The final sprint of 2020 allows me to introduce what has become a tradition on the Running Educator podcast—my “Teachable Moments" series II. I reflect upon the previous nine episodes - those “A-HA!” moments from all of my guests. It's time to create new goals and prepare for the year to come. I think we can all agree; 2020 was a challenging year—all the more reason to optimize our mental health, indulge in some creativity, and challenge our beliefs as we tackle 2021. Most importantly, this is a way of me thanking you, the listener, for taking this creative journey with me. Compiling this podcast is both a pleasure and a challenge. I have tremendous gratitude for all my guests.
