I speak with makers and performers

0:55

0:57

and larger forces impact our world.

1:50

with the most important working on an episode

1:52

of my entire life. I'm so excited. I'm

1:54

so excited. I'm so excited. I'm so excited.

1:56

You're listening. Please give it up. Make some

1:59

noise. Nobody's here. for my incredible

2:01

actual surgeon board certified

2:04

plastic surgeon dr. Daniel

2:06

poor I am so happy I'm sorry

2:08

we have no budget we you have

2:10

to like go up to your microphone or

2:13

you can hold it I hold

2:15

it like what's that yeah

2:17

so your Instagram is doctor

2:19

payment my Instagram is doctor

2:21

pay Dr. Pei. And then my

2:23

practice, which is Beverly Hills Plastic

2:26

Surgery Group, is plastics docs, but

2:28

it's PLA-ST-I-X-D-O-CS. So part of a

2:30

practice, but again, I'm a solar

2:32

practitioner as well. My partner and

2:34

I started a practice 16 years

2:36

ago in Beverly Hills, and the

2:38

rest is history. Oh, now I'm sitting

2:41

next to you. I know, like, oh, look at

2:43

us. Finally, one of the celebrities comes

2:45

out and says that I did something

2:47

for them. Most of the other ones

2:49

is all. Hush-hush. Why do you hush-hush?

2:51

Why do you want to tell the world? Yeah,

2:54

and be like... I'm going to tell everyone,

2:56

look at it! I upgraded, you know, like

2:58

what's the hush-hush-hush? I will see, I, I snuck

3:00

it in my songs so that this wouldn't

3:02

be like a big, big thing. I

3:04

was like, I've been telling them, I've

3:06

been manifesting this. I have a song

3:08

called genetics, and I'm like, I ain't

3:11

a shame to say one day I

3:13

might upgrade and every time I perform

3:15

it I do my boobies I could

3:17

fuss with it. That's what I said

3:19

and I did it. I did it.

3:21

I got my boobs done with Dr.

3:23

Danielbook. A lot of doctors. A lot

3:25

of doctors. I have so many. But um

3:27

oh my god tell the crowd what did

3:29

I do? Because like I know what I

3:32

did but like I don't want to

3:34

mess it up. I got and I just

3:36

take it away. I got an augmentation. Absolutely.

3:38

And I needed, sorry

3:40

Ryan, brother? Great episode

3:42

for me. It's a great episode. I

3:45

got a blast. I got implants in

3:47

both of these, in both of them. Could

3:49

you imagine? I'm sorry, I'm so

3:51

excited and nervous. Okay, I got

3:53

implants. I got Motiva, aerogonomics,

3:56

implants. Absolutely. Where

3:58

are they? They hear somewhere? they're

4:00

here somewhere. So here they are. So

4:02

here they are. The cool thing is

4:04

when you decided to do this surgery,

4:06

these brand new implants just came on

4:08

the market in the United States. That's

4:10

right. And I couldn't be more psyched

4:12

about using this because of their safety

4:15

profile. And anytime you put an implant

4:17

inside your body, right, whether you're breast

4:19

implant or any other type of implant,

4:21

what's the most important thing? Safety. Safety.

4:23

Because you don't want to have a

4:25

problem with them. And these have the

4:27

lowest complication rate. and I love using them

4:29

and I think it was perfect because right when

4:31

you came I started using these and I said

4:33

hey Megan you want to use these I think

4:36

these will look really nice on you now the

4:38

nice part with your breast augmentation it's a little

4:40

different than most people you came in because the

4:42

two of you just had two children you breastfed

4:44

and what it does is it in it yeah

4:47

and you lost some weight but most of time

4:49

it deflates your breast that's why mommy makeovers are

4:51

so in and that's why I do a lot

4:53

to be fair I started with not the most

4:55

even breast. You know, I started with

4:57

like a ha, you know, they were

4:59

both, they were facing, yeah, I had

5:02

regular boobs that were like away from

5:04

each other. But after kids, like

5:06

even the ariola area, you know,

5:08

Ryan, right, started looking like alien,

5:10

you know, they started looking like

5:12

stretched, especially when I would get

5:14

cold, it'd be like literally alien

5:17

laser eyes. And I was like,

5:19

boy, this is different than what

5:21

they used to be. So now they're a

5:23

little cute. He calls it cookie cutter.

5:25

Cookie cutter ariola. Yeah, that's what we

5:27

use. We use a cookie cutter and

5:29

different sized cookie cutters to go around

5:31

the ariola. And I got the smallest one.

5:33

The one thing that you stressed to me was.

5:36

Make sure that no one can tell I did this.

5:38

I want it to be... I'm going to tell everyone,

5:40

but I don't like... I'm uncomfortable with

5:42

big boobs. Like I liked being flat-chested.

5:45

I did like that. I noticed I don't

5:47

have any clothes that show off my boobs.

5:49

This is it. This is the most I

5:51

have in my closet. Because I think I

5:53

was so insecure about my chest area that

5:55

I was like hoodie. You know, I didn't

5:58

have anything to show off. I didn't have

6:00

bras. support anything that was going

6:02

on. So now I have to

6:04

go shopping and I have to

6:06

find things that show. I'm like

6:09

booby. That's a little shabby.

6:11

Give a shabby. But yeah.

6:13

When you first got back

6:15

home and you're like, oh

6:17

my God, they're huge. I

6:19

was like, I was scared.

6:21

Because you're swollen. They're like,

6:23

like, they're swollen at first, right? And

6:25

they, to me, they felt like rocks,

6:27

because I've never had boobs. Like, it

6:29

was just flat. So then I was

6:31

like. What are these mountains on me?

6:33

And then you have like the surgical

6:35

bra, which is padded, which is another

6:37

inch, I felt like. So I was,

6:39

my younger brother, I was working with

6:41

him already in recovery, resting, and he

6:43

was like, oh wow. And I was

6:46

like, yeah, I have chest now. You

6:48

know, and then I was like, oh

6:50

no, Ryan's gonna come in and freak

6:52

out. So I texted him a warning,

6:54

like heads up, I have boobs, and.

6:56

They're on my chest and then you

6:58

walked in and it was like, very tasteful,

7:00

you're fine. And I was like, oh, thank

7:02

God. Yeah, you haven't said anything. What do

7:05

you say? I don't know, I don't know,

7:07

really, you know, you've got this. I'm a

7:09

big fan of your work. Thank you so

7:11

much. Thank you. Thank you. They're so cute.

7:13

My shower is really like beautiful and there

7:16

is a giant mirror outside of our shower.

7:18

So every day I'd be looking at my

7:20

body and I remember the week before surgery

7:22

I was like the more and more I

7:24

look at these the more I am unhappy

7:27

you know I was like get these off

7:29

you know I don't know what that was

7:31

I just built up every day I think

7:33

because my brain was trying to get me

7:36

like not so scared of surgery and then

7:38

I did it and now I love showering. And I

7:40

look at myself like, oh my, like I'm practicing for

7:42

my music videos in the future, you know. I love

7:44

it. And was it recovery tough? No. Really?

7:46

Yeah. The recovery, because you're like numb?

7:48

I'm still trying to feel things. But

7:50

it wasn't like significantly painful, right? When I

7:53

told you listen, you might be uncomfortable for a

7:55

couple days, then you're going to be fine. Yeah,

7:57

yeah, the first week, yeah, the first week you're

7:59

like. What have I done? And it

8:02

was fine. And I didn't even

8:04

have big painkillers. One, because I'm

8:06

terrified of them. And I always

8:08

like, I have anxiety. So if

8:11

I'm like really out of control,

8:13

I convince myself like, you're not

8:15

breathing and you know, or I

8:17

get itchy. So I was on.

8:19

Tauridol? Yeah, we gave you a little tauridol,

8:22

which is like a very strong Advil. Yeah,

8:24

strong Advil for like two days or something.

8:26

You were like, you're good. And we were chasing

8:28

it, chasing around your boys probably the day after.

8:30

I mean, I didn't see them for a week.

