Just skip 4 minutes into every show to avoid hearing the same ads. I wish he would stop publishing episodes that don't have interesting content or conversation. There are some real gems if you have the time to listen through each episode. Overall good podcast, just needs to pay closer attention to the quality of each episode.

Big fan of Tim, not every episode he puts out is exactly what I am looking for, but still the research that goes into each is superb.
