The Revolutionary Sistas of the Diaspora is a group of Black and Brown Sistas coming together to discuss topical issues of race, social & economic justice, gender equality and everything in between. 

This month we will discuss the complexities of the role of "superwomen" - and the risks of ignoring our health, spirit, and sanity in a world gone mad. We will dig deep into the vicious cycle that can persist if self-care is not a priority. Especially now, women of color need to take better care of themselves. Join the discussion with a panel of recovering superwomen:  Trina Ramsey, Career & Life Coach, and founder of the Just Do You Institute for Women's Empowerment. Linda González, organizational coach and consultant who works primarily with women of color with a focus on balance and healingTrish Hilliard, National Board Certified Counselor and licensed Psychotherapist who focusses on mind-body wellness in her practice. and Q, the lovable, huggable angry black woman!Join us each month!
