Hello and welcome to the Weeping

0:02

CEDARS 2025 update part one. Hopefully

0:04

there will be a part two

0:06

later this year. But this is

0:08

for April of 2025 and I'm

0:10

Josh. I write Weeping CEDARS and

0:12

Seymight and Rod of Amber and

0:14

I am here to give you an

0:17

update of where things are at with

0:19

Weeping CEDARS and all of the Weeping

0:21

CEDARS things that are happening this year

0:23

and there's a lot of them. So

0:25

I'm going to give you an overview.

0:27

And then I'm going to get into

0:29

the nitty gritty of all of those

0:32

things. And then at the end, we'll

0:34

talk a little bit about what's coming

0:36

next year, hopefully. And then

0:38

what's even beyond that? Because there's

0:40

a lot. So let's start with

0:43

this year right now, this very moment.

0:45

Hey, go to your computer.

0:47

Type in weepingceders.com and click

0:49

on the Kickstarter link there

0:52

and just just save the

0:54

Kickstarter. That's, you want to,

0:56

hey. buddy, pal, friend, amigo. If

0:58

you want to do something for

1:00

me after all these hours, these

1:02

so many hours we've spent together,

1:05

just click that reminder for that

1:07

Kickstarter because we're going to

1:09

be talking about that. That Kickstarter

1:11

launches May 13th. May 13th is the

1:13

day to keep in mind because that is

1:16

the day when that Kickstarter launches is

1:18

also the day that Rod of

1:20

Amber season 3 launches as well as

1:22

the first of the Rod of Amber

1:24

season 3 short stories. So everything starts

1:27

on May 13th and for about

1:29

a month after that it's it's

1:31

weeping cedars month. It's national

1:33

weeping cedars month from the

1:35

middle of May to the middle of June.

1:38

That's how months work in the

1:40

podcast world. And during that time there

1:42

will be podcast episodes and there will be

1:44

short stories and there will be blogs from

1:46

Lightning Falls being posted and it's just going

1:49

to be it's going to be weeping cedars

1:51

all the time although none of these things

1:53

will take place in weeping cedars just in

1:55

its universe because that's where we are right

1:58

now we have not yet returned to

2:00

town itself, though eventually, God willing, we

2:02

will. Then after that big push in

2:04

May and June of Weeping Cedar's

2:07

content, we go quiet again for

2:09

a little while until September, which

2:11

is when shards of amber, the

2:13

rot of amber short story collection

2:15

will drop, and then October is

2:18

when lightning falls, the first Weeping

2:20

Cedar's novel will drop. And that

2:22

is 2025. So if all goes, well,

2:24

that's the stuff you're going to see

2:26

and hear and hear and experience this

2:29

year. I did have a plan for a

2:31

cassette tape short podcast for this year.

2:33

Editing and publishing has taken up so

2:36

much of my time since I'm putting

2:38

out three books this year, which was

2:40

probably not the best of ideas.