8:32

I kept trying to be like, all right, calm

8:34

down. Yeah. Yeah. As soon as I was walking, I

8:36

was like, well, I'm good. And that's like my worst

8:38

thing that I do that I do is that I do

8:40

is that I do is that I do is

8:43

that I do is that I do. I come

8:45

back and I'm like, well I'm probably fine, I'm

8:47

strong. And then by the end of the night,

8:49

I'd be like, my tits, you know, I'm like,

8:51

oh no. But I'm like six weeks out now

8:53

and my kids know, like they just knew I

8:55

had a boo-boo and I couldn't pick them up.

8:57

I think that was the hardest part

8:59

is having young ones I don't

9:01

understand. But also my four-year-old went

9:03

through this whole thing where... I

9:05

used to not have boobes and

9:07

he would cuddle with me and

9:09

now I have boobes and he

9:11

was cuddling with me and he

9:13

goes, what this? Like he just

9:15

saw me walk in his head

9:17

and do it. He just saw me

9:20

walk in with these. He's like, what

9:22

does? What does? What does? I think

9:24

it's a chest and it's new, you

9:26

know? He was like, but what is

9:28

it? And I was like, all right.

9:30

Yeah. It's great. I was like, it's

9:32

a boob. Yeah. And you know, I

9:34

think that the nice way that you

9:36

did this is because you've had this

9:38

kind of like body transformation and

9:41

you and you lost a little

9:43

bit of weight and had children,

9:45

it doesn't really, it kind of

9:48

matches the rest of your body.

9:50

Right. It does just stick all

9:52

the way out here. Then when

9:54

you're wearing something, you look top

9:57

heavy. I was like, I want to

9:59

still be. petite little cute cups you

10:01

know and I think that's what you

10:03

nailed and then because I was panicking

10:05

too because we we went into the

10:08

surgery and so many people warn me

10:10

like you might wake up with a

10:12

different number than you discussed and so

10:14

I we picked like 270 275 or

10:16

something I mean I blocked it out

10:19

and then I woke up and I

10:21

do I don't remember seeing you

10:23

like you going we did 290 and

10:25

they look beautiful And then I was like,

10:28

oh, what do you mean to 90? Like, I

10:30

picture them being like, because I was so drunk

10:32

out. Like from the second we were, even

10:34

when we were in the room taking pictures

10:36

and marking you, you kept like, don't go

10:39

too much. Don't go too big. Don't go

10:41

too big. I promise you I never ever

10:43

ever go too big. He studied my body

10:45

on the table and was like, these will

10:47

proportionally fit you perfectly and they so do.

10:50

It's crazy. And you know the interesting

10:52

part, your breasts were so different. They're

10:54

so different. Thank you, let's talk about

10:56

it. I've been working on working on it.

Genetics can be so beautiful, but

13:45

genetics can also be very frustrating.

13:47

Maybe you got your mom's eyes

13:50

or her great skin. I used

13:52

to say, I have my dad's

13:54

boobs, you know? Well, you know,

13:57

I've heard my friends say, oh,

13:59

I'm starting to get my dad's

14:01

dad bought, and, you know, I'm

14:04

hit my 30s, I was a

football star. But, you know, hey,

14:08

sometimes you peek in high school.

it. That's Sono-B-E-L-L-O

15:05

dot com slash working on

15:07

it. I've been working on working

15:09

on it. I thought this was

15:11

about confidence, you know? It's like,

15:13

most people come to my office

15:16

and get this done after they've

15:18

had babies, after the, you know,

15:20

to get their confidence back, because

15:22

they're like, okay, I did just

15:24

breastfed, I just took care of

15:26

a baby. My body just went

15:29

completely into disarray. Yeah. And no

15:31

matter how much you work out,

15:33

you can't make the breast look

15:35

similar. Exactly. And you can't give that

15:37

phone. I was looking up. brother. You

15:39

know that my whole life of having

15:42

boobs I was picked on. Even from

15:44

my sweet dad, we would name one.

15:46

We would name one, love me and

15:48

love me more. Because this one, is

15:50

that fucked? This one needed a little

15:53

bit more love because she was so

15:55

much smaller than the other one. Yeah,

15:57

you made this decision in high school.

15:59

I'll take care of these one day.

16:01

I'm gonna work hard and I'll get

16:04

this. And my friends, I remember at

16:06

sleepovers, they were like, boy, that one

16:08

is much bigger. Can I touch it?

16:10

And I was like, sure. They're like,

16:12

look at the difference between these two.

16:14

And the night before surgery, I was

16:16

taking pictures and taking videos and I

16:18

started sobbing. And I was like. I'm

16:20

sorry, but you have to go. I

16:22

was like, you did nothing for me.

16:24

I was like having a real therapy.

16:26

I was like, you couldn't even make

16:29

that much milk. You know, like I

16:31

was screaming. I was like, you were

16:33

small and you were mean and you

16:35

got me bullied and it was great.

16:37

And I'm glad I got to say

16:39

goodbye to them and I'm in love

16:41

with these new ones. And they're just

16:43

already so good to me. And the

16:45

whole, you know, it's weird because I'll.

16:47

the taboo around this, especially in our

16:49

world, because in Beverly Hills and in

16:51

California in general, everything's very natural. You

16:54

try to, whereas it's really not, but

16:56

exactly, but it's kind of like a,

16:58

like kind of an oxymoron, because they

17:00

say it, but then on the back

17:02

end, they're doing those. Yeah, they don't

17:04

admit it. I tell everybody. But I

17:06

do think that that these are safe.

17:08

They last, like, for example, you're not

17:10

gonna have to do anything for probably

17:12

15 to 20 years. And when you

17:14

do, we'll just pop them out, put

17:16

new ones in. As long as there's

17:19

nothing wrong. And the beauty of these

17:21

implants is less than 1%. Less than

17:23

1%. Caps are contractual rate and less

17:25

than 1% contractual rate and less than

17:27

1% rupture rate. It's great because those

17:29

are the things you're always worried about.

17:31

I had older friends that were like.

17:33

be careful and like make sure you

17:35

do research yes I just felt so

17:37

safe with you I did see another

17:39

doctor but it felt very much like

17:41

we're gonna do this and then we're

17:44

gonna do all this other stuff and

17:46

then you'll be and I was like

17:48

sir I just came from my booby

17:50

when you mean and I like just

17:52

seem like you care you care you

17:54

know you really care about the person

17:56

like you was like besides the other

17:58

doctor he didn't do this you were

18:00

like literally text me if you have

18:02

any questions like I'm here for you

18:04

at all times and you truly were

18:06

and that's that was the craziest thing

18:09

it was so nice I mean I

18:11

feel directly responsible for you I really do

18:13

so so when I when I have you on my

18:15

operating room table it's very very important that I take

18:17

good care you and then once you go home if

18:20

you can't get in touch with me and you have

18:22

to go through a nurse or call my office I

18:24

feel like I'm an abandoning fully abandoning you.

18:26

And I don't think it's right.

18:29

And it's interesting because I have

18:31

so many doctor friends and some

18:33

of them think I'm crazy. They're

18:35

like, you give your cell phone to

18:37

people. I'm like, I was like, every

18:40

time I text, I'm like, I'm

18:42

so sorry. But what is this?

18:44

And you know, and the interesting

18:46

part is no offense. It's not

18:48

just to celebrities. It's to everybody.

18:50

The lady who got botched and

18:52

Tijuana. You know, it's, it's, it's.

18:54

It's because I just feel like,

18:56

okay, something really goes wrong. I

18:58

want to be available. I did

19:01

it when I was in residency.

19:03

You know what I mean? So

19:05

I think it's very important, especially

19:07

because sometimes you don't know

19:09

what's going on. Like I don't know

19:11

what's going on. Why is there

19:13

a little stitch sticking out here? Why

19:15

is there a little stitch sticking out here?

