on

2:41

this. So thank you, Devin, and

2:44

everyone who suggested this. Untangling family

2:46

ties is now live. So untangling

2:48

family ties. This is over at

2:51

Bella lively.com/untangling family ties. D-I-E-S. So

2:53

I found personally myself. in this

2:55

class, you're actually gonna hear me

2:58

share more about my personal family

3:00

and extended family and friends than

3:02

you ever have before. Obviously, I

3:04

don't talk about specifics on the

3:06

show in public because it's not about just

3:08

saying things for the heck of it. But

3:10

in the context of helping people understand their

3:13

own families, their own connections. I wanted to

3:15

share my own because I know that storytelling

3:17

can be such an inspiration and a hot

3:19

triggering experience for other people too. So I'm

3:21

going to share my story with my journey

3:24

with it from therapy to clarity as I

3:26

say many times in the class. That's kind

3:28

of what it is basically at least from

3:30

my own journey. Growing up my family always

3:32

said we don't know where she came from.

3:34

And when I was young I used to

3:37

take that as a sign of you know.

3:39

They don't even know how to show love

3:41

to me. But now in my older

3:43

years and through all the work that

3:45

I've done and I'm sharing in this

3:47

class, I realize they truly don't know

3:49

where I came from. And so I

3:51

did not come into this lifetime with

3:53

a lifetime family connection that was like

3:55

leave it to Beaver whatsoever. And that

3:57

said, everyone did their best obviously as.

4:00

they would. And I

4:02

had a lot

4:04

of discomfort with the way that

4:06

I connected to my family as I

4:08

was younger and even into my twenties

4:10

and up until my mid thirties in

4:12

some cases. And I'm going to explain

4:14

what I found in my inner voice

4:17

in the context of soul, soul, ages,

4:19

soul lifetimes, past lives, et cetera, that

4:21

unsangled all the drama that I was

4:23

creating in my head about them. And

4:25

I want to share this so that

4:27

you can hopefully have that clarity around

4:29

your family members as well. There'll be

4:31

a huge resource of, you know, resources,

4:33

and then also a huge list of

4:36

questions that you can use for the

4:38

family members or friends, even, that you're

4:40

interested in untangling the ties with. So

4:42

it's going to help you get clarity.

4:44

It doesn't mean I can predict what

4:46

they're going to do in terms of

4:48

how they interact with you as you

4:50

go home for the holidays. But I

4:52

have tons of questions to help you

4:54

even talk to your inner voice about

4:57

those difficult interactions if they so arise.

4:59

But either way, I just feeling so

5:01

clear, calm, collected, and appreciative of all

5:03

the work that this class includes that has

5:05

helped me find this level of peace

5:07

of the family that I didn't feel like

5:09

I gelled with growing up. And yeah,

5:11

I just hope the same for other people

5:13

that might feel similarly. So that is

5:16

available now. You can go download it and

5:18

start using it ASAP just before the

5:20

holidays. If you're in the US going to

5:22

Thanksgiving or Christmas, Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, you name