2:42

Plus a season of a podcast,

2:44

plus an experimental novel that will

2:46

be coming out on the substack,

2:48

there's a lot going on. So that

2:51

that little short cassette tape

2:53

podcast is, I think, pushed to next

2:55

year. So let's dig into what is

2:57

happening in May and then what these

2:59

books are at the end of the

3:02

year. So first off, Rod of Amber,

3:04

season three, four episodes, will be

3:06

starting on May 13th, then the

3:09

next one will drop on May

3:11

20th, then the 27th, and

3:13

then June 3rd. Contrary to

3:15

previous years, these are dropping on

3:17

Tuesdays. I did that so it

3:20

lined up with the Kickstarter. I

3:22

like to call that. Synergy. I

3:24

made that word up. You can use

3:26

it. It's the most beautiful word. It's

3:28

my favorite word in English language,

3:30

Synergy, as you can tell from all

3:32

of the Weeping CEDARS branding that's been

3:35

out there in corporate America. But we

3:37

want to do those things together. The

3:39

other thing that I'm doing is I'm

3:41

not making people wait for the

3:43

short stories days, days after the

3:45

episode drops. So episodes will drop

3:48

on the same day that they're short

3:50

stories. come out on Patreon for everybody

3:52

if you're a free patron. And if

3:55

you are a paid patron this time,

3:57

you get access to both all four

3:59

episodes. and all four short stories

4:01

at exactly the same time right at

4:03

the beginning of the season. So if you

4:06

want to binge or listen and read Rod

4:08

of Amber, you can do that. The only thing

4:10

I ask is if you do that,

4:12

hey, chat with the other patrons

4:14

on patron instead of on the

4:16

Reddit necessarily until everybody gets access

4:18

to that stuff. But unless you want

4:21

to do some marketing for us

4:23

and then just tell everybody you've

4:25

read and listen to them. And how

4:27

much they should go and check out the

4:29

patron or warn people and be like,

4:31

this wasn't worth it at all. I before, stay

4:33

away. Stay away. It's so much in that

4:36

last episode. And there is, I'm so

4:38

sorry about that. This is partially why

4:40

I'm getting away from podcasts, because the

4:43

way I write, everything builds up

4:45

right until the end, and then the

4:47

last two episodes, you're just like, I

4:49

need somebody to tell me what happened.

4:51

And I get that, that's sort of

4:53

how it's designed, but I am sorry

4:55

about that. So patrons, you will be

4:57

able to get everything wrote of Amber

5:00

season three on May 13th, if your

5:02

heart so desires. And if you listen to

5:04

the first episode and read the first story

5:06

and you want the rest, well then you

5:08

can become a patron at the lowest rate.

5:11

It's a couple bucks. And then you get

5:13

all access to all that. And then if

5:15

you just, if that's all you want, you

5:17

can cancel after you've listened and

5:19

read. And you know, you don't have to

5:22

support the rest of the year

5:24

to get that stuff. So that

5:26

is Rod of Amber, season three.

5:28

It's four episodes, no matter what

5:30

Alex Carmichael thinks she's doing, she's

5:32

gonna do four episodes this season.

5:35

At the same time, the Kickstarter

5:37

launches. And the whole point of

5:39

the Kickstarter is to keep weeping

5:41

cedars in your ears, where it

5:43

started. The Kickstarter will have three

5:46

tiers, three goals. The first goal

5:48

is to fund the audiobook for

5:50

Lightning Falls. The first weeping cedars

5:53

novel. I have acquired, I have

5:55

hunted down and found the

5:57

perfect person to narrate.

6:00

Lightning Falls, and that is Quinn Steve

6:02

Bold, who played Linz in Weeping Cedars.

6:04

They are perfect for this for a lot

6:06

of reasons, and I'm confident that

6:08

people will enjoy Quinn's performance. It's

6:10

going to be great. We're going to

6:13

have a sample chapter up on the

6:15

Kickstarter, just a little caveat. It

6:17

is a sample of the chapter and

6:19

of Quinn's performance, but the audio equipment

6:21

that Quinn was using at the time

6:23

was not great, and they are in the

6:26

process of moving. So we are just sort

6:28

of timing wise, not in a great space

6:30

for re-recording that. So we will be re-recording

6:32

that. And so the sample that's up

6:34

there will give you the prologue to

6:36

Lightning Falls and give you an example

6:38

of Quinn's performance. But we are going

6:41

to be re-recording it for quality, for

6:43

sound quality, and for a couple of little

6:45

bumps along the way. But I wanted to

6:47

give you a sample of what Quinn's going

6:49

to be doing and to get you to

6:51

experience a little bit of Lightning Falls right

6:53

out of the gate. So that's the

6:55

first goal. Get Quinn to be able

6:57

to do this audio book. It's a

6:59

long book, and so it's expensive. So

7:01

we're going to be asking for $1,700.