19:17

Why, why? I cut those off. I said

19:20

I'll be a surgeon. I always had all

19:22

my questions answered. I bring in a slew

19:24

of people when I see you now. I

19:26

go, what do you think about now? What

19:29

do you want to do? I tell everyone,

19:31

I'm like, I got the boob guy. Like,

19:33

I know, I know the perfect person

19:35

that would help you and make

19:37

you feel safe. Thank you. I

19:39

commend him because he's so

19:41

supportive. He was there every

19:44

session. It's really nice. When I

19:46

have a partner or husband come

19:48

in and they're there, they try

19:50

to take over the consultation. Is

19:52

she doing it for him or

19:54

is she doing it for herself?

19:56

And it was just so kind

19:58

and so cool, so... The whole

20:00

time he was saying, you don't need

20:02

to do anything. You're perfect. I love

20:04

you, but I'm happy or happy. Because

20:06

it's surge, it's a big decision, it's

20:09

forever, and it's like a lot of

20:11

pain. And I got two C-sections, so

20:13

I knew like, okay, here's the pain

20:15

that's coming. I was saying before, I

20:17

was like, oh boy, I'm nervous for

20:19

pain. But he knew, he's like, you

20:22

got this, you've done C-sections, you've done

20:24

C-sections, like. I think it's hard because

20:26

when you get your boobs done, like

20:28

you're in the pain and you can't

20:30

really see your boobies yet. Or there's

20:32

like, that was the craziest thing too,

20:35

is I didn't have a lot of

20:37

bruising. I didn't have like, I would

20:39

show my friends that got their boobs

20:41

done or everyone, and they're like, where's

20:43

all the chaos? You know, they look

20:45

like done. And that's what I tell

20:48

everyone like. If it's done by somebody

20:50

who does a lot of something, they

20:52

should be pretty good at it. It

20:54

should really be an easy recovery. There

20:56

shouldn't be a lot of swine. There

20:58

should be no bleeding. Like this surgery

21:01

should have zero bleeding. Yeah, I had

21:03

never one. And everybody should recover really

21:05

easily because, again, you're doing it over

21:07

and over and over and over again.

21:09

Now, if it was, if it's a

21:11

one-off, I'm doing this once a month

21:14

or once a year, then then you're

21:16

in trouble. And I think sometimes it

21:18

happens because plastic surgeons try to do

21:20

everything. I was trained in everything, rhinoplasty.

21:22

I just do basically, I just do

21:24

a lot of breast surgery and some

21:27

body, so a lot of mommy makeovers.

21:29

And that's what I do. And then

21:31

my partner does all the face and

21:33

nose. So it's a perfect. Your partner

21:35

who looks like an AI robot. A

21:37

perfect face. He is the most beautiful

21:40

man ever. Can we put a picture

21:42

right here? The two of you. I

21:44

think your system was with us too.

21:46

Yeah. Right now, right? You guys do.

21:48

You all went like this. Is he

21:50

real? Is he real? His skin, his

21:53

hair? He literally takes your breath away.

21:55

I'll show you right now, right? You

21:57

guys do anti aging and like face.

21:59

Like just creams and stuff like taking

22:01

care of the face like not just

22:03

serve you stuff. What do you do?

22:06

So so we have our own skincare

22:08

line. Yeah, it's called Beverly Hills MD.

22:10

It's actually one of the longest running.

22:12

physician run skincare lines ever. It's on

22:14

its 11th year. It's amazing. We formulate

22:17

all the products ourselves. We have a

22:19

couple of supplements that go along with

22:21

it. We also have a hair care

22:24

line. So that's like our like little

22:26

side we love. But recently, what's really

22:28

cool is we opened up a regenerative

22:31

medical clinic down in Kabul, San Lucas

22:33

to do to do stem cells, exosomes,

22:35

things that you can't really do here

22:38

in the United States. Because nowadays, listen,

22:40

I can make you look amazing.

22:42

But I want you to live longer. Yes.

22:44

And that's the key. Yes. And you

22:46

have longer feel better. That's what we're

22:49

trying to do is like live forever.

22:51

Especially when you have kids. I'm like,

22:53

well, I need to see their grandkids.

22:56

I need to see their grandkids and

22:58

then their kids, you know. No, but

23:00

it's true. Like the man or the

23:02

woman or the husband or the wife

23:04

that comes in and gets a facelift. but

23:06

they want to feel as good as

23:08

they look. So that's the new thing

23:11

now with with stem cells and exosomes

23:13

and we're doing what's called therapeutic plasma

23:15

exchange, which is really cool. Basically filtering

23:17

all of your plasma in one sitting

23:19

to clean toxins out of your body.

23:21

So along with the plastic surgery, which

23:23

is my practice is probably 95% cosmetic,

23:25

do a little bit of reconstructive work

23:27

for free on the side. We do

23:29

all this regenerative medicine stuff, which is.

23:32

probably the coolest stuff out there with peptides

23:34

and I mean it just there's so many

23:36

amazing things that I think over the next

23:38

couple of years everyone's lifespan is going to

23:40

go up and hopefully it's going to be

23:42

for everyone and not just for the wealthy

23:44

right yeah right now the issue is it's

23:46

really just for people that have money yeah

23:48

hopefully if we get it everywhere so the

23:50

way we get it everywhere is if we

23:52

show that these there's therapeutic benefits to some

23:55

of these things and insurance companies or Medicare

23:57

will cover it so then everybody can do

23:59

it and then get reimbursed by the government

24:01

or by private insurance. Nice. And like

24:03

the toxins in the bodies, you develop

24:06

those over years of just like what

24:08

processed foods and alcohol drugs? Everything, everything.

24:10

Environmental, yeah. So even even some viruses,

24:12

for example, you've, you know, we've all

24:14

heard COVID, right? So long COVID. A

24:17

lot of people can't get rid of

24:19

the long COVID. Like therapeutic plasma exchange

24:21

is the only treatment for it. It

24:23

really, really helps. And it's a two

24:26

hour procedure where where you have two

24:28

IVs, one IV that takes your plasma

24:30

out, all your blood out, replaces their

24:32

blood back with. but just keeps all

24:35

the plasma, which is like the liquidy

24:37

portion of your blood. Could you knock

24:39

me out? Could you just give me

24:41

some gas? You know, like, you know,

24:44

to my meantime. Dude, I just got,

24:46

okay, with one IV, two IVs. Is

24:48

this a shit that like Keith Richards

24:50

did? Like, yeah, so you, so I

24:53

don't know if you follow any of

24:55

these guys, like Dave Asper, you're Mark

24:57

Hyman or some of these. Yeah, yeah,

24:59

I know Mark Hyman, yeah. So Mark

25:02

Hymen just did it, just did it,

25:04

just did it, just did it, just

25:06

did it. popping up every no ever

25:08

since I left your office when your

25:10

partner gave me a whole speech about

25:13

it which I loved it it's very

25:15

long speech I was like I had

25:17

to go but it was adorable you're

25:19

talking about loan buying yes yes I

25:22

was like yes yes I was like

25:24

yes yeah I was like I have

25:26

children I have to go but my

25:28

Instagram every non-stop see they're targeting us

25:31

and I'm like okay I'll do it

25:33

go I'm gonna go I'm sorry, no,

25:35

I'm kidding. I'm kidding. But yeah, I

25:37

can't stop seeing it. And now I

25:40

send it to Darryl, because he's only

25:42

on the fence because of the needle.

25:44

He passes out. I'm not on the

25:46

fence. I'm all for it. I just

25:49

don't know how I'm going to physically

25:51

get through it. He's like, is there

25:53

another way? I'm gonna bring my I'm

25:55

gonna bring my VR goggles to the

25:58

office just leaving it. That's a great

26:00

idea. All right. I have the metal

26:02

one I've used it like three times.

26:04

We have the apple one. That's probably

26:06

better. It's better. Yeah. My wife got

26:09

it for you a couple years ago

26:11

and you ever want you ever play

26:13

that game on there? It's called dumb.

26:16

God, it's called like, it's called plank.

26:18

You walk out on a plank. So

26:20

you walk out on a plank. So

26:23

you walk out on like a hundred

26:25

store, story building and you walk out

26:27

on the top of the plank and

26:29

you look down. If I tell you I

26:31

have videos of people. Crying, taking

26:33

it off, it's like I'm not doing this,

26:35

I'm like, bro, you're in my living room.

26:38

Yeah, just walk out, this is virtual reality.