5:24

it, New Years, whatever time your family may

5:26

connect. Of course, it's not actually holiday

5:28

specific though whatsoever. So just know this is

5:30

an evergreen, always applicable and does not

5:33

have to have anything to do specifically with

5:35

holidays. We just wanted to release it around

5:37

the time that people might be thinking about

5:39

this topic. Next up before I dive in

5:41

flow boss 2 .0. So we just ran flow

5:43

boss and flow boss was actually a class

5:45

that was requested by the community. And we

5:47

did the first round of it and it

5:49

wrapped up, I think, a week

5:51

ago. And yeah, I think one week

5:53

ago from now, then we've had a

5:55

week off and we're starting up a

5:57

second round of it this coming Monday. November

6:00

25th. So if it's at the time

6:02

you're listening to this, November 25th or

6:04

thereabouts, you're welcome to join us. Or

6:06

beforehand is even better. Obviously, because you

6:08

won't miss the first class, but Flow

6:10

Boss 2.0. So we're doing it again

6:12

because the Flow Bossers loved it so

6:14

much that they wanted to continue. So

6:16

we're going to do this. This is

6:18

a perfect class for anybody that is

6:20

starting. or already within a business that

6:22

they are running and they want to

6:24

work with the flow of their reality,

6:26

their inner voice, alignment, etc. I am

6:28

so excited. It's such a fun joy

6:30

to see the real momentum that was

6:32

picked up through the month with the

6:34

people in the class in the first

6:36

round. And I'm very excited to continue

6:38

with those that want to continue, but

6:40

it's also freely available to register for

6:42

those that I haven't taken the first

6:44

round either. So if your flow of

6:46

your day and time and lifestyle works

6:48

better for this coming class, we're gonna

6:50

run from November. 25th until December 16th.

6:52

So it's Monday nights. Well, Monday night's

6:54

my time, but it's probably Monday's midday

6:56

for a lot of the USers and

6:58

the North Americans. You can do the

7:00

time zone changes if you want, but

7:02

you can find all the details and

7:04

register for it at bellow lively.com/flow boss.

7:06

So. There you have it. Those are

7:08

the two new updates and things I've

7:10

been working on and will be creating

7:12

and working with people in the future.

7:15

Now let's go into the flow diary.

7:17

So as you guys know if you've

7:19

been listening to the show or especially

7:21

if you were following me on Instagram

7:23

recently, I had my friend Jess from

7:25

Detroit who you've heard here on the

7:27

show here and there over the last

7:29

year or two come on. She came and

7:31

visited me in London, which was her first

7:33

visit to London overall and also to visit

7:36

me here. you wanted to know about Jess

7:38

and how it went. I have to say

7:40

the actual flow of just getting here was

7:42

a flow. So let's go back. Zooming back

7:45

a few months, I had this idea cross

7:47

my mind when I was actually what was

7:49

going to become the inception of Flow Boss

7:51

was kind of inspired by this time where

7:54

I cleared my pipes. There's actually a pipe

7:56

clearing download that people have been purchasing this

7:58

week a lot to use. know that's

8:00

available if you feel like your pipes

8:02

energetically are clogged and slowed down by

8:05

your mind. This was the time where

8:07

I created that because I was flowing

8:09

with such intense robustness of flow. I

8:12

had this idea come through in that

8:14

flow for a festival, basically a weekend,

8:16

an essay festival in a very small.

8:18

condensed form, not nothing major and nothing

8:21

musical in nature, but just more about

8:23

like the things that I personally find

8:25

aligning and bringing those into one space

8:27

and place and doing them all in

8:30

a kind of concerted and

8:32

organized set of days. So it could

8:34

be a variety of crafts, creativity, design,

8:36

decorating, kind of things like wreath making,

8:38

cake making, astrology, you name, all that

8:40

kind of stuff. I just like a

8:43

mixture of things was in my idea.

8:45

And I had this friend at the

8:47

time that was working on a new

8:49

space that she was gonna design out

8:51

and renovate. And so it was supposed

8:54

to be done by the time that

8:56

this potential. alignment fest as I was

8:58

calling it would happen which would be

9:00

in mid-November which would have been last

9:02

weekend and as the flow had it we

9:04

got so excited about it I had a

9:06

great chat with Jess about it she was

9:08

pumped and she's like I'd love to do

9:10

the VIP party at your house and so

9:13

she wanted to design the cocktail party is

9:15

like sure that would be fantastic she is

9:17

all things the hostess with the mostus and

9:19

she's an amazing chef and just hostess and

9:21

so I was like you would be amazing

9:23

at that by all means please please do

9:25

it and so she bought her ticket to

9:27

come to London for this proposed weekend immediately

9:29

and as flow had it after that I

9:32

was trying to confirm with the friend that

9:34

was doing their renovation on the space I

9:36

wanted to use for the event and she

9:38

went AWOL she kind of went silent for

9:40

many days and I was getting stressed initially

9:42

because I was like well I need to

9:44

know that we have the space, but I

9:46

think in her mind, she was battling a

9:48

bunch of different things on the back end

9:50

with the space and another space she was

9:52

renovating on top of that. And so I

9:54

think things just kind of snowballed for her.

