In this season finale, Rose and Conner have a conversation in which Conner details going back to his old condo sight where he worked to drop off a package. He describes seeing and talking to the same lady that treated him like crap (which he mentions in Episode 3, Condo Security Story) when he was working there. Conner makes sure to tell guards to never put up with any disrespect from the company or client and don't let your fear of losing your job get in the way because there are plenty of jobs in the security industry to go around. They also talk to a security guard that has only been in the country for just under a year and only ever had customer service experience. Rose and Conner get her take on what it's like as a newcomer to work in the industry and get her to describe the ups and downs of it.  They also get into some interesting information in which mention of an unusually expensive uniform price shocks Rose and Conner!
