People often equate being in love with feeling understood. A good partner is someone who sees you for who you are and loves every part of you. In this episode of We're Just Trying to Help, senior English major Tatiana comes on to talk about how good it feels to finally have a partner who recognizes all of her identities and how they each affect her, in order to have a truly accepting and supportive relationship. She tells us how relationships can struggle when someone feels unseen by their partner, and how necessary it is to "do the work" for things to last.