9:56

So even though in theory it would have

9:58

been great, I don't. even know if this

10:01

space is even yet fully. you know, operational.

10:03

So I would say that in the end,

10:05

I just saw it didn't flow. I did

10:07

not flow into actually doing the event, as

10:09

you can tell because I never did it.

10:11

But Jess had bought the ticket. So she

10:14

knew that it wasn't completely firm and said

10:16

in stone when she bought it, but she

10:18

was so inspired at the moment that she

10:20

just jumped at it and did it right

10:22

away. And so I, therefore, selfishly got to

10:24

enjoy a alignment fest with my friend for

10:27

five days just aligning all over the city

10:29

of the city of London, which was

10:31

truly the alignment fast that I feel

10:33

like having now lived out the time

10:35

between the idea for the event and

10:37

now very happy that I didn't actually

10:40

have in a festival on top of

10:42

it all. In fact before just got

10:44

here at three extremely full days getting

10:46

untangling family ties ready finishing up flow

10:48

boss finishing up welling finishing up one-on-one

10:50

sessions galore getting everything ready with you

10:53

guys for the show etc. So I

10:55

was just so thankful that I didn't

10:57

have a festival on top of all

10:59

of it. So that was a positive

11:02

flow. basically alignment first got my friend

11:04

to come and we had an incredible

11:06

time. I took her around London. There's

11:08

a London Q tour if you're curious.

11:11

People ask me when they say they're

11:13

coming to London what to do. I

11:15

say well you can look at my

11:18

Instagram highlights of London and you'll say

11:20

well you can look at my Instagram

11:22

highlights of London and you'll see a

11:24

lot of London and you'll see a

11:27

lot of my favorites tagged there so

11:29

you can just do that for free.

11:31

borough spots and that's just kind of

11:33

the whole nuts and bolts of everything.

11:36

It's really pretty. There's a Google map,

11:38

etc. So you can purchase that if

11:40

you want to come to London. But

11:42

I gave the guide to Jess as

11:44

she was flying here. I was like,

11:46

hey, take a look at this and

11:48

tell me what you want to do

11:51

instead of me having to describe everything.

11:53

So she looked through that and had

11:55

some ideas of things she wanted to.

11:57

I'd already made some bookings too. We

11:59

did. bar which I didn't even know

12:02

exists and was right around the

12:04

corner from my flat. We walked

12:06

through the park. She wasn't a

12:08

big museum person. She really is

12:10

the hostess with the Moses that

12:12

loves the food scene. So we

12:14

definitely did mostly restaurants and then

12:16

walking in a bit of shopping

12:18

too. I shopped her out through

12:20

London. So she got really good

12:22

weather too. It's really hit a

12:24

cold snap now. So I'm happy

12:26

that she came in when it

12:28

was like really pleasant and warm

12:30

to walk around. And it was fantastic.