7:03

That's partially to pay, you know,

7:06

kickstarter fees and everything. But yeah,

7:08

it's a long book. And those are

7:10

friend prices. So we'll get back to

7:12

that in a second, but Quinn is

7:14

doing me a solid by doing friend

7:16

prices for that book. For anything,

7:18

something that's going to be around 15

7:20

to 20 hour book. for that

7:22

price, which is amazing of

7:24

them. The second tier will

7:26

be funding shards of amber,

7:29

the short story collection. And

7:31

for that, we have the

7:33

most appropriate and wonderful person,

7:36

Renee Vito, who voices Alex

7:38

Carmichael, she will be reading

7:40

that book to you. And we have

7:42

a sample of that as well,

7:44

the first short story laundry

7:47

day. Rene has read that. The sample will

7:49

be up on the Kickstarter, so you will

7:51

be able to both listen to the first

7:53

opening chapter of Lightning Falls and the first

7:55

short story of shards of amber before you

7:58

decide whether or not you want to... to

8:00

back the audio book. And Renee's stuff

8:02

is exactly what it's going to be.

8:04

We didn't have any technical problems there.

8:07

So you're getting everything you're going to

8:09

get with her performance. All of that is

8:11

locked in for laundry day. The third

8:13

goal that we're going to be looking

8:15

for is to bump up their pay.

8:17

They're both doing this for friend prices.

8:19

I want to get them to, at

8:21

the very least, minimum industry standard

8:23

pay. So no friend prices. That's

8:26

the third tier. And if we

8:28

reach that, then that's great. We're

8:30

going to make sure that they

8:32

get paid. Once we reach that

8:34

third tier, then everything after that

8:37

will be split among the

8:39

three of us. So the

8:41

first three tiers go entirely,

8:43

I guess, both to Kickstarter

8:45

and to Quinn and Renee. I'm

8:47

not going to see any of

8:50

that money. Once we pass that,

8:52

then we start splitting that money

8:54

three ways. I want to get...

8:56

Quinn and Renee up to kind

8:58

of top tier level audio performer

9:01

prices. At the same time, the remainder

9:03

of that pie will go back

9:05

to me to pay for things

9:07

like editing because editing a book

9:09

this big is expensive and I'm getting

9:11

friend prices there too. So this

9:14

book would absolutely not be possible

9:16

if people were not kind and

9:18

generous with their time and efforts

9:21

and honestly would not be possible

9:23

without the generosity of the patrons.

9:25

on Patreon because kind of all of

9:28

that money this year is going

9:30

into these books because it is

9:32

expensive to have books edited to

9:34

have them read you know weeping

9:36

cedars started off as this kind

9:38

of volunteer project and it stopped

9:40

being that kind of with season

9:42

three of weeping cedars then we

9:44

had to start stepping up with

9:46

compensation and it's been that ever since

9:48

so this is now that we're moving into

9:51

books It's an expensive process. Fortunately, I'm not

9:53

the worst person in the world when it

9:55

comes to art. I'm not good, but I'm

9:57

not the worst. So I was able to

9:59

design our covers. in a way that

10:01

I think looks okay. I tend to

10:03

be very critical of self-published books and

10:05

their covers, and I hope that I

10:08

have passed my own standards on that.

10:10

But you all will be the judge

10:12

of that. So that's the kickstarter. As

10:15

far as the rewards go, obviously at

10:17

lower levels you're going to get the

10:19

audio books themselves. We have add-ons for

10:22

the e-books, as well at higher levels.

10:24

They're physical copies, and then at the

10:26

highest levels. There are signed copies with

10:29

Lightning Falls stickers and sort of that

10:31

whole that whole kind of world of

10:33

stuff that you'd expect from a book

10:35

release like this. I'm doing all this

10:38

through Ingram Spark and Find Away Voices

10:40

and eventually Amazon Kindle. So all of

10:42

that stuff, you know, it's going to

10:45

be, I'm going to be navigating that

10:47

stuff for the first time so there

10:49

may be some bumps and delays in

10:52

the process. But I'm working with people

10:54

who have done all of this before.

