Welcome to another edition of The Styles Report.  I am your hip-hip and pop culture analyst M.K. Styles.

We're starting things off this report with a double-header of bad news for the former owners of Roc-A-Fella Records.



First up, Dame Dash has been hit with six counts of selling liquor without a license in his art gallery/recording studio in New York.  Furthermore, authorities speculated that it might also be a front for "illegal activity".
The timing couldn't be worse for Dame because just last month he got hit with a $2 million dollar tax bill from the IRS.  If he's not careful, his house is gonna end up as "State Property".

Meanwhile, his former partner Jay-Z, while doing very well on the chart, is not doing so well as a landlord.  Tenants of his Philadelphia luxury condo are complaining to news outlets and their state senator that Jay's been trying to force them out of their homes using unscrupulous tactics like frivolous lawsuits and giving up their private cell phone numbers to realtors...even though they're not trying to sell!