12:32

in this podcast is the topic of

12:34

abundance. Obviously this is a subject that

12:37

we talk about extensively in Sophia Sessions,

12:39

all of our classes, your inner voice,

12:41

and even me with my friends. And

12:43

she was having this amazing epiphany herself

12:45

that she shared. And obviously we talk

12:48

hours a day at times throughout the

12:50

weeks on the phone, but in person,

12:52

I hadn't heard this like little epiphany

12:54

she'd had. And she shared it with

12:57

me while we were eating all over

12:59

the city. Basically, she has done a

13:01

really good job making a ton of progress

13:03

as she's been wanting to for years and

13:05

years around the subject of food and weight

13:07

loss for herself. And so while she's been

13:10

in that journey, one of the epiphany. she's

13:12

had and it was so cool to see

13:14

her living it out in real life as

13:16

we were literally eating out for five straight

13:18

days is that she was so good at

13:20

not eating all of the food and she

13:23

talked about the fact that in our each

13:25

of these meals and this is like obviously

13:27

for eating out twice a day this is

13:29

quite a bit of food in London and I

13:31

think I actually ate more than she did in

13:33

the whole trip overall because I just had less

13:36

of a stop that she had in herself and

13:38

I took her to a roast dinner you know

13:40

a Sunday which is a classic thing to do

13:42

in London, so she really wanted to try what

13:44

a UK Sunday roast would be like. And she

13:47

gets it, and she does not eat the majority

13:49

of it. She eats like over half of it,

13:51

but not all of it. And she just consistently

13:53

does that. In one place we go, she didn't

13:55

love the food that much, so she had a

13:58

few bites of it, but she wasn't impressed. And

14:00

she didn't finish what she said. It

14:02

doesn't deserve the stomach real estate. I think

14:04

it's her term for it. And just

14:06

watching her and knowing her for all these

14:08

years and knowing this subject in her

14:10

life, I was just really, really, really impressed.

14:12

So she said she used to have

14:15

this fear around food and that especially in

14:17

a situation like she was in with

14:19

me, where she's only in London for the

14:21

first time, maybe forever, who knows, you

14:23

know, she didn't have this story that this

14:25

is her last meal, but she said

14:27

she's lived for so long with this scarcity

14:30

sense around food, that this could be the last

14:32

time. And I remember, like I, she

14:34

would tell me about times where she would

14:36

get on an airplane and she'd be nervous

14:38

about, well, what if there's not food there?

14:40

She'd be bringing snacks on the plane just

14:42

in case. So this is like completely flipped

14:44

from this scarcity mindset of I've got to

14:46

make sure there's food available at all times

14:48

to this abundance around food. Now, for some

14:50

people that are listening, this will be completely

14:52

applicable to food, but for other people, it

14:55

could be even applicable to money, for example,

14:57

because a lot of that comes up through

14:59

Sophia's sessions and classes like Flo Boss. And

15:01

so she was saying, she used to have

15:03

this scarcity of what if this is the last

15:05

meal I have, or what if this is

15:07

the last, I guess you could say if

15:09

you switch it to money, the last, this

15:11

is the money that I ever have in

15:13

a sense, even though we don't think of

15:15

that logically around food or money, we know

15:17

that there's more food and money coming. We

15:19

sometimes act like what we have right now

15:21

in front of us, whether it's a meal

15:23

or our bank account is all the money

15:26

that we have. Or ever will have. And

15:28

so even though we know logically, we're going

15:30

to eat later tomorrow or today, even, or

15:32

we're going to make more money tomorrow or

15:34

even today, even or next

15:36

week, et cetera, we act

15:38

like it's our last. And

15:40

so she had this realization

15:42

epiphany that food is everywhere.

15:46

She, I don't, this is going to have

15:48

take me a little bit to like help

15:50

you get the perception shift. And hopefully, I

15:52

mean, some people will be like, duh, and

15:54

it is a dub moment, but if you,

15:56

like, she wasn't living from that understanding for

15:58

so many years. made a

16:00

difference to actually. integrate that understanding

16:02

in an actionable way. So that's

16:05

why I'm bringing it up. I'm

16:07

going to take it slowly. Again,

16:09

some people will say, especially if

16:11

these subjects are their happy sweet

16:13

spots with their minds not interfering,

16:15

you're going to be like, du,

16:17

du, du, du. Because it is

16:20

a du moment. But when you

16:22

have bean bags and emotional belief

16:24

systems and then resulting lifestyle patterns

16:26

that kind of perpetuate the scarcity

16:28

mindset, it doesn't feel like a nah.

16:30

So. abundance of food. There's an abundance of

16:32

food everywhere. There's food everywhere. And she kind

16:35

of, she said this at the hotel bar

16:37

when we were just having drinks at the

16:39

end of the night, and she's just like,

16:41

I just realized there's food everywhere. There's food

16:43

all over the city. There's food everywhere. There's

16:45

food everywhere. And especially where I live and

16:47

where she was staying nearby on this little

16:49

high street, which is like a main street

16:51

that the term Americans would use. So like

16:53

this little tiny main street that I live

16:55

on. has tons of food everywhere. If you

16:57

look, there's a grocery store, a grocery store,

17:00

a cafe, there's a wine store, there's

17:02

another wine store. I'm just literally thinking

17:04

of what's around me within three minutes

17:06

walking. There's a French bakery, there's a...