10:56

And so we've spoken about the process

10:59

and how we're going to navigate it.

11:01

And so I'm confident that even if

11:03

there are some bumps along the way,

11:06

we're going to figure it out and

11:08

make sure that things are done on

11:10

time or at the very least with

11:12

very minimal delays. So that's the kickstarter.

11:15

That's Rod of Amber, season three. Now

11:17

it's time to move on to the

11:19

books. And I'm going to talk about

11:22

shards of Amber first because that's the

11:24

thing that people are most familiar with

11:26

because... By the time the book comes

11:29

out, 75% of it will already be

11:31

out there for free. If you don't

11:33

want to buy shards of amber, you

11:36

don't have to. If you want the

11:38

story of Rod of amber, as it

11:40

is publicly available, you don't need to

11:43

buy the book. Of the 16 stories,

11:45

12 of them will be free for

11:47

people on Patreon. And that's free people

11:49

on Patreon too, that you don't have

11:52

to be a paid member to read

11:54

those stories. The last four stories, though,

11:56

I will say... are some of my

11:59

favorites in the collection. Now I will

12:01

also say that some of the free

12:03

ones are some of my favorites too.

12:06

So I'm not just trying to be

12:08

like, hey, if you want the good

12:10

stuff, you know, fork it over, bud,

12:13

you know. That's not that's not the

12:15

goal here. But as I got to

12:17

the end of writing the story and

12:19

wanted to go back and Both look

12:22

forward where are some of the characters

12:24

now that the story has concluded and

12:26

back? Who have some of these characters

12:29

been and how did they get involved

12:31

in the story? What's how do they

12:33

tie into other stories? Those things became

12:36

incredibly interesting to me as the writer

12:38

and I hope and I suspect that

12:40

they'll be very interesting to you as

12:43

well. So if you want the full

12:45

version of the Rod of Amber story,

12:47

shards of Amber, a 16 story short

12:50

story collection, which there was more words

12:52

for story out there, that's the place

12:54

to go. That's where you're going to

12:56

get it. So that's the first book.

12:59

That's sort of a known quantity, except

13:01

for those, you know, the last stories

13:03

which delve into characters that we have

13:06

mentioned in Rod of Amber. But for

13:08

the most part, haven't seen themselves. The

13:10

second book, though, Lightning Falls is, the

13:13

second book, though, Lightning Falls is probably

13:15

new to many of the people who

13:17

were listening to this. It is the

13:20

first novel set in the Weeping Seaters

13:22

universe, and the story has been through

13:24

so many incarnations, it started off as

13:27

another podcast, and I realized I didn't

13:29

have another three seasons of audio editing

13:31

in me. So then it became a

13:33

novel set in the 1970s, and then

13:36

it got dragged into the present day,

13:38

and it once involved up to eight

13:40

radio towers surrounding this little town. It's

13:43

been through a lot of incarnations, but

13:45

the version we have is something I'm

13:47

very pleased with. It's a book about

13:50

a woman named Jenny who comes home

13:52

to Lightning Falls in Northeastern Oregon, and

13:54

she has suffered some horrendous personal tragedy,

13:57

and that tragedy and loss has been

13:59

compounded by... staying with her mother who

14:01

would never approve of the work that

14:03

Jenny does online, which is of a

14:06

certain adult variety and the pesky fact

14:08

that Janie cannot remember most of her

14:10

life before she left Lightning Falls the

14:13

first time. There's a lot in this

14:15

book. It's a big long book. It

14:17

is written for weeping cedars fans. It

14:20

is written for weeping cedars fans. It

14:22

is written for people who enjoy a

14:24

complicated story and like delving into history.

