This is my new obsession. Everything from the original score to the incredible actors makes this feel like you're watching a movie. The story itself has phenomenal character development and its messages include support for LGBT youths, female empowerment, wise and caring leadership, and what growing up means. This is perfect for the family and really one of the best podcasts I've heard in a while.
This review may contain some spoilers if you haven't listened to it all. This story is so compelling. I remember during the summer I love using Spotify as a way to get my music. Then I heard some ads about "The Two Princes" and was intrigued to listen to it. However, at the time, I wasn't really into podcasts, and I was doing other things and would constantly forget to listen to it. Surprisingly enough, the evening of December 12th, I rediscovered it and binged both season one and season two that same night. I was so mesmerized and blown away. I looked up to see if a season three was in production only to be disappointed that season two just dropped yesterday. However, I am still so amazed by how I was blown away again in season two. Do you understand how happy I was when I heard the King of the East say "Are they kissing?" I was even happier when Chad accepted that he was Amir.I'm so excited to know if a season three will ever be released. And if not, I can always make up my own. If you enjoy fantasy, LGBT pride, or just adventure, this podcast is perfect for you!
So cute. I loved this story.
This was my first podcast. I never liked the idea of podcasts before, I was too caught up on wanted them to be tv shows. Then I listened to the first episode of this and just cried. Its ever story I wanted as a child and I am now an avid podcast chaser. I've actually reached out to the creator to express my gratitude for creating such a powerful inclusive story and he was so nice.100% recommend!! Kids, adults doesn't matter.
Good podcast 10/10 would recommend❤🧡💛💚💙💜
Binged in one day. The most ~tooth rotting / had me giggling and kicking my feet / romantic but like okay enough of that / oh my god they sing??? / queens and lady knights out there killing it (it is me, me is it) / this is the kind of fairytale I like to hear as an adult~ audio drama I've ever listened to.Gotta visit my dentist.
I absolutely loved it! It was very sweet and cute! I loved the voice acting and the storytelling. All in all this was very enjoyable and never boring!
excited to relisten to it in the future. just gave me so much butterflies as i was listening to it. this podcast brings nothing but joy
Propaganda for kids?
This show is fluffy teen love cotton candy. I enjoyed a season and a half, but ended up losing interest.
I really like this audio drama, especially the first and second seasons - the characters feel well formed (and the actors across the board are fantastic), the jokes land, and the plot moves along at a solid clip. There are a few moments that feel like they could have been cut, but even with that it's one of the strongest audio dramas I've listened to.
A lovely story!!
Very lovely and warm romantic fairy-tale!
Wonderful with a lot of plot twist
Fantastic storytelling and voice acting.
The last episode is mildly cringe but I am literally obsessed with this podcast! It's witty, suspenseful and adorably feel-good:)
It's quite cute! A fluffy romantic fantasy podcast.
If you want something light-hearted and with an incredible sound, go for it!And if in some parts you want to give up on it because it hasn't engaged you, wait and go on listening. Third season is totally worth it.The actors are incredible and the story is quite simple (and if you want a more complex and intriguing story, save this podcast for later) but filled with meaningful messages about love, rejecting our familiar and national past made of violence and building a future of peace, becoming the person you want to be, learning to live through grief and much more. Another positive aspect is that every episode is about 15-20 minutes long and every season is only made by 7 episode, and the seasons have their own story, so it's quite easy to find time to listen to it and it doesn't take much effort. If I had to rate every season I'd sayFirst season 4,5/5Second 4/5Third 5/5
