This week Sophia Olivas (CEO Eversmart City) and David Werba (CEO Eversmart Labs) are our special guests, discussing the remarkable sustainable city they are building in Arizona. Using upcycled shipping containers, renewable energy, high density vertical agriculture and NFTs for residents, this project represents a new level of sustainable, affordable living. 

The city (our cities - this is just number 1) will be resource backed, with it's own energy, plus a blockchain powered NFT economy for residents, that will enable them to earn crypto and rewards from contributing to the social life of the residents and civic amenities. PLUS it has a Metaverse component so everyone can visit the city and it's shops and parks... even if they can't make it there in person.
