A brilliant, strange, unique concept that is successfully achieved through the fantastic writing, performances, and production sound. A dark comedy that can get very strange - in a good way! In fact, more than once I've listened to an episode and thought to myself, "There's no way they can beat that one." And then they do. This show actually continues to one-up itself just about every episode. I can't wait to see what comes next.

LifeAfter has the most satisfying storyline (and ending) of any scripted audio show I've ever listened to. So much so that I'm pretty sure another show that came out a year or two later "borrowed" heavily from it. Better than 90% of the TV shows out there, this is the show I would most recommend for someone who is truly looking for "TV for their ears." I also very much enjoyed The Message, but it didn't stick with me emotionally/mentally as much. I think The Message is like the CW show while LifeAfter is the HBO show, particularly in production quality and performances. But both are brilliantly written.

The only show I've ever listened to twice all the way through. And it's even better the second time around. Starts off as a somewhat light-hearted sci-fi sitcom, but soon becomes a very emotionally rewarding, heart-wrenching, awe-inspiring epic tale. The writing and character development is unparalleled in the scripted podcasting world.
