Before we start things off I'd like to send a shoutout to my boy Dre Skillz.  I'm wishing for a safe and speedy recovery for you, my brother. 

When you get out of the hospital, Endless Shrimp at Red Lobster on me.  Until then, do it up Biggie style and enjoy the sponge baths from the big butt nurses.

I'd also like to dedicate this report to the overweight lover himself, the late, great Heavy D. 
Your contributions to hip-hop, R&B, new jack swing, reggae, and music in general, as a rapper and producer, puts you in a category with the all time greats...and ensures that your legacy and music will continue to influence, inspire, and move us for many years to come.  Rest in peace, Heav.

Now those of you who listen to The Styles Report on a regular basis - y'know, all you smart, good-looking people with impeccable taste :-)  - know that this is about as kind and respectful as I get.

Why?  Because I hate bad ideas.  Especially when they turn into bad albums and/or bad films.

Now while we're on the topic of hip-hop icons taken from us too soon...they're making an Ol' Dirty Bastard movie.