14:27

People who have not listened to weeping

14:29

cedars, you're going to get a lot

14:31

more. out of it, then if you're

14:34

coming to this book fresh. Now hopefully,

14:36

if you do come to the book

14:38

fresh, one, I don't know how you're

14:40

listening to this update, but two, if

14:43

you are, hopefully it will intrigue you

14:45

enough to go back and find out

14:47

what are all of these connections in

14:50

this story. But you were listening to

14:52

this because you've listened to the podcast

14:54

that's attached to, you're the main audience,

14:57

I wrote it for you. It is

14:59

a very slow book, it takes its

15:01

time, it divertsverts into... history and nightmares

15:04

and esoteric contemplations. It's a book that

15:06

will not explain itself fully. You will

15:08

get to the end and you will

15:11

go, what, what just happened? I'm not

15:13

sure I understand. What did they do

15:15

here? Where was this person when this

15:17

thing happened? Why, why, why did that

15:20

have to happen? And I promise you,

15:22

most of those questions are actually answered

15:24

in the book. It's just a complicated

15:27

book. It's It's treated very much the

15:29

same way that weeping cedars is, which

15:31

is that everything is important, and very

15:34

little is filler. It's a book that

15:36

you're going to probably have to read

15:38

more than once, unless you are really

15:41

good with the remembering part of things.

15:43

And it may be a book that

15:45

you have to discuss with other people

15:48

to find some things out. It is

15:50

designed in a lot of ways. for

15:52

there to be sort of many layers

15:54

of discovery. There are things hidden in

15:57

the book that I hope are found

15:59

by people later. It would be a

16:01

little disheartening if everybody found everything right

16:04

away. But also, if that's the case,

16:06

then you all are very smart. and

16:08

wonderful, and you all work together. And

16:11

so that would be gratifying as well.

16:13

So in other words, it's not a

16:15

light book. It comes in at about

16:18

230,000 words, which means it's not gargantuan,

16:20

but it's also not short. That releases

16:22

in October, and I'm really looking forward

16:24

to Weeping Cedar's fans getting their hands

16:27

on the final version. We had a

16:29

handful of beta readers, and I really

16:31

want to thank all those beta readers

16:34

for their feedback. It has been invaluable.

16:36

had it I had one person in

16:38

the beta read who was not a

16:41

weeping cedars fan and they gave the

16:43

book three out of five stars so

16:45

you know if if non-weeping cedars fans

16:48

find the book average and weeping cedars

16:50

fans give it an average of like

16:52

four and a half stars I'm happy

16:55

because then it's hitting the main audience

16:57

and it's also not entirely Oblique to

16:59

people who are not Weeping Seeters fans.

17:01

I will say some of the feedback

17:04

I did get from that person was

17:06

that it was light on horror. And

17:08

that is true the first time you

17:11

read it. But like Weeping Seeters itself,

17:13

I hope that the horror is laying

17:15

in little packages for you to unwrap

17:18

as you go through. So that is

17:20

2025. That's all the stuff that we're

17:22

going to be releasing. In 2025, I

17:25

say we, but it's really just me,

17:27

with the help of some really wonderful

17:29

people in support, but we sounds more

17:32

professional. So, before I let you go,

17:34

let's look forward to next year. So,

17:36

next year, I plan on releasing three

17:38

books as well. This year I'm releasing

17:41

three books. Two of them are Weeping

17:43

Seeders. One is going to be a

17:45

horror short story collection of non-weeping-seater stuff,

17:48

so if... you know if you like

17:50

the writing but you know you think

17:52

maybe hey what what if what if

17:55

he wrote about things that don't involve

17:57

weeping cedars you might check that out

17:59

too I'll have more to say about

18:02

that later that's hopefully coming out in

18:04

November for all of your Christmas and

18:06

Hanukkah shopping but But next year, we're

18:08

going to also aim for three books.

18:11

Although one of them, thankfully, I don't

18:13

have to actually write. The first is

18:15

going to be Lightning Falls 1976, which

18:18

is a prequel to Lightning Falls. It

18:20

will answer several of the questions that

18:22

are not answered in Lightning Falls itself.

