Have you been dealing with something NOT MANIFESTING in your life and in spite of EVERYTHING that you have done and ANYTHING you continue to do your desire DOESN’T show up in the physical, tangible form.  It’s like a vicious circle; you feel like shit about said desire - you then get an idea that you think is the solution/answer, aka your “AHA!” - then you go to work on the solution and you feel better about your desire, then you just feel better and maybe good - then something happens like an observation or a thought and you began to slide into your doubt and focus of what has not become yet - and then there you are in your demise of feeling like shit, a funk and/or even depression…. It’s your vicious circle and it’s a TRAP because no matter what solution you think you have in mind, you inevitably find yourself in every stage of the circle.

It’s like this:

• Feel good about your desire: happy, playful, fun, present, lightness, energetic, movement, flexibility, commutative, enjoying food, clear, focused
• Get triggered by something and began to not feel so good about your desire: anxiousness, worry, fear, overwhelment, nervousness, annoyance, disrupted sleep, headaches, body aches, moodiness
• Find yourself not feeling good about your desire at all: depression, thoughts of death, sadness, disbelief, loneliness, withdrawal from people and places, increased hunger and/or loss of appetite, excessive sleep, heaviness
• In a state of needing to do something to feel better and/or looking for solution to manifest desire: optimistic, hopeful, efforting, talking about it/talking too much, reconnecting with people and places, overcommitting, overfocused, anxious, manic, fluctuating between feeling good and not feeling good

So you’re probably wondering then, “what do I do then?”

In this episode I share with you the route I chose to take with mySELF.  Not as a SOLUTION.  Not as in “this will fix this repetitive cycle”.  No, none of those.  What I share with you is not “in order to” action.  It just is.

I share it with you as inspiration; as a space of discovery for YOU.