26:40

This is good though, for people if you're

26:42

a high, it's exposure therapy. You're like, let

26:44

me just get through this. I gotta do

26:46

that with approaches. But we do the same

26:48

thing with, we do the simulation with

26:50

your brass, remember? Oh, yeah, well. Oh yeah, we

26:52

gotta get a better bikini than that leopard one

26:54

that's in there. But yeah, so I took pictures

26:56

like this, spun around, and my boobs were on

26:58

his thing, and I was like, oh boy, that's

27:00

HD. And then he was like, watch this, bebe,

27:02

bebe, bebe, bebe, bebe, and he was like, bebe,

27:04

bebe, bebe, and he was like, watch this, bebe,

27:06

bebe, bebe, bebe, and he was like, this, this,

27:08

this, like, this, this, this, this, this, this, this,

27:10

this, this, this, this, this, this, this, this, this,

27:12

this, this, this, this, this, this, this, this, this,

27:14

this, this, this, this, this, this, this, this, this,

27:16

this, this, this, this, this, this, this, this, this,

27:18

this, this, this, this, this, this, this, You said

27:20

it perfectly. A lot of people have the surgery

27:23

and then they wake up and they're way

27:25

too big. Okay, most of the time.

27:27

That's one of the biggest complaints or

27:29

they feel like they're too small. Yeah,

27:31

now my friend's like, I want to

27:33

compete here. When I first started, there

27:35

was no 3D simulation. So you come

27:38

in and you put these in people's

27:40

bras, some people would get a bag

27:42

of lentils, a bag of sand, whatever

27:44

it was. Or be like, I got you,

27:46

send you, send me inspiration, and then.

27:48

they actually have these exact implants

27:51

and all other manufacturers with the

27:53

size, the width, everything. So I

27:55

can show you exactly what it's going

27:57

to look like on your body.

27:59

Very cool. there's no surprises you know

28:01

absolutely and it makes my job easier

28:04

and it makes it so much better

28:06

for the patient because they're in the

28:08

decision-making process right so you're actually picking

28:10

it with me instead of me saying

28:13

I got you don't worry yeah it's

28:15

great you can do it for noses

28:17

too which is amazing wow that's one

28:20

of those things where people go in

28:22

and they're like well I like this

28:24

nose where you give me Kim Kardashian's

28:26

nose, for example. And you're like, okay,

28:29

cool. But now you can actually show

28:31

people what you're doing. I'm going to

28:33

narrow the base or I'm going to,

28:36

you know, take down the dorsal hump.

28:38

But it makes a huge difference because

28:40

you see it on your own face,

28:42

not on someone else. So have you

28:45

done any surgery on yourself? I have

28:47

not. I need a lot. I need

28:49

a lot. How do you know what

28:52

we feel like? You look great. Little

28:54

things I've done. I've done a lot

28:56

of, I think that stuff is great.

28:58

Also, this, for example, if you're watching

29:01

this on YouTube, this is a 400

29:03

CC. Is this a big, oh, is

29:05

my water bottle filling everywhere? Oh my

29:08

God. I brought you big ones, yeah.

29:10

Yeah, these are big boys. Ooh, wet,

29:12

wet. I've been working on, working on

29:14

it. I enjoy shopping. Everyone knows that,

29:17

but I feel better when I get

29:19

something back at the end. I like

29:21

a good deal. But it's even better

29:24

when I get that little notification going.

29:26

Oh, I'm getting some cash back? And

29:28

that's why we love our sponsor. Racketon.

30:25

feeling when your kids seem to ask

30:28

for a new snack every three minutes?

30:30

I don't. But you're sick of giving

30:32

them junk-filled options. Between hidden sugars and

30:34

artificial ingredients, it's hard to know what's

30:37

actually good for them. This is why

30:39

the trainer fam loves Thrive Market. It's

30:41

our go-to online grocery store for getting

30:44

all of the healthy essentials delivered. It's

30:46

like a personal guide to healthier living,

30:48

making it easier to choose better options

30:50

for the family without the guesswork. And

30:52

we don't even have to leave the

30:54

leave the couch! I don't know about

30:56

you, but I want to be able

30:58

to pronounce the ingredients on my kid's

31:01

snack labels. With over 10,000 food additives

31:03

allowed in the US, it's hard to

31:05

know it's actually safe to eat. That's

31:07

why I love Thrive Market. Their team

31:09

of product researchers do the hard work

31:11

for me. They've banned over 1,000 harmful

31:14

ingredients from their no-junk online grocery store,

31:16

and they have all of the hard-defined

31:18

brands at the best prices. They also

31:20

have so many on-site filters that make

31:22

it simple to shop by the needs

31:24

of everyone in the family. Maybe your

31:26

wife is gluten free and your kiddos

31:29

need peanut-free snacks. No more scouring

31:31

ingredient labels when you can just

31:33

filter it all on Thrive Market.

31:36

Now look I'm the fun uncle I don't

31:38

have to feed kids but I do

33:32

further, the remainder of the

33:34

pot, he's got poop therapy.

33:36

Poop therapy, that's what it

33:38

is. There's a literal therapist

33:41

coming here. Not poop therapy.

33:43

Yes it is. What's in

33:45

therapy about pooping? Yeah, he's

33:47

withholding. Riley is not Darryl.

33:49

Darryl poops three times a

33:51

day. No, Riley. Oh really?

33:53

My four-year-old just holds it

33:55

in. Yeah. And his belly's

33:57

exploding. I might tell me.

34:00

You ever give them these

34:02

these little prune packets? I give

34:04

them prunes all the time. But there's

34:06

those little like they're like

34:08

packets you can just squeeze

34:10

and drink and they're delicious

34:12

and it'll just loosen up the

34:15

stool sometimes. It's hard. It like

34:17

makes it more difficult I think.

34:19

It's a nightmare. Okay. So what am

34:21

I holding here? You're holding my

34:23

tit. Just kidding. We are holding Motiva

34:25

implants in person in my hand.

34:28

This one is a 400 CC.

34:30

And I know a lot of

34:32

people are like, what does that

34:34

mean? I also was like, what

34:36

is the numbers? This is the

34:38

size of it, 400 CC. My

34:40

buoys are 290. So this is

34:42

big, right? Mine's a little 290.

34:44

And then I also got smooth

34:46

silk ergonomics. So this is

34:48

an ergonomics. So because the way

34:51

it looks, it looks more.

34:53

shaped, kind of like a teardrop,

34:55

whereas there's some that they have

34:57

the round smooth silk, which is

34:59

just fully filled, so you don't see

35:01

this. So it gives you a little

35:03

more upper pole. You want to look?

35:05

I want a natural look. So that's

35:07

why we pick this. I love these

35:10

implants because when you're laying down, they

35:12

look like they're standing at attention. Yeah,

35:14

they do. And I love that. And

35:16

then, but when you stand up. they

35:18

drop into a beautiful teardrop shape. So

35:20

really love the way they look. And

35:22

again, the reason I love them is

35:24

they look good, they feel good, but

35:26

their safety profile is unbelievable. And to

35:28

me, the hardest part about being a

35:31

breast surgeon using implants is something

35:33

called caps or contracture, which is

35:35

scar tissue around an implant. And

35:37

if I told you 10 years ago,

35:39

most of the time you put an implant in,

35:41

there was up to a 25% chance you're

35:43

gonna get scar tissue. It's a huge number.

35:45

Huge number. One out of every four people

35:48

may need to have something done. Well,

35:50

these came out and their studies show

35:52

it has a less than 1% capture

35:54

contraction rate. It's unbelievable. You love that.

