My name is Kelly and with a dumbbell in one hand and my camera in the other I am on a mission to inspire, coach & empower women. 

My goal is to get busy women like you to slow down and fill their cups .  

We are going to talk all things CONFIDENCE  and I will share with you all my incredible mindset shifts, sustainable habit changes and powerful lightbulb moments on my personal journey to my most confident self.  

We are going to shift our mindset, repair our relationship with food ,exercise and our bodies and  CHALLENGE our limiting beliefs.