17:08

cupcake store, there's literally, when she says

17:11

this, I'm literally living around food, there's

17:13

food in the kitchen of her hotel,

17:15

there's food everywhere, and there's food in

17:17

the restaurants, and there's food on our

17:19

plate. But she said, instead of looking

17:21

at everything being her last meal, she

17:24

flipped it to, oh my God, it's

17:26

raining food everywhere. There is no need

17:28

for me to worry about it. I'm surrounded

17:30

in a sea of food. It is always there and it's always around

17:32

me and I am okay. And I don't need to eat it

17:34

all right now because it's not a scarcity. This is not a famine.

17:36

This is not a drought of food. This is not a drought of

17:39

food. Now if you're in a drought, this is not a drought, this

17:41

is not a drought of food. Now, if you're in a drought, this

17:43

is not a drought, this is not a drought, this is not a

17:45

drought, this is not a drought, this is not a drought, this is

17:47

not a drought, this is not a drought, this is not a drought,

17:49

it a drought, it a drought, it a drought, it a drought, it

17:52

a drought, it a drought, it a drought, it a drought, this,

17:54

it a drought, a drought, it a drought, a drought, a drought, a

17:56

drought, it a drought, a drought, a drought, a drought, a drought, You

17:58

will see me again. This is not the only. time that

18:00

she needs to eat a roast, for

18:02

example. And as I said, she's

18:04

a very high caliber for food. So

18:06

if it does not deserve the

18:08

stomach real estate, she's happy to have

18:10

some bites of the experience and

18:12

let that be enough. Amazing. Like just

18:14

getting to have the experiences without having

18:17

the results negatively affect her body. So

18:19

it was a huge shift. And I

18:21

think that that's so true around money

18:23

is everywhere. So you can just flip

18:25

it to money. Now you could say,

18:27

well, everyone else has the money, but

18:29

me, but still looking at it as

18:31

an abundant resource that is everywhere is

18:33

different than saying that no one has

18:36

money. And so just something to keep

18:38

in mind. I thought that was a

18:40

really nice aha moment for me when

18:42

she said it to me. The food

18:44

thing, even saying it on food was actually

18:46

helpful because I was thinking as I was like

18:48

normally thinking, you know, just like, well, she's

18:50

here. The food is in front of me. I

18:52

want to eat the majority of what I

18:54

see in front of me, but I wasn't doing

18:56

as good as she was doing at just

18:58

tuning into her body, deciding whether it deserved the

19:00

stomach real estate and having this abundance mindset

19:02

that there's always more food when she needs it

19:04

and that she can eat it later. She

19:06

takes doggy bags home and then she would have

19:09

through jet lag, a little bit of a

19:11

hunger hit her at let's say midnight. And so

19:13

she would eat some of the leftovers of the

19:15

food, but she didn't let herself tell

19:17

a story that said she needed to overeat

19:19

the food while she was here because

19:21

she had her greater goals in mind as

19:23

far as the weight that she still

19:25

wanted to lose even beyond where she's at

19:28

now. So it was amazing. It was

19:30

just, I just thought that was so simple,

19:33

yet so helpful at the same time. So

19:35

I wanted to share. Now another thing

19:37

to talk about on the subject of flow

19:39

aside from my friends visiting and honestly,

19:41

I was so sad when she left. I

19:43

would say sad. I was poignant. Do

19:46

you ever have that feeling of poignancy? It's

19:48

like so sweet. You're so loved up.

