On this week's episode, I unfortunately have to talk about what's going on in our country. I would love to be an escape for you all, but I wouldn't feel right about not addressing the major injustice happening in our country and the major pain and suffering of women that is already RAGING across the country. I hope that this episode makes you feel less hopeless & more validated in all of your feelings. I also talk about maintaining a more damp lifestyle, some body image wins, how working on your body image is MAJORLY feminist, and how we should believe in ourselves enough to take big risks.