18:25

And it's my take on true detective

18:27

season one. I'm just going to put

18:29

my inspirations out there. I've been very

18:32

honest about my inspiration for Weeping Seeders

18:34

in Silent Hill and the documentary, the

18:36

fake documentary called Curse of the Blair

18:39

Witch, those things deeply inspired Weeping Seeders.

18:41

True Detective Season 1 is my main

18:43

inspiration for Lightning Falls 1976. It will

18:45

be, you know, it may be an

18:48

abject failure, but that's what I'm shooting

18:50

for. It's certainly... in my opinion probably

18:52

won't be anywhere near as good as

18:55

true detective season one, but that's where

18:57

I'm drawing my inspiration from. And this

18:59

has been a really great process because

19:02

I've done lots and lots of research

19:04

about a part of the country I've

19:06

never been to. I did visit Portland

19:09

once over 20 years ago, but everything

19:11

that I'm doing in Oregon is set

19:13

on the other side of the state

19:16

in extremely remote areas in a county

19:18

where the largest towns are about 2,000

19:20

people. So this has been really interesting

19:22

and at the moment I'm actively in

19:25

touch with the Oregon State Police archives

19:27

to get manuals from them about state

19:29

police in the 1970s because that's who

19:32

one of our main characters is. And

19:34

the research process for this stuff has

19:36

been really fascinating. I won't go off

19:39

on a tangent because it's already too

19:41

long, but that's Lightning Falls 1976. The

19:43

book I don't have to write is

19:46

obviously not something new. But it will

19:48

be a new fun addition to the

19:50

Weeping Cities universe. It will be one

19:52

of those that will be like for

19:55

true die-hard fans who are just like,

19:57

oh wow, yeah. No, I've always been

19:59

curious about this part of the Weeping

20:02

City's universe, but I couldn't really get

20:04

into it or I want to take

20:06

a deeper look into it. I'll say

20:09

more about that later when we get

20:11

closer, but I think that's going to

20:13

be a really fun addition to the

20:16

Weeping Cedar's book collection because it's something

20:18

new and something old put together. And

20:20

that's all I'll say about that for

20:23

the moment. And then finally, the last

20:25

book is probably going to be a

20:27

collection of more Weeping Cedar short stories.

20:29

That one will include the Samite short

20:32

stories as well as probably seven or

20:34

eight new short stories in the Weeping

20:36

Cedar's universe that either may or may

20:39

not be about Samite. I suspect... that

20:41

might be a same-like collection, but there

20:43

are other parts of the Weeping-Citters universe

20:46

that kind of deserve a little look,

20:48

but maybe not an entire novel. So

20:50

hopefully you can expect a second short

20:53

story collection next year. And then after

20:55

that, well, for some of you, you

20:57

may be saying, wait, I thought the

21:00

next book was supposed to be the

21:02

Weeping-Ceters novel. And that was the plan.

21:04

It was. I promise it was. But

21:06

then I started to lay out that

21:09

book. And I realized. And I realized...

21:11

That is a massive book. That is

21:13

a book so big that probably Ingram

21:16

Spark can't publish it because of the

21:18

page count. So I realized because there

21:20

are so many characters and so many

21:23

things that I want to delve into,

21:25

that the Weeping CEDARS novel is three

21:27

novels. It's one novel per season of

21:30

Weeping CEDARS. Now my plan is to

21:32

write it as one big novel, one

21:34

big whole piece so that I'm not

21:36

writing one season and then you don't

21:39

get the rest. But that's a big

21:41

project. and it's going to focus on

21:43

a lot of the characters that you

21:46

never got to meet in weeping cedars

21:48

who are important to the story, as

21:50

well as give you insights into some

21:53

characters like Clarence, who we never really

21:55

got to see much of and Emery,

21:57

and other characters whose voices we hear

22:00

here and there across the seasons, that

22:02

you'll actually get... their perspective on some

22:04

of the events that are taking place

22:07

during the podcast. My goal also is

22:09

to be able to just put notes

22:11

in the book as to when the

22:13

podcast episodes happen. So you'll be able

22:16

to read the book and then listen

22:18

to the episodes as they come out

22:20

in the timeline. But that's a big,

22:23

big project. So instead of making you

22:25

wait probably two years to get anything,

22:27

I figured let's wrap up the Lightning

22:30

Falls story, at least for now, with

22:32

Lightning Falls 1976. And then dive into...