19:50

And you're also kind of like, Oh, that

19:52

was so beautiful. And then you're kind

19:54

of, I didn't feel sad that she'd be

19:56

gone, but there was just like this

19:58

intense welling up of emotion. as she was

20:00

leaving. But now I feel fine. It's like now

20:02

we'll go back to our phone life until we

20:05

see each other again. But we did decide that

20:07

we do need to see each other more often

20:09

in person than we historically have. We've actually only

20:11

spent a few weeks total in person together, but

20:14

thousands of hours over the years on the phone

20:16

since I've been all over the world. So. But

20:18

now, New York is where she's going to eventually

20:20

land. Right now, she's in Michigan at the moment,

20:22

but when she gets there especially, it's a very

20:25

quick little flight between the two, and there's so

20:27

many flights between New York and London, it's really

20:29

just more about, it's kind of the same distance

20:31

as going LA, New York, so. Anyway, so that

20:34

was one of our beautiful experiences. But aside from

20:36

that, I wanted to share about the flow of

20:38

my business idea. So I've mentioned before here and

20:40

there that I have a business idea. I want

20:42

to start as well as the company that I

20:45

have with a lively world as the company that

20:47

I have with a lively world. And I don't

20:49

want a lively world to stop at all. So

20:51

I want to keep up with a lively world

20:54

exactly as it flows, and I have been doing

20:56

it. as I have been doing for all these

20:58

years. However, I thought I had the space for

21:00

this new business idea that plopped into my awareness

21:03

through my inner voice a few months ago, actually,

21:05

but I have made barely any progress. I've thought

21:07

about it, I've gotten components for it, done research

21:09

and there's manufacturing. and production and then there'll need

21:11

to be fulfillment centers. I have a plan for

21:14

the marketing in a general sense. I don't like

21:16

this set of experiences I want to do with

21:18

that. But and I kind of have an idea

21:20

of the set of placements I would do. I

21:23

even have a logo made. So there are certain

21:25

things done. But as far as production and manufacturing

21:27

the actual thing into reality, I haven't done a

21:29

thing yet. And like it's just been running a

21:31

lively world, keeping up with everything. just haven't done

21:34

it. And I started to notice my mind, start

21:36

to tell stories of scarcity around it. And talking

21:38

to Minor Voice about it, it said, can you

21:40

allow this to serve you so well,

21:43

you don't feel rushed by

21:45

it. So this idea

21:47

is that you're fine to

21:49

do the business idea,

21:51

but you do not need

21:54

to do it because

21:56

you need to do it.

21:58

It is something here

22:00

to serve you. And as

22:03

you guys have heard

22:05

me talk about, my inner

22:07

voice is wild and

22:09

very rambunctious when it comes

22:11

to abundance. It wants

22:14

me to make decisions as

22:16

if I had $53

22:18

million, which I certainly do

22:20

not have. And it

22:23

wants me to make choices

22:25

from this extreme abundance

22:27

mindset. And so it's saying

22:29

basically, if you had $53 million, would

22:31

I have this business? Yes, I would.

22:33

Would I be doing it right now? Probably

22:35

not yet because I wouldn't want to

22:38

have spent the time as I have yet

22:40

not done. Also, I wouldn't want to

22:42

have spent the time to work on it

22:44

yet because I'm doing everything else that

22:46

I've been doing and been so happy about

22:48

doing. So it said, look, if you

22:50

wouldn't do it in the timeframe with your

22:52

$53 million life, then it's

22:54

not the time to do it now either. Right.

