In this episode of the Unapologetically Aidan Podcast, I dive into my first serious relationship. At a young age, I became codependent on this older guy and our relationship. From suspicious behaviour to controlling what I did, what I wore, and who I spent time with, this relationship became very toxic in a very short amount of time.

Reflecting on it now, I can see how this experience at such a young age shaped my future relationships and how I viewed dating.