35:56

One out of every 100 people may

35:58

develop scar tissue, which is phantom. That's

36:00

incredible. And it's less than 1% rupture

36:02

rate. The one thing we always worry

36:04

about with the silicone implants is is

36:06

rupture. And two things we worry about,

36:08

that the silicone is going to leak

36:10

everywhere. We won't do that because they're

36:12

gummy bear implants. So just like a

36:14

gummy bear, if I bite through this,

36:16

it doesn't leak everywhere, stays intact. So

36:18

if it does rupture, it doesn't go

36:20

everywhere. Second thing. And really what's what's

36:22

what's so wonderful is, you don't, if

36:24

it's a 1% leak rate rate, You're

36:26

not going to have a silent rupture,

36:28

meaning you're not going to just have

36:30

it rupture in your breast. And you

36:32

won't know. Yeah. Exactly. We do do

36:34

studies on these, you know, at five

36:36

years, we do ultrasound on your breast,

36:38

make sure there's no leak, we'll do

36:40

that every year for the next 15

36:42

years, and just do that every year

36:45

for the next 15 years. And just

36:47

to keep it safe. And I like

36:49

to see my patients forever and over

36:51

again. The first year I see you,

36:53

it's every three months, every three months,

36:55

every three months, every three months, every

36:57

three years, every three years, every six

36:59

years, every six years, every six years,

37:01

every six years, every six months, every

37:03

six months, every six years, every six

37:05

months, every six months, every six years,

37:07

every six months, every six months, every

37:09

six months, every six years, every six

37:11

months, every six months, every six, every

37:13

six months, every six months, every six,

37:15

every six, every six, every six She's

37:17

a good hang. I'm a good hang.

37:19

But yeah, so I love Motiva in

37:21

plants so much. I love... my breast

37:23

so much that I partnered with them

37:25

so I could talk more about them

37:27

and I have a landing page with

37:29

them that you could do more research

37:31

at if you're interested in any of

37:33

this it's a huge decision make sure

37:35

you talk to a board certified surgeon

37:37

very important that's very important but my

37:39

landing page is Motiva USA.com/Megan that's M-E-G-H-A-N

37:41

don't forget that H- where you can

37:43

do do do your own study do

37:45

your own I studied a lot and

37:47

you taught me about these and that's

37:49

why I was like this guy's smart

37:51

you know I knew you were the

37:53

one right I love it yeah in

37:56

the 15 to 20 years because usually

37:58

they last what like barely 10 years

38:00

you gotta switch them out yeah normally

38:02

a lot on who you know on

38:04

who you live on who you live

38:06

a lot of men's will say 10

38:08

years but but again I've had patients

38:10

that've had them in for 35 years

38:12

but I don't I really don't recommend

38:14

that I think people should switch these

38:16

out every 15 to 20 I'm down

38:18

Just tell you what to do. Okay

38:20

great. Oh and then that I was

38:22

also talking to them and they said

38:24

I got Something like what did they

38:26

say? I had a I had the

38:28

minis. Yes you had minis. I have

38:30

minis. Because they're so cute because you

38:32

don't need because you're tiny and you

38:34

don't need big implants. So it's nice.

38:36

Yeah, those are two 90. These are

38:38

400 these feel more familiar to me

38:40

I feel. I recognize this. No, my

38:42

boobs are like, I truly could have

38:44

been blessed with them when I'm naked

38:46

and Darryl, every time I'm naked now,

38:48

like, Darryl always is like, you're beautiful,

38:50

but he's like, oh my God, like

38:52

that's what he says now. He's like,

38:54

dear Lord, you know, he crumbles and

38:56

I'm like, don't touch me. And you're

38:58

back working out? Oh my God, yeah,

39:00

aggressively, feel great. Okay, good. But I

39:02

never have to do push-ups, right? Because

39:04

who cares? You don't ever have to

39:07

do push-ups. Oh my God. I think

39:09

that's the best part of this whole

39:11

surgery, is a, I don't have to

39:13

do push-ups anymore. Do girls really drop

39:15

and do push-ups? We're all. They want

39:17

us to. Really? Yeah, they want. It's

39:19

like a new thing and I don't

39:21

want to. Wow, is that what we're

39:23

gonna do after this? Common below if

39:25

you do push ups because I'm like,

39:27

when will I ever need that scale?

39:29

I don't ever need to push myself.

39:31

She's like, my trainer is like, if

39:33

there's a life-threatening moment where you need

39:35

to push up, we'll figure it. I

39:37

cannot wait to write a new album

39:39

and like. Make music videos with these

39:41

new booboos and boobles. Can I be

39:43

in the video? Yeah Can I do

39:45

a start starts in our surgery? Oh,

39:47

oh, you wrap. Oh, you wrap? Oh,

39:49

you talented? Oh, was that was that

39:51

was back in the day. Back in

39:53

the day. Before I went to bed.

39:55

Before I went to bed. Before I

39:57

went to med school. Yeah, you're so

39:59

smart though. Do you have doctors in

40:01

the family? Doesn't look like a doctor?

40:03

Also. I told him how, because when

40:05

I bring my friends in and my

40:07

family in and I go, what would

40:09

you do? You know, which is aggressive

40:11

on my part. But I think you

40:13

told me, and I told you how

40:15

my other experience with the doctor, it

40:18

was kind of just, he didn't look

40:20

at me like a human and was

40:22

just like, I'm about to rip you

40:24

up. And that emotionally was shitty and

40:26

I'll never forget it. But you were

40:28

like, yeah, in practice, like in practice,

40:30

like in school, they would put a

40:32

picture of a random human being being

40:34

being being and go, and go, all

40:36

right. What would you do? And you

40:38

were like, and it felt so bad,

40:40

but like, that was how we practice.

40:42

So look at this gorgeous man. What

40:44

would you do? What would you do

40:46

to me? Absolutely nothing. Oh my God!

40:48

Do something. You're single? No, no, no.

40:50

First time has a lady? Shout out

40:52

Mugumi. Soon to be wife? Really? No,

40:54

I don't know. It's been like six

40:56

months. Soon is questionable. She's watching, but

40:58

but behind. She's watching this and she's.

41:00

Yes. I am in love though. He's

41:02

in love. She's the bracelet. See, that's

41:04

awesome though. These are hers? No, no,

41:06

no. This is what tour and Time

41:08

was tour. Yeah. But he has a

41:10

bracelet from her. This is different husband.

41:12

So cute. I love that. Um, come

41:14

on. What would you do? Can you

41:16

add eyebrows to people? You can? You

41:18

can? Or like you've heard? How? So

41:20

hair transplantation. So hair transplantation now. is

41:22

you have great hair so we're not

41:24

talking about that but your brows but

41:26

you can take hair from anywhere in

41:29

the body but normally you take it

41:31

from the back of the scalp because

41:33

that's the healthiest you can individually pull

41:35

them out And then you could put

41:37

him wherever you want. If you wanted

41:39

to give him a unibrow, you could.

41:41

You can take it. Brother, I will

41:43

pay for this. All my life. I

41:45

wanted him to have eyebrows. What's wrong

41:47

with his brow? They don't exist. Look

41:49

at him. Look at him. She wants

41:51

something to be done. One day we

41:53

had her makeup. You wanted that like

41:55

Middle Eastern brows? It would complete his

41:57

gorgeousness. One day on set. Her makeup.

41:59

Where's the makeup guy? He painted them

42:01

on. He painted them on. He painted

42:03

them on. He painted them in. So,

42:05

and when I tell you, he turned

42:07

into Brad Pitt, you would

42:09

understand. He painted, he brushed, he

42:12

painted them on. It was like my

42:14

eyebrow. Yeah, you didn't see this picture?

42:16

I do look pretty. You know what

42:18

else you can use? I mean, I'll

42:20

give you some. to give him. For

42:22

the love of God. We have a

42:24

brow serum. Beverly Wells MD has a

42:26

brow serum that we actually put on the

42:28

brow. I'll take that. And we have a

42:31

hairless as well. But I'll give him to

42:33

you. I'll buy him. You can always micro,

42:35

like what is it called? Micro

42:37

Needling? It's like a tattoo though, isn't

42:39

it? It's called Micro Blade, right? No,

42:41

but it goes away. Does it? It

42:43

looked amazing. Oh, but the girl who

42:45

did it told me it was so

42:48

painful. Yeah, she did. I have her.

42:50

Just put some lips. I know. I'll

42:52

just tint my lips. Oh, here we

42:54

go. I found the pictures. Okay,

42:56

this is my brother with a

42:58

brow. Mother? Oh my God. Maggie's

43:00

getting uncomfortable. No, he

43:03

doesn't. Look at his brows now.

