perhaps the best ep of Acquired so far

this is perhaps the first podcast ep I've found honestly disgusting. how dare you mine these poor people for stories in the first place, going in with your assumptions unchecked, and then ask them to absolve you 5 years later out of the blue. this story, true or not, disgusted me. it was painful to listen to the narrator's "guilt", which doesn't mean anything anymore. if he loses even that, as the realtor tried to make him, there's truly no hope left. unbearable episode.