22:56

If you are doing it for

22:59

the $53 million lifetime as

23:01

a fun project of self -expression, cool,

23:04

but you do it in a way that

23:06

serves you. But I noticed my mind was

23:08

slipping into, I have a business idea and

23:10

kind of, to be fair, a little bit

23:12

of a hustle mentality, not that I wanted

23:14

to hustle. And I certainly wasn't hustling. I

23:16

was having the guilt of not hustling it

23:18

into reality or having worked on it, but

23:20

in order to have worked on it, I

23:22

would have had to hustle, but I wouldn't

23:24

hustle. So I had guilt about not hustling,

23:26

even though I would never hustle. I

23:29

bet that sounds weird. And I bet a lot

23:31

of you listening can say, oh, I have that

23:33

too all the time. I'm not doing something that

23:35

my mind thinks I should be doing because

23:37

I'm actually following my inner voice, but my mind,

23:39

ah, you know what? This is, this is

23:41

green flag fear. Oh my gosh. I'm just thinking

23:43

about the episode I did on red flag,

23:45

green flag fear. I haven't thought about it since

23:47

Jess has been in town, so it hasn't

23:49

been in my awareness, but it just plopped in

23:51

my head. If you haven't listened to that

23:54

episode, I highly recommend going back and listening to

23:56

it because now I'm seeing how helpful it

23:58

is. I have green flag fear. around

24:00

not yet starting the business. There's nothing wrong with

24:02

not starting the business. My inner voice is

24:04

saying, it's here to serve you. You're not here

24:06

to be the slave to it. Just because

24:08

you have the idea doesn't mean you have to

24:10

rush it to market. But my mind will

24:12

play stupid stories like, well, someone else could do

24:15

it faster or someone else could get into

24:17

it. If you don't get there first, blah, blah,

24:19

blah, blah, like, or just you're not

24:21

very good because you're talking about something

24:23

and not delivering on it. And historically

24:25

I've prided myself on the fact that

24:27

I can execute very quickly on things

24:29

when I say I'm gonna do something.

24:32

I have a very overall track record

24:34

of like swiftness or at least when

24:36

it's aligned, I very swift to

24:38

action. And so because this hasn't

24:40

been actioned to my mind's desires yet,

24:42

even though there are things that have been

24:44

done, there aren't things that have been

24:46

done. And it's green flag fear basically because

24:48

I haven't actually gone into production mode. Basically

24:51

that's all I'm gonna say. That's it.

24:53

Green flag fear has been presenting

24:55

itself. My mind is incredulous that I

24:57

can be this. Is

25:00

the word selfish? I don't

25:02

know. I could be this self

25:04

-full basically, loving to myself because

25:06

basically I'm not doing it at

25:08

the detriment of my wellbeing. And I can

25:10

tell you the three days that I was

25:12

before jazz, I was packed all day and

25:15

most of the two nights the three days,

25:17

you know, leaving up to it. And I

25:19

don't really wanna work on a business as

25:21

a side project on the weekends unless it's

25:23

my joy to do that. Like that's not

25:25

really what I often wanna do. So anyways,

25:27

yeah, green flag fear. The slow flow is

25:29

what I'm in right now. And I've noticed

25:31

this come up in Flow Boss 2 .0 or

25:34

well in the first round, we'll see if

25:36

it happens for anybody in the 2 .0

25:38

too. But definitely there are times when

25:40

your inner voice does not have a

25:42

rush to anything, execution, completion, et

25:44

cetera. And your mind

25:46

will want to rush because it's basically

25:48

green flag fear. It's a mind is saying

25:50

something hasn't happened yet, therefore something is wrong,

25:52

but your inner voice is like chill, chill,

25:54

chill. It's all okay. So yeah, my inner

25:57

voice said, we want you to feel abundant

25:59

in it, not. depleted. And that has

26:01

been a challenge for me to

26:03

mentally, I mean, I say that

26:05

challenge out of a scale of

26:07

10 being really stressed out. I've been

26:09

a two, this isn't major. And this

26:11

is something I would say I notice

26:13

about my business stuff. My mind will

26:15

have lots of thoughts about things, but

26:17

because I don't have tons of beanbags

26:20

on them, they're mostly just thought noise.

26:22

They're not actionable things that are compelling

26:24

me to feel stressed in a physical

26:26

physiological sense. So there's not lots of

26:28

emotional beanbags on them. They're just kind

26:30

of thoughts that are annoying to hear.

26:32

And when I hear them in my

26:34

mind, my mind will want to validate

26:37

them, but because there's no emotional heft

26:39

to them, because the emotional heft of

26:41

the beanbag is what's going to make

26:43

you really compelled to it. Like it's

26:45

not compelling me into action against my

26:47

inner voice or my will to be

26:49

aligned to it. So there you have

26:51

it. That is basically all of my

26:53

flow. Other than that, let's see my

26:55

mom and my youngest brother, Michael are

26:57

on their way to Christmas here in

26:59

about a month now on December 21st.

27:01

I'll actually slot this in now. We're

27:03

going to have the 20th of December

27:05

will be the last Sophia session of

27:07

the year because I'm going to take

27:10

the week off to be with my

27:12

family, my brother, my mom,

27:14

to spend the time with them.

27:16

But I will say the

27:18

20th is the last because my mom

27:20

and brother come on the 21st.