43:05

Look at his brows. Ryan, look

43:07

at his brows. Ryan, look over

43:09

here. No, we just have to give him

43:12

a little bit of Botox here. That's it.

43:14

That's it. No, just to, just, just to,

43:16

just, you know, I've done it. Because he loves

43:18

the sun, and I'm like, get out of the

43:20

sun. The sun is good for you. I know, I

43:22

know, I know, but, but at the same time, right

43:25

here, here and here, makes a difference, because as we

43:27

get older. You don't want these to

43:29

be perfect? He got bro talked

43:31

ones and he didn't like what?

43:33

It does something to right here

43:35

like the chunk in my forehead

43:37

just like fatter and I just

43:39

I like to move my eyebrows.

43:41

Smile all the time. Yeah, but like

43:43

people smile. I mean, he's my smile.

43:46

I mean, he's he's brought pit. He's

43:48

bra pit. He's like, look at his

43:50

brows. We'll show you a picture. The

43:52

jaw, like you saying. So his chin

43:54

came in before the rest of his

43:56

face. and I would call him Crimson

43:58

Chin, which is a care. on TV

44:00

show, we'd watch Fairly Out Parents. So you

44:02

know it! I'm like, you're crimson chin! What

44:04

are you talking about? A. But now everyone's

44:06

like, God, what a jaw you have. You

44:08

know, you know? You know how much money

44:11

they pay for a child? Oh my God.

44:13

I have a best, I have a friend.

44:15

I have a friend who's like, I'm breaking

44:17

my jaw so it looks like Ryan. And

44:19

I'm like, what? It's easy. I mean you

44:21

put a chin-in plan and it's pretty easy.

44:23

Yeah. You obviously don't need that. If you,

44:25

if you put a chin-in plan, you would

44:27

have gone full jaylino. Isn't his nose perfect

44:29

too? Like he got our mom's nose and

44:32

I got my dance nose but I would

44:34

never touch it because then I'll be a

44:36

different human. No. You don't need to do

44:38

anything. Just a model then. No? I mean,

44:40

and he's older, he's older? I'm older by

44:42

a year. Yes, you gotta get that, right?

44:44

So wait, so it's him? A year and

44:46

five days. Yeah, and then our younger brother.

44:48

And where's he? He's on a part of

44:50

this. That is the question. He's nice. He's

44:53

also very musically gifted. Yeah, he does all

44:55

the producing, sound mixing for Megan. Yeah, he's

44:57

just shy, but he doesn't want to be

44:59

like out in the public guy, yeah. So

45:01

he's the model and actor. He's the model

45:03

and actor. Yes. Why don't you model, bro?

45:05

Walk in a line and model for Abercrombie.

45:07

Long gone. You could model for what's the

45:09

older brand that wears polo shirts? Jay crew?

45:12

Like a Jay crew? My dude. Crew, Jim

45:14

and him and him and my partner. Hollis.

45:16

Yes. Oh, he should have him as John.

45:18

He looks exactly like this, actually. I screenshot,

45:20

just him speaking. Good God. Yeah, what a

45:22

stud. A-I. He's the nicest human being in

45:24

the whole world. He is. They don't make

45:26

him like this. He's definitely an alien. You

45:28

seem very much similar to him and like

45:30

you guys are very nice and don't realize

45:33

how much of a, you know. Gorgeous they

45:35

are? I love one. I love those people.

45:37

But it's great because you don't see a

45:39

lot of that in this world. Not in

45:41

here, not in Hollywood. Not in Hollywood. And

45:43

sometimes, and sometimes, I mean, I mean, the

45:45

only problem with my only problem with my

45:47

partner with my partner with my partner with

45:49

my partner with my partner with my partner

45:51

with my partner is when people with my

45:54

partner is when people with my partner is

45:56

when people with my partner is when people

45:58

with my partner is when people come in

46:00

to see him, with my partner with my

46:02

partner with my partner with my partner is

46:04

when people come in to see him, Oh,

46:06

they're intimidated. Because he's so cute. He's so

46:08

handsome, but sometimes, and it's so much better

46:10

because women don't have to take their clothes

46:12

off in front of him because he does

46:15

mostly facial work. Because if they did, they

46:17

feel very uncomfortable. They come see me, they're

46:19

like, don't worry about this. Oh, it's okay.

46:21

It's okay. He's okay. I was like, eh.

46:23

Oh I know. I'm like, I look the

46:25

other way. That is, that is a kind

46:27

of a tough moment, I feel, as a

46:29

woman to be like, okay, I'm going to

46:31

show you all my secrets and like my,

46:34

oh, my C-section's gone. Here's my belly. How

46:36

do you like kind of ease through that

46:38

process? It'd be like, no, this is okay.

46:40

He's more gentle than the other guy. Okay.

46:42

I mean, here's the thing, a lot of

46:44

these things are insecurities, right? So if we

46:46

blow them up and make them worse, it's

46:48

not going to help. You know, you have

46:50

to make people feel really good about themselves

46:52

and their body, and if we can help

46:55

to make things even better, we will. You're

46:57

good because you do like the shit sandwich,

46:59

or you soften it. You start with like,

47:01

look, you're beautiful. But if you really wanted

47:03

to I would go like this and this

47:05

is you know I'm like like these are

47:07

all the things yeah You brought it up

47:09

perfectly I mean in training I'm not joking.

47:11

They put pictures up and they'd be like

47:13

what would you do and you'd have to

47:16

pick people apart? And you'd have to pick

47:18

people apart and you'd be like pick people

47:20

apart and and you'd have to pick people

47:22

apart and you'd be like you're like pick

47:24

in the hot to it was more training

47:26

so they could know what you know what

47:28

you're doing? I brag about you to everyone.

47:30

I was like, he's nice. I didn't feel

47:32

like a monster going in. And I come

47:34

out looking like my dream. This was, I

47:37

did this boob job for me. I was

47:39

like, Darryl, this has nothing to do with

47:41

you. Because it's like, I don't know, in

47:43

every category of my career, I'm taking pictures

47:45

a lot, I'm looking at me, you know.

47:47

People don't really rip me apart on comments

47:49

and stuff. So it was purely for me

47:51

and... my love life and my for my

47:53

husband I was like that's a gift for

47:56

you but it's mostly about me you know

47:58

I love it more kids or no Oh

48:00

yeah. Really? But I just, I, I'm

48:02

not gonna breastfeed because I... No, you're

48:04

not allowed. You're not allowed now. But

48:06

I never made milk. Yeah, you work

48:08

too. I wasn't good at it. It

48:10

wasn't, not that I wasn't good

48:12

at it. My body, just like

48:15

some people make milk, some don't,

48:17

and I was doing everything. I

48:19

was eating, before the baby came

48:21

out, I was eating, but I

48:23

think it's because the C-section, my

48:25

brain's like, is it really out?

48:27

You know, I don't know. So

48:30

I was eating like eight vitamins,

48:32

morning, lunch, night, like anything

48:34

I could, chugging water, eating

48:36

food, trying everything, all

48:38

women owned amazing, amazing, incredible

48:41

formula that I also parted with

48:43

because I believe in them so much.

48:45

We had formula sent in from Germany

48:47

or something. Germany or something. That's probably

48:49

what it was. A hip, I'm something.

48:51

But Bobby is like, why is it

48:53

coming from? Better. We don't have it

48:55

here in the U.S. But it's pretty

48:58

pathetic that there isn't clean except for

49:00

the one you're talking about. In the

49:02

U. We could tell everyone. Nothing's clean

49:04

to get it. Nothing's clean to give.

49:06

cannot make milk and that's

49:08

regardless of anything. Really? You

49:10

cannot. Milk production is just not

49:12

there. That makes me feel better. Yeah.

49:14

It depends on what studies, but yeah.

49:16

People in my family didn't have problems. Like

49:19

my mom was a cow, you know, my

49:21

auntie was a cow. I was like, what

49:23

is my fucking milk? I always said, I

49:25

always said growing up too. These boobs scarred

49:27

me, dude. They were like, I was like,

49:30

I got my dad's boobs. You know,

49:32

like that's what I was always saying.