22:34

the weeping series novelizations. And novelization is

22:37

a weird word because I'm not novelizing

22:39

the stuff you've already heard. I'm giving

22:41

you the story that you didn't hear.

22:44

And so you'll meet characters like Walter

22:46

who has been a big piece of

22:48

this story since the beginning, but you

22:50

only hear from him I think maybe

22:53

once, maybe twice in the entire... original

22:55

podcast. I will certainly be bringing back

22:57

characters that you've heard in the podcast,

23:00

people who call in, and already a

23:02

lot of fun references and back stories

23:04

to things that get mentioned in the

23:07

show. So all of that is is

23:09

already working in my head and being

23:11

outlined. And beyond that, there are novels

23:14

and novels. I know what's coming in

23:16

2036. I already have the name of

23:18

that book outlined and ready to go

23:20

and what that book is. But there's

23:23

a lot of years between now and

23:25

then. Hopefully this all falls within the,

23:27

as long as I'm alive to do

23:30

it, I'm gonna keep doing it. And

23:32

as long as you folks are there

23:34

to listen and read when you all

23:37

decide you've had enough. Well, probably still,

23:39

I'll probably still keep going. But yeah,

23:41

that is the first half of 2025

23:44

update for the Weeping Seeders universe. Thank

23:46

you all for listening. We're not a

23:48

big podcast. We're not a tiny podcast.

23:51

I have to admit that we're not.

23:53

We have 10,000 followers on Spotify, which

23:55

is amazing. And combined three shows, we're

23:57

creeping up on a million downloads. Now

24:00

there are a lot of other. shows

24:02

out there who have a million downloads

24:04

on just one series that has far

24:07

fewer episodes than Weeping CEDARS. And there

24:09

are a lot of people who do

24:11

not like the shows because they are

24:14

slow and they are ponderous and they

24:16

are complicated. But those of you who

24:18

do like them, those of you who

24:21

have stuck around with the show and

24:23

with Samite and with Rado Amber, thank

24:25

you. I really appreciate it. It's very

24:28

weird that there are people out there

24:30

who have listened to and enjoyed the

24:32

things I write. It's incredibly gratifying to

24:34

hear when people like it. And so

24:37

yeah, if you want to support all

24:39

of the things here, or any of

24:41

the things, or anything at all, go

24:44

to weepingcetors.com. You'll find the Patreon there,

24:46

you'll find the Reddit page, which is

24:48

where all the discussions have gone. Hey,

24:51

every time that the podcast now tells

24:53

you go to Discord, don't go to

24:55

Discord. That, that, that became a very

24:58

quiet. graveyard of old discussions. No, go

25:00

to read it and ask your questions

25:02

there. That's where it's at. That's where

25:04

the hotness is. The new kids, the

25:07

young, young weeping cedar heads. We don't

25:09

have like a community name. There's, we

25:11

probably don't need one, but you know,

25:14

that's where it's at. Anyway, I'm gonna

25:16

stop this before I say something that

25:18

really reveals what an old, old man

25:21

I am. So that's it. And thank

25:23

you all for listening, and we'll see

25:25

you. in a month on the kickstarter,

25:28

hopefully. But if not, then just listening

25:30

to Rod of Amber. So thanks again

25:32

for listening. Visit weepingseaters.com. And maybe if

25:35

everybody pitches in even a little bit,

25:37

we'll be able to continue to put

25:39

weepingseaters out there, and many more people

25:41

will be able to get to experience

25:44

weepingseaters in all of its glory. You