27:22

I'm going to do the Sophia session

27:24

of December 20th for free for the

27:26

entire community. So if you haven't done

27:28

a Sophia session yet, this might be

27:30

the one you might want to dabble

27:32

in. It's live only not recorded. So

27:34

join us if you can make it.

27:36

Um, you can go to our bella

27:38

lively .com/Sophia sessions to go see that, um,

27:40

calendar. I think it's a 4pm London

27:42

time. I'm like 99 .5 % sure that's

27:44

the time you can go double check

27:46

that. I don't know how and or

27:49

if yet Devin has made that available

27:51

to sign up yet for. So stay

27:53

tuned. I'll be sharing more about it.

27:55

It's still a month out. Obviously it's not a, you

27:57

know, immediate thing we have to worry about, but that

27:59

is my little to you all in terms of

28:01

the holidays as a free Sophia session on

28:03

the last one of the year. I think it

28:05

could be a cue if I continue doing

28:07

Sophia sessions. I have no plans to stop them,

28:09

but let's see if in a year from

28:11

now I'm still doing them five days a week.

28:13

Who knows? We'll have to find out, but

28:15

I have no plans at this point at all

28:17

to stop them because the feelings I have,

28:19

I just did my first two. Yeah,

28:22

I've done two now. Oh no, yesterday

28:24

was my first one. I have another

28:26

one later today, but this is my

28:28

second one since dress is gone, but

28:30

I cried in Bella Vita of tears

28:32

of joy just being back. It feels

28:34

so good to do Sophia sessions. We've

28:36

now, by the way, had two brides,

28:38

several birthdays. My dad died and Dorothy

28:40

gave birth on a day of a

28:42

Sophia session. So people are doing this

28:44

and then we've had someone in Israel

28:46

during bomb shelter, bomb raids, also joining

28:49

during a session live. So people in

28:51

all stages of life from their best moments

28:53

to their scariest are joining Sophia sessions. It's

28:55

such a joy to have everyone. And if

28:57

you're curious and want to try and you're

28:59

in a voice says, yes, you can always

29:01

join us. And if you do flow boss

29:03

2 .0, by the way, there's an option to

29:05

have a very discounted unlimited access to Sophia

29:07

sessions while we're running flow boss as well.

29:09

So you're welcome to try that if it

29:11

feels like a fit. So there you have

29:13

it, my friends. It is so nice to

29:16

be able to catch up with you, share

29:18

with you. It was so fun to have

29:20

Jess here. London is an amazing place in

29:22

the holidays. If you haven't ever seen

29:24

it, it is something worth seeing. I'd

29:26

say that I know New York is

29:28

a beautiful place to see in at

29:30

Christmas, but I always feel like Christmas

29:32

time in New York feels a little

29:34

more F. A. O. Schwartz. And I

29:36

always say that London feels a little

29:38

more Charles Dickens, just the decor, the

29:40

design, the details of garlands and just

29:42

the decor, even just walking the streets and

29:44

seeing what the shops and pubs and

29:46

everything decorate in terms of just the

29:48

exteriors alone is stunning. I love raging

29:50

street in the angels that hang in

29:52

the middle. It's just a really beautiful

29:54

place. So I'm excited to be able

29:56

to enjoy the weeks that are coming

29:58

as the nights are fair. cold and

30:00

very dark very quickly making the

30:02

most of all of the holiday

30:05

elements that they have to offer. So yeah,

30:07

there you have it. This is my

30:09

little story for you. I hope you are

30:11

doing well. I hope everything is going

30:13

smoothly as possible as you're following your inner

30:15

voices. I hope that that is serving

30:17

you well. I hope that you go into

30:19

your beanbags and release them as often

30:21

as necessary so you don't have to carry

30:24

that emotional baggage around with you and

30:26

therefore manifest other things to match it. I

30:28

hope that you have a good holiday,

30:30

you know, season coming up if you're doing

30:32

Thanksgiving next week with your family or

30:34

friends. I hope that that is something

30:36

that you enjoy. And yeah, until next time, may

30:38

something wonderful happen to you today.