49:34

I was like, mom, your booze are

49:37

short, gorgeous. Where's mine? And like people,

49:39

there were stories about my mom, like

49:41

running down the street with big

49:43

jugs. And I was like, great, one

49:45

shell mine show up, you know, never

49:48

did. So now I have them and

49:50

I made them and I bought them.

49:52

And you look beautiful. I'm happy, it

49:54

all went smooth and it was easy

49:56

and it was easy and now you're

49:58

back to work it. which is, you know,

50:01

if there's one advice I can give to

50:03

your listeners, if you're looking for plastic surgery,

50:05

look for someone who's had it with someone

50:07

and go there. And I ask everyone. Because

50:09

it's like anything, right? I mean, even when

50:11

you go to a restaurant, if somebody you

50:13

know that has good taste in food tells

50:15

you, hey, go to this place, you'll be

50:17

like. Okay, I'm gonna go try it. This

50:19

is a thousand times bigger than that, right?

50:21

You always, I think, recommendations for certain things

50:23

like doctors, especially plastic surgeons. You get it

50:25

from somebody who has a like-minded kind of

50:27

attitude towards things. I think you were setting

50:29

yourself up to have a nice result. If

50:32

you just randomly go to people off Instagram

50:34

or whatever, however else people are looking for,

50:36

I think that's where you can run into

50:38

some problems. So, yeah. Thanks to your friend.

50:40

Thanks to my friend. She knows exactly who

50:42

she is. Thanks to your friend. So you

50:44

must not be named. What's really cool about

50:46

Motiva is that when I went in your

50:48

office there's a beautiful stand of Motiva in

50:50

there and I was like what's going on

50:52

over here and you were telling me how

50:54

much you loved their implants and so out

50:56

of trust with you and out of feeling

50:58

them I was like. yeah I'm down to

51:01

put this in my body and then I

51:03

went on the podcast that week and talked

51:05

to you about all right I think I

51:07

made my decision I think I'm gonna do

51:09

my breast augmentation like I'm really excited about

51:11

it and Motiva reached out to me on

51:13

that's so cool and they were like hey

51:15

we want to partner with you and tell

51:17

the world more about our implants and I

51:19

was like for real like I already picked

51:21

you like this is the one I'm going

51:23

with so it was really organic and natural

51:25

and pretty awesome how we already picked them

51:27

and they're coming in and being like can

51:29

you help us spread the good message about

51:32

it so anything else you want to say

51:34

about these incredible implants and you know what's

51:36

interesting is let's brag about it perfectly I

51:38

have all the implants from all the different

51:40

manufacturers I never push anyone to use one

51:42

specific one so I'll put them out there

51:44

and I'll say feel them see what you

51:46

think and most people will be like wow

51:48

I like the blue ones the light blue

51:50

hue is nice Yeah. And I'll tell them

51:52

and if they ask me, I say, it's

51:54

my go to. I have had amazing results.

51:56

And it's not as much, oh, I like

51:58

it so much, but all the patients are

52:00

happy. To me, proofs of the pudding, right?

52:03

Like if I do something for you, if

52:05

I think it's great, but you don't, I

52:07

struck out hard. You also told me what

52:09

really convinced me? You were like, all my

52:11

patients are coming in and. replacing theirs with

52:13

this. Yeah, a lot of people are. And

52:15

I was like, wow. I was like, wow.

52:17

I was like, okay, I want that. And

52:19

I want to ever come back and replace.

52:21

You should come with me if you guys

52:23

aren't doing anything. I'm going to go through

52:25

full surgery and doing live surgery for that.

52:27

So that should be fun. I haven't done

52:29

that in years. And they're like, you know,

52:31

come down here. Like a neck. Yeah, a

52:34

bunch of surgeons are coming. And this, it's

52:36

funny, where I trained in Miami, they used

52:38

to be in operating theater. So, so you'd

52:40

have, like, kind of like the neck, right?

52:42

Yeah. Or, so you'd have, like, kind of

52:44

like the neck, right? Yeah. Or, so you'd

52:46

have an area where you can go upstairs.

52:48

myself an older surgeon but long enough where

52:50

some of the guys are like hey let's

52:52

see what he's doing does he have maybe

52:54

a couple trips you know tricks or tips

52:56

that he can kind of give us and

52:58

I love it because other people have done

53:00

it for me so sometime in April I'm

53:03

going if you want to go to Costa

53:05

Rica also I would love to know how

53:07

you got my thin thin skin to close

53:09

together my breast like my tissue is very

53:11

thin and dainty right yes What's up with

53:13

that? But what's up with that? It's most

53:15

of it is a lot of it is

53:17

elasticity and stretched out and weight gain or

53:19

weight loss can really kind of ruin skin

53:21

and also pregnancy because pregnancy when you get

53:23

pregnant breast getting gorge they get much bigger

53:25

your breasts were probably a lot bigger when

53:27

you're pregnant yes and then they were like

53:29

this and when that happens if it happens

53:31

enough it really kind of it's like It's

53:34

like turning a balloon that's been blown up

53:36

and then just letting all the air out.

53:38

Yeah. It's completely deflated. Few stitches on the

53:40

inside? We put all the stitches on the

53:42

inside, all the stitches dissolve. and then what

53:44

we'll be due is in the next probably

53:46

like through not probably month we'll start lasering

53:48

your scars and once we laser those cars

53:50

hopefully we can make them all go away

53:52

then then nobody would know you had anything

53:54

done do you think you can laser my

53:56

scars on my face on my forehead yeah

53:58

you see that scar he fell in college

54:00

I fell on my face I was just

54:02

a drunk bastard he's sober now sober now

54:05

go to school in Florida You Tampa, University

54:07

Tampa. Yeah, no wonder why he's talking about

54:09

strip choice. Tampa, the Tampa is like the,

54:11

it's like the Mecca. Yeah, strip cup, capital,

54:13

the world. And everybody would visit and I'd

54:15

say, I know, the perfect place. And then

54:17

you start walking and they go, hey Ryan,

54:19

I got to stop going here. You need

54:21

to come in, come in and I'll laser

54:23

that for you. That'd be great. Come with

54:25

me. Yeah. Come in there's all, there's a

54:27

lot of girls in there's a lot of

54:29

girls in there. There's a lot of girls

54:31

in there. There's a lot of girls in

54:33

there. There's a lot of girls in there's

54:36

a lot of girls in there. There's a

54:38

lot of girls in there. There's a lot

54:40

of girls in there. There's a lot of

54:42

girls in there. There's a lot of girls

54:44

in there. There's a lot of girls in

54:46

there. There's a lot of girls in there.

54:48

There's a lot of girls in there. There

54:50

I tell you, even though you have a

54:52

girlfriend, we're not just going to sign you

54:54

up for a model. Goo me, it's okay,

54:56

don't worry. Companies, if you're watching this and

54:58

you need a model, that's six, what? What

55:00

are you? Six two? Six two? No eyebrows,

55:02

we could paint them on before he gets

55:05

there. Yep. And let's do a hair transplant.

55:07

No, dude, my hair is fine. No, no,

55:09

for your eyebrows. Oh, my eyebrows. How is

55:11

that, what is that in tail? Is that

55:13

surgery? Do you go to sleep? Or are

55:15

you sitting there? Seems a bit aggressive. It's

55:17

so not, we're doing it, I'm doing it.

55:19

You just paint it on if I do

55:21

something on a set. So you pull it

55:23

from the back in your hair and then

55:25

you just pick it in wherever you want.

55:27

How long is that? Two hours? You got

55:29

four or five hours? That I don't have

55:31

hair. You don't have hair. It's not dark

55:33

enough. I have died right now. Let's do

55:36

this. Let's start with the brow serum. I'll

55:38

give you some brow serum. Try that. If

55:40

that works, then we're hairless. If it doesn't.

