This episode was amazing. It was a long, careful argument about what can (and in the case of Mars Hill Church, did) go wrong with personality-driven churches. It encompassed the whole Mars Hill story from a larger perspective, and talked about the kinds of power dynamics that put most non-church people off. Highly recommended.