55:42

My whole family were hairless. Well, that's good

55:44

though. I know, but not where you want

55:46

hair. Like here. I sprayed my dark root

55:48

spray today. I told you. I told you

55:50

the secret to the secret to that. I'm

55:52

doing my monoxidil. I'm doing it. Is the

55:54

way to go. Should I eat two a

55:56

day? No, no, no, no. Just 2.5 milligrams

55:58

every day. I'm doing it. Like there's

56:00

a study that shows that people

56:03

that have hair loss that take

56:05

monoxidil, it's the amount of hair

56:07

that grows is insane. How long does

56:09

it take like three months? It

56:11

normally takes a hair cycle which

56:14

is three months? But it's amazing

56:16

and it really works a hair

56:18

cycle which is three months? But

56:20

it's amazing and it really works.

56:22

The only problem is you may

56:24

get hairy in other places. I've

56:26

been like... I shaved yesterday. Oh

56:28

my god, I was like, you're like

56:31

my husband by nightfall. His fucking

56:33

wolfering here comes back. Yeah, it's

56:35

not fair. Anyways, okay, we did it

56:37

all. crushed it. We did it all. I love

56:39

you so, so much. We are not worthy

56:41

to have a board certified said, and

56:43

I love saying that. Classic said. You're

56:45

the man. You're the man. You're the

56:47

man. I'm sorry I've been calling you

56:50

payment forever. I call you payment

56:52

and everyone's like out of. I'd like

56:54

out of respect. Pay? No, when people go, who's your doctor? I go, doctor

56:56

pay. They go, well, that sounds us. And I'm like, no, no, no, no. Somebody said that

56:58

to me too. I'm like, it's just so much easier than Dr. Danupor. I love Danupor is

57:01

easy. I'll say whatever you want. Yes, thank you. Powerful. Look him up. His Instagram is

57:03

right below. Thank you, thank you, any message you want to say to anyone. Listen.

57:05

Listen, there's, there's absolutely zero reason to be zero reason to be

57:07

ashamed to be ashamed to be ashamed to be ashamed to be ashamed to be ashamed

57:09

about wanting to be ashamed about wanting to be ashamed about wanting to be

57:11

ashamed about wanting to be ashamed about wanting to be ashamed about wanting

57:13

to be ashamed about wanting to be ashamed about wanting to be ashamed

57:15

about wanting to be ashamed about wanting to do something to do something about

57:17

wanting to do something about wanting to do something about wanting to do

57:19

something about wanting to do something about wanting to do something That's

57:21

all I ever have to say.

57:24

My manager's going to next.

57:26

She's so excited. She's

57:28

like, catch me, I'm going

57:30

to marry soon. But she

57:32

wanted the 600 CCs. Whoa.

57:34

She's going for it. Um,

57:37

Ryan's, uh, Ryan's doing the,

57:39

uh, Ryan's doing the, uh,

57:41

Ryan's doing the simulation. Where can

57:43

I buy these? These are our gifts for today.

57:45

What is your podcast called? Because you guys can

57:48

catch me on that. Our podcast is called

57:50

Forever Young. Forever Young. And we're going to

57:52

have Megan on it hopefully in the next

57:54

couple weeks. We are? Watch his podcast forever

57:56

young. I watch it on his Instagram. We're

57:58

going to talk about everything. how you come

58:00

up with all the different songs you

58:02

do and how you're such an amazing

58:04

songwriter. Oh my god, that's what we're

58:06

talking about? No, it's talking about me

58:08

booze. Okay, but yeah, but it's gonna

58:10

be done in a tank top. We're

58:12

gonna talk about it. Yeah. Also, I

58:14

did want to say the morning of,

58:16

has anyone else fainted before surgery like

58:19

me? I didn't faint, but I, I

58:21

think. Oh my God, I totally forgot

58:23

about it. Did you? Because that was

58:25

the most scarring part. I barely could

58:27

mark her on the, I didn't mark

58:29

her, I didn't mark her, I marked

58:31

her, I marked her on the table.

58:33

We never did the sharply, we never

58:35

did the sharply, we never did the

58:37

sharply, we never did the sharply, right.

58:39

I was like, oh my God, it's

58:41

early. I'm cold, it's early, I'm naked,

58:43

I'm standing there, and he's just studying

58:45

me. He gets one boob done, and

58:47

I go, I got to sit. I

58:49

start getting so sweaty. It was like

58:51

one of these. Also, also, also, the

58:53

anesthesious was like so sweet and so

58:55

nice, and before the surgeon, he goes,

58:57

you know, you could lose your voice,

58:59

right? I was like, yes, any surgery,

59:01

any time you put a fucking thing

59:03

in your throat, like you're gonna, you

59:05

could lose your voice. She goes, she

59:07

just told me I mean, lose my

59:09

voice. Said it twice. I was like,

59:11

you don't have to say twice, I

59:13

know what's going. I signed the paper,

59:15

I read it, you know, and so

59:17

that I'm in the room marking him

59:19

and I'm like, I'm gonna, I'm gonna,

59:21

I'm gonna pass out, I can't do

59:23

this right now. And he goes, oh,

59:25

oh, oh I know, the marking is

59:27

the marking is the hardest part, it's

59:29

the hardest part, it's the hardest part,

59:31

it's the hardest part, it's the hardest

59:33

part, I, I, it's the hardest part,

59:35

I, I, I, it's the hardest part,

59:37

I, I, I, I, I, I, I,

59:39

I, I know, I know, I know,

59:41

I know, I know, I know, I

59:43

know, I know, He goes, can I

59:45

get your other move? And I go,

59:47

no, I'm going to faint if I

59:49

stand up. We need to get to

59:51

the chair. We need to get to

59:53

the table and knock me the fuck

59:55

out. And then I all of a

59:57

sudden never had this before. I go,

59:59

I got to get to the toilet.

1:00:01

And he goes, sorry, what's the toilet

1:00:03

going to do? I go, I'm going

1:00:05

to shit myself. And I pooped. I

1:00:07

pooped at 8 a.m. Before surgery. Here

1:00:09

is the worst poop. Here's the worst.

1:00:11

Here's the worst part. As I. As

I. As I. No marks and I'm

1:00:15

going to be fun. This is going

1:00:17

to be fun. I did one. He

1:00:19

goes, okay, I'll get on the table.

1:00:21

I was like, get me down or

1:00:23

I'm going to change my mind. I

1:00:25

like people standing up, be able to

1:00:27

mark them. I hate to say it,

1:00:29

but it's like pay my numbers. So

1:00:31

if you if your marks are perfect,

1:00:33

doing the surgeries a lot easier. So

1:00:35

look how good my moves with one

1:00:38

move marked and was not. It goes

1:00:40

kind of like this. I totally forgot

1:00:42

about that. Wow. My head was in

1:00:44

the toy trash can. I was like,

1:00:46

what? Yeah, but Darrell's there. He's having

1:00:48

a full panic attack. Yeah, I was

1:00:50

like, can you get my husband? He's

1:00:52

like, what'd you do to her? I'd

1:00:54

go nothing. I didn't even get a

1:00:56

chance to do anything. He knew. He's

1:00:58

like, you're okay. You're just, I was

1:01:00

like, I'm emotionally ready. Like, I don't

1:01:02

know what this is. He's like, your

1:01:04

body's not. Your body's scared. You were

1:01:06

more traumatized before searching than I. Yes.

1:01:08

That was the hardest part. Yes. You

1:01:10

were more traumatized before searching. Yes. That

1:01:12

was the hardest part. Before. I'm. Oh,

1:01:14

that's great. I can't wait. It's okay.

1:01:16

1:02:33

Hi everyone, Gloria Riviera here, and

1:02:36

we are back for another season

1:02:38

of No One is Coming to

1:02:40

Save Us, a podcast about America's

1:02:43

child care crisis. This season, we're

1:02:45

delving deep into five critical issues

1:02:47

facing our country through the lens

1:02:50

of child care. Poverty, mental health.

1:02:52

housing, climate change, and the public

1:02:55

school system. By exploring these connections,

1:02:57

we aim to highlight that childcare

1:02:59

is not an isolated issue, but

1:03:02

one that influences all facets of

1:03:04

American life. Season 4 of No

1:03:06

One is Coming to Save Us

1:03:09

is Out.
